Clay Aiken's Alleged Stalker I'm NOT Some Crazed Fan I WAS CATFISHED!!!

Published | Updated

Don't text strangers kids ... especially strangers claiming they're Clay Aiken ... because chances are, you're being catfished and it could ruin your life.

TMZ broke the story ... Barbara Saylor was arrested for entering Clay's North Carolina home with binoculars. She was charged with trespassing and stalking.

Barbara's attorney Ken Steinberg now tells TMZ, the 58-year-old is actually the victim ... of an elaborate catfishing scam.

We're told Barbara met Clay years ago after his "American Idol" stint -- they even exchanged contact information ... somehow, Barbara got the wrong phone number and began texting a stranger.

Barbara's lawyer says the catfisher played Barbara like a fiddle -- carrying on a non-romantic, Manti Te'o-type text relationship with her for YEARS ... leading her to believe he was actually Clay Aiken.

The scam culminated with the catfisher goading Barbara to visit Clay at his house in North Carolina ... which she did ... and that's when she got arrested.

Barbara's attorney turned over all text records to the court to prove she was a victim, not a perp. The case was dismissed and late last week paperwork was filed to expunge the arrest from her record.

Sadly, she lost her job over the whole thing.

Polo is also accused of shocking urine abuse -- ruined carpets and noxious odors from pet pee.

The landlord -- celebrity lawyer Ed McPherson -- also claims she had the nerve to leave a bunch of food in the fridge which was not turned on, and the rancid smell made everyone gag.

Polo -- who currently stars in "The Fosters" -- is also accused of pilfering brand new blinds.

McPherson wants more than $30,000 to make things right. But to win, the lawyer must prove she's full of s**t.

Lane Kiffin I CAN'T STOP LOSING IN CALI Coach Takes Hit in Real Estate Deal

Published | Updated

Lane Kiffin must really be in a hurry to get the hell out of CA ... 'cause TMZ Sports has learned, the 'Bama bound coach just got HOSED on the smaller of his two West Coast properties.

The Crimson Tide's new offensive coordinator had plunked down $825K for the 1,813 square foot townhouse back in 2006, when he was an O.C. for USC.

But a few months after he got the chop from SC last year, Lane put the pad up for sale.

The 3-bedroom El Segundo condo ain't exactly as nice as the $5 million Manhattan Beach mansion that USC helped him buy ... but it's not too shabby as a second home for a college football coach.

Kiffin was originally asking $745,000 for the place ... but according to our friends at Realtor.Com, Lane ultimately let it go for $737,500 -- taking a $87,500 loss.

Winning never really was Lane's specialty in SoCal.

"Starship Troopers" star Casper Van Dien better start locking his doors ... because he triggered a police emergency when some DRUNK dude accidentally stumbled into his house and passed out on his couch, TMZ has learned.

Van Dien called 911 early Saturday morning to report a possible burglary in progress when his daughter noticed some stranger passed out in the living room of their Miami home.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, cops went into "emergency mode" -- and raced to the house. Cops say when they arrived, the intruder was "very intoxicated and unsure where he was."

The guy was immediately arrested and transported to a nearby station. Casper and his family took pics with the cops (see above).

But TMZ has learned ... the whole thing seems to be a simple drunken misunderstanding -- because friends of the "intruder" tell us ... the guy was in town for a bachelor party and he was staying in a nearby mansion with 12 buddies.

The buddies had gone to a strip club on Friday night and ditched the guy -- who was hammered -- and he eventually tried to get a cab back to the residence on his own.

But being as wasted as he was, he accidentally went to a house just down the street ... and walked in the front door (which happened to be unlocked) and passed out on the couch, thinking he had made it home.

He was wrong ... and spent 18 hours in jail.

'Ghost Adventures' Star I Bought $35,000 Demon House Possible 'Hell Portal'

Published | Updated

"Ghost Adventures" host Zak Bagans has taken on his most terrifying project yet -- he just bought a house in Indiana ... believed to be the site of one of the most terrifying demonic possessions ever ... a rumored "portal to hell."

The house rose to fame in 2012 ... after a mother who lived there reported her 12-year-old daughter and 9-year-old son had been possessed. Shockingly, there are even docs from child protective services that back up her claims.

Among the many scary incidents ... the mother says she witnessed her daughter levitating above her bed.

She also said she saw her son walking on their ceiling ... an account corroborated by several other witnesses. The mother did everything she could to de-demonize the house -- including building an altar and hiring an exorcist -- but nothing worked and she eventually moved.

Zak tells us, he caught wind of the horrifying tale and made an offer to purchase the home for $35,000 -- the owner was all too willing to sell.

The photo shown above is an actual police photo of the house ... and it's hard to miss what looks like an apparition in the window.

Zak says he's going to live there and document his experience -- "If it's true this home is a portal to hell, then I want to go there and see what happens."

Balls of steel.

Check out the CPS report (below) ... detailing the family's frightening claims.

Justin Bieber I'm Lookin' to Move To Ranch Country

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber has been looking at estates in an area not far from where he lives now ... but it's clear he wants to trade neighbors for horses.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... Justin has been looking at homes in an area called Hidden Valley -- 20 miles from where he currently lives in Calabasas.

We're told Justin has his eye on a particular area of Hidden Valley -- White Stallion Estates. There are only 10 homes and each has around 20 acres. There are lots of horse ranches in the area, but Justin's not specifically looking for horse property.

Justin is also interested in Portrero RD in Hidden Valley ... most of the homes are 20 acres and up.

Justin wants between 10 and 20 acres, so both areas fit the bill.

Our sources say Justin wants out of Calabasas immediately -- as soon as he finds a place, but now we're told he's been quietly looking to move for 3 months.

We know Justin's people have spoken to his realtor and made it clear -- get him out of a gated community where there are rules and regulations and nosy neighbors.

We're told Justin was particularly interested in one home on Potrero, but he waited and the house just sold for $9.5 million.

As we first reported, Justin wants space not only to rid himself of neighbors ... he wants room to roam on ATVs. He also wants a skate park.

Justin Bieber Double Cup Cover Up in Calabasas

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber's party pals are trying to hide evidence of their sizzurp abuse ... and TMZ has the photo evidence right in Bieber's backyard.

As we first reported ... the skate ramp at Justin's place was tagged with a styrofoam cup and the words "double cup" -- a clear reference to Bieber's use of sizzurp, aka lean ... a mixture of codeine cough syrup and Sprite.

But now the double cup painting is GONE ... almost.

The pic of the skate ramp (above) was taken yesterday -- and "double cup" is nearly covered completely by a skateboard someone placed on the ramp.

Compare it to the pic taken last month (below) ... where the words are bold and obvious.

Nice try guys.
