Heidi Klum had a little bit of jungle fever Wednesday ... hitting up Disneyland's Jungle Cruise ride with her kids. Her ex-hubby Seal was there too.

The divorced couple arranged a family play day ... putting personal demons aside to hang at the Haunted Mansion and a bunch of other attractions -- although there was ZERO attraction between the exes.

Heidi and Seal maintained a respectful distance ... keeping several paces apart most of the day.

MILF-loving Mickey, on the other hand -- was all up in Heidi's biz.

Terrence Howard is going down a bad road ... racking up hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt with his ex-wife, and now even his divorce attorneys want to dump him ... TMZ has learned.

Terrence's ex, Michelle Howard claims he owes her $325K in spousal support ... and another $106K for her attorneys and accountant fees -- according to court docs obtained by TMZ. She's trying to force him to cough up the cash.

The two went through an ugly and allegedly violent divorce in 2012. Michelle claims he's missed 49 spousal support payments -- almost ALL of them -- since the divorce became final just over 2 years ago.

Pilar Sanders is a Moorish National Aboriginal, Indigenous Natural Person who should not be governed by any laws or courts in the United States of America ... or so she's claiming in a bizarre new legal doc.

The ex-wife of Deion Sanders, who now goes by Pilar Biggers Sanders Love El-Dey, filed docs to appeal a judgment that upheld the prenup in her divorce ... and potentially cost her millions.

Pilar's docs claim she's now affiliated with the Moorish Divine and National Movement of the World -- which best we can tell (she rambles for pages about the group) means she can only be judged by the Moroccan Empire. We know.

So, translation -- we're not really sure.

Either way ... Ms. Love El-Dey's appeal was dismissed -- even before this strange filing -- and for some reason she thinks this will give her case new life in the courts.

Anna Gunn's estranged husband is so into the last season of "Breaking Bad" -- he wants a piece of it.

Gunn's husband -- Alastair Duncan -- filed for divorce in 2008 and the marriage officially ended the next year. The former couple has 2 kids but Duncan got child support for a short time after the divorce, but then agreed Anna could stop paying.

Things changed during the final season of the show, when Anna raked in more than $1 million ... and the lion's share -- $890,858.83 --- was from "Breaking Bad." By contrast, he only makes $10K a month as a realtor/actor.

Duncan now says financial circumstances have so significantly changed ... it's only fair for him to get child support again. He notes Anna has a new show on Fox -- "Gracepoint" -- and other projects including an off-Broadway show.

By the way ... of the million bucks she made last year ... she paid $92K to her agent, $51K to her business manager, $58K to her personal manager and $31K to her publicist.

Katharine McPhee insists she's no cheating skank -- claiming she was SEPARATED from her husband last year when she publicly made out with another man.

TMZ has obtained McPhee's divorce docs -- she lists her date of separation from husband Nicholas Cokas as March 15, 2013 ... more than 7 months before she openly locked lips with married "Smash" director Michael Morris.

As we reported, McPhee filed for divorce from Cokas last week. She cites irreconcilable differences in the docs.

Also interesting ... according to the docs, McPhee wants to keep all the money she made post-separation ... which might explain why she picked such an early separation date.

McPhee and Cokas briefly attempted a reconciliation in March ... but that just didn't work out.

"Basketball Wives" star Malaysia Pargo insists her divorce from NBA player Jannero Pargo is NOT as nasty as it seems ... telling TMZ Sports she still wants to be friends after the split.

We broke the story ... Malaysia just filed divorce docs in L.A. after airing her beef with the Charlotte Hornets player on various social media platforms ... and it seemed the two were ready to go to war.

But now, Malaysia tells us both she and Jannero are keeping things friendly for the good of their 3 children -- and are committed to not only being civil toward each other, but friendly.

"Basketball Wives" star Malaysia Pargo has finally pulled the trigger on her troubled marriage to Charlotte Hornets player Jannero Pargo -- TMZ Sports has learned she has just filed for divorce.

Malaysia -- real name Laquisha Pargo -- filed divorce docs in L.A. County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences. They have 3 kids together, a 7-year-old and 3-year-old twins.

Chris Martin continues to play it coy when it comes to whether or not he and Gwyneth Paltrow are getting back together ... but man, is he super nice about it.

As TMZ first reported, Gwyneth stated in legal docs that she still lives with Martin ... which got us wondering if a reconciliation was in the works. Then earlier this week, Chris was a little vague when asked about the topic ... which got us wondering even more.

Then Thursday night at LAX, Martin straight up refused to answer any questions ... at one point he put his hand on one photog's shoulder and told him very politely he had no intention of telling him anything.

Despite the stonewalling ... Gwyneth and Chris were spotted cruising together on Vespas (with their kids) earlier Thursday.

Chris did tell our guy at LAX one thing ... despite the scene below, he's a huge "40-Year-Old Virgin" fan.

Somebody should tell "Two and a Half Men" star Melanie Lynskey Hollywood divorces are typically mean, ugly and humiliating ... search Sherri Shepherd, Master P, Kevin Hart, et al.

Lynskey and "Always Sunny in Philadelphia" star Jimmi Simpson just finalized their divorce ... and it's the nicest set of divorce docs we've ever read.

Neither one hired a lawyer. They worked everything out themselves -- with a little bit of help from a mediator.

Neither wants spousal support. As for splitting assets ... they've actually included a line promising not to take "unfair advantage" of each other.

The couple filed for divorce in 2012 -- citing irreconcilable differences.

Katharine McPhee has finally pulled the plug on her marriage from the man she publicly cheated on.

Katherine's rep released a statement confirming the divorce, saying, "After six years of marriage, and having been separated for the past year, [Katharine] has filed for a dissolution of marriage from Nick Cokas."

The rep added, "The two have an amicable relationship and will remain friends."

"Amicable" is surprising ... considering 30-year-old McPhee humiliated 49-year-old Cokas last year by publicly making out with "Smash" director Michael Morris ... who also happens to be married.

As we reported, McPhee and Cokas tried reconciling earlier this Spring, but it just wasn't in the cards. We're told McPhee ultimately decided she just didn't want to be married anymore.

Sherri Shepherd's estranged husband is upping the ante on the drama over his unborn child ... warning Sherri a gig she's booked -- NINE DAYS BEFORE the baby's due date -- is cutting it too close ... and he's pissed.

TMZ has learned Lamar Sally is outraged Sherri is scheduled to perform July 19 at a gospel fest in Virginia. Their surrogate is due to give birth on July 28 ... in Pennsylvania.

According to sources connected with the couple ... Lamar is telling Sherri missing the birth would be an unforgivable sin -- especially because it's HIS first child.

Master P's family war is 100% real ... not concocted for a potential reality show according to P's son Romeo.

TMZ broke the story ... Master P is shopping a reality show to BET and other networks ... the hook being the nastiness between P and his estranged wife Sonya. He says she has a drug problem ... she says he's cutting her off from their $200 million fortune.

The TV deal makes some people think all the drama's being cooked up for plot lines -- but Romeo tells us it's 100% authentic ... and also explains why his Dad would want to air the dirty laundry.

Rapper/pastor Mase believes his wife is such an embarrassment to their church, he's banished her from the pulpit ... and it all has to do with hitting the bottle.

Mase is now blocking Twyla Betha from spreading the gospel on their pulpit ... all because she was busted for DUI and pled guilty last month. She blew a .14 ... nearly twice the legal limit.

Mase apparently thinks drunk driving is blasphemy ... so he told Twyla to get flocked. And, we're told the church elders and parishioners think Twyla is a hypocrite because she preached that drunkenness is a sin ... which she committed, so they're down with the ban.

Mase filed for divorce in January ... we're told the drunk driving incident was the last straw for him.

"Twilight" star Nikki Reed has filed for divorce from former "American Idol" contestant Paul McDonald ... TMZ has learned.

In the divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, Reed cites irreconcilable differences. She's also asking the court to deny McDonald spousal support. It was the first marriage for both. The couple had no kids together.

Reed and McDonald announced they were splitting back in March ... and revealed they'd already been living apart for 6 months.

Interestingly, even though several reports had the couple getting married in October 2011 -- in the docs their marriage date is July 14, 2011.

Despite the split, Nikki and Paul have continued working on an album together. Not weird at all.

Ex-"Scandal" star Columbus Short is playing a dangerous and illegal game of cat and mouse ... repeatedly contacting his estranged wife in violation of a court order ... so claims his ex.

Tanee McCall-Short's lawyer claimed in court Wednesday he repeatedly violated a stay away order ... contacting Tanee on 6 separate occasions.

Short's lawyer could have asked to hold Columbus in contempt, but instead the attorney asked the judge to make the temporary order permanent. The judge is considering what to do ... in the meantime the restraining order was extended to July 30th.

TMZ broke the story ... Tanee got the TRO -- and filed for divorce -- after Short allegedly put a knife to her throat and threatened murder/suicide.

Kevin Hart's version of how his marriage ended is all wrong -- so says his ex-wife, who refuses to back down ... telling TMZ he cheated with his present girlfriend ... no matter how he tries to spin it.

Here's what's gone down so far -- Hart took to Twitter this morning to say his current girlfriend, Eniko Parrish, had nothing to do with his divorce from Torrei Hart ... after Torrei accused Kevin of being unfaithful with Parrish during their marriage.

Now Torrei tells us Kevin is simply lying ... claiming he was with Parrish when Torrei and Kevin were still married. She says, "Our divorce was finalized two years ago and we were only separated eight months prior to the divorce.

She adds, "Despite what Kevin has said, and the time frames he is trying to establish, she was his mistress and was one of the reasons that broke up my family."

Torrie also says Kevin should not discuss their personal matters on Twitter -- "Show some respect, show some compassion, take ownership. Don’t run to Twitter like you’re in 12th grade. Be a grown man, own up to your s***."
