Anthony Michael Hall scored a victory in court -- a judge tossed his neighbor's restraining order.

TMZ broke the story ... the 'Breakfast Club' star was allegedly caught on video, all up in his neighbor's grill before shoving him to the ground and breaking his wrist.

The neighbor requested and was granted a temporary restraining order ... but he failed to show up to a court Wednesday hearing to get an extension, so the judge dismissed the case.

Now ... play nice, kids.

Justin Bieber's ex-neighbor from the egging isn't letting past battles die -- he's STILL suing over an alleged spitting encounter, and now he wants a bodyguard to roll over on the singer.

Jeffrey Schwartz was the victim in the infamous egg attack in 2014, and also claims Justin spat in his face during another argument. Justin settled with his next-door nemesis for the egging, but Schwartz wants compensation for the spitting too.

According to docs, Schwartz says Bieber assaulted him and caused emotional distress, and he wants to grill bodyguard Michael Arana about the incidents, and most likely about Justin's character as well.

Arana lives in Florida these days, but Schwartz is willing to have his lawyers make the trip to get Arana's testimony.

Justin's already called BS on Schwartz's emotional suffering.

Rappin' 4-Tay -- best known for his '94 hit "Playaz Club" -- was arrested for first degree residential burglary ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the case tell us the rapper is sitting in a San Francisco jail, with his bail set at $112,000. Here's the thing -- his arrest went down Sept. 24th. He's been rotting behind bars since then. Details on the alleged burglary are still unclear, but we're told it's just the latest incident in a string of legal trouble.

He also allegedly took stuff out of a commercial building recently ... and we're told cops discovered 2 outstanding warrants when 4-Tay was taken into custody.

Ciara's $15 million lawsuit against Future is going to be more of an uphill battle for her ... after the judge just ruled the rapper's angry tweets alone aren't enough to prove Ciara's been damaged.

The exes are locked in a nasty suit -- with Ciara claiming Future ruined her image as a mother and a singer. However, a judge ruled Wednesday the tweets ... including gems like, "this bitch got control problems" ... aren't libelous on their face.

It means, Ciara will have to offer up more evidence as to how her career has been damaged since Future's Twitter rant.

The issue still for Future, there's still a count of libel and distortion left in the case ... which could hang him out to dry.

No mistrial in the Derrick Rose civil rape case ... the judge just ruled the case will move forward despite claims the accuser hid important text messages from the defense.

As we previously reported, the judge scolded the accuser's legal team in court Tuesday for allegedly withholding texts that could've helped Derrick Rose's case.

The judge had previously said he didn't want to declare a mistrial because the case would likely be brought again in the middle of the NBA season and severely inconvenience him.

But Rose's team did get a minor victory in court Wednesday.

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Karen King has allegedly ducked car payments and the repo man for so long she's now wanted by cops.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... King bought a Maserati in 2014, but it's approaching 5 months since she's made a payment on it. We're told the repo man's been after her and the whip for months, but couldn't track her down ... so heading to court was the last option.

The judge signed a warrant for Karen's arrest late last week, but she's still MIA.

Gabrielle Union claims she is getting screwed into doing way more episodes of her hit BET show than she agreed to do in a single season ... and for a much lower price.

Union claims in a new lawsuit, BET is cramming 20 episodes of "Being Mary Jane" into Season 4 instead of splitting them into two seasons. Problem is she says network execs repeatedly promised her there would never be more than 13 episodes in a season. Plus, Gabby says her contract clearly states she gets a pay raise from $150k per episode to $165k per episode in Season 5.

In her lawsuit she also says BET's trying to cut corners on production cost by doing the ole 2-for-1.

Although, Union admits her contract allows for a maximum of 26 episodes per season -- she says that was merely a standard clause of all Viacom contracts, and again ... BET orally promised they'd never have the dough to shoot that many.

We told you it was coming ... and now it's official -- Johnny Manziel has been formally sued for not paying rent on a $25,000 per month party pad in the Hollywood Hills.

However, Manziel says he's being unfairly targeted and has done NOTHING wrong.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... the guy who owns the legendary Weidlake mansion (used in tons of TV shows) served Manziel and his friends with an eviction notice last week -- claiming the QB missed a rent payment and had badly damaged the property.

Manziel had claimed he never rented the home and the allegations were bogus -- but in his suit, the owner included a copy of the original lease which includes Manziel's name listed as a person who would be residing in the home.

In his suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Fitzgerald claims Manziel and his two friends are all on the hook for more than $25k for rent and other fees.

We reached out to Fitzgerald who says he's planning to file a separate lawsuit for the damages -- which could go into the 6 figure range.

We reached back out to Manziel who says he did occasionally stay at the home -- but NEVER signed any agreement that would put him on the hook for the rent.

Greg Hardy doesn't deserve "the privilege" of competing in MMA and should be BANNED from the sport ... so says Jay Glazer who's calling for his fellow MMA coaches to blackball the ex-NFL star.

"I would be incredibly disappointed in any of my fellow MMA coaches and any promoters if they took Greg Hardy in and taught him a shred of our incredible sport," Glazer tweeted.

"Competing in any sport is a privilege, Greg Hardy should not be granted the privilege."

Glazer makes it clear his beef stems from Hardy's 2014 domestic violence conviction -- when he was accused of beating the crap out of his ex-girlfriend and threatening to kill her.

Hardy appealed the conviction -- and the case was dismissed when his accuser stopped cooperating with prosecutors.

"Many of us train women in self defense specifically to help protect vs domestic violence," Glazer said ... "Me and all my coaches at @Unbreakable do and take great pride in that."

"There are many beautiful arts taught in our sport, none of which should be afforded to him."

Jim Carrey's late girlfriend had a broken relationship with her mother and they were estranged for years ... according to Carrey's lawyer.

Marty Singer claims Cathriona White received a message from her mom a few days before her suicide that was so demoralizing ... Cat cut off all contact with her. He also says Cat was forced to leave home at the age of 15 because of the way her mom treated her.

Singer says the wrongful death suit filed by the mother, Brigid Sweetman, is headed down the "same dark path" as Cat's estranged husband's lawsuit ... which he refers to as a sham.

Carrey's lawyer says Sweetman is directing her grief and rage over the loss of her daughter at his client ... but it's just another attempt to capitalize on her death.

Jim Carrey has been slapped with a lawsuit by the mother of his ex-girlfriend, claiming she OD'd after she realized he had given her 3 STDs and when she confronted him he dumped her.

Cathriona White's mom, Brigid Sweetman, claims in a new lawsuit ... Jim did more than just infect her. The suit alleges he shamed her by calling her a "whore" and threatened her with the help of "fixers" who tried to silence her.

Sweetman says in the suit her daughter learned from a doctor in 2013 she had contracted 2 types of herpes and chlamydia. Sweetman says Carrey was first dismissive and then claimed she contracted any disease she might have from someone else.

The mom says when her daughter persisted, Carrey ended the relationship and said, "You have become too much drama."

According to the lawsuit, the "fixers" scared her daughter into silence. The suit claims Cathriona struggled emotionally before OD'ing on Ambien, Propranolol and Percocet. The drugs were allegedly Carrey's ... the prescription filled under a pseudonym.

We reached out to Carrey's people ... so far no comment.

The judge in the Derrick Rose rape trial just warned that he may declare a mistrial in the case -- over allegations the accuser's team did NOT turn over text messages that could help the NBA star.

The judge just ripped the accuser's attorney in court -- demanding the accuser prove she made an effort to turn over ALL of the text messages that were relevant to the case.

Rose's lawyer claims she purposefully withheld certain texts that may prove the sex in question was consensual ... and not rape.

The judge warned the accuser, "This is not a trivial matter" -- and has ordered the accuser's team to provide proof the texts were made available to Rose's team.

However, the judge says he would rather not declare a mistrial because it would likely mean the case would restart in the middle of the NBA season -- which would force Rose to miss games.

The judge said he would make the same considerations in a new trial if the accuser was a student and it would interfere with exams.

Lindsay Lohan's former BFF, Vikram Chatwal, is now a wanted man by NYPD for animal cruelty.

Law enforcement sources tell us a warrant has been issued after an investigation turned up evidence Chatwal allegedly tried to burn 2 dogs.

As we reported ... Chatwal allegedly took a spray can and lighter to the dogs' backs outside his apartment.

We got video of Vikram rambling as he tried explaining what went down. There appeared to be a burn mark on one of the dogs.

Kim Kardashian will have to relive the trauma of the Paris robbery come Halloween, thanks to a new costume, which a ton of people are calling a "disgusting" cheap joke.

Kim Kardashian's calling out a media outlet ... Tom Cruise style ... suing for published stories that accuse her of lying about the whole Paris robbery.

Kim just filed a federal lawsuit against MediaTakeOut.com for 3 posts about her ordeal ... one of which alleged there was evidence Kim "staged" the robbery. In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Kim says the site used random people off social media as its sources.

The site also posted a story about "French authorities" suspecting Kim had actually "let the robbers in" the apartment. The final indignity, according to the suit by her lawyers Marty Singer and Andrew Brettler, was a post about Kim's insurance claim. She says MediaTakeOut reported, "If she faked the robbery ... she just committed a FEDERAL CRIME."

Kim says she immediately sicced her legal team on the site ... demanding they retract the posts and apologize, but got no response. So now, she'll see 'em in court.

Lindsay Lohan's former BFF, Vikram Chatwal, is under investigation by the NYPD for allegedly trying to burn 2 dogs ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us they got reports Friday morning of Vikram taking a spray can and a lighter, and then singeing the backs of 2 dogs outside his apartment. We're told when cops arrived, Vikram wasn't home, where witnesses say he'd been just minutes earlier. But we got video of him there.

Check out the clip -- Vikram sounds out of it while trying to defend himself. Also, there appears to be a burn mark on at least 1 of the dogs.

Vikram -- who founded NYC's Dream Hotel -- has a LONG history of drug problems ... and LiLo was right there with him for some of those times.
