Dylann Roof was convicted for the racially motivated mass murder of 9 worshippers in a South Carolina church.

The jury in Charleston deliberated for 2 hours before returning the guilty verdict on all charges ... including hate crimes, religious obstruction and firearm crimes. The sentencing hearing is scheduled to start January 3, when the jury will decide if he gets life in prison or the death penalty.

Either way, there's a special room waiting for him.

Roof walked into the Emanuel A.M.E. Church on June 17, 2015 and shot and killed 9 people in cold blood ... some of whom had offered him a chair and Bible to join their weekly discussion.

Ex-NFL player Todd Marinovich is back in rehab ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We spoke to Marinovich's lawyer, Adam Cole, who tells us the former USC star checked himself into a Southern California treatment center this week.

As we previously reported, Marinovich was charged with several crimes -- including meth possession and public nudity -- after cops found him naked in a stranger's backyard back in August.

The ex-QB was scheduled to appear in court this week, but couldn't attend the hearing because he's getting treatment. Cole says he'll give the District Attorney proof that Marinovich is at a rehab facility.

It looks like all of Soulja Boy's gun-toting has finally caught up to him -- he was just arrested after someone snitched on the rapper for threatening people online.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ they paid a visit to Soulja's Hollywood Hills home Thursday on a Crime Stoppers tip that Soulja had been threatening people online with guns. Cops showed up, searched his house and we're told they found a gun inside ... so Soulja was arrested.

You'll recall ... Soulja's on probation right now for his loaded gun case from a couple years ago ... and he's not allowed to have any weapons on him.

As we reported ... Soulja's made numerous threats to people on social media lately.

WBC Light Welterweight champ Terence Crawford -- who just came off a KO victory on Saturday -- was just hit with a 90 day jail sentence in connection with a disturbance at an Omaha body shop.

Crawford was in front of an Omaha judge earlier Thursday on charges of property damage, trespassing, and disorderly conduct ... all misdemeanors .... and was convicted on two of the three.

The charges stem from an incident where the owner of Extreme Custom Fleet & Auto says Crawford and some buddies forcefully tried to take Crawford's car out of the shop without fully paying for work that was done.

The owner of the shop claimed $3,300 of damage was done to a hydraulic lift during the fracas ... and claimed he felt intimidated by Crawford's presence ... even though the champ never physically made a threat.

Crawford -- widely recognized as one of the top five fighters in the world -- had faced up to six months in jail on each count and a $500 fine.

Ex-NFL star Jamal Anderson walked into a gas station convenience store and whipped out his penis in front of the clerk ... according to police in Georgia.

Suwanee PD got a 911 call early Wednesday morning from the clerk at a QuikTrip. The clerk reported a black male had walked into the store early Wednesday morning, slurred something and started handing over money. He started walking around the store. A short while later he walked up to the clerk and took out his penis and started masturbating.

That's when the clerk speed dialed police.

Officers arrived and spoke to the former Falcons great ... who they say appeared intoxicated, and told them he'd been dropped off by friends. The clerk did not want to press charges, so cops tell us they merely issued a ticket for criminal trespass.

Anderson is now banned from the QuikTrip, and if he returns he'll be arrested on the spot.

N.Y. Mets star Jeurys Familia is off the hook in his domestic violence case, cause a judge just dismissed the charge against him.

As we previously reported, Familia was arrested for simple assault back in October after allegedly roughing up his wife during a fight.

Familia, his wife and their lawyers just appeared in a Fort Lee, NJ court to meet with prosecutors. A judge dropped the case after the meeting.

Jodie Foster has a new obsessed fan -- on top of having to deal with John Hinckley Jr.'s prison release -- and the new one is tracking her everywhere she goes ... according to Jodie's wife.

Her spouse, Alexandra Hedison, got a restraining order against Celine Martelleur ... who's popped up at Alex and Jodie's Bev Hills home, and also in Toronto when Jodie was filming there.

Alexandra says Martelleur has repeatedly professed love for Jodie -- mostly in creepy emails, one of which said, "I am still in Toronto until next month. I am around avoiding cops. Jodie is in my thoughts every minute."

In the docs, Alexandra says she was home on Dec. 9 when Martelleur buzzed at their security gate. When Alexandra asked via intercom who it was, she says Martelleur replied, "Celine, you should know who it is." She called cops, but law enforcement sources tell us officers didn't arrest Martelleur because there was no protective order.

NFL star Jameis Winston and his alleged rape victim have reached a settlement in the civil lawsuit filed against him ... TMZ Sports has learned.

As we previously reported, Erica Kinsman sued the Buccaneers QB in April 2015 for sexual battery, assault and false imprisonment even though he was never criminally charged.

According to court docs, Kinsman and Winston reached an agreement and will file a joint dismissal in the next few weeks.

The details of the settlement are unclear.

Jay Mohr and wife Nikki Cox are off again, because he's filed for divorce for the second time.

Mohr had filed to end his 10 year marriage in July but withdrew the petition 6 days later, telling TMZ, he and Nikki were "Very in love. Very happy and that's really all there is."

Things apparently took a turn for the worse, because he filed Tuesday citing irreconcilable differences. This time around Jay wants joint legal and physical custody of their 5-year-old son. He also says they have a prenup that spells out all the financials.

After filing the first time Jay asked for an emergency order for full custody, claiming their child was at risk because of Nikki's alleged drug and depression problem.

And then there were 4 -- Fifth Harmony went on in Brazil without Lauren Jauregui ... who was clearly grounded after her marijuana bust at Dulles Airport.

The group performed Wednesday night at the Fun Pop Fun Festival in Sao Paulo, proving that old adage about the show going on ... even in Lauren's absence.

We broke the story ... she got popped Tuesday night at TSA. She was trying to board a flight for the Brazil concert. She was cited for possession and released, but not in time to make the show, obviously.

Lauren's attorney says she'll be rejoining the ladies for all future performances.

Akon was not down to share the wealth from his hits, which is why he kept one of his producers in the dark ... according to a lawsuit.

Leland Clopton claims Akon's record label, Konvict Entertainment, hid financial stats from him for years to avoid paying his royalties. According to the docs, he produced a number of songs for Akon, but only saw some income statements for a few.

In the suit, Clopton alleges the cover-up was intentional, so Akon could keep Clopton's royalties from himself. He accuses Akon of a "pattern of racketeering activity."

Clopton says he's potentially lost millions since he started working with Akon in 2008. He's asking for at least $1 mil in damages and for his contract with Akon to be terminated.

George Jung, the guy Johnny Depp played in "Blow," claims his own manager betrayed him by turning him in to cops for a parole violation ... but the manager tells a different story.

Sources close to the former cocaine smuggler tell TMZ ... Denis Rizzo convinced Jung it was cool for him to travel to San Diego for work by telling him his parole officer had approved. Our Jung sources say the P.O. never really did sign off.

We're told Jung thinks Rizzo pulled the ultimate rat move -- allegedly telling the P.O. to get Jung in trouble.

Rizzo denies any ratting, and in fact, says his own attorney advised it was fine for George to make the San Diego trip -- but George made the final decision to go.

As for why Rizzo would turn in his client, sources close to George claim it's because there's some bad blood there. According to Sacramento PD, Jung filed a police report in October claiming Rizzo forged his signature and tried to steal his money.

Rizzo says he's never been charged or convicted of forgery in his life, and all allegations against him are "baseless."

We're told Jung plans to bring up his manager's alleged dirty trick at his next court date -- but for now he's sitting in jail ... held without bail.

Lena Headey got a HUGE pay raise on "Game of Thrones" and is now making more than $1 million PER EPISODE ... so claims her ex-husband, who's got plans for that extra dough.

Peter Loughran just filed new docs asking the court to make Lena pay his legal fees in their nasty custody battle -- to the tune of $40k. He says it's only fair, since he's jobless and Lena's sleeping on a bed of 'GoT' cash.

It's interesting ... there were reports Lena was set to make upwards of $500k per episode for season 7, but Peter obviously thinks she's making more than double that already.

Pitbull's company is threatening to sue if details of his sweet deal with the state of Florida get out -- but the state's Speaker of the House refuses to be bullied.

State Rep. Richard Corcoran is suing Mr. Worldwide's company over his contract to be a celebrity tourism ambassador for the Sunshine State. Corcoran says Pitbull got "significant compensation" from FL when he signed the 2015 deal, but the amount was kept under wraps.

Corcoran says Florida's Congress was in the dark, until the company turned over the contract with one caveat -- if its "confidential trade secrets" were leaked, Pitbull could sue.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Corcoran wants the veil of secrecy lifted so legislators can work on the state's budget -- including tourism expenditures -- without worrying some singer is going to sue them.

The wife of Broncos star Emmanuel Sanders is pulling the plug on their brief marriage, despite the fact she's about to give birth to their 2nd child any day ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Gabriella Sanders -- who is due this month -- filed divorce docs in Texas at the end of October, a few days before the couple's 3 year wedding anniversary.

According to the court docs, GS says "the marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities," but doesn't say exactly what caused the split.

It doesn't seem pretty, cause the judge gave Gabriella a temporary restraining order to keep the wide receiver away from her and their Texas home until further notice.

The judge did give the NFLer "limited access" to their 2-year-old son and future daughter.

In the docs, Gabriella's also asking for child support and a "disproportionate share" of their assets, because she says the divorce is Emmanuel's fault.

We reached out to his camp, but they had no comment at this time.

1:50 PM PT -- Gabriella had their baby girl Tuesday afternoon, and Emmanuel was there in the delivery room. He posted a pic which makes it seem like they buried their differences, at least for today.

Lil Uzi Vert got a little too big for his britches on a dirt bike and wiped out during a wild chase with Atlanta PD, which ended with him in handcuffs.

According to the police report ... Lil Uzi and a friend were riding dirt bikes last Thursday night, without lights or helmets. Cops say the duo raced the wrong way down a one-way, drove on a sidewalk and crossed 5 lanes of traffic without signaling.

Cops say the rapper was trying to speed away from officers, but lost his balance and had to ditch the bike. He and his friend tried to flee on foot, but were quickly nabbed.

Uzi was booked for obstruction, reckless driving, not having a driver's license and a slew of other traffic violations. He got out Friday after posting $6,500 bond.

His rep had no comment on the arrest.
