NBA player DeJuan Blair will NOT be charged with battery for allegedly roughing up a woman outside of a Vegas nightclub ... and TMZ Sports has learned the accuser ain't happy about it.

We broke the story ... the former Washington Wizards player was booted out of Drai's nightclub after he allegedly picked up and tossed a woman out of the entry line.

Blair was adamant he did nothing wrong -- and simply moved her out of the way when he was trying to get by.

Security didn't buy it and kicked him off the property -- and cops issued him a misdemeanor battery citation.

But according to Clark County court records, prosecutors decided not to move forward with criminal charges -- and dropped the case against the 27-year-old.

We spoke to the alleged victim who tells us she was unaware the case was dropped -- and has been exploring her legal options, including a civil suit.

Blair was banned from the property on the night of the alleged incident -- no word if he'll now be allowed back.

The woman who triggered Chris Brown's arrest has a history of making up stories about people threatening to kill her ... according to her former roommate.

Baylee Curran filed a restraining order in 2013 claiming her roomie, Princeton Roseborough, threatened to hire a hitman to take her out.

Baylee went on to claim Roseborough physically hurt her by pushing her head against a bedroom wall ... hard enough to call an ambulance.

Her claims were enough for a judge to issue a temporary restraining order, but when it came time for a formal hearing, she was a no-show in court so the restraining order was lifted.

Princeton, the roommate, insisted in his own legal docs that she was lying. He says Baylee was about to physically attack his girlfriend, and all he did was restrain her, and never pushed her. He submitted photos of her after the incident, which he says show no signs of injury. The photos in the legal docs are too grainy to know for sure.

Either way ... the case was dismissed.

Sharon Stone is terrified her alleged stalker is about to be released from a prison psych ward ... and she's taking steps to protect herself and her family.

Stone just got a judge to sign off on a restraining order against Phillip Barnes ... who's been flooding her with letters for the last 5 years, even though he's been behind bars most of that time.

In court docs, she included one of his bizarre letters which read, "I have 11 wifes picked out and would cause about 18 kids ... you would sit at the other head of the dineing [sic] table."

Sharon says a December 2014 letter was more off the wall, with Barnes asking her to bring him "2 Crown Royal bags full of diamonds ... my 2 CIA badges, 20 billion dollars worth of Department of Treasury checks ... and my gun silencer."

She says Barnes recently wrote to say he's up for evaluation and could be be released in 4 months. That's what prompted her to head to court.

'Love & Hip Hop' star Tommie Lee just got dressed to the nines for a mug shot.

Law enforcement in Atlanta tells TMZ Lee turned herself in Wednesday afternoon. Cops say they got an arrest warrant because Tommie allegedly threatened to kill fellow 'LHH' star Joseline Hernandez back in March.

Lee made a whole show out of her surrender ... making sure to get glammed for the slammer. The mug shot's gonna be a classic.

Tommie was booked for making terroristic threats.

Katt Williams laid a vicious "gang-style" attack on a fellow comedian and kidnapped her when she tried to escape ... so she claims in a new lawsuit.

Ashima Franklin says Katt's abuse started with a hit to her face in 2012, and he crossed the line again with a 2 day terror campaign this year while they were touring together.

According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, Katt bragged about having "million dollar bitches" ... then turned his rage on Ashima, saying ... "Why am I sitting here with this hillbilly, Alabama, backwoods ass three dollar p**** bitch?"

The next day, Ashima says Katt and 2 women attacked her -- leaving her with a swollen face and injuries to her chest, arms and legs -- and Katt blocked her from leaving.

She adds there was another incident where Katt threw piping hot food at her face, and asked why she thought she even had the right to eat.

Ashima's suing for at least $3 million. We reached out to Katt, so far no word back.

Chris Brown was tested for drugs after his arrest, and authorities may have found something, because our sources say there were drugs at the house before he allegedly pulled a gun on a guest.

Law enforcement sources say Chris gave up a blood sample Tuesday night after arriving at the jail.

Brown's accuser, Baylee Curran, was on "TMZ Live" Tuesday and when we asked about drug use she got very nervous and wouldn't answer.

The woman claiming Chris Brown pulled a gun on her is wanted in NYC for questioning in connection with criminal theft ... for allegedly stealing a fancy designer purse at a swanky hotel.

The incident could be significant in the Chris Brown case, because alleged victim Baylee Curran claims a certain piece of jewelry that caught her eye triggered the events that led to her 911 call.

Baylee was vacationing with a few friends at The Plaza back in 2013 when they began arguing in the hotel. According to police docs, Baylee snatched a $1,000 Louis Vuitton purse from one of the girls and ran out of the hotel.

The purse contained $200 in cash, as well as credit cards and a Michael Kors wallet.

Security chased Baylee, who allegedly dropped the purse but somehow fled with the contents.

By the time cops arrived Baylee was long gone. There's a warrant of sorts -- it's called an I-Card -- which will allow NYPD cops to pick her up and take her to the station for questioning, if they find her in the city.

Apparently, the incident was bad enough that the alleged purse-snatching victim got a restraining order against Baylee from an L.A. judge.

Baylee's rep tells TMZ she had no idea New York City cops wanted her for questioning. She also claims her friend was the thief ... not her.

TMZ broke the story ... Baylee called 911 and accused Chris of pulling a gun on her when she says all she was doing was admiring some jewelry.

Tom Sizemore just got hit with 3 charges for allegedly beating up his girlfriend, and it could mean a nice stretch in jail for him.

We've learned the L.A. City Attorney charged Sizemore with domestic violence, battery and terrorist threats. TMZ broke the story ... the actor got busted after his gf accused him of hitting her in the head and face during an argument.

If convicted on all counts, he faces a maximum sentence of 3 years in jail.

3:30 AM PT -- Brown has been booked and released after posting bail.

Chris Brown has been arrested for assault with a deadly weapon ... a felony.

TMZ broke the story ... Brown allegedly pulled a gun on a guest at his home early Tuesday morning after an argument ... she claims over jewelry.

Baylee Curran filed a police report and cops obtained a search warrant. As we reported, while Chris was holed up in his house, he threw a duffel bag out his window that contained 2 guns and drugs.

Brown will be taken to the police station for processing.

The woman who called the cops on Chris Brown says the singer pulled a gun on her because she was admiring a piece of jewelry ... and afterwards his people demanded she signed a non-disclosure agreement.

Baylee Curran appeared on "TMZ Live" and said she had partied with Chris in the past and he was always nice, but this time he appeared to be out of it ... on drugs or alcohol.

She says she came to his house with a friend, spent a little time in the hot tub, and then walked back inside where a member of Chris' crew was displaying jewelry. Baylee says when she admired one piece the guy went nuts, and then Chris followed suit by demanding she "get the f*** out" and pointed a gun at her.

The craziest part ... as she tried to leave she says Chris' people wouldn't let her take her cell phone until she signed a non-disclosure agreement. She refused to sign, and she and her friend left.

TMZ broke the story ... Baylee, Miss California Regional 2016, called 911 and that started the standoff with Chris.

3:00 PM PT -- Chris went back inside the house. His lawyer is still there, and police have NOT arrested Chris yet.

2:30 PM PT -- Chris just walked out of the house in a red cap. He is NOT in handcuffs, and police are standing watch ... but Chris looks totally relaxed and chill about the situation.

12:49 PM PT -- Chris' entourage has started filing out of the house. They're all lining up outside the front door with cops checking them for weapons. Still no sign of Chris yet.

At the same time ... police are holding a news conference at the base of Chris' driveway.

12:30 PM PT -- Chris' attorney Mark Geragos just arrived entered the house. We're expecting Chris to surrender sometime soon.

11:11 AM PT -- We're live streaming outside Chris' house ... where police are waiting for him to surrender.

Police have retrieved at least one gun, other weapons and drugs from Chris Brown's home, after Chris threw a duffel bag out the window of his home ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... cops raced to Chris' home early Tuesday morning after a woman called 911 and claimed he pulled a gun on her.

Police have been at the house since 3 AM and are in the process of getting a search warrant. Chris has not left the house, but multiple sources tell us he was defiant as he threw the duffel bag out the window, taunting cops and saying, "Come and get me."

Chris posted a video in which he refers to Black Lives Matter, saying "f*** the police."

Two sources on scene tells us in addition to weapons there were drugs in the duffel bag.

As for the woman who called 911 ... she's a beauty pageant title holder.

Rick Ross had a deal with DGK clothing company to rock its gear in public, but he says the checks stopped coming ... so now he's suing to get his scratch.

Rick Ross Touring filed the suit, claiming Rick had a 2 year deal to be DGK's brand ambassador which would pay him at least $10k a month ... plus another 7% of profits.

In the suit, Rick's people say DGK copped to being broke in Nov. 2015 and stopped sending his checks -- and now the Boss is owed more than $80k in back pay.

We reached out to Kayo Corp., which owns DGK, but so far ... no word back.

9:40 AM PT -- Police say they are still trying to make contact with Chris.

9:20 AM PT -- Chris is finally awake and posting videos. He's pissed about the police presence at his house and feels he's being harassed. He even dropped a "F*** tha police!"

The cops are still outside.

8:45 AM PT -- We've learned the SWAT team is on its way to Chris' home and the LAPD is in the process of obtaining a search warrant. We're told cops want to see if a gun matching the description from the woman is in the house. As of now, Chris has not left his residence.

7:55 AM PT -- TMZ has learned Chris was in the house with several friends, including Ray J. They were talking and at one point Ray was getting a tattoo when some "uninvited guests" appeared inside the house and were asked to leave.

At that point, the story gets murky. The guests included a man who was invited, and two women who were not -- one of the women who'd been asked to leave is the one who made the police report, claiming Brown pulled the gun on her. Someone inside the house insists Chris was asleep the whole time.

At some point Ray J left the house and when he got to the base of the driveway, police handcuffed him and seized his BMW. They checked his ID, uncuffed him and let him go, but kept his car as evidence. He Ubered home.

At the time of this post, Chris is still in the house. He never left. Police are knocking on the door, but no one inside is responding.

We don't know what police will do if he tries to leave.

Chris Brown is a suspect in a criminal assault investigation after a woman called 911 and told cops ... he threatened her with a gun ... TMZ has learned.

The alleged incident went down early Tuesday morning in L.A. We're told Chris and the woman were in a home when she claims they argued and he pulled the gun.

The woman called 911 and police responded and took a report.

We're told the case is under investigation and Chris is the sole suspect.

Hope Solo was being recorded at the moment she found out Team USA soccer was suspending her and terminating her contract for trashing Team Sweden ... and she was PISSED.

"Six month suspension, no pay, terminated contract effective immediately," Solo said while hugging her husband, Jerramy Stevens (ex-NFL player).

"17 f***ing years and it's over!"

10:00 AM PT -- According to docs, the 2 boys are Ann's nephews ... Nancy Wilson's 16-year-old twins. Cameron Crowe is their father.

Heart singer Ann Wilson's husband got busted at one of her concerts ... for allegedly choking two teenage family members.

Dean Stuart Wetter was arrested after the incident at one of Heart's tour buses parked outside Friday night's show in Seattle. According to police, the boys asked Dean if they could take a quick look inside the bus and he said yes.

The kids -- who police only describe as relatives of Ann and Dean -- walked through and hopped off, but left the door open. Dean allegedly got pissed, slapped and punched one of the boys in the back of his head and then started choking him. When the other kid stepped in, Dean allegedly choked him too.
