Kim Kardashian parece haber traído el invierno a su propio patio trasero, porque su casa parece algo sacado de una tarjeta de Navidad.

La estrella de reality fue a lo grande con la decoración de su propiedad en Hidden Hills, lugar que ha sido famoso últimamente debido a las grandes fiestas y la Navidad no fue diferente. Mientras que el interior de su casa es genial, el exterior es sin duda espectacular.

El caso es que es impresionante... y la "nieve" adicional que cubre el suelo es un bonito detalle. Ella dio un pequeño recorrido por la pasarela a través de esta magnífica escena y es hermoso.

Por cierto, el interior de la casa también está decorado, y como puedes imaginar, hay regalos por todas partes, especialmente bajo el árbol. De hecho, parece que ella es la anfitriona este año, porque hay regalos de todas sus hermanas y demás personas y todos están envueltos de forma única.

Como se puede apreciar, los regalos de Kendall y Khloe tienen diferente decoaración y papel de regalo. Kim, por supuesto, resalta con su nueva marca SKIMS.

Como hemos dicho, el resto de la casa está cubierta de luces y adornos, pero teniendo en cuenta el diseño interior único de Kim, casi se siente como una especie de museo.

De todos modos, solo una razón más para hacer algo a lo grande y ciertamente lo hizo.

Kim Kardashian seems to have brought the winter wilderness to her own backyard -- 'cause her house looks like something straight out of a Christmas card ... of the Hallmark variety.

The reality star went all out decorating her Hidden Hills property -- which is kind of a theme this year with all the big holidays. Christmas turned out to be no different ... and while the inside of her home is cool, the outside is certainly a thing of beauty to behold.

Take a look ... KK's got a bunch of giant firs lining her entire yard here, to the point that it looks like a forest, of sorts, right there on the grounds. Real or fake ... who the hell knows?

Point is, it's damn impressive ... and the extra "snow" she's got coating the ground is a nice touch too. She gave a little tour of the walkway through this gorgeous scene, and it's neat.

BTW, the interior of her crib is decked out as well -- and as you can imagine there's presents all over the place, but especially under her tree(s). In fact, it looks like she might be hosting this year, 'cause there's gifts from all her sisters and whatnot, all uniquely wrapped.

As you can see ... everyone from Kendall to Khloe has different wrapping paper and their own style of furnishing the presents. Kim's of course, is pretty interesting -- SKIMS-covered.

Like we said, the rest of the house is covered in lights and ornaments as well ... but considering Kim's one-of-a-kind interior design -- it almost feels sorta museum-like.

Anyway, just another reason for her to go all out, we suppose -- and she certainly did.

Mookie Betts is on the move, but he ain't leaving the Dodgers ... TMZ Sports has learned he's now got a giant new house to live in!!

Real estate sources tell us ... the MLB superstar just copped a $15 million pad this month in Encino -- just a few miles away from Dodger Stadium.

We're told the place is sweet ... featuring super sleek and modern lines.

Unclear of how many beds, baths and bells and whistles it all officially comes with -- though it sits on 2 acres ... so there's plenty of room for Mookie to work on his base-running skills if he wants.

Of course, Mookie's been living in L.A. for a while now -- he was traded to the City of Angels prior to the 2020 season -- though after having his second child earlier this year ... seems he was in need of an upgrade.

We're told Craig Knizek and Scott Gorelick of The Agency repped the seller ... while Morgan Trent of AKG | Christie's International Real Estate repped the baseball player in the sale.

Cardi B and Offset are bein' taken to court over the Beverly Hills house they were renting ... 'cause they allegedly skipped out on rent and left the place trashed.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Cardi and Offset lived in the swanky pad starting in early 2022, but they bounced from the property in October -- without giving a notice.

According to the landlord, they were behind on rent and utility payments when they left.

Making matters worse, the owners say they found "significant property damage" once the couple left ... including permanent scratches in the tile floors, rugs, and curtains, broken furniture, holes in the walls, and burn marks on things like tables, counters, and cabinets.

They estimate the cost of damages to be around $85,000 ... and the landlord says they've tried multiple times to resolve the issue, but to no avail.

The property drama comes on the heels of Cardi and Offset's relationship being on the ropes ... as you know, Cardi unleashed a profanity-laced tirade accusing Offset of treating her poorly and said they were no longer an item.

Love thy neighbor ... or maybe not in Charlie Sheen's case.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... LASD responded to Charlie's L.A. area home Wednesday for a neighborly dispute. Officers say Charlie's neighbor, a 47-year-old woman, forced her way into his home and attacked him when he opened the door after hearing a knock.

We're told she ripped Charlie's shirt and attempted to strangle him ... and then went back to her own house.

Our sources say paramedics came to the scene ... but Charlie was not transported to the hospital.

We're told Charlie doesn't understand what prompted the incident but this apparently isn't his first issue with her ... he told deputies he believes the same woman squirted some type of sticky liquid on his car recently.

A source close to Charlie adds to TMZ that he spoke to the woman after the car incident ... and their conversation was something to the effect of letting bygones be bygones.

They also tell us the woman dumped trash in front of Charlie's door a day before the attack. Charlie is the one who called 911.

Ama a tu vecino... ¿o no Charlie?.

We got this inside look at the 7-bedroom, 11-bathroom home ... which sprawls over a colossal 15,694 square feet of living space, sits on 1.78 acres and comes complete with a vanishing-edge pool and multiple outdoor living areas.

The lavish lakefront brick and stone property sits on the 18th fairway at The Manor in Milton -- an exclusive gated golf community. The place is fully loaded with entertaining extras, like a 500-bottle walk-in wine cellar, a billiard room, an arcade, home theater and a gym with private massage room.

Scenic lake and golf views add to the estate, which also has a 6-car garage with room for lifts to store up to 8 cars.

It clearly looks like an ideal oasis, but 2 months after the estranged couple listed it, there haven't been any takers ... forcing Kim and Kroy to slash their asking price by $500k to attract prospective buyers.

Remember, the house was listed after Kroy begged a judge to let him put it on the market to assist with their mounting debt.

It's clearly in their best interest to bid farewell to the pad ... which cops have visited multiple times this year, most recently in November following an explosive argument between the pair.

Jason Oppenheim, president and founder of the famed Oppenheim Group, is now representing Kanye West in the sale of his Malibu beachfront estate, and there's been some criticism Oppenheim should not represent an antisemite, but we've contacted some high-end realtors who feel it's absurd to have a litmus test on which clients they will represent.

The L.A. realtors we've spoken with say there is no way in this divided social and political climate anyone can do business by excluding clients whose views they find offensive. The example that repeatedly comes up is the war in the Middle East. As one high-end realtor put it, "What are we supposed to do, ask a potential client if they side with Israel or Palestine?"

An extremely successful L.A. realtor begged to differ, saying, "Wait a minute. Kanye is one of the biggest antisemites in the world. I would never represent him, ever."

But another realtor said, "Are we supposed to see if a client is a registered Republican and say screw you, I'm not representing you?"

It goes beyond religion and politics ... one realtor said, "What if a client has an offensive post on Instagram? Or what if a client's in the middle of nasty divorce and I side with their spouse?"

Several realtors said it's ridiculous to think they would Google every prospective client to look for a reason not to represent that person.

And one realtor, who was at one time a practicing lawyer, said it's absurd to think an attorney would judge a client before taking a case, adding, "It's just not reality."

And a realtor we spoke with said what if a client had a different view on gay marriage? He said, "At some point it just becomes impossible to do business."

That same realtor asked, "What about the buyer who pays Kanye $53 million for the Malibu property?" before adding, "What if Kanye goes to a Mercedes dealership. Should they not sell him a car?"
