Mel Gibson's having a baby ... for the 9th time ... with his 26-year-old girlfriend.
Mel and Rosalind Ross, his GF of 2 years, are expecting the newborn sometime early next year ... according to Mel's reps.
60-year-old Mel is an old pro -- he had 7 kids with his ex-wife, Robin, and one more with Oksana Grigorieva. This will be Rosalind's first baby.
People first reported the pregnancy.
Couple fun numbers: 36 and 6 ... the ages of Mel's oldest and youngest kids, as of today.

Bobbi Kristina Nick Gordon No-Shows ... Loses Wrongful Death Suit
Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend has been found responsible for her death after failing to show up in court for the wrongful death lawsuit her family filed against him.
Nick Gordon repeatedly failed to meet court deadlines in the case, and his no-show Friday in an Atlanta court was the final straw. The judge entered a judgment against him, giving the estate the win by default ... according to Bobby Brown's attorney.
You'll recall Bobbi's estate filed the suit against Gordon, alleging he gave her the toxic mix of drugs, which the medical examiner said played the key role in her drowning death.
Bobby's attorney tells us the judge's ruling confirms what the family believed all along ... that "Nick Gordon was responsible for her death." Any damages Nick will be ordered to pay will be determined in a future hearing.
No criminal charges were ever filed against Gordon.

Robert Griffin III Officially Files for Divorce
The divorce is officially underway ... 'cause Robert Griffin III has finally filed court docs looking to end his 3 year marriage to college sweetheart Rebecca Liddicoat.
Just last month, RG3 announced he had broken things off with Liddicoat -- the mother of their 1-year-old daughter -- and had moved onto a new lady ... Florida State track star Grete Sadeiko.
But now, we've confirmed the Cleveland Browns QB has filed the paperwork seeking to formally end his marriage. He filed on Sept. 7th in Texas.
Sources connected to the former couple tell us RG3 and Liddicoat are not on good terms -- and the divorce ain't gonna be pretty.
Robert doesn't seem phased -- he already got a tattoo of his new GF's name on his arm ... and has been posting love notes and couply pics of Grete on social media.

Robby Gordon 'This Is Devastating' ... 'The Truth Will Come Out'
1:55 PM PT -- The Orange County Coroner's Office says both autopsies are complete.
An emotional Robby Gordon broke his silence on the death of his father and his father's wife in an apparent murder-suicide ... saying he's devastated and vows to get to the bottom of the deadly incident.
"This is devastating," Gordon told The Orange County Register ... "[My father] taught so many and I want everyone to know what a good man he was."
The bodies of Robert "Baja Bob" Gordon and Sharon Gordon, were found at a home owned by the NASCAR driver Wednesday night. Cops say a rifle was found at the scene.
Cops are not saying what they believe happened inside the home -- but Gordon told The OCR, "The truth will come out."
Gordon also held a news conference and thanked his friends in the racing community for the support.
He added, "I'd like everybody to understand this is very tough. It's not only tough for me but tough for my sisters. And my sister that is Sharon's daughter, Haylee."

A running back on the University of Arizona football team was arrested Wednesday morning after allegedly kidnapping and attacking his girlfriend ... and he's since been booted from the UA team.
Orlando Bradford -- the 2nd string running back -- was charged with 7 felony counts of domestic violence, 4 counts of aggravated assault and 3 counts of kidnapping.
Cops say someone called 911 around 6:30 AM on Wednesday to report an attack. When cops arrived to the scene, they say the woman had obvious injuries, according to USA Today Sports.
Bond was set at $20,000.
20-year-old Bradford -- who's from Louisiana -- was a 3-star high school recruit and had offers from several major colleges.

Hillary Clinton got herself a doctor's note confirming she's battling pneumonia ... and also loading up on her medications.
The doc just released a letter in response to all the hysteria over Clinton's fainting spell and it includes a list of the drugs she's currently taking:

- Coumadin (blood thinner)
- Levaquin (antibiotic) for 10 days

The candidate's cholesterol count is 189 (103 LDL, 56 HDL) and her blood pressure is 100/70 -- all within normal parameters for a 68-year-old woman. Dr. Lisa Bardack says she's evaluated Clinton's health "several times" since Sunday, and she's improving and fit to be POTUS.
Hillary's also less cold-blooded than detractors claim ... at 97.8.

Lil Wayne says he IS retired from music ... at least, for now ... and it's all over his war with Birdman.
The rapper just appeared on "Undisputed" on FS1 -- where Skip Bayless got straight to the point and asked if his tweets about retiring from music earlier this month were real.
The explanation ... Weezy says when he posted the tweet, he was PISSED OFF following a heated argument over his business relationship with Cash Money Records.
Wayne claims Birdman owes him millions -- and it's having a real impact on his personal life.
"I have a family. I have kids. I have a mother. We have bills. This is just business."
Wayne says he will NEVER work with Birdman ever again -- and for all intents and purposes, considers himself retired ... at least, until he gets paid.
He did send this message to his former boss -- "Gimme mine and I'll walk free."
It's clear Wayne WANTS to make music again -- because he told Skip he hasn't even come close to reaching the height of his career.

Ted Cruz Boycott 'Rich Spoiled Athletes' Who Protest National Anthem
Senator Ted Cruz is furious with Colin Kaepernick and other "rich spoiled athletes" protesting the National Anthem ... and is now calling for Americans to boycott them.
Cruz spoke out on Twitter -- after ex-NBA star Jalen Rose tweeted out a "salute" to "all NFL players & teams that peacefully did protests for change."
Cruz responded, "To all the athletes who have made millions in America's freedom: stop insulting our flag, our nation, our heroes."
Then the call for the boycott -- "Here's a peaceful protest: never buy another shoe, shirt, or jersey of rich spoiled athletes who dishonor our flag."
Of course, Kaepernick's protest has caught on with other players -- including Broncos' linebacker Brandon Marshall, Arian Foster and Kenny Stills. Other players raised a fist during the anthem including Marcus Peters and Martellus Bennett.

'Making a Murderer' Brendan Dassey You're Not Getting Out Without a Fight
Brendan Dassey will not get out of prison, despite a federal judge throwing out his conviction ... if prosecutors have their way.
The Wisconsin Attorney General is appealing the decision to overturn the conviction, on grounds authorities violated his rights by interrogating the then 16-year-old without an adult present.
Dassey was convicted of murdering Teresa Halbach, along with his uncle, Steven Avery. The saga was chronicled on "Making a Murderer," which triggered outrage and almost certainly helped in the appeal.
As of now, Dassey will get out in November, but prosecutors now want a federal appeals court to overturn the lower court's reversal.

The Super Bowl champs' star linebacker followed Colin Kaepernick's lead and took a knee during the Star Spangled Banner Thursday night in Denver during the league's kickoff game.
The Broncos almost immediately released a statement, saying ... “While we encourage members of our organization to stand during the National Anthem, we understand and respect it being a personal decision.”
As we've reported ... Kaepernick's movement has been spreading.
It's just the first game. Sunday should be interesting.

Ex-Baylor Coach Art Briles Apologizes For College Rape Scandal ... 'I Did Wrong'
Ex-Baylor head coach Art Briles is apologizing for the way he handled the school's rape scandal ... saying he knows he "did wrong" and vows to be better in the future.
In an interview with ESPN Briles said he's aware "bad things" happened during his tenure in Waco ... and now realizes he failed the school, because the buck stopped with him.
"I understand I made some mistakes, I was wrong. I was the captain of this ship. The captain of the ship goes down with it."
Briles was fired back in May along with several members of the program when an independent investigation found Baylor higher-ups failed to properly address sexual assault allegations against football players.
Briles has said he plans to coach again ... and hired high-powered agent Jimmy Sexton last week in hopes to secure a job in 2017, but is adamant he's not making his apology as part of a job hunt.
"I'm not trying to plead for people's sympathy. I'm sorry. I'm gonna learn. I'm gonna learn to do better."

Lil Wayne got a rude awakening from cops inside his home, and went from calm to furious very quickly when he realized what was happening -- an apparent swatting call.
We've learned Miami Beach police responded to a call last week of an unknown male shot and bleeding at Wayne's home. When cops arrived, they entered through an unlocked garage door and found Wayne sleeping at 2:53 PM.
According to police docs ... Weezy was initially cooperative and even gave cops permission for a K-9 unit to search the home. But just moments later ... cops say he got pissed and screamed, "I'm tired of this s*** ... take me to jail."
Cops say they cuffed the rapper, but when they didn't find a victim they let him go. We're told Wayne calmed down and told officers he understood they were doing their job.
The same thing happened to Wayne last year, when cops got a report someone had shot 4 people inside the house. Again ... it was a hoax.

Bill Cosby is the victim of discrimination and racial hatred ... according to Bill Cosby.
Cosby's lawyers just released a statement calling out those who "accuse him of crimes for unwitnessed events" ... and Cosby particularly directs his frustration at Gloria Allred.
The 79-year-old's adamant Allred's trampling on his civil rights, saying, "her campaign against Mr. Cosby builds on racial bias and prejudice that can pollute the court of public opinion. And when the media repeats her accusations -- with no evidence, no trial and no jury -- we are moved backwards as a country."
Cosby was in court Tuesday as his team tried moving the sexual assault case out of Montgomery County ... arguing Cosby won't get a fair trial there. His trial's set to begin June 5th, 2017.
