Donald Trump Jr. and his estranged wife, Vanessa Trump, might be getting divorced ... but they're clearly spending Spring Break together for the sake of their kids.

DTJ was spotted Sunday at his dad's Florida resort, Mar-a-Lago, with Vanessa and a couple of their 5 children in the pool. You see Vanessa's got her own chair next to her estranged husband's, and even sticks her feet in the water ... looking on as Don plays with the kids.

Eyewitnesses tell us Don and Vanessa showed zero PDA, but they were talking and seemed to be in relatively good moods. He's been posting photos and videos of his kiddos on the golf course enjoying their vacation.

As we reported ... Vanessa filed for divorce a little more than a week ago after nearly 13 years of marriage to the President's son. She's seeking an uncontested proceeding, which signals everything from child custody and property might be hammered out already.

Trump Jr. is said to have had an affair with Aubrey O'Day, who once competed on "The Celebrity Apprentice." We're told she absolutely had a sexual relationship with him during his marriage to Vanessa, but that's not why they're getting divorced.

Keshia Knight Pulliam's ex says no way in hell a famous CTE doctor should be allowed to testify in their divorce case ... claiming the Dr. never treated him.

Ed Hartwell filed legal docs in Fulton County, Georgia asking the judge NOT to allow Keshia's legal team to use Dr. Bennet Omalu as an expert witness. Omalu, of course, is the real-life doctor who inspired the Will Smith movie, "Concussion."

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Ed -- who played 6 seasons in the NFL -- claims Keshia's playing dirty by bringing Dr. Omalu in at the last minute, and, even worse -- Omalu never examined or interviewed Ed, and to Ed's knowledge, has not reviewed his medical records.

Aubrey O'Day is telling close friends she absolutely had a sexual relationship with Donald Trump Jr. for months, but she strongly believes it has nothing to do with Trump's divorce.

Sources closely connected to O'Day tell TMZ, she had an affair with Trump Jr., but it didn't start until AFTER she filmed "The Celebrity Apprentice." She says she has "proof" of the affair. Our sources say Aubrey was told by Trump his marriage had fallen apart and he intended to leave his wife, Vanessa, and Aubrey believed it.

The sources say Vanessa knew about the affair when it was happening in 2012. We're told Vanessa flew into a rage and eventually it got to Donald Trump, who told his son, in no uncertain terms, he had to end the relationship and "focus on his marriage to make it work."

DJT Jr. swiftly cut things off with Aubrey.

We're told Aubrey is "devastated" people are calling her a homewrecker. She says, first of all, she was told DJT Jr.'s marriage was over. Secondly, she says her affair did NOT trigger the divorce 6 years later.

For now Aubrey doesn't want to come forward and tell her story because, as one source put it, "she's already lost." We're told she didn't sign an NDA and was never even asked to sign one ... and she says she hasn't gotten a penny from the Trump family.

She says no one from Trump's family has reached out to her since the news broke.

3:55 PM -- Rich the Kid and Antonette have two kids together -- ages 1 and 2. She's asking for full physical custody of their two children to give him visitation rights and joint legal custody. She wants spousal support as well.

Rich the Kid is headed to divorce court ... but the details are super sketchy.

We picked up a petition Wednesday filed by Antonette Willis against Dimitri Roger ... that's the government name of Rich the Kid.

There have been rumors he cheated on her ... his wife actually put him on blast on social media, claiming he was messing around with Blac Chyna and India Love.

The wife also accused Rich the Kid in 2016 of domestic violence.

Logic had a compelling reason for wanting to get a divorce ... he sat his wife down and told her he was happier single than married.

Sources close to the former couple tell us ... the rapper became very distant from Jessica Andrea after the success of his track "1-800-273-8255" in late 2017, and started spending much less time at home.

We're told shortly after the couple appeared at the Grammys together in January, Jessica came home and was surprised to find Logic waiting for her ... to tell her he wanted a divorce.

Our sources say he told her the main reason for wanting to split was he "just wanted to be single" ... and she was shocked and devastated.

We're told Logic and Jessica have a prenup, which entitles her to a payout yet to be determined ... but she won't get their house or car. She's no longer living with him and has moved in with a family member.

As we reported ... the 2 issued a joint statement about their breakup Tuesday, insisting there's no bad blood between them.

Rebecca Gayheart's in full revenge bod mode, hitting a Mexican beach on the heels of her divorce from Eric Dane.

Rebecca threw on a bikini and soaked up el sol Monday in Playa del Carmen -- and it's crystal clear she's living her best life in the coastal resort town. Looks like she was hanging with a friend who understands the fine art of chillaxing through a crisis.

TMZ broke the story ... Rebecca filed for divorce from former "Grey's Anatomy" star Eric just 2 days after Valentine's, and after 14 years of marriage. Eric and the former '90210' star have 2 daughters, ages 6 and 7.

She's asking for spousal support as well as joint legal and physical custody.

Tamar Braxton is furious with her family, because she believes they're ganging up on her estranged husband to vilify him on the new season of their reality show ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Tamar tell us ... she's supposed to be promoting the return of "Braxton Family Values," but is refusing because she thinks Vincent Herbert is being portrayed in an unfair light in an effort by her mom and sisters to destroy him.

We're told show cameras have captured Tamar and Vince as they steer through their pending divorce, but Tamar feels the family's using fake storylines to drum up ratings and frame Vince as a villain. We're told she's pissed her kin would "stoop so low for personal gain" and unless producers edit out what she feels are lies ... she'll refuse to promote it.

Angie Everhart and her estranged husband are on the same page for at least one part of their divorce ... and that's spousal support, and who's gonna pay it.

In new court docs filed by Carl Ferro, and obtained by TMZ ... Angie's ex checked the box signaling he's willing to pay the former SI Swimsuit model spousal support. When Angie filed for divorce, she checked the box indicating she wants him to pay spousal support.

One battle down.

Interestingly, Carl opted to file his response to Angie's divorce petition all by himself -- look, Ma ... no lawyers! We're guessing he can more than afford one, though. Carl founded Sunfare, a food delivery service.

Britney Spears' dad, Jamie, is super upset at Kevin Federline, who called him pleading for more child support when, in fact, all he wants is to jump on her gravy train.

Sources connected to Britney tell TMZ, last Friday K-Fed called Jamie and said he was in a financial bind and wanted to talk about raising his child support. TMZ broke the story K-Fed has been pulling in $20k a month for child support for years, but he now says it's not enough.

We're told Jamie was suspicious and asked Kevin where the $20k was going, but Kevin hedged.

Our sources say, last week, Jamie got a letter from Kevin's lawyer, asking him if they could sit down and talk. They did indeed have a talk, and we're told the lawyer explained now that 12-year-old Sean and 11-year-old Jayden have gotten older, Kevin needed more than $20k.

We're told Jamie pressed again, asking what the kids needed that they weren't getting. We're told Kevin's lawyer wouldn't answer, but said his client needed the means to take care of the 2 kids at Britney's level. Jamie fired back ... Britney's taking care of the kids the way she always did -- nothing's changed.

Our sources say the lawyer repeatedly talked about Britney's recent successes -- particularly her sold-out Vegas shows -- saying she was making a lot more money. We're told Jamie kept pushing back, saying Britney's success has nothing to do with the needs of the children, and his daughter wasn't responsible for taking care of Kevin and his other families.

Britney has paid Kevin a fortune in various forms of support over the years. When they divorced in 2007, she cut him a check for $1.3 million and he got spousal support for several years and continues to get child support.

We're told Kevin and his lawyer never named a figure and never gave a single example of the children's unmet needs.

The couple married in October of 2015 when the rapper was just 25 years old. It's unclear exactly when the two called it quits, but they hit the red carpet together in January at the Grammys. Logic was nominated for two awards -- including Song of the Year for "1-800-273-8255."

Hints of trouble between the couple first surfaced on Instagram when fans noticed Jessica unfollowed Logic ... he still follows her.

We're told neither has officially filed divorce docs, but reconciliation doesn't seem likely. Our sources say the home they purchased together last year is about to hit the market.

Donnie Jr. posted a pic with his 3-year-old daughter, Chloe, Thursday night ... not long after Vanessa Trump filed for divorce in the Manhattan courts. Don Jr. captioned it, "No matter what is going on bedtime cuddling with the smurf puts a Yuge smile on my face." He ended the post with #bedtime #daddysgirl #cuddle.

Donald Trump Jr.'s wife is filing to divorce him after nearly 13 years of marriage.

Vanessa Trump filed docs Thursday in the Manhattan courts, and she's seeking an uncontested proceeding. That's a strong sign the couple has already hammered out details of their split, such as child custody and property.

Sources connected to the family tell TMZ the divorce has been a long time coming, and the relationship has been "bad for a while." Among the issues, Vanessa "hates politics and Don Jr. is gone all the time."

One source says contrary to being upset, Don Jr. is "relieved."

They have 5 children together -- between the ages of 3 and 10, and got married in 2005.

According to the NY Post, which first reported the split, Vanessa's been upset about some of his controversial tweets ... most of which defend President Trump and his policies.

Vanessa got a major scare just last month, when she received an envelope with white powder, and a hate letter for Don Jr. that read, in part, "You the family idiot. This is the reason why people hate you. You are getting what you deserve." The powder turned out to be corn starch, and the sender was eventually arrested.

Eric Dane might be having a major blonde moment in the wake of him and his wife filing for divorce -- that, or he's just really feeling himself ... we're not sure.

The "Grey's Anatomy" star was spotted rockin' a brand new 'do Tuesday in WeHo -- combed up and to the side ... and a bit more bleached than what we're used to seeing. He was also wearing a pair of cool sunglasses, with a very cool coat. Ladykiller, are we right?

We broke the story ... Eric's wife of 14 years, Rebecca Gayheart, filed for divorce last month, and Eric responded with a very similar filing. He agreed to her spousal support request, as well as her bid to gain joint legal and physical custody of their 2 kids.

Now that most of the dirty work appears to be settled ... time to get back to channeling McSteamy.

Julie Bowen's estranged husband wants her to pay up in their divorce case.

Scott Phillips filed legal docs and said he wants her to pay spousal support. That could be a hefty payout for Scott if he gets it -- Julie is reportedly making $500k per episode on "Modern Family" for seasons 9 and 10.

In the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Scott said he also wants joint physical and legal custody of their 3 kids. But the biggy here is spousal support.

The "Modern Family" star is raking in tons of dough off the show, and there's also endorsement deals, including from Neutrogena. Forbes estimated she made about $10 million in 2016, alone.

TMZ broke the story ... Julie called it quits with her husband of 13 years when she filed for divorce back in February. As we reported ... their relationship had been on the rocks for some time.

Mel B is a drug addict and alcoholic who has walked into doors and has been hospitalized for ODs, and she has covered up the bruises and other injuries from her addiction by claiming it was domestic violence ... so says her ex-husband, Stephen Belafonte.

Belafonte just filed legal docs in an effort to get visitation rights in connection with his stepdaughter, Angel, whose biological father is Eddie Murphy. Belafonte, who has been with Angel almost since her birth, claims Mel B is concocting lies about domestic violence to turn Angel against him.

He refers to a 2014 incident in London where Mel B claims he bashed her head into a door. Belafonte says, in fact, what happened was that Mel B ODd on drugs, was hospitalized and sustained bruises from the EKG machine and IV during her stay in the hospital, and falsely claimed it was the result of abuse.

He says she is so addicted to drugs and alcohol she walks into walls because she's drunk in the middle of the day. He says she is so wasted sometimes she will pull down her pants and try to urinate on the couch in front of the kids.

He also notes in his legal docs, obtained by TMZ, her claims that he forced her to have 3-ways is a lie. He says he has videos where Mel B initiates and records the trysts and looks into the camera and says, "That's hot!" and "I like it."

Mel claimed in docs Stephen showed the kids ISIS beheadings. He says this is a blatant lie and he hasn't even searched for such videos.

Courtney Stodden surprisingly wants no spousal support from her estranged hubby, Doug Hutchison.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Courtney cites irreconcilable differences for the reason they're splitting. She lists September 1, 2017 as the date of separation and she did NOT request spousal support.

We broke the story ... Courtney filed divorce docs Tuesday, but at the time it was unknown if she or Doug would ask for spousal support. They announced their split back in February 2017 but she begged for him back as recently as January, literally making a "public cry" for him back.

To read between the lines it seems there's a prenup, which is why she doesn't ask for spousal support.

The documents include earnings info ... she says both Courtney and Doug each makes $2,500 a month. We're guessing she made a mistake with Doug's income ... it would seem he makes more.

Courtney and Doug got married in 2011 ... when she was 16 and he was 51.
