Fashion Legend Died with FOUR Mega Homes
Fashion icon Bijan Pakzad -- known for the $50,000 suits he used to sell out of his Beverly Hills boutique -- died with FOUR multi-million dollar properties spread across the L.A. area ... TMZ has learned.
According to legal documents filed Thursday at L.A. County Superior Court, Bijan owned a $5 million mansion in Beverly Hills, another giant multi-million dollar mansion in Malibu, and two ritzy condos in West Hollywood.
The docs show the vast amount of Bijan's enormous estate will be divided among his three children -- with a small remainder going to his sister and two ex-wives.
It's unclear exactly how much his entire estate is worth -- but based on the will, contained in the legal documents, Bijan believed his fortune was valued somewhere in the mid eight-figure range.
As we previously reported, Bijan -- whose boutique is known as the most expensive store in the world -- died in L.A. last month after suffering a stroke. He was 67.

Octomom More Trouble On the Home Front
Guess her sessions with Suze Orman didn't help ... because TMZ has learned Octomom is once again in danger of LOSING HER HOUSE after once again falling behind on her monthly payments.
TMZ spoke with the man who owns the loan on Octo's La Habra home -- Amer Haddadin -- who tells us Nadya Suleman missed her May payment and the bank has already hit her with late fees.
Amer tells us he's been in contact with Nadya ... who has made it clear -- she's broke-ass broke all over again.
Of course, it ain't the first time Nadya has been on the verge of homelessness -- last year, Amer let Octo off the hook when she failed to make a $450,000 balloon payment on the home ... and mercifully changed the payment structure so she could stay in the house.
But now, Amer says, his patience has run out ... and Octo better find a way to make the payment, or she'll be out on the street.

Carmelo Anthony in a New Jersey State of Mind
Carmelo Anthony and Lala Vazquez want outta New York City -- when it comes to ridiculously expensive housing anyway -- and they're actually eyeing New Jersey (GASP!) ... TMZ has learned.
Sources close to the NY Knicks star and his wife tell TMZ they have no interest in plunking down "$30,000 a month for an apartment" in Manhattan ... no matter how shmancy it is.
Melo just got a $65 million contract extension, so money isn't the issue -- instead it's all about a backyard and space for the couple's 3-year-old son to play. We're told that's why they're seriously shopping the wide open spaces of Jersey -- and passing on a luxury pad near the one Alex Rodriguez just bought for $6 million.
Other NYC 'burbs are still in the running, but If Melo keeps dropping 26 per game ... he can live anywhere he wants (except Boston) -- and Knicks fans will love him.
