Mike 'The Situation' Exotic Car Flexin' After Tax Evasion Case

2/6/2018 9:39 AM PST

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino's in a dancing mood checking out luxury whips ... probably because he doesn't have to stress about dropping cash on one of them.

The Sitch was with his 'Jersey Shore' pals Ronnie, Vinny and Pauly D Monday in Miami filming for their reunion show, and visited an exotic car dealership to take a couple badass rides for a spin.

Ronnie took the wheel of a Lambo, with Mike riding shotgun -- while Pauly D and Vin hopped in a Bentley.

The sad situation is ... Sitch ain't getting any closer than a test drive. As we reported, he recently pled guilty to tax evasion, and owes a big check to the IRS. He's also looking at up to 5 years in prison and a hefty fine.

Window shopping ain't a crime though.

Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino It's Red Bull Time No Booze on 1st Night Out

1/24/2018 6:49 AM PST

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino went booze-less during the "Jersey Shore" cast's first official night out.

Paps got Mike out Tuesday night with the rest of his GTL crew at a South Beach club, and he was clutching a Red Bull can the entire time.

Meanwhile, Pauly D and co. definitely partied it up and had bottle service at their table -- but the Sitch went dry throughout the night.

In case you're wondering, Mike's no-booze policy doesn't appear to be tied to his tax evasion case -- in which he just pled guilty last week, and is set to be sentenced later this spring.

On the contrary, Mike's said he's been "100 percent" sober since 2015 after battling a Rx drug addiction.

Looks like he's still on the wagon.

'Jersey Shore' Reunites in Miami

1/19/2018 4:30 PM PST

The cast of "Jersey Shore" has finally reunited in Miami ... and the drinks are already flowin'.

We got pics of Ronnie, Pauly D, Snooki, JWoww and Deena toasting to what's sure to be a fun next few days. Missing are Vinny, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino -- who was in court in New Jersey Friday -- and Sammi Sweetheart who took a pass on the reunion to avoid a run-in with ex Ronnie.

While it's still unclear just how crazy the upcoming reunion special will get, one thing's for sure ... there's gonna be plenty of GTL.

'The Situation' Prosecutors Urge Judge Go Easy on da Guy!

Exclusive Details

More good news for Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino -- prosecutors in his tax evasion case are pushing for the judge to give him a lighter sentence.

As we reported ... Mike entered a guilty plea as expected Friday, and the judge okay'd him to travel to Florida to shoot a "Jersey Shore" reunion.

Still, the Sitch's looking at up to 5 years in prison. According to new docs, prosecutors believe he played a minor role in the tax evasion, and point out he's accepted responsibility for his actions. They're making a case for leniency when the judge issues his sentence in April.

On the money front, the docs say Mike has to fork out $123,913 in restitution to the IRS. The judge could also tack on a hefty fine at sentencing.

Breaking News

10:10 AM PT -- Situation's attorneys, Henry E. Klingeman and Kristen M. Santillo, released a statement making a push for leniency in sentencing, saying, "The plea terms call for a balance between punishing the wrong committed and conditions that facilitate Mike living a productive, law-abiding life moving forward. Following through on this plea agreement, Michael intends to pay restitution before sentencing."

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino just entered a guilty plea in his tax evasion case ... but his situation Friday morning in court ain't ALL bad news.

The "Jersey Shore" star walked into the Newark court with his girlfriend, Lauren Pesce, and entered his guilty plea as expected. During the hearing, the judge approved Sitch to travel to Florida to shoot a "Jersey Shore" reunion.

Situation, however, faces up to 5 years in prison and up to a $250k fine. He'll be sentenced April 25. He initially entered a not guilty plea and faced up to 15 years in prison. But as we reported ... the U.S. Attorney's Office filed docs informing the judge it had struck plea agreements with Mike and his brother.

We broke the story ... Mike allegedly failed to pay his full tax bill on nearly $9 million in earnings made between 2010 and 2012.

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is coming clean with Uncle Sam -- he's agreed to plead guilty in his tax evasion case in New Jersey.

The Department of Justice and the U.S. Attorney's Office in New Jersey filed docs, obtained by TMZ, informing the judge about the "Jersey Shore" star's plea. It's unclear which charges Mike pled guilty to, and if he struck a deal ... though all signs point to a plea deal.

Mike's brother, Marc, also faced criminal charges and also agreed to plead guilty.

We broke the story ... Mike allegedly failed to pay his full tax bill on $8.9 million in earnings made between 2010 and 2012. Prosecutors had said he intentionally filed fraudulent returns to make it look like he was all good with the IRS.

JWoww Buy My NJ Crib ... You Can GTL, While I Bank Nearly $1 Mil

12/12/2017 11:25 AM PST
Exclusive Details

JWoww's massive 7,000 square foot New Jersey home isn't right on the Jersey shore but it's close and, HUGE BONUS ... the buyer won't have to go far for all their GTL needs.

JWoww just listed her 6 bedroom, 5 bath home in Toms River for $1.59 million. And while it's got a big kitchen with 2 islands, lagoon pool and slide, the pad is a true "Jersey Shore" fan's dream because there's a gym, tanning bed and laundry room inside the pad.

JWoww bought the home in 2011 for only $685k, so she's looking to make off with $905k. No word where she's moving to or if the tanning bed is actually included in the sale. Might be hard for her to part with it.

Ronnie from 'Jersey Shore' Medic, Please! VIP Scuffle Cut Me Deep

7/22/2017 12:40 AM PDT

Ronnie Magro from 'Jersey Shore' needed stitches to repair his sliced and bloodied hand after a rough night in a Las Vegas club.

TMZ obtained a shot of Ronnie's messed up left mitt -- he walked away from the fight with what looks like 5 lacerations. As we first reported ... Ronnie sustained the injuries early Friday morning in Tao Las Vegas.

Sources connected to Ronnie say he was in VIP when a crowd spilled into the area around him ... and as he tried to shield her, someone threw a bottle or glass which shattered on his hand. A rep for Tao tells a slightly different story -- saying there were no other individuals involved, and Ronnie just accidentally broke a bottle in his hand.

Either way, Ronnie didn't realize he was cut -- booze numbs, after all -- until his gf pointed out he was bleeding on her. Security at TAO gave him a few bandages and suggested he get stitches.

He initially blew off that advice, but we're told Ronnie gave in Friday afternoon and got stitches.

Ronnie from 'Jersey Shore' Bloody Mess in Vegas

7/21/2017 11:04 AM PDT

12:25 PM PT -- A rep for Ronnie says he was at TAO when a fight broke out. He wasn't involved, but it got outta control ... and he was attempting to cover his gf when someone threw a bottle or glass. We're told it shattered on Ronnie's hand, and that's the reason for all the blood ... on both of them.

TAO has a slightly different version of events -- its rep says no one else was involved in the incident, and claims Ronnie simply broke a bottle he was holding. The club also says an on-site EMT treated Ronnie.

We'd say no blood, no foul but ... Ronnie from "Jersey Shore" had some kind of bloody encounter in Vegas early Friday morning, and his girlfriend was clearly none too pleased.

An eyewitness who took this photo tells TMZ he saw Ronnie and the woman at around 1:15 AM coming out of a bathroom at The Venetian hotel and casino. He says Ronnie was soaked in blood with a plastic bag wrapped around his left hand.

The woman was also covered in blood, although the eyewitness says it appeared to him the blood was not the result of a fight between the 2 of them. It also seemed she was uninjured.

We're told security was flanking Ronnie and escorted him to an exit. It's unclear if security was trying to protect him or throw him out of the hotel.

We reached out to Ronnie and his rep ... so far no word back.

'Jersey Shore' Reunion Show Set for August No Gym, No Tan, No Laundry

7/13/2017 12:40 AM PDT
Exclusive Details

The gang from "Jersey Shore" is getting back together on TV, but no more of the shenanigans that made us love/hate them.

Production sources tell us ... a cable network will showcase the current versions of Snooki, JWoww, Pauly D, The Situation and company for a TV special on the impact of the reality show on their lives, and where they are now.

We're told the reunion is not a full series pickup -- either a one-time special or just a couple episodes -- and will have a documentary feel.

Our sources say the special will be the first of several, reuniting casts from various popular shows that aired back in the day.

Snooki posted pics of herself and her female co-stars out and about last week in Jersey with the apt caption, "Reunion Time."

Now we know.

'Jersey Shore' Vinny Sued You & Biker Pals Destroyed My Yard!

6/16/2017 12:40 AM PDT

"Jersey Shore" star Vinny Guadagnino busted up trees, a driveway, and even cars while his hired muscle stood guard ... according to a next-door neighbor who's suing.

Thomas Ryan claims Vinny forcibly took over disputed land between their properties in 2014 with the help of a construction crew and some biker buddies. According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Ryan suffered damage to "several 100-year-old Norway Spruce trees" along with his cement curbs and driveway pavement.

Ryan also says Vinny put up a fence that crosses the property line, and damaged a shed and vehicles -- all while bikers acted as bodyguards. Ryan is suing for at least $200k in damages, and wants the court to award him the land at the center of the battle.

Vinny's lawyer says the suit is meritless, the allegations are false ... and it was filed purely to harm Vinny's rep and shake him down for money.

'Jersey Shore' Vinny Guadagnino Calling All Haters ... Come Buy My 'Washed Up' Lambo

10/5/2015 1:49 PM PDT

"Jersey Shore" alum Vinny Guadagnino doesn't care if people think he's a washed-up reality star desperate for cash ... he's unloading his white 2013 Lamborghini Gallardo on eBay.

Vinny posted a pic of the whip with the message, "Attention rich people! I'm selling my car ... I know I know what you haters want to comment, 'reality star, washed up, broke, need money, etc..' Feel free to!"

It's unclear if he's really strapped for cash or just cleverly wording his post to generate buzz ... like a good used car salesman would.

Starting bid is $169k and so far ... no takers, but there's still a week to go. If Vinny's pitch doesn't net a buyer, perhaps the mileage will -- he's only logged 1,190 miles!

DJ Pauly D Puts Up Half A Mil For D. Bilz Lambo

3/17/2015 11:01 AM PDT

DJ Pauly D just dropped nearly half a million bucks on a ride to Vegas ... he snagged Dan Bilzerian's sick Lambo and hit the high desert.

Things are going EXTREMELY well for Pauly … our car sources say he helped Instagram's Most Interesting Man lighten his crazy load of exotic cars by nabbing the Lambo DB posted on Ebay, for only $450k, then blazed his way to Sin City.

Bilzerian was asking $500k for the 2013 Aventador Roadster ... and nobody bit, but Pauly took it for a spin Monday, Dan dropped his price, and they sealed the deal.

Pauly -- who's doing a residency at the Vegas Hard Rock -- tells TMZ ... the car's a monster and he's always wanted it ... he even bought his daughter one -- think PowerWheels.

Only thing it needs is a fresh coat of bronzer.
