The woman pulling the plug is Jacqueline Getty who in 2000, married Gordon Peter Getty Jr. ... an heir to the $2,000,000,000 Getty fortune.

In legal papers just filed in L.A., Jacqueline claims she needs at least $314,727 per month in spousal support so she can continue to live in the style she's been accustomed ... here are some of the highlights:

-- $300,000 to $500,000 per year on clothing
-- $50,000 Halloween parties
-- wildly expensive jewelry including 5 carat diamond earrings
-- $40,000 birthday parties
-- trips to the private Getty compound in Hawaii 3-4 times a year
-- trips on the Getty private jet (Boeing 737)
-- a bed worth $1,000,000

Two more fun facts: First, Jacqueline claims they kept paintings by Jackson Pollock in STORAGE!!!

And our personal favorite ... Jacqueline claims Gordo would often go on trips without suitcases ... and buy a completely new wardrobe whenever he got to his destination ... several times a year!

And that is when you know you're rich.

*UPDATE: While Jacqueline declared that the cost to maintain her marital lifestyle was $314,727 -- she's now asking the court $539,201 per month in spousal support.

Janine James -- the mother of Jesse's daughter, Sunny -- tells TMZ, "If Sandra decides to keep a relationship going with our daughter Sunny, I would in no way stop that."

She added, "Sunny loves Sandy and vice versa. She's welcome to be a part of every aspect of Sunny's life."

Despite the fact that Sandra ripped Janine in a legal move to obtain custody of Sunny last year, Janine seems to be grateful for everything Bullock did saying, "She has taken care of our daughter as if she was her own ... she sacrificed much ... and I will forever be indebted to her for that."

The docs, filed by celebrity attorney Joe Mannis in Hopper's mega-divorce case, paints a grim picture of Hopper's life. One of his doctors submitted a declaration, stating, "It is doubtful that Mr. Hopper will ever recover sufficiently to be subject to a deposition."

Hopper says in the legal docs he is willing to pay estranged wife Victoria $5,000 a month in spousal support, and that's all he can afford. Hopper's CPA says Dennis' liquid assets total $300,280 ... plus another $10,900 in Hopper's corporations.

The CPA says in recent years, "Hopper has basically lived on income derived from new acting services." Because of his cancer, Hopper can't work, and in 2009 he earned $57,000 in residuals. Mannis says that's what Hopper will pull in this year as well.

Victoria has alleged Dennis is loaded because of art he has created and sold. Dennis counters in legal docs that in the last 9 years he's sold art to the tune of $1,895,000, but his expenses to create and store the art totaled $1,850,000 -- so he's saying the net profit for 9 years is a measly $45,000.

An IMDb employee tells TMZ, in order to change the marital status on someone's profile, the change must be approved internally by IMDb.

We do not know who submitted the change.

Bullock's rep says, "This was never authorized by anyone related to her."

BTW, on Jesse James' IMDb page, his marital status is unchanged.

We're told Sandra's reps have been in touch with several high-end divorce lawyers. Our sources say Lance Spiegel, who handled divorces for Charlie Sheen, Heather Locklear and Michael Jackson, is the frontrunner.

As for Jesse, we're told his business people have contacted several lawyers as well, but he will not be initiating the divorce. We're told his reps are asking the attorneys "if they'd be interested in taking the case" if Sandra files.

As for whether a divorce petition will be filed, one source simply said, "Something's happening."

Jesse said in his declaration, "Sunny now has a family, school, friends, pets, and community free from pornography and drugs." Jesse goes on ... he wanted to make sure if Janine had contact with their child, the court should "restrain her from allowing Sunny to be around drugs or pornography..." Unclear if strip clubs count.

As we first reported, Janine plans to go to court in June to try and seek a modification in the custody order now that Jesse's home life is in obvious upheaval.

Before the body art incident, the two hit up Madeo and Chateau Marmont together where they both seemed a bit tipsy to say the least.

It was around 1:00 AM this morning that they finally hit the tat shop -- the same tat shop where Deryck was seen making out with another girl at after he and Avril split last year.

No word on what designs they had stitched in to their limbs -- we're guessing they match.

TMZ has obtained legal docs in Jesse's divorce from Janine Lindemulder. James filed several declarations, accusing Janine of various acts of brutality -- including punching him, bludgeoning him in the back of the head with a flowerpot, swinging a steel bone sculpture at him, trying to run him over with her car, socking him in the eyeball because he used her parking space, and going Naomi Campbell on him with a cellphone.

James says on one occasion, when Janine was pregnant, she began hitting and chasing him in their bedroom, and he grabbed her by the hair to hold her at bay.

Bullock will probably choose to bludgeon Jesse with a Beverly Hills lawyer.

The couple married back in 2003 and have one child together.

A statement from their lawyers says: "The split is entirely amicable and is by mutual agreement. Both parties are fully committed to the future joint parenting of their children."

Shaquille O'Neal and his estranged wife, Shaunie have reached a settlement in their divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Shaunie's mega-lawyer, Sorrell Trope, tells TMZ Shaq and Shaunie have reached agreement on all terms of the divorce, including property, custody and support.

Under the agreement, the Florida courts will have jurisdiction to officially divorce the couple. In addition, a Florida judge will handle any issues that may arise involving property division and spousal support.

Trope tells TMZ the California courts will have jurisdiction over any issues related to child custody.

As we first reported, Shaunie filed for legal separation in California back in November, just days after moving to L.A. with their kids. We've learned Shaunie just filed a petition to dismiss the separation action.

We've learned Victoria Hopper's lawyer, Sorrell Trope, fired off a letter to Dennis' hired gun, Joe Mannis, demanding the return of various items, including a toothbrush, dog bowls and coffee mugs.

According to official documents obtained by TMZ, Mannis sent Trope a gift basket filled with sardonic goodies, including a chocolate bunny rabbit, dog bowls and a Spiderman toothbrush.

Lawyers bearing gifts are frowned upon, so today in court, Trope came to court -- gift basket in hand -- and said thanks but no thanks, and left it in the courtroom hallway on top of the trash can.

Victoria Hopper's lawyer fired off a letter to Dennis' lawyer on March 8 -- informing him his client's estranged wife had entered his home and taken several items she claims were hers ... including a laundry basket, some children's toys, a wastebasket, a cotton ball holder, an alarm clock, some towels, a magazine rack, toothbrushes, a coffee cup ... and chip clips.

According to Dennis' lawyer -- who called the whole thing "extremely confusing" -- Victoria "effectively looted" Dennis' house twice to remove these items, which include "more junk than can be imagined."

Victoria may be able steal back her little trinkets -- but according to the prenup, Dennis is keeping his fortune.

According to court docs, Victoria must leave Dennis' compound on March 15. But in legal papers filed today and obtained by TMZ, Victoria claims the prenup she signed does require her to vacate one of the homes on the property, but she says she's living in a different, freestanding home on the property so she's allowed to stay.

Victoria also said in court she's broke and needs money, stat.

And, Victoria says in her legal docs, she believes Dennis is getting ready to die. She says, "I believe in contemplation of death [Dennis Hopper] may be intending to remove me as a beneficiary of any kind..."

Mel has put his 5,403 sq. foot property on the market, guest house included. All told you're looking at nine bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and a guaranteed passage to heaven.

Jamie submitted an expense declaration with the court in her quest for $988,845. Here are some of her MONTHLY expenses:

In all, the homes cost her $568,829 a month. Her total nut is almost twice that. But in her declaration, Jamie says she was only pulling in $166,667 a month from the Dodgers. Someone missed their home ec classes!
