Joe Mixon deserves to have his face bashed in for attacking a female student ... so says Mickey Rourke ... and the Hollywood star even suggests the guy who should deliver the beatdown.

'Star Trek' actress Alice Eve is now getting the wrath of a furious neighbor who claims she illegally built a fence on city property.

The Hollywood Hills dispute is all over a 6 foot fence installed back in April at the edge of her property. Neighbors were outraged because the fence is blocking off a wildlife corridor, which is NOT part of Alice's property. One angry neighbor filed a complaint with the city.

City officials tell us the beef is legit ... the fence is on government property.

The city tells us Alice was put on notice in July for the violation, and there was a hearing on the matter in September. We're told Alice was not there. We reached out to her camp, but no word back yet.

As of Friday, the fence is still standing. The neighbor who dimed her out to the city is pissed and wants it torn down ASAP. He's clearly not a fan of her work in "She's Out of My League."

He might be alone on that one.

Jennifer Gimenez came off the set of "Blow" as an addict, but turned herself into a rehab guru -- and says she would've helped George Jung get clean too ... if he wanted it.

The actress, who starred in the film about the famous drug smuggler, tells us she got word from someone in George's camp last year telling her he was drinking a lot ... and they were worried he'd get busted if he didn't get treatment.

Watch -- it sounds like the wheels were in motion, but then came to a hard stop when George got busted last week for a parole violation.

Ben & Jerry's ice cream left a not-so-sweet aftertaste in one NYC customer's mouth -- in fact, she says it gave her some nasty lesions ... which is why she's suing.

The woman says she bought a carton of B&J's Coffee, Coffee BuzzBuzzBuzz! and ended up in the hospital afterward ... due to "oral discomfort." She says she complained to the company, and according to docs, B&J's refunded her $5.50.

In the suit she says she continued to have mouth pain for several months and visited several doctors, oral surgeons and allergists attempting to get relief ... but never did. Finally, In December 2015, she says she had surgery to remove "large white tissue" from her mouth.

The woman, who's repped by attorney Sachin Gadh, believes the BuzzBuzzBuzz! was a bad bad bad hazard that caused her sores. She wants at least $500k in damages.

We contacted Ben & Jerry's, but no word back.

Steve Harvey is getting A LOT of money back for a jet he says he never leased -- all because the company accused of holding his cash hostage never responded to a lawsuit.

Steve filed suit against Oklahoma based Federal Aviation Title Company, claiming he gave them $250k to hold in escrow for a private jet he was trying to lease -- but when the deal went south, he never got a refund.

He says FATC wouldn't pony up the dough because the owners of the jet sued Steve -- putting everything on hold. But Steve says he settled the lawsuit, so FATC needed to hand over the money ... hence the lawsuit.

Steve got a default judgment -- FATC never replied to the suit, and has now been ordered to pay him back, in full.

Amanda Knox has clearly moved on from all the murder stuff ... strolling the frigid streets of NYC with BF Christopher Robinson.

Robert Durst says he should not be accountable for his murder confession that was caught on tape, because at the time he made the statement he was high on meth.

Durst, who is in L.A. County Jail awaiting trial for allegedly murdering good friend Susan Berman, has pled not guilty and his lawyer just filed legal docs giving a preview of his client's defense.

In the docs, obtained by the L.A. Times, the lawyer says during filming of "The Jinx" ... Durst was on drugs and not on his right mind when he said to himself during a bathroom, "What the hell did I do? Killed them all, of course."

Durst dodged several bullets up to now. His wife disappeared in 1982. The body was never found and no one has been charged with her death. Durst killed his best friend in 2000, chopped up his body and dumped it into a bay, but a jury bought his argument it was self defense and acquitted him.

The numbers are in for James Caan's divorce, and he's forking over a hefty check to his ex-wife to square up their assets.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, James will give Linda Stokes $400k for retroactive spousal support, child support, and to split their property and business holdings.

In addition, James has to pay $3,124 per month in child support until their son finishes high school next year. The big hit -- at least $5,000 per month in spousal support until Linda remarries ... or one of them kicks the bucket.

The infamous video of University of Oklahoma star Joe Mixon punching a female student in the face has finally been released to the public ... and it's every bit as violent as the Ray Rice tape.

Mixon is seen throwing a right hook to the face of Amelia Molitor during a 2014 dispute in a restaurant near campus. She shoves him in the chest, he pushes back ... then unloads the punch and she goes down hard. She appears to be momentarily knocked out cold.

Mixon was charged with misdemeanor assault for the attack, and entered a plea ... admitting there was enough evidence to convict him. He got 1 year probation, 100 hours of community service and behavioral counseling.

Back in 2014, police allowed members of the media to see the video, but that was it. Earlier this month, Oklahoma's Supreme Court ruled it had to be released. It was unclear when it would go public. Mixon's legal team got ahead of it, and decided to release it.

The school suspended him for the 2014 season, but he played in 2015 and also this year. He's the team's star running back, and is set to start in the Sugar Bowl.

The University just released a statement saying "Mr. Mixon has apologized for his actions and the university hopes that it is an indication that he has learned from his mistakes."

Dennis Rodman's former business manager was busted for allegedly defrauding several pro athletes out of millions of dollars.

According to the Houston prosecutor's office ... Peggy Ann "King" Fulford was taken into custody Friday in New Orleans and charged with 8 criminal counts, including wire fraud, mail fraud, interstate transportation of stolen property and money laundering.

Former NFL star Ricky Williams and 3 other pro athletes are the victims.

Rodman's name is not on the list, but we broke the story -- the Worm's attorney, Bradford Cohen, fired Peggy, accusing her of being a total fraud. Clearly, he's no longer alone in that boat.

Peggy's scheme allegedly included 7 aliases and falsely telling victims she was a Harvard-educated financial adviser. Prosecutors say she used the athletes' money to splurge on herself.

If convicted, she faces up to 20 years in prison.

Sean Kingston's been ordered to pony up the dough to a jeweler for a Rolex and diamond bracelet he got almost a year ago ... plus interest.

A judge ordered the rapper to pay Haimov Jewelers in Florida $44k for an outstanding bill from February. Kingston's got to cover the interest too -- around $1,700 more ... and $5.75 will be tacked on every day until he gets square.

We broke the story ... Sean traded in his old Rollie for a brand new one and grabbed a $19k bracelet as well, but Haimov claimed he never paid for the merch.

A grand jury has indicted three men in connection with a shooting that killed Olympic sprinter Tyson Gay's daughter back in October.

As we previously reported, 15-year-old Trinity Gay was killed during a shoot-out between 2 cars in a Lexington, KY restaurant parking lot. Officials say Gay was struck by a stray bullet.

According to Lexington PD, Chazerae M. Taylor was indicted on 1 count of wanton murder and 4 counts of wanton endangerment. Lamonte Williams and D'Markeo Taylor were also charged with wanton endangerment.

A fourth suspect is still in jail on a wanton endangerment charge.

Ex-USC linebacker Osa Masina -- who was kicked off the football team after he allegedly raped a girl -- has pled not guilty to criminal charges.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Masina was charged with rape and forcible sodomy after he allegedly forced a girl into oral and anal sex during a house party in Utah back in July.

19-year-old Masina -- who was banned from the USC campus -- appeared in front of a judge with his lawyer and entered the plea.

Masina is still under investigation for another alleged rape of the same woman that happened in an apartment complex near USC over the summer.

11:50 AM PT -- Robert Shapiro tells TMZ: "The earbuds were left behind in a canister and Mrs. Parker had no intention of doing anything but finding the rightful owner. As she had her own earbuds as well as her own headphones, and she regrets the inconvenience this has caused everyone."

Former Miss USA Lu Parker is going to a support group for petty thieves ... 'cause that beats the hell out of going to trial for walking off with a pair of earbuds.

The former beauty queen, and current L.A. news anchor, accepted an offer from the City Attorney. We're told Parker will participate in something called the Neighborhood Justice Program. Basically, attendees gather AA style, talk about their crimes and how they affected others ... and take responsibility.

TMZ broke the story ... Parker was busted at LAX last month for taking the headphones from the TSA security checkpoint. The gear belonged to an off-duty LAPD detective, and she was quickly apprehended.

If Parker completes the program, criminal charges will not be filed.

Scott Baio's alleged attacker's not only facing a Sheriff's investigation -- she's also dealing with a school full of angry parents demanding the school drop the hammer on her.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Nancy Mack, wife of Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith, could be looking at a possible ban from all school functions after she went off on Scott for supporting Donald Trump.

We're told parents were livid and filed complaints with school officials. We broke the story ... Scott told cops Nancy continually shouted, "Grab 'em by the pussy" while making a scene at their kids' elementary school event.

An official at the private school wouldn't say what, if any, punitive action it would take against Mack ... but said, "Our highest priority is the safety and privacy of our children and their families."

There's some irony here too -- the alleged physical confrontation between Nancy and Scott went down at a school play where students said "Merry Christmas" in more than 10 languages.

6:21 AM PT -- Soulja Boy was released from jail after posting $35k bail Thursday night around 11 PM. We're told he had been booked for felony possession of an assault weapon.

Soulja Boy's on his way to an LAPD jail cell after getting arrested in his Hollywood Hills home.

Officers walked him out of the North Hollywood station, in handcuffs, to a patrol unit, waiting to transfer him to the lockup in Van Nuys.

TMZ broke the story ... Soulja Boy got busted for violating his probation when cops found at least one gun in his crib.
