President Trump 'Photograph' Vid Aimed at Biden ... Removed After Complaint

Published
UPDATE

7:15 AM PT -- The takedown notice was made Wednesday by Warner Music Group, which is the parent company of the record label that produced Nickelback's 2005 album containing "Photograph."

Donald Trump's video aimed at taking down Joe Biden by using a meme inspired by a Nickelback song has been taken down ... because of a copyright infringement claim.

In case you missed it, in the midst of the President's Twitter rampage Wednesday, he posted a video of Biden claiming he's never talked to his son, Hunter, about his overseas business dealings ... which then transitions into an edit of Nickelback's music video for its 2005 single, "Photograph."

The memeing involves replacing the photo in the music vid with other pics -- in this case, Trump replaced it with a 2014 photo showing Joe and Hunter on a golf course with Ukraine Gas Exec Devon Archer. He captioned the tweet, "LOOK AT THIS PHOTOGRAPH" ... which are the opening lyrics from the song.

The video was removed from Twitter early Thursday though, and replaced by a notice saying ... "This media has been disabled in response to a report by the copyright owner."

In fact, she's now one of those bettors dropping some cash on Trump becoming just the third prez to be impeached -- along with Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton.

P.J. Williams Girlfriend Used Rams-Saints Call ... To Try To Get DB Out Of DUI Arrest

Published | Updated

P.J. Williams' GF tried like hell to get the NFL player out of a DUI arrest last January ... asking a cop if he'd have mercy on P.J. because of the missed PI call in the Saints-Rams NFC Championship Game!!!

It's all in new police video obtained by TMZ Sports ... which shows a New Orleans cop stopping Williams after he pulled the guy over for doing 80 MPH in a 50 just days after New Orleans' loss to L.A.

The cop tells P.J. he was driving recklessly ... and after he says he smells a strong booze odor from the car -- he decides to conduct a sobriety test on the 26-year-old.

In the video, you can see P.J. bombs it ... so the officer slaps the cuffs on him and tells him, "You've had too much to drink tonight, Mr. Williams."

That's when the officer turns to P.J.'s girlfriend to see if she can drive his car home ... when all of a sudden she tries to help Williams get out of the arrest.

The conversation is pretty funny ... she tells the officer, "Is there any way that you can -- he's a Saints player! Don't you feel bad?! Like, you saw that game didn't you?!"

Of course, the officer wasn't having any of it ... saying to the woman, "That doesn't concern me."

Ex-Dallas Cop Amber Guyger Hugged by Botham's Brother ... Gets 10 Years for His Murder

Published | Updated

Ex-Dallas cop Amber Guyger just got 10 years in prison -- on the heels of her conviction for murdering her neighbor, Botham Jean ... whose brother created a shocking moment in court.

The sentencing went down Wednesday in Dallas and while there were cheers when it was announced ... the most stunning event came earlier when Brandt Jean gave his victim's impact statement. He spoke directly to Guyger and told her to go to God and ask for forgiveness. He got choked up as he asked the judge if he could hug Guyger.

The judge said yes, and then they tearfully embraced for nearly a minute. You could hear people crying in court.

Brandt said he never wanted to tell his family he's personally forgiven Guyger.

Botham's family members burst into tears after her 10-year sentence was announced, and it appears even Judge Tammy Kemp -- who is black -- was moved by Brandt's statement. After the hearing, she also embraced Guyger.

Danny -- who played little Sam McKinney on the hit sitcom in the later seasons, and also starred on Nickelodeon's "Salute Your Shorts" -- got hitched to Amber in 1998 ... and the couple had 2 children together, Jackson Paul and Zoe Leigh.

Zoe is 21, but Jackson is only 8 years old. Amber is asking for sole legal and physical custody of him, with visitation rights for Danny. She also wants the court to award her spousal support, and to block any attempt by Danny to get spousal support from her.

Justin Trudeau Forget Blackface ... Watch Me Train with Black Boxer

Published

Justin Trudeau is trying to fight his way out of his blackface scandal ... by stepping into the ring with a black boxing champion.

The embattled Canadian Prime Minister put on a pair of gloves, slipped into some boxing trunks and threw on a sleeveless shirt to spar with boxing champ Ali Nestor Wednesday, ahead of the leader's huge debate in his quest for re-election.

Justin looked like he got in a great workout with Ali, a retired boxer who now runs a non-profit geared toward helping disadvantaged youth. Trudeau got some boxing tips from Ali, but more than anything ... this seems all about optics.

As you know ... Trudeau is embroiled in controversy after photos surfaced showing him in blackface when he was 29 years old.

Trudeau's apologized for what he says was a racist lapse of judgment when he dressed up as Aladdin back in the day, but some Canadians have been calling for him to step down and bow out of the race ... and Al Sharpton told us Justin's mea culpa rings hollow.

Clearly, Trudeau's not going down without a fight, but it's a good bet the blackface photos come up during Wednesday night's debate.

Mac Miller 3 Indictments for Fake Oxycodone ... That Allegedly Caused Fatal Overdose

Published | Updated

All 3 men arrested in connection with Mac Miller's death have now been indicted, and accused of dealing counterfeit oxycodone that caused the rapper's death.

A federal grand jury handed up the indictments of Cameron Pettit, Stephen Walter and Ryan Reavis in a California federal court. The indictment backs up what TMZ first reported ... that Mac ordered 10 "blues" -- a street term for oxycodone -- as well cocaine and Xanax. Prosecutors say that instead of getting oxycodone on Sept. 5, 2018 ... the pills Mac received were counterfeit and contained fentanyl ... the powerful synthetic opioid 50 times more potent than heroin.

The feds say Mac crushed the pills, snorted them and died.

As we reported ... feds say the deal went down like this: Mac ordered from Pettit, Pettit ordered from Walter ... and Reavis was the mule, delivering the drugs from Walter to Pettit.

Lori Loughlin Me? Heading for Trouble?? That's Rich, Like This Country Club

Published

Lori Loughlin has a very serious legal battle ahead in her college bribery case -- but she hasn't shunned the life of the rich and famous just yet.

The embattled "Full House" star arrived Tuesday at the Bel-Air Country Club ... grinning ear to ear as she got out of her vehicle and went inside, donning a pretty swanky outfit that would probably sit well with the members.

She got a bit more serious as she got into motion, perhaps realizing cameras were on hand and capturing her giddy mood alongside her hubby, Mossimo.

It's interesting, 'cause Lori appears to be carrying on like normal ahead of her trial ... and it would seem she's still in the good graces of at least some at the Bel-Air Country Club, of which she's presumably a member as well. This might be telling, actually.

Of course, actress Felicity Huffman -- who was also indicted in the scandal -- just got her sentence of 14 days in jail a few weeks ago after pleading guilty. It was essentially a slap on the wrist, and a big defeat for the prosecution ... who wanted way more time -- we're told they wanted a year minimum, then scaled it down to 4 months and then 1 month.

It's possible Lori's feeling confident ahead of her day in court, and can't help but wear her emotions on her sleeve. Time will tell if she's got a good hand.

David Ortiz Joining MLB On FOX for Playoffs ... Months After Shooting

Published

Great news for David Ortiz and baseball in general -- Big Papi will return to MLB on FOX this weekend for pre and post-game coverage ... just months after he almost died in a shooting.

The 43-year-old was shot in the Dominican Republic on June 9 and underwent several life-saving surgeries since. Ortiz made his first public appearance on Sept. 9 to throw out the 1st pitch at a Red Sox Game in Boston.

But, now another huge step for the MLB legend ... he's healthy enough to join his FOX colleagues Alex Rodriguez and Frank Thomas in the studio to help cover the MLB Playoffs.

Ortiz first worked with MLB on FOX as a guest analyst during the 2014 World Series and he was so good, FOX hired him full-time.

Earlier this week, Ortiz had hinted at his TV return ... showing a picture from last year's World Series coverage when the Dodgers took on the Boston Red Sox.

Stacey Dash Cops Admit Race Error On Arrest Report ... She's Not White!!!

Published | Updated

The officers who arrested Stacey Dash believed the actress was hispanic, but labeled her as "white" on their final arrest report.

Dash -- who has an African American father and Mexican American mother -- was arrested on a domestic battery charge in Florida on Sunday after an incident with her husband. After the police report was issued, many noticed it labeled her race as "white."

A spokesperson for the Pasco Sheriff's Department tells us, "Stacey Dash was never asked her race by the arresting deputy, nor did she volunteer any information about her race. The arresting deputy assumed that she was Hispanic."

He continues, "However, the Pasco Sheriff's Office follows the Department of Justice Uniform Crime Reporting standards and, according to the DOJ reporting requirements the only allowable races are: Asian/Hawaiian/Pacific Islander, Black/African American, American Indian/Alaskan Native, Unknown, or White."

The spokesperson says reports do list a Hispanic option if a deputy fills it out by hand, but most use their computers, which do not give a Hispanic option.

There was also an error in Dash's name on the report -- calling her Stacey Dash Lauretta -- the spokesperson says that will be corrected on the official arrest record.

As for Dash's race ... the spokesperson says he believes that will remain the same as Stacey never specified during her arrest.

Bronx Zoo Cops Think Woman in Lion's Den Was High ... After Video Surfaces

Bronx Zoo Lion
WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... police have identified the woman who jumped a fence and entered the lion's enclosure over the weekend, and they say her social media shows her smoking something that looks like a blunt before walking into the zoo.

As you can see in the wild video from the incident ... the woman is staring down the lion in his enclosure, and she does a few dance moves only a few feet away from the massive beast, seemingly taunting the big cat.

R. Kelly Judge Denies Request ... You Stay in Jail!!!

Published | Updated
UPDATE

10:48 AM PT -- The judge has just handed down her ruling ... Kelly's request to be let out of jail has been denied.

Prosecutors ain't buying R. Kelly's excuse he needs to get outta jail while his criminal case is pending ... saying the singer's full of BS, and is likely to make a run for it.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ ... the government says Kelly's definitely a flight risk if he gets outta jail, even though the singer's legal team claims his passport doesn't contain a single stamp showing international travel.

In docs, prosecutors say earlier this year after he was released on bail in Illinois, Kelly sought to travel to Dubai with his two GFs, each of whom took steps to get their own passports.

Prosecutors also called BS on Kelly's legal team claiming the singer won't tamper with or intimidate witnesses. The government contends Kelly "has a history of coercing women to write letters containing false and embarrassing allegations" so he can later use them as blackmail.

And, then there's this ... prosecutors say Kelly's claim he's broke is misleading because he continues to get hundreds of thousands of dollars in royalties for his music. What's more ... the government argues it found out he's redirecting these royalties to the bank account of a childhood friend, but could easily redirect the dough to himself.

The government's docs don't include any visible response to Kelly's claim he's in failing health and should be released as a result. However, chunks of the document are redacted.

TMZ broke the story ... Kelly's lawyer filed legal docs in which they outline various medical issues, including numbness in one of his hands, anxiety and an untreated hernia.

Kelly's legal team, in their filing, assured the judge the singer would not be a flight risk and he vowed not to tamper with or intimidate witnesses.
