Shaq Barkley & Jordan Beef? ... I AIN'T IN IT!!!
Change Shaq's name to Bennett, cause he says he AIN'T IN IT when it comes to the beef between Michael Jordan and Charles Barkley ... telling TMZ Sports he's staying all the way out of the discourse.
Shaq would actually be a good candidate to Jimmy Carter the situation ... he's close to both men, working alongside Barkley on TNT ... and being frat brothers and friends with MJ.
But when we got him out in DC he made it clear ... he ain't the big Henry Kissinger ... saying he's totally on the sidelines when it comes to the Hall Of Fame beef.
BTW -- Check out Shaq getting out of the car ... not to spoil it for you guys ... but he's gigantic.

Snoop Jeff Fisher's a Sorry Ass Loser ... FIRE HIS ASS!
Snoop Dogg is pulling NO PUNCHES -- siding with Eric Dickerson in his war against the L.A. Rams ... and calling for the team to fire "sorry as f**k" head coach Jeff Fisher.
The rap legend just went off -- saying the Rams are disgraceful for allowing Fisher to unofficially ban E.D. from the sidelines while allowing celebrities like himself and Britney Spears to roam free.
He called Dickerson a legend and says he deserves all access to the team -- FOREVER -- and should be allowed to criticize the organization because he's earned the right.

Charles Barkley Michael Jordan Beef Still Fresh 'Not Where We Used To Be'
Looks like the band isn't getting back together just yet ... 'cause Charles Barkley says his chilly friendship with Michael Jordan hasn't been re-warmed after all.
Barkley appeared on "The Dan Le Batard Show with Stu Gotz" on ESPN radio and spilled some Hall Of Fame tea ... saying the picture of him and Michael side hugging last month was nothing more than a photo op.
"We just happened to be at the same place at the same time. I love him like a brother but we are not back to where we used to be."
The third man in the photo, Kenny Smith, had told TMZ Sports Barkley and Jordan did in fact bury the hatchet that day ... but clearly, it ain't that buried.
As for the origin of the beef, Barkley says Michael got upset at criticisms CB made publicly about MJ's performance as the chairman of the Charlotte Hornets.
Barkley says he misses his friend -- but he's a professional analyst and won't apologize for doing his job.

4:31PM PT -- Rams C.O.O. Kevin Demoff says Eric Dickerson is NOT banned from the sideline ... and is welcome at Rams games/practice. Demoff says he has reached out to E.D. in an effort to clear up any miscommunication.
Eric Dickerson says he's persona non grata on the L.A. Rams sidelines -- and it's all over criticisms the NFL great made about the team.
The Hall of Famer went on his radio show on AM 570 LA Sports early Monday and said, "Someone with the Rams told me I'm not wanted on sidelines at games, that what I've said makes the players uncomfortable."
Dickerson did not reveal who made the call -- but sources connected to the situation say it was someone powerful.
Dickerson said the Rams official told him his honesty was making players uncomfortable.
We're told Dickerson is unhappy with the situation -- especially because he's not only been a supporter, but hosted the rookies at his home during training camp in his own "rookie symposium."
We reached out to the Rams -- so far, no word back.

Bethenny Frankel Ex-Hubby Says I Need a Relationship with your BF
Bethenny Frankel's ex-husband is bristling over threats by her current boyfriend to sue him for trashing her in emails, saying he's forced to interact with the BF because the guy's constantly around his daughter.
Jason Hoppy fired off a letter to the lawyer for Dennis Shields, who threatened to sue Hoppy claiming he was sending a flurry of disgusting, harassing emails to Bethenny and cc'ing him.
Hoppy, who Shields claimed sent emails calling Bethenny ugly, old and irrelevant, never specifically disputed the content of what he sent, but he did say, "As a concerned father, I often have to contact others when I cannot reach my daughter through her mother."
Hoppy goes on to say as long as Shields is in his daughter's life, "I have no choice but to have some type of relationship with him."
Short story ... Shields threatened to sue Hoppy if he didn't stop the emails, so it seems like they're gonna have a date in court.

Bethenny Frankel Boyfriend Threatens Ex-Husband with Harassment Suit
Bethenny Frankel's boyfriend claims he's been on the receiving end of a torrent of disgusting, vicious emails written by her ex-husband, and he's preparing to fire back in court.
Dennis Shields, who's been dating Bethenny for a year, had his lawyer fire off a letter to her ex, Jason Hoppy, accusing him of sending him dozens of emails with "increasing frequency and hostility."
Sources connected with Shields, who's the Chairman of YieldStreet, say the emails are actually to Bethenny but Hoppy cc'd Shields. There's a running theme in all the emails ... that Bethenny is ugly, old and irrelevant and Shields should run for the hills, like all her boyfriends before.
We're told Hoppy has emailed that Shields is in a "revolving door of men" and that "he'll be gone soon."
Our sources say Hoppy has sent 49 emails in the last 70 days, and both Bethenny and Shields have had it. Shields' lawyer threatens him in the letter, obtained by TMZ, to stop sending emails immediately, or he'll sue.

Birdman Furious at Lil Wayne ... No Respek Means No Deal!
Birdman's legal war with Lil Wayne is back to square one, because Weezy continues to drop major disrespect on his ex-mentor's name.
Sources close to the situation tell us ... lawyers for the 2 camps were close to reaching a deal -- one meeting away, in fact -- when Wayne publicly dissed Birdman by changing the lyrics in "I'm Me" from a Cash Money shout-out to a Jay Z shout-out.
We're told Birdman has his own beef with Jay, which made Wayne's diss sting even more. Lil Wayne's "Suck my d***!" at that same show didn't help either -- so he pulled the plug on negotiations.
The bottom line, we're told, is if they're ever gonna settle the $51 million lawsuit ... both sides need to stop jawing in public.

Mike Pence at 'Hamilton' Shots Fired by Fake Aaron Burr Trump Infuriated
9:40 AM PST -- Dixon responded to Trump on Twitter, saying, "conversation is not harassment sir. And I appreciate Mike Pence for stopping to listen."
VP-elect Mike Pence was booed and lectured Friday night on Broadway, courtesy of "Hamilton," and Donald Trump is pissed off.
Trump just tweeted, "The cast of Hamilton was very rude last night to a very good man, Mike Pence. Apologize!"
Pence and some family members hit up the play, and they entered the theater to a chorus of boos.
When the cast took their bows, Pence stood up to leave, but Brandon Victor Dixon, who plays Aaron Burr implored him to stay and read what was clearly a prepared statement, saying in part, "We are a diverse America who are alarmed and anxious that your new administration will not protect us."
Lin-Manuel Miranda, who wrote and originally starred in the play, says he's proud of Dixon for "leading with love," adding "ALL are welcome at the theater." But Trump begs to differ, saying, "Our wonderful future V.P. Mike Pence was harassed last night at the theater."

Mariah Carey James, You're a 'Lying Opportunist' Settlement Dead
The "settlement" negotiations between Mariah Carey and ex-fiance James Packer have broken down, and there are now threats of lawsuits, with Mariah accusing James of being a "lying opportunist."
TMZ broke the story ... Mariah demanded $50 million from James, claiming he uprooted her life from New York and caused her emotional distress that caused her to cancel the South American leg of her world tour. Our James sources say the tour cancellations were due to poor ticket sales, not distress.
We're told James has now drawn the line ... he doesn't owe her squat. He says they were never married and there's no legal basis for him to pay her a penny.
Mariah has a very different view. Our Mariah sources say James used her to secure business, and dragged her to various meetings to meet important people, including foreign dignitaries, so he could seal some lucrative deals. She believes she's entitled to a cut.
Mariah is holding the line ... she wants $50 mil. Our James sources say if he pays her anything it will be to shut her up and get her out of his hair.
