The Oregon Chris Mintz is an army vet who remained in the hospital Friday recovering from his gunshot wounds and two broken legs.

But that's not enough for Franco. He's suing Facebook for more than $1 million, and he's repping himself.
Great practice for the bar exam.
Sitting in a hot sauna after a hard workout is supposed to be relaxing ... but for Nicholas Clayton it turned out to be lot more stress.
The gym staff locked up at 5 PM -- seems pretty early -- and Nicholas obviously thought so too because he was still baking in the sauna when they closed down the gym for the night. He documented the experience on video and posted on Facebook.
Good thing for him, he didn't have to curl up on a yoga mat and wait it out til they opened the next morning ... he finally got in touch with gym management and they were able to get him out.
Will Smith says the stories he's getting a divorce are BS.
Will just posted on Facebook, "I don't usually respond to foolishness," explaining that by doing so it becomes contagious.
But he decided to join in the foolishness, and said, "In the interest of redundant, repetitious, over & over again-ness ... Jada and I are NOT GETTING A DIVORCE!!!!!!!!!!:-)"
And he added this ... "I promise you all - if I ever decide to divorce my Queen - I SWEAR I'll tell you myself!"
He ended with "#Dumb People Should Have to Wear Scarlet D's."
Jada then tweeted, "My king has spoken."

His sales pitch -- "Act fast who knows how long this may be posted up."
TMZ Sports has obtained a letter sent by the league to Orefici Watches ... demanding the company immediately stop posting pictures of NFL stars wearing their jewelry on its various websites and social media pages.
But the explanation is the interesting part -- in the letter, the NFL says the league "has the exclusive right to license the names, likenesses, images" and more of nearly all NFL players for commercial products and promotions involving six or more players.
The NFL demanded Orefici remove the images ASAP or else it would take further legal action against the company. We're told Orefici complied.
FYI -- after the company received the letter, DeMarco Murray contacted the company and bought 22 watches for various teammates ... though pics of the players sporting the watches are noticeably absent from Orefici's social media.
