Jim Carrey's late girlfriend wrote multiple suicide notes during their relationship years before she actually killed herself.

Sources tell us investigators uncovered several notes after Cathriona White's death in which she suggested she was going to commit suicide, but didn't. The first was in October 2012 -- a month after her father died and 2 months into dating Jim. She wrote about not fitting in this world and being "too messed up for anyone to really love." She also said she loved Carrey and apologized to him.

The second one -- written right after their May 2013 breakup -- accuses Carrey of giving her STDs and blames him for her suicidal thoughts. She wrote "my blood is on your hands" and "you pulled the trigger on me." Again, she did not kill herself.

Cathriona and Jim got back together as a couple 18 months later. They had a romantic date in Malibu, just 9 days before her fatal OD in Sept 2015.

The notes could be crucial in the wrongful death suits filed against Carrey by Cat's estranged husband and mother. On one hand ... it's clear she was upset about STDs in 2013. On the other hand, she got back together with Jim in 2014. It also seems she was troubled and distraught about several things besides Jim ... including the 3rd anniversary of her father's death.

The final suicide notes, found near Cat's body, mention heartbreak ... but not STDs. She said in one of the notes to Jim "You are my family" and left him in charge of her burial and estate. She did not in either note mention her estranged husband or mother.

Lindsay Lohan's friend and Dream Hotel founder Vikram Chatwal was arrested by NYPD Tuesday morning for burning 2 dogs with an aerosol can and lighter.

As we reported ... Chatwal allegedly walked up to the dogs on a NYC street outside his apartment last week and opened fire as they were being walked. We got some bizarre video of him right after the incident.

Chatwal was booked on one felony count of criminal mischief -- and 3 misdemeanors ... torturing an animal, reckless endangerment and arson.

Russell Crowe and Azealia Banks' scuffle spilled into a hotel hallway, where it was likely caught on video -- and both sides think the footage will support their version of events ... TMZ has learned.

Banks insists Crowe choked her while removing her from his Beverly Hills Hotel suite, and then spit on her in the hallway. We're told there are security cameras in that hallway.

Azealia claims the video will show the choking and spitting. It's unclear how much of the incident was captured, but law enforcement sources tell us they will be checking out the footage. Bev Hills PD launched an investigation after Banks filed a battery report.

If the incident was recorded, we're told Russell's camp would be thrilled because they think it will show Banks is lying through her teeth.

James Franco pulled a Zinedine Zidane on a photographer at a Lana Del Rey concert ... according to the photog who says he suffered the blow.

David Tonnessen says he was snapping photos of Lana at Hollywood Forever Cemetery in 2014 when Franco, unprovoked, viciously charged and head-butted him in the stomach.

According to the docs ... Franco was "smiling, rather demonically" when Tonnessen first spotted him, and then -- with a "blank expression of joy on his face" ... knocked him to the ground.

Tonnessen says he was hospitalized and suffered permanent injuries. He's suing for medical expenses and other damages. We've reached out to Franco, so far no word back.

There's no footage of the incident, but here's Zidane's infamous shot ... just to set the mood.

Mary J. Blige's estranged husband is demanding a 6-figure check from her ... EVERY month, while they hash out their divorce.

Martin Isaacs filed for temporary spousal support, and according to the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- he thinks $129,319 per month is a nice, round number. His argument is simple -- Mary was the breadwinner during their 12-year marriage and got him used to their lavish lifestyle.

Martin says Mary earned anywhere from $1.5 to $5.1 million over the last 2 years. Remember, he used to be her manager ... and he points out she's currently on tour with an album about to drop. He, on the other hand, has zero income since Mary fired him shortly after she filed for divorce.

Former 'Real Housewives of Orange County' star Lauri Peterson left the show years ago to help her troubled son ... but now he's in more trouble with a man he allegedly shot.

The man claims ... at 2:30 AM on June 20, Joshua Waring drove up to the sober living home they were staying at and started honking his horn. Residents came outside and told him to leave, which he did -- but then u-turned, came back and started firing shots at the crowd.

One of those bullets reportedly struck the 35-year-old man in the lower torso. Waring was arrested for the shooting hours later after a police chase and is still behind bars ... facing attempted murder charges.

The shooting victim wants Waring to pay up for his medical bills and all the pain and suffering he's caused him.

More trouble for Adrien Broner -- who was cited for misdemeanor battery at a Vegas nightclub for allegedly choking a waitress ... though the boxer adamantly denies any wrongdoing.

TMZ Sports has learned ... cops were called to Drai's nightclub around 3:30 AM on Sunday when a female server complained that Broner put his hands around her neck and said, "Bitch, I will knock you out."

When cops arrived they spoke with the accuser and a witness who corroborated her story. Plus, we're told the incident was captured on video.

Cops spoke with Broner -- who staunchly proclaimed his innocence -- but ultimately decided there was enough evidence to cite him for misdemeanor battery.

Broner was NOT arrested -- he was simply handed a citation with a notice to appear in court at a later date.

As for the accuser, we're told she did not require medical attention.

This is just the latest in a strong of disturbing incidents involving the boxer ... who was arrested for allegedly beating up a guy at a bowling alley earlier this year. Those charges were later dropped.

The Russell Crowe-Azealia Banks feud is now in the hands of police after the rapper filed a battery report over their fight in his hotel suite.

Sources connected to the case tell us ... Azealia went to Bev Hills PD Sunday afternoon after demanding Russell apologize for the incident, where he physically removed her from the room. We're told Crowe's reps said he wouldn't say sorry, because he insists he did nothing wrong.

TMZ broke the story ... Azealia allegedly made bloody threats during Crowe's dinner party. He bear-hugged her out of the room when Azealia grabbed a glass and cocked it back.

She claims he also choked her, spat on her and used the n-word while 86ing her from the party.

2:48 PM PT -- A rep for TechStyle Fashion Group, which owns JustFab and Fabletics, tells TMZ ... the company finds the claims against it baseless and meritless, and plans to defend itself in court. They add ... "Please know that we take the welfare of our employees extremely seriously and strive to create a happy and healthy workplace."

Kate Hudson's online retailer fired one of its workers for trying to treat a sleeping pill addiction ... so says the ex-employee suing the company.

Talitha Peters just filed suit against Fabletics and parent company JustFab, who she says wrongfully terminated her after a 2-year tenure as an exec ... after her bosses assumed she was addicted to illegal drugs.

In the docs filed by Rosen Saba, LLP -- obtained by TMZ -- Peters says she became disabled after getting addicted to Ambien from work-related issues. She says she eventually needed medical leave to go to rehab, and claims she got it without questions at first.

But when Peters tried extending the absence, she claims Fabletics execs started digging into why she needed it ... allegedly prying for private medical info. On the day she was set to return to work this June, Peters says her boss fired her for made-up reasons.

Peters claims Fabletics discriminated against her disability and retaliated based on faulty intel ... now she's suing for damages.

The man who shot at George Zimmerman in an apparent road rage incident has just been sentenced to 20 years in prison.

Matthew Apperson, who was convicted of attempted 2nd-degree murder back in September, claimed he shot at Zimmerman in self-defense during a 2015 incident that went down near Zimmerman's home in Lake Mary, FL.

They have a history, having feuded in a separate road rage incident in 2014.

Apperson was also convicted for armed aggravated assault, and will serve a concurrent 15 year sentence for that.

If O.J. Simpson wants a sit-down with "O.J. Simpson" -- Cuba Gooding Jr. says he's all the way down ... all The Juice has to do is call.

Cuba -- who famously played the killer in "The People v. O.J. Simpson" -- says he hasn't heard a peep from the disgraced 69-year-old since the series wrapped up ... but he's down for a face to face and explains why.

One of Bill Cosby's accusers says she and all the other women who have spoken out against the comedian empowered Donald Trump's alleged victims.

Sarita Butterfield -- a former Playboy model who claims Cosby groped her -- scoffs at cynics who think it's all too coincidental for these women to come forward on the heels of the election.

And Butterfield urges the women to hire the attorney she thinks is the greatest legal eagle since Brandeis.

Chris Brown got served with a court summons, but bolted at top speed when he saw the papers ... so says the process server.

According to new legal docs ... CB was in a charity basketball tourney on September 11, and the server went to deliver the summons. This was the same game where Chris refused to stand for the national anthem, and beefed with security.

The server says she approached Chris at halftime ... pulled the docs out of her bag, and said the magic words -- you've been served. She claims Chris totally saw her, but a member of his entourage slapped the papers to the ground.

She says they landed at CB's feet, momentarily, before he went all Usain Bolt in the opposite direction.

Brown was being served over claims he beat the hell out of his former manager, Mike G.

The W Hotel couldn't possibly have known "Pretty Little Liars" director Norman Buckley's husband would kill himself when it denied Buckley access to his room ... according to new legal docs.

The W says Buckley put its Hollywood hotel staff in a damned if you do, damned if you don't dilemma. Buckley wanted to deliver meds for PTSD and paranoia to his husband, Davyd Whaley. The hotel says letting him in would have violated Whaley's explicit request for privacy.

According to docs, the hotel says it had no malicious intent when it denied Buckley.

TMZ broke the story ... Buckley sued the W for wrongful death, alleging the hotel blocking him stopped him from rescuing his husband from suicide.

Olympic sprinter Tyson Gay's 15-year-old daughter, Trinity was shot and killed early this morning in Kentucky.

According to police ... Trinity was shot in the neck during a shootout between 2 cars in a Lexington restaurant parking lot. Police say she was not in either car, and was taken to a nearby hospital where she was pronounced dead within an hour.

Tyson is reportedly flying to Kentucky right now. He told a local news station ... "She didn't make it. She was just here last week for fall break ... I have no idea what happened."

Police have located 1 of the vehicles involved and detained 2 persons of interest who were at the scene for questioning. No arrests have been made, though ... and they're still looking for the other vehicle.

Trinity was a high school track athlete herself.

The Kardashian's Dash store refuses to do business with the blind ... treating them as second-class citizens ... so claims a blind man who's suing the joint.

Andres Gomez says he's legally blind and uses screen reader software to access the Internet. But the software continually came up empty when he tried browsing Dash store's website. He says the site contains barriers and Dash is well aware but refuses to fix it.

Kim, Khloe and Kourtney are not named defendants in the suit.

Gomez accuses the store of violating the American with Disabilities Act because Dash's website fails to sync with his screen reader software and provides no other access for blind customers.

Gomez is suing to get Dash's website to comply with federal law and he also wants cash.
