Conor McGregor Sued By UFC Fighter Over Bus Attack
It was just a matter of time, but Conor McGregor has finally been sued by a UFC fighter for that April bus attack at Barclay's Center where he threw a steel dolly through a window, injuring several people.
The man behind the first lawsuit is Michael Chiesa -- who was scheduled to fight Anthony Pettis at UFC 223 but was forced to pull out due to the injuries he received in the bus attack.
As we previously reported, Chiesa was on the bus with several fighters and UFC staffers when Conor and his gang of hooligans went berserk. Chiesa suffered cuts to his body and face.
4/5/18
According to the lawsuit filed in state court in New York, Chiesa says he also suffered "severe emotional distress, mental trauma and/or bodily harm."
Chiesa is suing McGregor for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
He's also going after the Barclay's Center for negligence, claiming they failed "to engage in proper security measures to protect the plaintiff and other patrons."
Chiesa doesn't specify how much he's going after in the suit -- but he's clearly looking for a big number because part of the damages he's seeking are the paychecks he lost due to missing that massive UFC event.
Conor was arrested after the incident and charged with felony criminal mischief and 3 counts of misdemeanor assault. However, he later struck a plea deal with prosecutors in which he pled guilty to misdemeanor disorderly conduct and the other counts (including the felony) were dropped.
Conor issued a statement thanking the D.A. for "allowing me to move forward."
There were other fighters injured in the attack including Rose Namajunas who has also told the media she was emotionally scarred. She hasn't sued yet, but that's only a matter of time.
Good thing Conor's rich ...

Willie McGinest Gruden Should Have Called Mack ... 'There's No Egos In This'
NFL legend Willie McGinest is confused by the whole Raiders-Khalil Mack drama ... and is seemingly placing most of the blame for the superstar's departure on Jon Gruden's shoulders.
"If you're a coach coming into a new situation and this is a player that you covet and you really want on your team, there's no egos in this," the ex-Patriot tells TMZ Sports.
"I think you call the player and express your feelings and what you expect and what you need."
Remember ... Mack's whole issue with the Raiders stems from the fact that he and Jon NEVER spoke after Gruden got the head gig.
Willie -- a former stud pass rusher himself -- is perplexed by Gruden and the Raiders' role in the situation ... especially after the new Chicago Bear BEASTED in his first game Sunday.
"I understand there's two sides to the business," McGinest says.
"But, Khalil Mack, in my opinion, is a generational player that can control and impact the game."
For Gruden's part ... he tells ESPN the trade had to go down because, "Obviously, Khalil Mack didn't want to play here."
"Obviously, Khalil Mack didn't want to be here."

Nicki Minaj Cardi B Will Die If She Keeps Attacking People
Nicki Minaj straight-up said, if Cardi B does to others like she did to Nicki, she's gonna get killed.
Nicki appeared on Queen Radio Monday in the wake of Cardi B's attack Friday at New York Fashion Week, and said, "You put your hands on certain people you gon die. PERIOD. And y'all sitting here making this s*** a joke? I'm not the bitches in the strip club and I'm not a bitch on a reality show. My money is very f***ing long."
Short story ... Nicki thinks other people would have been far more aggressive than her if Cardi B zeroed in on them the same way she did Nicki.
Nicki also says she was mortified by Cardi B's attack this weekend, and insists she never spoke ill of baby Kulture ... despite Cardi's claim. She clarified she has never and would never talk smack about someone else's parenting skills or child.
SEPTEMBER 2018
We broke the story ... Cardi confronted Nicki at the Harper's Bazaar party in NYC to "address the lies Nicki was spreading," saying Nicki questioned her fitness as a mother.
Cardi tried attacking Nicki but was thwarted by security ... then chucked her shoe in Nicki's direction. CB was the one who walked away -- sans one shoe -- with a knot above her eye.
The "I Like It" rapper later went on social media to call out Nicki, saying ... "I've let a lot of s*** slide! I let you sneak diss me, I let you lie on me ... But when you mention my child, you choose to like comments about me as a mother, make comments about my abilities to take care of my daughter is when all bets are f***in off!!" Cardi doesn't specify what comments Nicki made or liked.
Welp ... Nicki's shutting down the allegation pretty damn hard here. Not only does she put that on her government but, as she puts it ... that's "clown s***."

Tekashi69 Rolls w/ Nicki Minaj After Turning Up to Cardi B
Tekashi69 busted a quick about-face ... declaring he's Team Nicki Minaj a day after he was caught on video turning up to Nicki's bitter rival, Cardi B.
We got Tekashi and Nicki leaving Open Ceremony's New York Fashion Week show at (Le) Poisson Rouge Sunday night where they were arm-in-arm. They were surrounded by security as tons of fans swarmed them on their way out.
Seems like Tekashi ran back to the hand that was feeding him and was trying to earn brownie points ... 'cause the night before he was at a joint where the DJ straight-up said, "I'm Sorry, Nicki. I'm Team Cardi B" and started blaring "Bodak Yellow" ... with Tekashi feeling the beat.
But check out the vid ... Tekashi's back on Nicki's side, which is where you think he'd be the entire time given she was featured on his super popular track "FEFE." That music video alone has over 279 mil views.
SEPTEMBER 2018
As you know ... Nicki and Cardi's feud went to another level Friday night when Cardi came at her and threw a shoe in her direction at the Harper's Bazaar bash. Nicki didn't flinch.
No word on Nicki's reaction to Tekashi turning up to Cardi. But it couldn't have been good.

Cardi B Throwing Shoes Is Just My Thing ... Video of Another Attack
Nicki Minaj was not the first person to fall victim to a wicked shoe hurling attack from Cardi B ... the "Bodak Yellow" rapper has done the heel heave-ho before.
Check out the clip, Cardi was on the Love & Hip Hop NY reunion show last year when she got into it with Asia. Cardi didn't like the explanation Asia gave when she was asked why she didn't like Cardi -- and without hesitation -- Cardi kicked off her shoe -- and a red one at that -- and chucked it straight at Asia.
As expected, a huge fight broke out.
SEPTEMBER 2018
TMZ broke the story, Cardi went wild on Nicki Minaj Friday night at the NYFW Harper's Bazaar party. Cardi charged Nicki and her team -- cussing her out for shots Nicki's taken at Cardi and her family -- and when security intervened, Cardi took off her shoe and hurled it Nicki's way.
Cardi was booted from the party, and left without her shoes and a giant lump above her left eye.
Our sources say neither side will file a police report, and Nicki's unbothered by the whole situation.

Drake Kanye's Welcome at my Show ... Beef Squashed
Drake's been taking some not-so-subtle jabs at Kanye West recently -- but if Ye follows through on his word to see a Drake show -- Drizzy won't turn him away.
Kanye went on Twitter earlier this week to apologize to Drake for leaving him off "Lift Yourself" ... adamantly denying he spilled the beans about Drake's secret son to Pusha T. Kanye's olive branch -- a promise to attend a Drake concert. Ye praised Drake, saying, "the images (from the show) look incredible online."
Our sources say Drake won't stop Kanye from attending and has made it clear to security ... Ye is not to be banned.
Our sources say Kanye hasn't reached out for tix -- and there's a very good chance he'll just buy his own -- but you gotta imagine, it'll be no secret if Ye is in the building.
As for the fans ... don't bank on any onstage Yeezy guest spots during the show.

Nicki Minaj No Police Report on Cardi B ... It's No Biggie
Nicki Minaj isn't going to the cops after Cardi B went after her at a New York Fashion Week party Friday night ... because it really didn't bother her at all.
Sources close to "Chun-Li" rapper tell TMZ ... even though Cardi's shoe-throwing attack at the Harper's Bazaar party Friday night was a shock -- her security handled it and Nicki was totally fine.
We're told Minaj was unscathed and nobody on her team was injured either ... so she sees no reason to file a police report and carry on with the drama.
As for Cardi -- who was left with a lump on her head after the ruckus she started -- law enforcement tells us she hasn't filed a police report either. People connected to Cardi told us they believe she got the lump from being elbowed by someone on Nicki's security.
SEPTEMBER 2018
We broke the story ... Cardi reached a breaking point after Nicki making comments about her fitness as a mom. Judging from Cardi's own words, she was looking for a fight. She never made contact, either with her fists or her shoe.
Nicki played it super cool later while leaving the Plaza hotel ... and it seems she's still not letting it affect her ... at least outwardly.

Kanye West Orders Reporter Out of Fashion Show Event
Kanye West gave the folks at the Ralph Lauren party an ultimatum -- kick a certain reporter out of the event, or he'll book it.
Kanye was on the red carpet at the Ralph Lauren 50th Anniversary Fashion Show in Central Park Friday night, when one of his handlers delivered the threat to what looks like an event organizier.
Kanye then jumped in and made it clear ... he wanted the reporter in question out of the joint, STAT.
We're told the beef was over a question the reporter asked about the feud between Kim Kardashian and Tyson Beckford. Remember last month, when Tyson shaded Kim over her body and Kim fired back by saying, "Sis we all know why you don't care for it" ... lots of people took that as a homophobic slur.
The reporter made a hasty exit before she could get kicked out.
Meanwhile, back at the ranch, Tyson was at the Plaza -- yep, where Cardi B attacked Nicki Minaj -- and said he didn't see the fight, but decided to say this ... "I carry a gun. I'm not allowed to get in fights."
Shots fired.

Nicki Minaj What, Me Upset?!?
Nicki Minaj was clearly not the worse for wear as she left the Plaza hotel in NYC Friday night, after her epic showdown with Cardi B.
Nicki looked unfazed as she sauntered to her SUV, blowing kisses to the crowd.
TMZ broke the story ... Cardi attacked Nicki -- at least she tried -- and ended up with a big ol' lump on her forehead.
Nicki was cool as a cucumber during the confrontation ... never leaving her seat at the table during the Harper's Bazaar party during New York Fashion Week.
Cardi said after the fight, she had it up to here with Nicki, and the final straw seemed to be Nicki questioning her fitness as a mother.

Cardi B I Had No Hand in Strip Club Attack ... And Offset Didn't Cheat!!!
Cardi B says the strip club workers alleging she ordered her crew to beat the crap out of them are full of it ... claiming the women are just trying to get famous off her and her husband.
Sources close to Cardi and Offset tell TMZ ... she strongly denies having a hand in an attack of the 2 club bartenders and sisters -- Jade and Baddie Gi -- at Angels Strip Club in NYC last week.
We're told Cardi says she not only didn't order any beatdown, she wasn't involved at all ... and definitely didn't throw a bottle at them as the sisters claim.
And, there's this -- our Cardi and Offset sources say the rumors of him cheating on her with Jade are BS ... the couple believes both women are just "clout chasers," trying to get some pub by making up stories.
As we reported ... the 2 women hired lawyer Joe Tacopina, and they're mulling over filing a lawsuit against Cardi and others. Tacopina also told us both of his clients were going to file a police report about the incident and name Cardi B.
Video from the night in question does show Cardi at the club, but there's no footage of the alleged attack on the bartenders.

Nicki Minaj, Kendall & Cardi B Bring Beef to NY Fashion Week
Nicki Minaj, Kendall Jenner and Cardi B weren't literally rocking baggage at New York Fashion Week events ... but they did bring enough beef to create palpable tension.
The model and rappers were just a few of the celebs flocking to NYC for the NYFW spectacle -- Bella and Gigi Hadid, Adriana Lima, Tom Hanks, Rita Wilson and the list goes on and on.
But, it's interesting to see Nicki, Kendall and Cardi all in the same city with so much drama surrounding them. As you know ... Cardi's been dissing Nicki, who went after Kendall's sister.
And then there's Kendall ... who just last month said she's "selective" about the runway shows she chooses and blasted others, saying, "I was never one of those girls who would do like 30 shows a season or whatever the f*** those girls do." Awkward.
It's unclear if the trio came close to coming face-to-face. They were at different events -- Cardi was at Tom Ford's show, Nicki at ELLE & IMG's party and Kendall at 1 OAK.
Wasn't all drama, though, at the Big Apple -- Karrueche Tran and Victor Cruz still looked like #CouplesGoals ... Russell Westbrook donned a classic look and Sharon Osbourne brought a cuddly date.

Sen. Marco Rubio Squares Off with Alex Jones ... 'I'll Take Care of You Myself'
Sen. Marco Rubio and "InfoWars" host Alex Jones got right up in each other's faces outside a Senate hearing ... and Rubio threatened to open a can o' whoop ass on Jones.
The toe-to-toe showdown went down Wednesday morning after Rubio exited a Senate Intelligence Committee hearing on social media. It gets heated right around the 1 min mark of the video.
Wow, this video. Alex JONES calls RUBIO a "frat boy" and touches Rubio on the shoulder. Rubio tells Jones not to touch him and that he won't be arrested because I'll "take care of you myself."https://t.co/AGRMrDBMGa
@kyledcheney
Jones, the king of conspiracy theorists, was there and pissed about being censored on social media platforms, so he decided to upstage Rubio in front of reporters. Rubio played the "I don't know who this guy is" card ... then Jones condescendingly patted Rubio on the shoulder, and it was on.
Rubio threw down some tough talk, for a Senator, saying ... "Don't touch me again, man. I'm asking you again not to touch me." Jones kept jawing at him until Rubio took the bait, blurting out ... "You're not gonna get arrested, man. I'll take care of you myself."
The verbal jabs continued, but no physical fight. Not this time.
Rubio's closing shot: "You guys can talk to this clown (Jones)."
Jones': "Listen to the little frat boy. So cool."

Kanye West Apologizes to Drake ... Over Pusha T Beef
Kanye West has taken the high road in the raging feud between him and Drake, apologizing and at the same time explaining he never gave Pusha T intel about Drake's secret son.
Ye posted a series of tweets early Wednesday AM, all directed at Drizzy ... saying, "Sending good energy and love to Drake and family and crew. I haven’t seen the show in person but the images look incredible online I understand where the confusion started."

I understand where the confusion started pic.twitter.com/oxSEEbNB1g
Kanye goes on to apologize for releasing his throwaway track, "Lift Yourself" -- where he rapped nonsense like "poopity scoop" -- without featuring Drake even though he said he would.
I did not have any conversations about your child with Pusha. I don’t play with the idea of people’s children after I spoke to Wiz a few years earlier.
@kanyewest
Finally, Ye sets the record straight over the Pusha T beef that blew up their relationship ... saying he should have intervened after Push's initial diss ... but Kanye insists he never gave his labelmate info on Drake's baby son, Adonis, like lots of people thought when Pusha's 2nd diss song dropped.
Mr. West ends by saying he's got love for both Pusha and Drake, and promises to be at one of Drake's upcoming shows within the week. This, of course, comes after Kim Kardashian West herself had to squash rumors that Drake might've slept with her.
All's well that ends well ... we think.

O.T. Genasis Eminem Shouldn't Hit Back at MGK ... Stop the White-on-White Crime!!!
O.T. Genasis says Eminem should stand down in his latest beef with Machine Gun Kelly ... 'cause Marshall's just too good to get deeper in the gutter with the kid.
We got the "Too Blessed" rapper Tuesday at LAX where he weighed in on the surprise feud that erupted over the weekend, when Em dropped a surprise album and took shots at MGK for talking about his daughter in 2012. Kelly promptly fired back Monday with "Rap Devil."
Kelly's song was met with a lot of praise in the hip-hop community, and some say he's got the upper hand in the war of lyrics for now. Naturally, a lot of folks are wondering if Slim Shady's gonna pull a Pusha T and go for round 3 ... but O.T. advises against that.
According to him, Eminem is the G.O.A.T. and has no business bringing himself down to Kelly's level considering their respective careers and legacy. That said ... he does want one thing to come to an end here. You gotta hear this one for yourself ... it's hilarious.

Monica Lewinsky Here's Why I Ended Q&A ... Clinton Question Crossed the Line!!!
Monica Lewinsky says she was double-crossed by an Israeli journalist who dropped an "off limits" Bill Clinton question ... prompting Monica to bolt mid-interview.
She stormed off the stage over the weekend when Yonit Levi asked if she was still expecting an apology from the former Prez. Monica's only response was, "I'm so sorry. I'm not going to be able to do this."
The derailed Q&A came immediately on the heels of a speech Monica had given about Internet bullying -- and she says Levi tried to ask her that very question one day earlier. Monica says she told Levi not to go there on the day of the event.
Monica says she felt misled because Levi showed "blatant disregard for our agreement" -- and she decided to stand up for herself and leave.

Childish Gambino Wanna See Kanye Cry? Wanna See Michelle Obama Bear Hug Him?
Kanye West has deep regrets about supporting Donald Trump -- so much so he dissolved into tears -- but Michelle Obama was quick to comfort him with a big hug ... at least those are the images Childish Gambino telegraphed in his new, animated music video.
The vid was produced for C.G.'s song, "Feels Like Summer," and it's pretty great. Drake is chasing after Future as he rides away on a bike. And then there's Nicki Minaj, who famously has beef with Travis Scott because he topped her on the Billboard charts. Nicki and Travis make peace by playing with blocks.
But the highlight is clearly Kanye, wearing his MAGA hat as he breaks down. It's unclear if Childish Gambino is suggesting Yeezy has remorse over his support for Trump, but that's the way it seems. And Michelle's hug-from-behind is awesome!
Kanye went on the WGCI Morning Show this past week to explain his comment on TMZ Live, that "slavery sounds like a choice," clarifying that he meant it would have been a choice for him. A lot of people on social media weren't buying what he was selling.
