Lil Twist Named in Battery Report ... at Justin Bieber's Home

Published | Updated

Lil Twist -- Justin Bieber's BFF -- has been named in a battery report ... by a woman who claims the rapper got aggressive with her inside Bieb's Calabasas mansion, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the woman who filed the report claims she was hanging out at Bieber's home around 3:30 AM Thursday morning -- Bieber was NOT there btw -- when she decided it was time to leave.

But as she tried to exit the mansion, the woman claims Twist grabbed her by the arm in a forceful manner -- and tried to prevent her from leaving the home.

We're told the woman drove straight from JB's home to a nearby Sheriff's Department.

Sources say cops are investigating the allegation.

It's not the first time JB's sidekick has been accused of wrongdoing -- just last month, Twist was arrested for DUI while driving Bieber's famous Fisker Karma.

Denise Richards Sues A/C Installer -- I'm SO Heated Right Now

Published | Updated

Denise Richards has been sweating balls in her giant L.A. mansion -- claiming contractors she hired completely botched her air conditioning system and more ... and now, she's filed a lawsuit.

Denise -- who's been working on her house forever -- is suing a bunch of contractors, claiming they not only ruined her A/C, they also botched the electrical layout of her home, destroyed her roof, and demolished areas of the house they weren't supposed to ... just so they could charge her a premium to fix them.

And what's worse ... Denise says the contractors blew through their budget, racking up more than $3 million in charges for renovations that should have cost $1.6 million.

As a result of their crappy work, Denise says temps in parts of her house -- where she lives with Brooke Mueller's twins as well as her own kids with Charlie Sheen -- now reach 90 degrees on hot days, there's no ventilation, and she's got sewer gases in her attic ... the list goes on.

It's unclear how much -- if any -- Denise has already shelled out to the contractors in question, but she's now suing for more than $1,000,000 in damages.

The contractors had no comment.

Kardashian Mansion Cops Investigating Pap Trespasser

Published | Updated

Looks like Kim Kardashian wasn't lying about a photog trespassing onto Kardashian family territory this week -- we found out ... 1 cop car rolled up to their Calabasas mansion Wednesday ... and we're told police were nosing around about the incident.

As we reported, on Monday Kim posted video online, showing her mother Kris Jenner racing into her backyard in hot pursuit of a paparazzo who had trespassed on her grounds.

It smelled like BS at the time -- after all, why would Kris put herself in that kind of danger??? But sources close to the Kardashians say police already have a solid lead on a suspect, and dropped by Kris' house to speak with her about the incident.

Translation: Kris Jenner has balls of steel.

Kardashian Family Beefs Up Security After Pap Breach ... But Something Stinks

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner have beefed up security at their Calabasas estate after a paparazzo allegedly trespassed onto their property, TMZ has learned -- but video footage of the incident makes the whole thing smell kinda fishy.

Kim posted the Blair-Witch-style video online yesterday, showing her mom running into their backyard ... in hot pursuit of the rogue photog. They say they even called the cops.

Sources close to the K-Klan tell us, the family has since hired round-the-clock security ... pretty crazy considering they already live in a gated community.

Now the fishy part ... If someone really was creeping around their property, why would a defenseless woman like Kim's mom run out to confront him ... especially a really rich defenseless woman?

Is this a publicity stunt or is she just plain crazy?

Wes Scantlin Photo Of Alleged Buzz Saw Rampage

Of course Scantlin told a different tale, previously telling us, "My neighbor vandalized my house so I had to take action."

We're guessing no sugar's getting borrowed any time soon.

'E.R.' Actress CLEANS UP In Divorce Settlement

Published | Updated

Former "E.R." star Parminder Nagra just scored a huge victory over her ex-husband ... TMZ has learned she won't have to give up a dime of her "E.R." loot.

We broke the story ... Parminder's ex James Stenson sued her last year, claiming she was hiding her acting money from gigs like "E.R.", "Alcatraz", and "Psych" ... to prevent him getting any of it.

Now they've hammered out a settlement, and it's clear from the docs ... the real winner's name rhymes with Tinder.

Here's what Parminder gets:
ALL her income, residuals and royalties from her acting gigs including "E.R" -- which, of course, brings in beaucoup syndication dollars.

But there's more ... she also gets their Cali home (worth over $700k), their UK home ($1.5 million), and profits from the sale of a rental property. PLUS she gets 3 of the couple's 4 cars.

Here's what James gets: $450k from the rental home sale, $1,226/month in child support for their 4-year-old kid, and his photography biz.

Oh, and a Mazda CX9.

Puddle of Mudd Singer [UPDATE] Arrested for Vandalism WITH A BUZZ SAW

Published | Updated

7/25 -- TMZ shot footage of Scantlin leaving the police station Wednesday night. On the way out, Scantlin defended himself, "My neighbor vandalized my house so I had to take action."

He also mentioned the sledgehammer ... but was mum on the buzz saw.

Puddle of Mudd singer Wes Scantlin is behind bars in L.A. ... after allegedly vandalizing his neighbor's property WITH A BUZZ SAW ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Scantlin and his neighbor have been feuding for a while -- and it all came to a head this afternoon when Wes allegedly whipped out a buzz saw and went all Leatherface on the neighbor's patio.

We're told Wes also took a sledgehammer to a brick or cinder block wall -- which Wes thinks the neighbor put up on his side of the property line.

Cops arrived to the scene and arrested the 41-year-old for felony vandalism.

It's unclear what was destroyed in the alleged saw attack ... but we're assuming the neighbor was left unscathed, or Scantlin would probably be facing attempted murder charges.

Scantlin is no stranger to the law -- the "She Hates Me" singer has been arrested several times over the years for things like drugs, domestic violence and being a drunken d-bag at an airport in Texas.

David Spade I Finally Found Someone to Buy My Mansion!!!

Published | Updated

It took SIX years and a $6-million-discount ... but David Spade finally managed to unload his Malibu mansion ... for practically no profit at all.

Spade bought the beachfront pad waaaay back in 2005 for $9.3 million. Two years later he tried to hawk it for $16.5 million, but there were no takers (wonder why?) ... and he took it off the market.

Not to be defeated, Spade tried again in 2011, listing it for $13.5 million. But still no cigar -- until now, as reported by Trulia.

Spade sold the place for the low, low price of $10,225,000. Leaving him with a much smaller profit than he expected ... a cool $925,000. Small in rich people terms.

But the real winner is the buyer, as Spade reportedly made a ton of upgrades over the years.

As for the stats: 3,763 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, pool, top of the line finishes ... oh and one of the nicest beaches in the world ... happens to be the backyard.

Gilbert Arenas Drops Millions to Live On the Edge (of The Valley)

Published | Updated

Ni-Hao people of Los Angeles ... ex-NBA star turned Chinese b-baller Gilbert Arenas just dropped a couple million bucks on a sick new pad in the valley ... with killer views (not killer sharks).

Arenas -- who left the NBA in 2012 and now plays for the Shanghai Sharks -- bought a 5,853-square-foot casa in Encino, CA. He still owns his other home in Virginia as well (i.e. the one with the shark tank).

According to docs, Arenas took out a loan for $1.7 million for the digs. It's unclear what the final sale price was, but the house was previously listed for $2.5 million ... so he probably coughed up a hefty down payment.

As for the crib -- despite being in the Valley -- it's pretty sick. Tuscan villa design, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, maids quarters, grill and BBQ ... plus the pool and spa sit at the edge of a cliff, creating views to die for.

Also a perfect place to set off some fireworks.

Opie from "Sons of Anarchy" suffered one of the most tragic deaths on TV ... but the actor who played him is living the high life ... dropping $1.7 million on a sick new pad in the Valley.

Our Valley real-estate sources tell us ... Ryan Hurst bought a 3,400-square-foot Woodland Hills home in April. With 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, wood floors, vaulted ceilings, built-in BBQ, and a pool.

His TV counterpart didn't fare so well ... Opie was killed off in season 5, during one of the most intense moments of television history ... when he got beaten to death with a lead pipe.

So congrats to Ryan. RIP Opie.

'RHOBH' Star Yolanda Foster Eh, Wanna Buy My Spare Canadian Penthouse For 5.25 Mil?

Published | Updated

#RichPeopleProblems ..."Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Yolanda Foster doesn't have enough time to use her spare penthouse in Canada -- so she's selling it -- for $5.25 million.

Our real-estate sources in maple country tell us, Yolanda and her Canadian husband -- mega composer David Foster -- listed their 4,400-square-foot British Columbia penthouse, overlooking the harbor in Downtown Victoria.

We're told the couple bought and re-vamped the place 6 years ago as a vacation home for the whole family. But every time the group gets together, they end up boating instead. Who wouldn't?

Since they rarely use the place, we're told the duo would rather just have a boat in Canuck country -- and they put the pad up for sale.

As for the apt -- which Yolanda decorated -- it's 3 bedrooms, 4 baths, two stories, city and harbor views ... AND comes furnished with rich people stuff.

Yolanda and David also own a giant, multi-million-dollar mansion in Malibu. Yay.

Justin Bieber I WON'T Turn My Back On Lil Twist and Lil Za

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber refuses to throw Lil Za and Lil Twist out on the street ... even after all of the trouble they've caused ... because he considers them "true friends" ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Bieber tell TMZ ... members of Justin's camp have been pleading with him to boot the Lils out of his Calabasas home and forbid them from driving his fleet of fancy cars after a string of embarrassing incidents including Twist's DUI arrest in JB's car.

We're told Bieber's camp has been very concerned about the way he acts when he's with the Lil crew -- and have been vocal that the guys are a bad influence.

Why? Weed ... sizzurp ... neighborhood wars ... pissing in public ... anti-Clintonism ... and of course, Twist's DUI arrest. The Lils had a role in all of that stuff ... and people close to Beiber want it to stop.

But despite the warnings, Justin is pushing back HARD ... claiming he would never turn his back on his boys, because that's not what friends do.

Plus, one source says Justin's been surrounded by adults for most of his life -- and now that he finally has a group of close friends that are his age, the last thing he wants to do is push them away.

Bottom line -- get used to Za and Twist ... they're not going anywhere.

Chris Brown I Killed My Graffiti Monsters ... NOT the City

Published | Updated

Chris Brown is kissing his precious graffiti monsters goodbye, and while it looks like he lost the war to keep the"art" on his Hollywood Hills home -- Chris is saying it's coming down by his choice ... TMZ has learned.

As we previously reported ... Chris has been fighting the city of L.A. since May over the graffiti he plastered on an exterior wall of the house -- even claiming it's protected by the 1st Amendment.

After neighbors complained the images were a blight on the block ... the city threatened to slap Chris with a heavy fine -- but today workers slapped a fresh layer of paint on the concrete wall.

But sources close to Chris tell TMZ he remains defiant ... and only covered up the painted creatures because he wanted to -- NOT because of the city's threats.

Whatever the reason, the L.A. Building Department of Safety says if its inspectors are satisfied the graffiti is covered tomorrow ... Chris will not be fined.

It's unclear if Chris plans to put up something new. So ... case closed?

It's unclear why Tameka was ordered to pay so much. We called her for comment and never heard back.

NFL Legend Defends Justin Bieber He's a Great Neighbor!!!

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber is finally getting some support from the NFL world -- 3-time Super Bowl champ Willie McGinest tells TMZ, Bieber is a GREAT neighbor ... despite claims by other NFL legends that the singer has a serious speeding problem.

The former Patriots linebacker -- who lives across the street from Bieber in their gated Calabasas community -- was out and about Monday when we asked about the Biebs' notorious alleged acts of neighborhood terrorism ... including allegations by ex-NFL stars Keyshawn Johnson and Eric Dickerson that Bieber's Ferrari is a dangerous menace.

But McGinest -- who left USC in 1993 just one year before Keyshawn joined the team -- says the rumors are all hype, telling us, "[Bieber's] a good neighbor. My daughters love him."

What's more ... McGinest says Bieber even goes above and beyond for the little kids in the neighborhood.

It all sounds nice -- but the fact still remains ... McGinest is pretty much the ONLY person who says Bieber's even remotely tolerable to live next to. And numbers don't lie.
