Hugh Hefner really loves his 27-year-old Playmate wife Crystal Harris ... we're told he's created an intricate plan to set her up in a multi-million dollar estate, where no one in his world can displace her once he dies ... but there is one hitch.

Hef plunked down $5 million last month for a 5,900-square-foot Hollywood Hills mansion, which is held in trust for the 2 of them.  Short story -- Crystal owns the house with him.

Playboy sources tell us ... the couple is happily living at the Playboy Mansion, and they have no plans to move.  So why, you ask, did they buy the Hollywood Hills home?  Fact is ... Hef is a renter!  He doesn't own the Playboy Mansion ... it's owned by Playboy Enterprises.

We're told the 87-year-old perennial player wants to make sure Crystal has a roof over her head when he's gone, and the Hollywood Hills estate fits the bill.

As for the one hitch -- it's if they get unhitched.  Then Hef will either give her the house, buy her out, or fight it out in court. 

BTW ... the house has 4 bedrooms, 5 baths, an infinity pool and sick views -- perfect for a young widow.

Kendra Wilkinson was in surprisingly good spirits today in L.A. ... smiling and laughing just days after she totaled her car in a nasty car accident.

As we reported, Kendra was hospitalized following the accident over the weekend -- when her tricked-out Audi collided head-on with another vehicle.

Kendra was bruised and battered after the accident, but thankfully, doctors didn't find any broken bones.

Now she's back on her feet -- venturing outside with her husband Hank Baskett -- and told us, the whole nightmare actually has a silver lining ... watch the video to find out.

Kendra Wilkinson is out of the hospital, shaken from a weekend car wreck ... and her tricked-out Audi is in even worse shape ... check out the photos we got.

The former Playmate was hospitalized Sunday after what was described as a nasty head-on crash in the San Fernando Valley. Kendra was bruised and battered but doctors found no broken bones.

Cops tell TMZ ... the person Kendra hit has neck and back injuries. 

The initial investigation shows Kendra turned left in front of a car that had the right of way -- in other words, it looks like it's her fault.

The wife of former NFL player Hank Baskett dropped out from the ABC diving show "Splash" ... because she was scared of getting hurt.

Instant car-ma.

"Mob Wives" Chicago" star Pia Rizza is adamant -- the porn company offering her $100,000 to have sex on screen ... can take their deal and shove it somewhere they usually shoot .. up close.

Pia's response comes on the heels of an offer from porn producer Brazzers ... asking the 'Mob Wives' star to bare all in one of their nudie flicks ... after Playboy shot her down.

Pia tells TMZ ... even though she would have posed for Playboy, pigs will fly before she drops trou for a XXX film, saying, "ABSOLUTELY NOT! That is f***ing insane. A porn deal is not in my future."

She explains, "I am not that girl and I will not be doing porn!! I am a mother and it’s just not something I would ever do no matter how much they pay me."

FYI -- she's still down to strip for Hef, saying, "Playboy is on a different level. Everyone has done playboy because it's classier."

Classy ... as in taking nude pics of yourself in a mirror.

When God closes a door, he opens a window, and in the case of "Mob Wives Chicago" star Pia Rizza ... that window is hardcore porn.

As TMZ first reported, Rizza got word that some racy pics she took were about to be released, so she gave them to us as a way to gauge Playboy's interest. Turns out ... there wasn't any.

But Rizza does have a future in the adult business if she wants it. Porn company Brazzers is offering her $100,000 because they feel her "fierce sexual energy has taken the world by storm."

Flattery will get them everywhere, we suspect.

A rep for Brazzers says they'd prefer to shoot a full-on porn, but they're willing to renegotiate the deal if Pia would prefer to do a pictorial.

But again ... they'd prefer porn.

"Mob Wives Chicago" star Pia Rizza's Playboy dreams are OVER ... TMZ has learned, the lad mag has rejected her request for a nude feature.

TMZ broke the story ... Rizza found out someone was trying to sell nude pics of her to the media ... so rather than let them surface on their own, she decided to release them herself.

40-year-old Pia had hoped the pics would get her a Playboy spread ... but that's not happening any time soon ... because Playboy rejected her this week.

Sources close to Pia tell us the photos were submitted to Playboy last weekend, but the magazine quickly shut down the idea, saying they weren't interested at this time.

When "Mob Wives Chicago" star Pia Rizza found out there were naked pictures of her being shopped to various media outlets ... she knew the drill -- RELEASE THE PHOTOS HERSELF!!!

Pia tells TMZ ... she took the racy pics -- which she allowed TMZ to publish -- sometime last year, while still filming "Mob Wives" and sent them to her boyfriend to get some feedback on whether she had the right stuff for Playboy.

But Pia tells us ...  the pics somehow got into the wrong hands -- and someone was trying to sell them without her permission.

Pia says she wanted us to post the pics for two reasons:

1.  She doesn't want anyone making money off of HER image
2.   Yeah, she wants Playboy to notice

So we gotta ask ...

2010 Playmate of the Year Hope Dworaczyk and her perfect breasts are FURIOUS at an L.A. t-shirt company -- claiming they were hired to promote slim-fitting boob-accentuating tees ... but never got their money. 

Hope has filed a lawsuit against a company called Tees by Tina, claiming they entered into a contract in January 2011, in which Hope agreed to promote their shirts in exchange for $120,000.

But according to the lawsuit, Hope says Tees by Tina tried to terminate the contract early ... and failed to pay out the balance of what she was owed. Hope says Tees by Tina has also continued to use her in promotional material, despite not paying her in full.



It's unclear how much Hope believes she's owed, but she's suing for at LEAST $25,000 plus interest. Calls to Tees by Tina weren't returned.

In between making pizza and tanning, "Jerseylicious" star Filippo Giove found time to show off what his mama gave him -- BY DROPPING TROU for Playgirl and TMZ has the pics.

Filippo -- a star on the Style Network show since 2010 -- stripped down to his bday suit and posed in a variety of sexy (ish) positions for the upcoming Spring issue.

Specifically, Filippo shows off his derriere on some red satin sheets ... poses with a few strategically-placed bubbles and gets naked in a pizza shop while slathered in marinara sauce -- with only a LARGE pizza box covering his junk.

Maybe it's large ... we're not actually sure. You decide.

Hugh Hefner's new bride Crystal Harris is lucky she's alive ... because Hef's old GF Kendra Wilkinson says she wanted to KILL Crystal for previously dumping the Playboy mogul.

Kendra was on the Big J Radio Show in Montana this morning when the host asked about Hef and Crystal reuniting in matrimony ... and KW blew up, saying, "I got pissed off when she hurt him."

Kendra continued, "That pissed everybody off that she would just leave him and dump him, use him and abuse him." Then added, "I wanted to kill her."

You'll recall, 26-year-old Crystal abruptly ended her first engagement to 86-year-old Hef in 2011 just days before their wedding. The couple patched things up last year and eventually married on New Year's Eve.

But don't worry, Kendra's not holding a grudge -- saying she only wants to see Hef happy.

So as long as Crystal doesn't dump him again ... she should be safe. Probably.
