Mel B's Ex Gimme Some Spice Girls Dough ... That's What I Really Want!!!

Mel B's ex-husband says she needs to share the fat wad she earned on tour with her Girls, 'cause it's A LOT ... and he deserves a cut to help care for their kid.
Stephen Belafonte filed new docs asking a judge to modify how much Mel pays him monthly for child support -- currently $5,000/mo. -- because he says she recently raked in a massive amount of money from this year's Spice Girls reunion tour.
How much we talkin'? Stephen says Mel alone, by her own admission in court records, made around $2.4 million.
We broke the story ... all the singers stood to make upwards of $3 million each by getting together again on the road. Scary Spice's payday was a little short of that, but still enough for Stephen to come a-knockin'.
In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Stephen claims Mel has tried to skirt including that dough as part of her regular income. He says, instead, she reported it as a one-time sum. Stephen's calling BS and wants some of that income increase should translate to a child support boost to $17,394 per month. He's also demanding she cover his attorney's fee.
Of course, Mel and Stephen already settled their divorce with agreed-upon payments and a custody schedule, but they're going back to court next month to hash this one out.

2:12 PM PT -- According to the divorce docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Mir does not list an official date of separation. He cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the couple's split. He also wants the court to terminate any ability to award spousal support to Lilly.
One of the former stars from "Shahs of Sunset" is being knocked down a few pegs in the hierarchy, 'cause her husband wants a divorce.
Lilly Ghalichi's husband, entrepreneur Dara Mir, just filed court docs, seeking a divorce from his wife of just 2 years. They got in May of 2017, and Lilly put up an intricately-made video of their traditional Persian wedding on YouTube.
She wrote of her nuptials at the time ... "I wanted to share something special with you guys, so I decided to share my wedding video. It was the most incredible day of my life, I wish I could marry my husband a million more times."
Lilly went on to say of her husband and matrimony, "I hope you guys enjoy our video, and I hope you all have your fairy tale wedding one day." This didn't age well, did it?
Anyway, Lilly and Dara have at least one kid together, so custody might be something they need hash out further down the road. Presumably, they also have some shared assets and/or property that'll have to be divvied up as well.
Lilly appeared on 'Shahs' for two seasons between 2012 and 2014. She had an on-again, off-again relationship with a guy named Ali, from whom she clearly moved on after her time on the show.
Back to the drawing board.

Miley Cyrus She'll Keep the Pets ... In Divorce with Liam

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth didn't have any kids together, but they DID share tons of pets ... and now that they're divorcing, Miley's keeping all of the animals under her roof.
Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... Miley will keep her menagerie of pets -- 7 dogs, 2 horses, 2 mini horses, 3 cats and a pig.
Fact is ... if Liam wanted to put up a fight, he could in California because there's a new law that allows judges to determine which party is best suited to keep the pets. The judge puts a lot of weight on who cares for the animals. Judges even have the power to award joint custody of household pets.
In this case, however, it's no contest. Miley's the one who gave almost all of the animals a home in the first place -- mainly through adoption -- and she's certainly passionate about them. However, it was Liam -- while Miley was out of town -- who saved the animals during last year's wildfires in Malibu, which destroyed their home. Miley praised Liam's heroics on Howard Stern.
We're told Liam won't contest animal custody ... Miley gets the critters.
As we first reported ... Liam filed for divorce from Miley this week, but it sounds like the divorce will be easy breezy. We've learned they have a prenup that keeps all their stuff separate, so there won't be any bickering over property.
Hopefully, Kaitlynn Carter is an animal lover too.

Breaking News

Miley Cyrus says she never cheated on Liam Hemsworth and wrecked her marriage ... and says she's got nothing to hide.
Miley just went on a long Twitter rant saying she's accepted a life of being open with everyone ... but she refuses to be labeled a liar and cheater and own up to "a crime I haven't committed."
That "crime," of course, relates to her hooking up with Kaitlynn Carter while still being married to Liam. Cyrus says ... "I refuse to admit that my marriage ended because of cheating."
Miley says, "Once Liam & I reconciled,I meant it, & I was committed. There are NO secrets to uncover here. I’ve learned from every experience in my life. I’m not perfect, I don’t want to be, it’s boring. I’ve grown up in front of you, but the bottom line is, I HAVE GROWN UP.
She adds ... "Liam and I have been together for a decade. I've said it before & it remains true, I love Liam and always will."
Miley's long post also includes a list of mistakes and an admission of cheating ... when she was younger. She lists off several of her most controversial moments, including drug use and swinging on a wrecking ball naked.
But, the gist of it is -- despite what everyone thinks -- her cheating was not the reason for her split with Hemsworth ... and she's grown up and made a decision to leave that life behind.
We broke the story ... Liam just filed for divorce.

Larry King's Wife Shawn 'I'm Not Going to Fight a Dying Man'
-
Exclusive
- 1.3K shares
Larry King's wife, Shawn, is not going to declare war on her now-estranged husband who just filed for divorce ... because she's been told by doctors he's dying.
Sources who have spoken directly with Shawn tell TMZ, Shawn has had issues with Larry for years -- and Larry with her -- but she says there's a bigger issue. Larry's been in and out of the hospital over the last 6 months, and she says doctors have told her Larry doesn't have much longer to live.
We're told Larry was at Cedars-Sinai Cardiac ICU in late April, at the same time John Singleton was in ICU. Our sources say doctors told her Larry might only have a short time to live -- they were clearly wrong. Larry was transferred to a 24-hour care facility and then went back to the hospital.
2/27/19
TMZ broke the story ... Larry filed for divorce Tuesday because we're told their 2 kids came to him and urged him to divorce her. A source on Shawn's side says only one of their children urged him to divorce her.
As for what triggered things ... we're told Shawn came to Larry's bedside and asked him to adjust his will/trust. Sources connected to Larry say Shawn's endgame was to get more for herself and screw the kids out of their inheritance. Sources on Shawn's side call BS, saying the estate planning lawyer told Larry and Shawn to update the docs and when she was told he had days to live she was merely following through, but in no way tried to screw over her kids.
The couple would have celebrated their 22nd wedding anniversary in 2 weeks. This is his 8th marriage.

Liam Hemsworth Files for Divorce from Miley
-
Exclusive

Liam Hemsworth is the one who's pulling the plug on his marriage, because TMZ has learned he just filed for divorce from Miley Cyrus.
Liam filed legal docs in L.A. ... citing the standard "irreconcilable differences."
Sources connected to the couple tell TMZ, Liam and Miley had a prenup, keeping their earnings during the marriage separate, so there won't be a fight over money. And, since there are no kids, we're told the divorce will be easy breezy.
The handwriting was on the wall for weeks ... Miley and Liam announced their separation August 10, after less than a year of marriage. Our sources tell us Liam is "over the marriage" and just wants to move on.
The day before telling the world she split from Liam, Miley was spotted making out with her longtime friend, Kaitlynn Carter, at Lake Como in Italy. There were allegations of infidelity, although it appeared the couple had split months before.
The date of separation is relevant, not so much legally, but in terms of PR. In the docs, filed by disso queen Laura Wasser, she does not list a date of separation ... it reads TBD -- to be determined.
Here's what's interesting ... our sources say, despite appearances, Miley had made overtures as recently as this week, saying she wanted to work on the marriage, but Liam was steadfast that it was over. We're told fact is, Liam's people said he would be "insane" to jump back in.
Liam and Miley had been drifting apart for some time ... Liam was photographed in June grocery shopping without his wedding ring.
The breakup started out amicable, but it quickly turned nasty, with claims of drug use and infidelity. She released a song last week, "Slide Away," which we're told is her version of the split, blaming it on Liam's alleged penchant for whisky and pills ... something he strongly denies.
Miley and Liam tied the knot back in December, hosting friends and family for a wedding celebration at their home in Nashville.
It was the first marriage for both of them, and they were together, on and off, for a decade.

John Schneider Divorce from Elvira Finally Over!!! He'll Pay Her $25k/Mo.
-
Exclusive
- 1.4K shares
'Dukes of Hazzard' star John Schneider was NOT a good ole boy when it came to dealing with his ex-wife, and the judge in their divorce is making him pay hundreds of thousands to make amends.
Yes, the divorce that's been nearly 5 years in the making is finally done ... and the judge said John screwed over Elvira Schneider by selling off one of their properties in Louisiana without splitting the cash. According to docs, obtained by TMZ, he also drained one of their IRA accounts.
As a result, Elvira's getting sole ownership of their California property worth $600,000, and she's also been awarded another IRA worth $60k.
One more big ticket penalty for John -- the judge ordered him to cover Elvira's legal fees in the divorce, and that's gonna cost him another $279k.
John also has to pay Elvira $25k per month in spousal support, and she gets a cut of his Screen Actors Guild pension.
TMZ broke the story, Elvira filed for divorce way back in December 2014. Since then, John was sentenced to 3 days in L.A. County jail for failing to pay temporary spousal support.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
The legal split from Elvira dragged on for so long, John got remarried -- not legally, of course -- to his longtime GF, Alicia Allain, last month. They held a ceremony with friends present, but now they can go make it legal.

5:40 PM PT -- A source who spoke with Shawn this afternoon says she was blindsided by the divorce ... she found out by getting a call from TMZ. As for Larry's allegations, the source says the last time Larry was in the hospital, doctors said he might only have 3 days to live. The source says their estate planning lawyer had told them they needed to update their docs -- something they had mutually agreed to do -- and that's what Shawn presented to Larry recently when he was ill. She strongly denies doing anything that would compromise the inheritance of their 2 sons. We're told Shawn is "devastated" ... the news comes 2 weeks before their 22nd wedding anniversary.
2:25 PM PT -- Larry's divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, list the date of separation as June 6, 2019. That's interesting because we got video of Shawn, the very next day, at LAX. She talked about Larry's recovery from the heart attack, and didn't let on at all about any trouble in paradise.
1:51 PM PT -- Sources connected to the couple tell TMZ ... they have been having marital trouble for several years now. Larry has accused Shawn of infidelity. We're told that has created tension for a while now, but the breaking point was when Larry was in the hospital a couple months ago.
Sources say Shawn presented him with legal documents that would have given her certain rights to their property that would adversely affect the couple's 2 sons. We're told they felt she was trying to screw them out of their inheritance.
We're told the boys went to Larry and told him they were outraged by their mother's conduct -- presenting the documents -- and pled with him to get out of the marriage. We're told he followed their advice.
Larry King is moving on ... once again -- he's divorcing his 7th wife, Shawn Southwick King.
Larry filed divorce docs Tuesday in L.A. Superior Court ... pulling the plug on his 22-year marriage to Shawn. The couple does not have any minor children -- their 2 sons, Cannon and Chance ... are 19 and 20 years old, respectively.
They've been down this road at least once before. In 2010, the former CNN host filed for divorce, and it was actually a race to the courthouse -- Shawn tried to file first, but Larry's legal team was faster on the draw. Didn't matter in the end ... he and Shawn eventually reconciled.
They dealt with more marital turmoil in 2016, when they publicly addressed cheating rumors.
2/27/19
The breakup comes on the heels of Larry's medical crisis in April, where he suffered what doctors described to Shawn as a heart attack.
This will be 85-year-old Larry's 8th divorce ... assuming he goes through with it this time. He married one of his wives, Alene Akins, twice ... that was way back in the 1960s.
Lord, he was born a ramblin' man ...

Elizabeth Smart Dad Comes Out as Gay
Elizabeth Smart's father had a revelation of his own ... he's gay.
Ed Smart says he and his wife, Lois, are divorcing and he will no longer live a lie, insinuating he contemplated suicide while he kept his secret ... "Living with the pain and guilt I have for so many years, not willing to accept the truth about my orientation has at times brought me to the point where I question whether life was still worth living."
As you know, Elizabeth's kidnapping made national headlines back in 2002, when she was 14. She was held captive for 9 months, raped and drugged.
Ed Smart, once a devout Mormon, is breaking from the Church ...saying he doesn't "find solace any longer" from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
The Church has traditionally been draconian over the LGBTQ community, but has softened its views ... somewhat. It has recently reversed course, no longer preaching same-sex relationships are a sin. The Church still considers same-sex relationships "a serious transgression."
Ed says he believes in God ... "In the end, people are free to say what they will, and believe what they want, but there is one voice more important than any other, that of my Savior, who wants each of us to love one another, to be honest and joyful and find a meaningful life."
Elizabeth is not voicing support for her dad's decision, only saying she's "deeply saddened" that her parents are splitting.
Ed went on to say, "I deeply regret the excruciating pain this has caused her [his wife]. Hurting her was never my intent. While our marriage will end, my love for Lois and everyone in my family is eternal."

Robi filed docs in L.A. to divorce his wife, Angela Lizette Alvarado, of nearly 30 years. They got married in 1991 and list June 22 as their date of separation. They have no minor children and he went with the ol' "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their split.
As for spousal support, he wants the court to sort that out later.

Geena Davis My Wedding Video's Doctored!!! Keep It Out of My Divorce
-
Exclusive
As part of her efforts to prove she is NOT legally married, Geena Davis wants her wedding video excluded from the case, because -- wait for it -- she says it's been heavily edited.
We know. It's a wedding video. Aren't ALL wedding videos edited? Bear with us.
As we've reported, Geena and her estranged husband, Dr. Reza Jarrahy, are at loggerheads in their divorce -- he wants spousal support and a split of their property, and she doesn't want to pay because she says they were never legally married.
In new docs, Geena says the video of their September 1, 2001 ceremony is suspect because it's not an "accurate representation" of what went down that day. For instance, she says Father Robert Smith was speaking and mid-sentence he's cut off and it jumps to Reza's father speaking -- proving "footage appears to be missing."
According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Geena claims Reza's attorney admits the audio on the tape has been manipulated ... and therefore it can't be used as evidence in their case.
Now, Geena doesn't get specific about how it could be misleading -- she doesn't say their "I dos" were dubbed. Then again, she doesn't say they weren't ... but she's concerned the video could be "distorted and misleading" to the court.
TMZ broke the story ... Reza's attorney, Steven Kolodny, grilled Geena during a deposition about her appearance on Oprah where she gushed about her marriage and her "husband." Geena was forced to admit under oath she had lied to Oprah.

Wendy Williams' fans can breathe a sigh of relief -- she's shutting down rumors about her show shutting after its upcoming season.
The daytime TV host was hanging with another host, Andy Cohen, on his SiriusXM show Monday in NYC. Afterward, we asked her point-blank if she can put her fans' minds at ease by addressing the show's future. Wendy turned as she got into an SUV and pulled a Mark Twain on us -- meaning, she essentially said rumors of her show's demise have been greatly exaggerated.
According to a recent NY Post report ... some of Wendy's staffers were secretly looking for jobs because there's nothing guaranteed after season 11, which kicks off next month.
Wendy says that's news to her and insists she's not going anywhere.
BTW ... Wendy revealed on Andy's show she knew about Kevin Hunter's double-life well before paps even knew about it. Seems she had been on Kevin's tail ... cause she insinuated she had proof he was stepping out on her. She also explained why she didn't dump Kevin when she knew way back when.

Mike Fleiss Claims Estranged Wife Violating Settlement ... She Say he Called her '$50,000 Whore'

3:47 PM PT -- We just obtained Kaeppeler's response, filed by attorney Samantha Spector. The docs claim Mike has "chipped away at Laura's self-esteem, telling her that she was fat and lazy and calling her names like 'a low rent gold-digger' and a '$50,000 whore.'" She also says he told her she's going to end up "fat and single in Kenosha, Wisconsin." She says he vapes throughout the day and becomes unpredictable. The docs say Laura has followed the settlement agreement and she has participated in 3 telephone sessions with Dr. Katz. She says Fleiss is a bully who does not want to work with Dr. Katz.
'Bachelor' creator Mike Fleiss THOUGHT he settled his divorce case with wife Laura Kaeppeler, but turns out it's still raging, because Mike paid her $10 mil, she took the kid out of state and she's not communicating with him.
TMZ broke the story ... Mike and Laura settled their divorce case late last month ... he agreed to pay her $10 million, they agreed to 50/50 joint legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old son, Ben, and she agreed to drop her domestic violence restraining request against him.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Mike paid her the cash, and on August 4 she left for Hawaii and went radio silent. He has tried to communicate with her, to no avail. He has not been able to see or speak with Ben since she left.
According to the agreement, Laura is allowed to live in Hawaii, but she has certain obligations. She's supposed to meet with renowned psychologist Stan Katz to figure out effective co-parenting, but according to the legal docs she has not set up an appointment to meet with him.
Fleiss planned to fly to Hawaii August 13, which is when he's entitled to get Ben for custodial time, but he's now in the dark because she won't communicate with him.
Fleiss' lawyer, disso queen Laura Wasser, has filed papers to get some action from the judge, but the hearing was set for late September. We're told they're hopeful they can work things out with Kaeppeler -- especially a co-parenting plan -- but it seems that may not happen easily.
Sources close to Kaeppeler say Fleiss went to court for an emergency order Monday but the judge denied it because it was not an emergency ... in part because the child lives in Hawaii. The sources say they're already working with Stan Katz.

Geena Davis I Lied to Oprah!!! ... About My Marriage

Geena Davis committed the unholiest of sins -- she lied to Oprah -- or at least she said so under oath in her nasty marriage/breakup lawsuit.
We've been reporting on the lawsuit between Reza Jarrahy and Geena for awhile ... he filed for divorce and asked for spousal support and a property split. She says you can't have a divorce if you were never married, and he ain't entitled to what he's asking.
They allegedly tied the knot way back in 2001, but Geena says they never got a marriage license and never intended to officially get married.
Reza, a prominent L.A. surgeon, filed for divorce last year, and we've now seen Geena's deposition, in which she says, "We intended to become married well before I was pregnant ... we did not discuss having a false marriage ... we intended to become married -- to be really married, yes, we did intend that."
During the depo, Reza's lawyer, Stephen Kolodny, brought up an episode of Oprah in which Geena was a guest. Kolodny said, "You bragged about your marriage to Reza and what a great husband he was, correct?" She said she hadn't seen the episode and didn't recall specifically, but she assumed his description was correct. Then Kolodny drops the hammer -- "You lied to Oprah?" She responded, "Yes."
Geena also concedes she hired a wedding planner, caterers, and even had a Catholic priest participate in the ceremony, exchanging vows and rings.
Geena claims in her legal docs they never intended to have a legal wedding. She says on the day of the ceremony they both knew full well it wasn't a legally binding marriage. She also says during their relationship they filed separate tax returns and had separate bank accounts and credit cards.

Miley Cyrus & Liam Hemsworth Splitsville ... Less Than a Year of Marriage
Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are over -- the longtime couple, and recent newlyweds, have split less than a year after tying the knot.
A rep for Miley told People Mag, "Liam and Miley have agreed to separate at this time. Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what’s best while they both focus on themselves and careers. They still remain dedicated parents to all of their animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart. Please respect their process and privacy."
The news comes shortly after Miley posted a photo of herself where she doesn't appear to be wearing her wedding ring. She captioned the pic, "Mute me if you don't want SPAMMED."
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
Miley and Liam have had an on-again, off-again relationship since 2009 -- when they first met. He proposed to her in 2012. They broke up, and then got back together 2015. As we reported ... they obtained their marriage license in December of 2018 before finally pulling the trigger.
The writing might've been on the wall ... Miley told Elle magazine earlier this year about how she doesn't "fit into a stereotypical wife role," while also revealing she's attracted to women.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
As for Liam ... he's been pre-occupied pumping iron with his brother, Chris, and plugging instant coffee. It's hard to tell, but it doesn't look like he's wearing a wedding band in this clip from a week ago. He last explicitly referred to Miley as his wife -- and himself as her husband -- in late May, and posted a photo of the two of them in June.
Liam doesn't appear to have commented on the split directly. No word yet on whether divorce is in the cards -- but if this sticks, it's almost certain to happen. It doesn't look like either of them have filed for a divorce in Tennessee yet, where they got hitched.
