Ex-"Scandal" star Columbus Short is playing a dangerous and illegal game of cat and mouse ... repeatedly contacting his estranged wife in violation of a court order ... so claims his ex.

Tanee McCall-Short's lawyer claimed in court Wednesday he repeatedly violated a stay away order ... contacting Tanee on 6 separate occasions.

Short's lawyer could have asked to hold Columbus in contempt, but instead the attorney asked the judge to make the temporary order permanent. The judge is considering what to do ... in the meantime the restraining order was extended to July 30th.

TMZ broke the story ... Tanee got the TRO -- and filed for divorce -- after Short allegedly put a knife to her throat and threatened murder/suicide.

Kevin Hart's version of how his marriage ended is all wrong -- so says his ex-wife, who refuses to back down ... telling TMZ he cheated with his present girlfriend ... no matter how he tries to spin it.

Here's what's gone down so far -- Hart took to Twitter this morning to say his current girlfriend, Eniko Parrish, had nothing to do with his divorce from Torrei Hart ... after Torrei accused Kevin of being unfaithful with Parrish during their marriage.

Now Torrei tells us Kevin is simply lying ... claiming he was with Parrish when Torrei and Kevin were still married. She says, "Our divorce was finalized two years ago and we were only separated eight months prior to the divorce.

She adds, "Despite what Kevin has said, and the time frames he is trying to establish, she was his mistress and was one of the reasons that broke up my family."

Torrie also says Kevin should not discuss their personal matters on Twitter -- "Show some respect, show some compassion, take ownership. Don’t run to Twitter like you’re in 12th grade. Be a grown man, own up to your s***."

10:35 AM PT -- Paige's peeps are calling Patrick's allegation of infidelity ... fabricated, baseless, pathetic and desperate -- and claim he's only trying to "grab as much money as possible."

Walmart heiress Paige Laurie Dubbert's ex is slamming back at her, calling her a cheater who is using the divorce and a B.S. lawsuit to distract attention away from an affair, TMZ has learned.

Patrick Bode Dubbert says he accused Paige of cheating last year -- according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ -- and then Paige filed for divorce on Mar. 7 ... and also sued Patrick for ripping her off through a business he was running out of Malibu.

Paige claimed Patrick was paying himself $250K a year plus $70K/month in contracting fees for him and his buddy.

In his docs, Patrick says his biz is legit ... and Paige's accusation is simply a smokescreen to deflect attention from the failed marriage, and "spin an image of Paige to the media as a victim."

Kevin Hart just unleashed an angry rant on ex-wife for slamming his current girlfriend, but Hart handled it maturely ... refusing to slam his ex even once (well okay, maybe one time).

Kevin was set off by an interview Torrei Hart did bashing Kevin's GF Eniko Parrish ... saying she wanted to knock her out for breaking up her marriage to Kevin.

In his response, Hart tweeted Parrish had nothing to do with his divorce and said he was disappointed Torrei slammed Eniko because he has "embraced the man that she is dealing with with nothing but positivity."

Well, not all positive ... Kevin got in this jab -- "Guess giving a woman over 20k a month and still being there for her and being a incredible father isn't enough!"

Kevin's rant went on and on until this awesome punchline -- "P.S. I was listening to "Drake's" album while I was tweeting all that stuff...lmfao That s*** made me emotional lmfao."

Michael Jace was a horrible father who made his son cower in fear … lording over him with an “intimidation style of discipline” … this according to the boy's mother and Jace's first wife.

In court docs filed in 2005 and obtained by TMZ ... Jennifer Bitterman claims Jace often threatened the boy with corporal punishment … and would spank him for crying or for being afraid.

It’s heartbreaking … Bitterman says Jordan would cry and beg not to go when he had to spend time with his father. She says she encouraged Jordan to be brave … and she would “reassure him that [Jace] loves him and that he is safe with him.”

Chris Martin is either back with Gwyneth Paltrow or not ... and based on what Chris said Tuesday night both options are plausible.

Photogs wanted to know if pics of the consciously uncoupled pair on May 17 signaled a reconciliation ... and he consciously hinted it might be true.

But then he warned everyone not to jump to conclusions ... which the photogs immediately did.

Neither Chris nor Gwyneth have pulled the trigger and filed legal docs to end the marriage.

Sherri Shepherd's bitter divorce and custody war is jeopardizing the safety of her unborn child ... to the point her estranged hubby is fretting over a possible kidnapping.

Lamar Sally claims in new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- there's now so much attention on the baby -- which is being carried via surrogate -- it now has a target on its head.

Lamar has an inflated idea of Sherri's celebrity ... worrying there will be a massive media crush at the hospital when their baby is born, which could snarl traffic and ... "expose our son to criminals who might target our child for financial gain."

Translation ... they don't want a repeat of that Charles Lindbergh Jr. sitch in 1932.

Now, a reality check. One, no one knows where Lamar and Sherri's surrogate is giving birth. Two, neither Lamar nor Sherri piloted the first solo trans-Atlantic flight.

Master P's got a lot of drama in his life right now -- including a family being torn apart by an ugly divorce -- so what better way to deal with it ... than to use it to sell his very own reality TV show.

TMZ has learned Master P's developing a show celebrating the chaos and dysfunction that has rocked his family -- including the bitter split from his wife, Sonya ... plus accusations of drug use, kidnapping and brainwashing.

P is keenly aware ... the turmoil will help him sell a reality show ... something he really wants.

So now the question ... are all of these fights real? What really caught our attention ... P recently pleaded for help in finding his missing 14-year-old daughter, who turned up safe a few hours later. Real or fake?

Laurie Metcalf's life is looking less "Roseanne" and more "Green Acres" these days -- TMZ has learned she's snatching up some farmland and a tractor in her divorce. Yee-haw!

Metcalf's divorce from actor Matt Roth became final on Wednesday. It's been a long, slow process -- they separated in 2008 -- after 3 years of marriage -- but Roth didn't file for divorce until 2011.

According to the docs Roth will continue to live in their L.A. home -- and Metcalf gets a country house in Idaho ... along with a couple of snowmobiles, a camper and a tractor.

Overall, the split seems pretty amicable. They've agreed to share physical and legal custody of their two kids. Metcalf doesn't want any child support ... as long as Roth pays the mortgage on the L.A. house.

Remember, Laurie ... it was good enough for Eva Gabor.

The truce between Johnny Weir and his husband was short lived -- TMZ has learned the two had another blowout fight last night in NJ ... and Victor Voronov reported the brawl to police today.

Sources connected to the couple say ... Victor told police Johnny found text messages badmouthing him on Victor's phone. Victor says the texts sent the Olympic ice skater into a tailspin ... and claims Weir unleashed a scratch attack all over him.

TMZ has obtained photos of Victor's injuries -- several minor cuts and bruises to his knee, hand, and wrist.

Victor chose NOT to get an emergency restraining order ... according to the complaint. As for the text messages -- we're told Victor is claiming they're old, and were written during their nasty separation.

Just 12 days ago Johnny announced he and Victor were sticking a fork in their divorce battle and happily reuniting.

We've reached out to Johnny and Victor -- nothing back yet.

Lamar Sally tells TMZ he did NOT want Sherri Shepherd to sign an amendment to their prenup ... despite the fact that TMZ has a copy of the amendment in question.

Lamar insists, "I did not want her to sign an amendment to our prenup." TMZ broke the story, at some point during the marriage, he presented Sherri with a document that required her, among other things, to say she would commit to staying thin. We're told she refused to sign it.

And we're told Sherri's current lawyer is in possession of the amendment in question.

Sherri Shepherd's estranged husband wanted her to sign a document promising that she would enjoy sex and not get fat ... TMZ has learned.

Sherri and Lamar Sally signed a prenup before they got hitched in 2011. We're told at some point after the wedding, Lamar wanted an amendment to the prenup, which included the following:

-- "I respect my husband's opinions and recognize him as the leader of our home. I will always speak well of my husband."

-- "I enjoy having sex with my husband. I crave intimacy with him and want to be uninhibited and free in our lovemaking."

-- "MY BODY IS IMPORTANT TO ME. I STRIVE TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY BODY WEIGHT AND EXERCISE AT LEAST THREE TIMES A WEEK." (HIS emphasis)

-- "It is my joy to submit to my husband as a way to honor God."

Of course Sherri rejected the amendment.

Lamar filed for separation earlier this month ... Sherri has since filed for divorce. They're fighting over custody of their unborn baby via surrogate.

We contacted Lamar's lawyer ... so far no word back.

Sherri Shepherd is a terrible mom who woefully neglects her 9-year-old special needs son -- he can barely write, reads at a 2nd-grade level, and can't tie his shoes -- so claims the boy's father, who's now gunning to rip custody from "The View" host.

Jeffrey Tarpley -- Sherri's ex-husband -- filed an emergency request in April to modify the couple's current custody arrangement ... specifically, Tarpley wants full physical custody of their son, Jeffrey Jr.

Tarpley claims Sherri's non-stop work schedule -- "The View," "The Newlywed Game," various TV acting roles, book tours, films -- has caused her to neglect their son completely.

Jeffrey claims Sherri regularly leaves their son with "unskilled nannies" ... as a result, he's falling way behind in school, suffers from low self-esteem, and has to use Velcro shoes because he can't tie laces.

It doesn't end there ... Jeffrey says Sherri also hasn't taught their son how to properly care for himself, so hygiene has become an issue.

Jeffrey says he desperately wants to help, but his hands are tied because he lives in California and Sherri lives with their son in Jersey. He says he has no time during his short visits to undo all of Sherri's bad parenting ... so he wants Jeffrey Jr. with him full time.

Sherri filed her own docs in response, claiming Jeffrey's an absentee dad who deserves no part in his son's life. The judge denied Jeffrey's emergency request, but set a hearing in July to settle the beef.

FYI, Jeffrey filed his papers BEFORE Sherri's current husband Lamar Sally filed for separation. As we reported, Lamar wants custody of his and Sherri's unborn child ... so Jeffrey's arguments could hurt her on both fronts.

Gwyneth Paltrow is still "consciously coupling" with hubby Chris Martin ... or at least they are still living together ... this according to new legal docs.

The living arrangement came up in connection with a restraining order Gwyneth just got against a crazed fan who has been terrorizing her for years ... even entering her home.

In the docs granting the 3-year restraining order ... Chris Martin is named as one of the people protected.

Gwyneth famously posted on her Goop website that she was ending her marriage to Chris.

So ... in the restraining order, someone hand-wrote next to Chris' name, "Lives w/ [Gwyneth]."

It would appear the divorce isn't bitter, if Chris is still living in the family house.

Country singer Randy Houser so desperately needs a break from his wife ... he's asking a judge for a restraining order ... to block her from going on VACATION with him.

Randy filed in March to divorce Jessa Lee Yantz. The country star groused to the judge this month, he and Jessa had planned a Bahamas vacation before the split ... renting a house.

Apparently Randy wants the house entirely to himself, but Jessa says she has a right to go without him for at least part of the time, especially because she and her friends have already made travel arrangements. Randy doesn't want her near the place.

Randy is now asking the judge to order Jessa not to interfere with his R&R ... and to stay clear of the beach villa that he's renting this summer.

Boy ... talk about not taking the hint.

Robin Thicke is so desperate to get his wife back ... he WROTE A NEW SONG about it -- including the lyrics "I should've kissed you longer / I should've held you stronger" -- and TMZ has learned he'll debut it live on stage ... at the Billboard Music Awards.

TMZ has obtained a copy of the lyrics for the new song -- called "Get Her Back" -- and the whole thing is dripping with regret over his split from Paula Patton.

Some highlights:
-- "All I wanna do is make it right"
-- "I gotta get her, go get her back / I gotta treat her right / I gotta cherish her for life"
-- "I should've kissed you longer / I should've held you stronger / And I'll wait for forever for you."

Robin's other public pleas to Paula -- opening up during concerts about forgiveness -- have fallen on deaf ears.
