Scott Wolf's request for a restraining order has been granted ... and, for the time being, his estranged wife Kelley isn't supposed to go anywhere near their kids.
The "Party of Five" star was granted the restraining order in Utah Wednesday afternoon ... with the judge noting in his decision Kelley has "engaged in an escalating pattern of behavior that poses a substantial threat or immediate and irreparable harm" to the couple's kids.
The judge awarded temporary sole physical and temporary sole legal custody of their three children ... and, until further notice, Kelley "shall not have any parent-time or contact" with Scott or the kids.

The "Doc" actor kept it classy in a statement obtained by TMZ, saying their three kids are -- and always will be -- their top priority ... adding their top ask was for privacy as they guide their crew through this new chapter.
It was Kelley who cracked open the can of divorce drama after 20 years of marriage -- but even then, she kept the focus on shielding their kids through it all.

It's unclear exactly what led to his arrest ... but, sources tell us Raines was at a wedding in Hammond, Louisiana on Saturday night and he went to the afterparty at a nearby restaurant after.

Underneath this squiggly-scruffy image is a cool guy from H-Town who was famously "picked to live in a house and have his life taped" with six strangers in Phili. He's definitely always put together and has got style for days! See if you can unscramble this mashed-up image!
If you're a "Selling Sunset" fan, you probably saw former cast mate Christine Quinn showin' him a potential pad for him to Netflix and chill in. For now, you can watch him as the culture expert on a popular show alongside Jonathan van Ness.
Kevin Powell says his very first season of 'The Real World' 28 years ago foreshadowed many of the racial problems that have been brought to the forefront in America ... bookended by the Capitol riots.
One of the OG stars of "The Real World: New York" appeared on "TMZ Live" Tuesday to explain how the controversial discussions he sparked with his housemates about racism are more pertinent than ever today ... despite the fact no one seemed to take it seriously back then.
He says the cast -- especially his friend, Norman Korpi -- now fully acknowledges he was onto something ... and their discussions are ongoing.
If ya don't know, Kevin and the rest of the original cast reunited to film a 'Homecoming' docuseries ... and cameras were rolling as they witnessed the January 6 insurrection together from their famous NYC loft.
Kevin likens what went down at the Capitol -- along with the recent cases of Breonna Taylor and George Floyd -- to the 1992 Los Angeles riots ... which also occurred when the OG cast was together under one roof.
He tells us the recent events show no matter how much society has progressed, there's still a lot of work to be done ... and he hopes people see how his experience with his 'Real World' co-stars can make a positive impact.
BTW -- "The Real World Homecoming: New York" is available now on Paramount+.

Talk about a blast from the past ... the gang first moved into the loft way back in 1992, laying the foundation for 'The Real World' franchise. Don't worry, the digs have been spruced up a bit since, and the loft looks super cool. Oh, and we will finally get an answer to the big question -- what's up with Eric?
Netflix left a controversial episode from one of MTV's most popular shows on the cutting room floor ... an episode infamous for some severe bullying.
Here's the deal ... the streaming giant just added 2 seasons of MTV's 'Real World/Road Rules Challenge,' but fans will instantly notice something's missing ... some behind-the-scenes clips featuring 3 female cast members going after another female contestant.
The episode was titled "To Hell and Back: Hot Gossip From The Inferno 2" ... and the troubling scene showed Veronica, Rachel and Tina ganging up on Tonya Cooley by snapping nude photos of her while she was sleeping.
They later showed those pics to other houseguests. That episode was the show's finale in 2005, and aired instead of the usual end-of-season reunions.
As for why Netflix cut it? Well, there's the obvious ... 2005 was just a different time, and things that might have been seen as funny or entertaining back then, just don't fly today.
We reached out to Netflix and MTV for an explanation, but neither responded.
One more relevant fact -- Tonya sued MTV in 2011 claiming she was the victim of sexual abuse -- separate from the nude photos incident -- during the show's Thailand season. It was reportedly settled in 2012, but it would make sense if the network wanted to avoid any further smoke with Tonya.
Congressman Sean Duffy thinks it's grossly unfair to lay blame on President Trump for the bombs sent to political foes of the Prez -- and he had a heated debate with us over it on TMZ Live.
The Republican rep from Wisconsin -- and former 'Real World' star -- joined us Monday to explain why he believes there's a clear double standard from anyone trying to blame Trump for the pipe bombs mailed to prominent Democrats.

The home featured on "The Real World: Key West" proved it can stand up to a hurricane, because it only suffered minor damages against Irma's 130 mph winds ... TMZ has learned.
Homeowner Andrew Lippi says he's lucky because the only damage was a broken window in the guest cottage, and a flooded room caused by a clogged drain. We're told the power on Stock Island -- where the house sits -- just came back on Friday ... almost a week after the storm hit.
It's actually the second major hurricane it has withstood. The house was also hit by Hurricane Wilma in 2005 while the series was filming. Lippi says everyone was forced to evacuate, but the damage was minimal.
Lippi tells us he rode out Irma inside the famous house -- which is up for rent on Homeaway -- and the wind gusts sounded like the roar of a 747. He sent us a pic of the pad post-Irma, and it miraculously looks pretty much the same.
The Southern frat boy from MTV's "The Real World: Paris" was arrested this week for DUI.
Law enforcement sources tell us Clyde Amerson -- known as Ace on the 2003 reality show -- was arrested and booked Wednesday morning for DUI in Carrollton, Georgia after allegedly rear-ending someone on the road.

We're told police drew blood, and toxicology tests are pending.
Ace was taken into custody and charged with 2 misdemeanors -- 1 count of DUI and 1 count of following too closely.
"Real World: Skeletons" star Tony Raines is looking at jail time for his drinking in public arrest and it could have been avoided if he had just showed up in court.
Tony was a no-show for his court date this week in Charleston, SC. His lawyer didn't show either, so the judge issued a bench warrant for Tony's arrest.
Tony was arrested in a Burger King parking lot in March after several people called cops to report his alleged reckless driving. He ended up getting booked for drinking in public.
Now with the warrant, he's facing up to 15 days in jail and a $262 fine.
'Hangover' actress and former 'Real World' cast member Jamie Chung got flooded with some seriously threatening emails -- and it got so bad, the LAPD had to track down the sender.
According to law enforcement Chung received 100 harassing emails from two separate Gmail accounts ... all in just one week, back in August. They ranged from simply "annoying" to threats to kill her.
Cops believed both accounts were owned by the same person because the emails were identical. Using the email info, cops tracked the sender and obtained a search warrant.
We're told cops got in touch with the guy and determined he was too far away from Jamie to pose any real threat. The case was closed without any charges.
Incubus singer Brandon Boyd has been ruthlessly stalking a former "Real World" star -- even threatening to kill her -- so says the former "Real World" star ... but Brandon says B.S.
Svetlana Shusterman from "Real World 17: Key West" got a temporary restraining order against Boyd, claiming Brandon's been stalking her for years ... and recently began threatening her life.
Svetlana filed a police report claiming Brandon had followed her car onto a freeway and yelled through the window that he was going to kill her.
Svetlana says she recently moved to a friends house to evade him, but he tracked her down. She writes, "Every day, I am terrified."
Boyd has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from her pending a court hearing next month.
Brandon says it's all news to him. A rep for the singer tells TMZ, "Brandon has been advised about this but doesn’t know anything about it. He doesn’t know this person nor does he recall ever having met her."
