Dustin Diamond is back behind bars ... not even 2 months after he got sprung early for his concealed weapon conviction.

Cops in Saukville, Wisconsin busted the "Saved by the Bell" star for a probation violation on Wednesday, and he remains behind bars Thursday morning.

Law enforcement sources tell us Screech's violation screw up is drug related.

He scored an early release on April 11 due to his handiwork with a mop and bucket during his 3 months in jail for stabbing a man in a December 2014 bar fight.

'The Wonder Years' Star Busted for DUA ... Ambien

"The Wonder Years" star Jason Hervey just learned the hard way ... never take Ambien before you get behind the wheel.

Tennessee law enforcement tells TMZ ... they got a call about a swerving pickup truck and were able to locate it. Cops say Hervey was behind the wheel and totally out of it ... slurring, red-eyed and confused.

Cops say Hervey miserably failed a field sobriety test. They searched the pickup and found a loaded handgun, but the actor had a permit. Hervey was booked for DUI and carrying a weapon while under the influence.

The incident went down back in January 2015 but it went unnoticed, until this past weekend when Hervey served 48 hours behind bars for a misdemeanor DUI charge. The weapons charge was dropped.

Jason, who played Wayne Arnold on the show, tells us he has a prescription for Ambien and stupidly took one before hopping in the truck for a quick errand, he had no alcohol in his system ... he's thankful cops got him off the road before anything really bad happened.

Bam Margera My Wife Got a DUI And Wrecked Our Porsche

Bam Margera's wife got busted for DUI after getting into an accident while driving the same Porsche Bam was in a wreck years ago ... TMZ has learned.

According to cops in West Chester, PA ... Nicole Boyd collided with another driver in a Hyundai earlier this month. Nicole said she had the green light, but the other driver insisted she ran a red. Either way, Bam and Nicole's Porsche Panamera got banged up badly.

Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene, and the other driver was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries. Meanwhile, officers said Nicole smelled of alcohol and bombed field sobriety tests. She was arrested and booked for DUI.

Bam's Panamera might be cursed. As we reported, he got sideswiped in the ride shortly after getting it in 2011.

As for Nicole's DUI -- Bam's had his struggles with the bottle, and his best friend, Ryan Dunn, was wasted when he died in a high speed crash.

Usher Alleged Stalker Arrested For Getting Too Close

Usher's got a serious problem shaking an obsessed fan ... and it's gotten so bad she was arrested standing outside a recording studio trying to film him.

Law enforcement tells TMZ Usher was at an Atlanta recording studio earlier this month when Darshelle Jones showed up. We're told Jones was across the street trying to record the singer with an iPad, a big no-no considering he's got a restraining order against her.

According to the arrest report -- obtained by TMZ -- Jones was only 100 feet away from the studio and the restraining order says she's gotta be at least 200 yards away from the singer.

Jones was booked for aggravated stalking and is still in custody.

NBA's Kermit Washington Arrested In Homeland Security Investigation

Ex-NBA All-Star Kermit Washington -- who famously KO'd Rudy Tomjanovich in a game in 1977 -- was arrested by federal agents today as part of an investigation involving Homeland Security, TMZ Sports has learned.

Homeland Security Investigations spokesperson Shawn Neudauer tells us, "Special agents with U.S. Immigration and Custom Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) arrested former NBA player Kermit Washington in Los Angeles on Tuesday morning, on a federal arrest warrant as part of an on-going investigation."

Our sources tell us the arrest -- which went down at an L.A. supermarket -- is connected to an investigation surrounding NFL Hall of Famer Ron Mix ... who pled guilty to 1 count of tax fraud just yesterday.

Officials have said Mix -- who became a workers compensation lawyer after his NFL career -- was involved in a scam where an unidentified person known as "Individual F" would refer pro athletes his way and, in exchange, Mix would make a donation to a charity called "Project Contact Africa."

Officials also claim "Individual F" was using the donations -- $155,000 from Mix alone -- for "his own personal enjoyment and to fund his lifestyle."

Officials wouldn't tell us if Washington is "Individual F" -- but Washington is reportedly credited as the founder of Project Contact Africa.

'Love & Hip Hop' Star Arrested For Identity Fraud

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Karen King was busted for scamming a person's identity for financial gain ... and there's video of the arrest going down.

Karen was arrested Monday night moments after arriving at an 'LHHA' promotional appearance at Level V in Atlanta. Her appearance there had been heavily promoted, so police were ready and waiting to arrest her for the alleged identity theft that went down last year.

According to docs, King walked into the Saks Fifth Avenue in ATL, and bought $4,946.52 in merchandise under someone else's name. Cops think she was in cahoots with the employee who rang up the purchase.

According to the arrest record, Karen was booked for financial identity fraud, theft and first degree forgery.

We've reached out to her camp, so far no word back.

'Fear the Walking Dead' Star Arrested After Fight on CBS Lot

Frank Dillane -- star of "Fear the Walking Dead" and a 'Harry Potter' flick -- allegedly got physical with a CBS security guard, and got hauled off the backlot by cops ... TMZ has learned.

Our law enforcement sources say Dillane, who plays Nick Clark on 'Dead,' tried to breeze through a security checkpoint on Sunday night. Guards tried to stop him, especially because 'Dead' doesn't even shoot on the lot. At least one guard described his behavior as "erratic."

We're told Dillane didn't dig all the attention, things got heated and he ended up striking one of the guards. That was the last straw for the security force, which detained the actor with a citizen's arrest.

LAPD arrived and booked Dillane for battery. We've reached out to his reps, but no word back yet.

It appears Wendell Pierce got just as good as he gave in his alleged fight with a Bernie Sanders supporter in Atlanta ... now that we see his mug shot.

TMZ broke the story ... "The Wire" and 'Odd Couple' star got arrested and booked for battery Saturday when he -- a staunch backer of Hillary Clinton -- got into it with a woman who's voting for Sen. Sanders.

Pierce allegedly pushed the woman's boyfriend, then went after the woman ... grabbing her hair and smacking her in the head.

It's clear in the mug shot -- Wendell has scratches on his nose and upper lip. His reps have been silent since the arrest.

Chyna Busted Drunk and Sleeping Outside ... Months Before Death

Chyna was seriously struggling before she died -- so much so, police found her wasted and passed out on the ground outside her apartment building ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement tells us they got a call in November for a woman lying unconscious at 7 AM in Redondo Beach, CA -- and when they arrived, officers found Chyna. We're told she was slurring her speech, had bloodshot eyes and reeked of booze.

Cops say Chyna admitted drinking wine the night before and said she decided to sleep outside because she was struggling with her keys. She was also carrying nearly $20k in cash she says she made at an autograph session.

Paramedics on scene determined she was too drunk to take care of herself, and cops booked her for public intoxication.

Chyna was found dead on April 20. Her cause of death is still under investigation.

1:50 PM PST -- We just got new video showing the ENTIRE altercation -- and it's even crazier than we thought. You can see DeMarcus at the beginning of the fight -- but then he quickly disappears, as we previously reported.

The brother of NBA star DeMarcus Cousins was tased and arrested for fighting in a Tampa nightclub early this morning ... but we're told DeMarcus was pulled away from the fracas before cops got involved.

Both DeMarcus and Jaleel Cousins had been partying at The Drynk SoHo (see pic of the two below) when things got heated with club security.

FYI, Jaleel was a center for the University of South Florida basketball team. He just completed his senior season.

Sources inside the club tell us the brothers tried to get into the DJ area but security was shutting them down -- and that's when the chest-puffing began.

In footage obtained by TMZ Sports, you can see Jaleel throwing a haymaker punch -- while chaos ensues around him. We're told someone in DeMarcus' crew grabbed the Sacramento Kings star almost immediately and smartly rushed him outside.

Cops rushed in and tried to take Jaleel into custody -- but he allegedly resisted so cops busted out the taser and shocked him into submission. He was eventually arrested for misdemeanor battery and resisting arrest.

A police spokesperson told us, "There was no indication of any involvement by DeMarcus Cousins."

DJ Whoo Kid Lights Out, No License ... Arrested in NYC

DJ Whoo Kid got pulled over by cops for driving in the dark ... without his headlights, and things quickly went downhill from there 'cause he ended up getting arrested.

Whoo Kid was driving his Escalade in downtown Manhattan, around 1:30 AM Tuesday, when cops noticed his headlights were off. They also discovered his driver's license had been revoked, and there was a warrant for his arrest -- so, off to jail he went.

The Shade 45 and G-Unit DJ had a similar run-in with cops in 2014, but failed to show up for court ... hence the warrant.

Cops say he paid a fine and was released later on Tuesday.

Whoo Kid tells us he didn't realize there was a warrant out for his failure to appear in the 2014 case, since he paid the ticket. He has a June court date for this latest arrest.

Katt Williams A Salt & Battery Bust at Restaurant

Normally we'd take a Katt Williams arrest with a grain of salt, but this one was over multiple grains of salt ... which the comedian allegedly threw at a restaurant manager.

Katt got arrested late Wednesday night at Atlanta seafood restaurant Spondivits after he got into it with the staff ... according to cops.

We're told Katt's party walked into the restaurant and decided to seat themselves instead of waiting for a host. Katt soon followed and started arguing with the manager over the seating situation.

Katt allegedly settled matters by grabbing a salt shaker, chucking it at the manager and smashing him in the face. Cops say his lip was bleeding, and Katt had fled when they arrived.

Officers found Williams a little later and arrested him for battery (no salt) ... he posted bond and was released around 12:30 AM.

'2 Fast 2 Furious' Actor Cole Hauser Busted For DUI

Actor Cole Hauser was arrested for DUI after cops say he almost crashed on an L.A. freeway.

According to the arrest report, Hauser -- best known for his role as Carter Verone in "2 Fast 2 Furious" -- drifted in and out of lanes Sunday on the 101. Cops took notice and pulled him over.

Police say Hauser seemed drunk, and after a field sobriety test he was cuffed and taken to the station, where he was booked for DUI.

He's out on $15k bail.

We could not reach Hauser or his rep for comment.

'Wicked Tuna' Star Captain Delivers Beatdown ... Gets Arrested

One of the captains from "Wicked Tuna" got busted in port for smashing a guy's face.

Captain Tyler McLaughlin was charged this week for misdemeanor assault ... according to the Perquimans County Sheriff's Dept. in North Carolina.

Cops say McLaughlin got into it with another fisherman last month near the docks. The Nat Geo star allegedly put the guy in a choke hold and punched him in the eye multiple times. We're told the victim suffered a broken nose and 2 black eyes. McLaughlin bounced before cops arrived.

Weeks later, McLaughlin turned himself in to cops, got booked but was immediately released on a $10,000 bond. We reached out to McLaughlin and Nat Geo ... no reply at all.

Celebrity Makeup Artist Busted for Stabbing Sister With an Umbrella

A big-time celeb makeup artist who's worked with Madonna, Miley Cyrus and Lady Gaga ... got arrested after cops say she stabbed her sister with an umbrella.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ they were called to Sharon "Mama Makeup" Gault's home Monday in Santa Monica for a loud dispute. When they arrived, cops say Sharon and her sister had gotten into it, and Sharon's weapons of choice were a wooden clothes hanger and umbrella.

We're told Sharon connected with the hanger multiple times then picked up the umbrella and used it in a "stabbing motion." Her sister had minor scratches and bruises but refused medical treatment.

It's unclear what started the fight. Sharon was booked for assault with a deadly weapon.
