Jaime Pressly lost more than $30k in jewelry when burglars broke into her home over the weekend ... we've learned they also made off with a .38 caliber revolver.

The gun raises the stakes in the latest celebrity break-in. The burglars, who entered by breaking a window, got the gun because they stole the safe in which it was stored. It's unclear if they knew a gun was inside.

This is the second safe that was stolen by a celebrity. Nick Young also lost his safe when he was hit last month.

A Donald Trump impersonator is suing rapper Joey Badass for pushing him off stage.

Phillip Wilburn, who's appeared on "Conan" and "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" before, says he was performing at an L.A. MTV event in September when Joey shoved him in the back with such force he fell off the stage.

Wilburn says he had to shell out $1k in medical expenses after the fall and might possibly need surgery so things could add up to $25k. He thinks he'll lose around $50k in lost profits due to his injuries.

Wilburn wants more than $1.5 million in damages.

Jared Fogle's turned a guy doing hard time for gun charges into a true blue American hero, and we have the letters that show the kinda love he's been getting.

We broke the story ... Steve Nigg is the inmate who handed Fogle his ass during a brutal beatdown last year in the Englewood, Colorado prison. What we didn't realize is Nigg became a rock star who was flooded with fan mail.

Another one, written by a child, said, "I am writing this letter to thank you for your service. What you did took courage?" We're told the young fan also deposited $2 in Nigg's commissary account ... while another fan slipped him $50 and wrote, "This is my way of saying thank you for standing up for the children that are victims to scumbags like fogle."

Young Thug's former personal manager says his reputation has been ruined by Thug's finance guys who trashed him to cover their own incompetence.

The manager, Manny Halley -- who's repped a bunch of stars including Keyshia Cole and Nicki Minaj -- has filed a $50 million defamation suit against David Weise & Associates.

It all started when Weise's company sent an email in December to a bunch of people, claiming Manny had racked up more than $200k in unauthorized charges. The email got picked up by various urban blogs, and Manny says it's ruined his rep in the community.

Manny says the $200k was for YT's private jets for his concert tour.

Manny says he knows what's up ... claiming the Weise company bungled YT's financial affairs to the point his cell phone service and the lights in his home were shut off.

And Manny says before he got trashed he tried to get the Weise company fired, so that's when they used the email as a preemptive strike.

Former MMA fighter War Machine dodged conviction for the attempted murder of his ex-gf, Christy Mack -- but was nailed on 29 other charges, including sexual assault and battery.

The jury came back deadlocked on 2 counts of attempted murder in the 2014 brutal beating of Mack and a male friend who was in her apartment the day of the attack. War Machine was found guilty though of coercion, dissuading a witness, battery by strangulation, kidnapping ... and multiple counts of sexual assault.

The fighter and his attorneys had turned down a plea deal that could have put him away for 18 to 40 years. His sentencing is scheduled for June.

Chance the Rapper isn't just hip-hop's favorite new artist ... he owns up to his responsibility in the child support department too.

Chance struck an agreement with Kirsten Corley over how much he'll ante up in child support for their 17-month-old daughter.

Apparently, the case was open and shut Monday when they both walked into court.

A lawyer for Chance's ex told the Chicago Tribune ... "This case ended quickly because of the unusually high level of cooperation between the parents putting their child's best interest first."

Chance's own lawyer, Tanya Stanish, said they had come to a fair resolution.

Chance said in an interview last week that he's considering moving back in with his parents ... despite winning 3 Grammy awards this year and riding a HUGE wave of success following his free 2016 mixtape, "Coloring Book."

Ivanka Trump's company is crushing some of its competition so badly, she's now facing a lawsuit from one of the companies on the losing end.

Modern Appealing Clothing thinks President Trump's daughter is getting an "unfair" boost in sales -- allegedly several hundred percent -- based on the fact she's now the First Daughter. The company points to huge public spectacles like Kellyanne Conway's February appearance on FOX News, where she gave a shout-out to Ivanka's clothing line.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, the company says even the prez is "exploiting the power and prestige of the White House" simply to help his daughter's company make a few bucks.

Modern Appealing filed a class action lawsuit, demanding Ivanka's company stop using her political ties to improve her bottom line.

Nordstrom famously pulled Ivanka's shoes, citing lagging sales numbers -- but Modern Appealing Clothing seems to think she's doing just fine. Too fine, in fact.

Jaime Pressly did not have her burglar alarm on when burglars hit Friday night, and they made off with $30k in jewelry ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Jaime was the latest celeb to be hit in L.A. -- other victims include Kendall Jenner, Yasiel Puig and Alanis Morissette.

The thieves got in by breaking a window, but we're told the security company never called the cops and therefore they believe the alarm wasn't on.

Jaime discovered the burglary when she returned home after an evening out.

9:02 AM PT -- Sources connected to the investigation tell us 2 Patriots jerseys and 1 Broncos helmet were recovered in Mexico.

The Broncos helmet is likely that of Von Miller, as Jay Glazer reported.

We're told no cleats have been recovered ... at least not yet.

Glazer said Miller's cleats also went M.I.A. after Super Bowl 50. Unclear if it's connected to this investigation.

The man who jacked Tom Brady's Super Bowl jerseys may have ALSO stolen Von Miller's helmet and cleats from Super Bowl 50 ... so says Jay Glazer.

Glazer appeared on "Undisputed" on FS1 and said investigators used video footage to identify the suspect in the Super Bowl 51 caper.

Glazer says investigators saw the suspect enter the locker room behind Bill Belichick and leave a short time later with something tucked under his arm.

Glazer says the suspect had a legitimate media credential -- but may not be a real journalist. He may have been running a scam.

And get this ... Glazer says the Denver Broncos believe the suspect hit Von Miller in the previous Super Bowl.

5:15 PM PT -- Elliott's attorney tells TMZ Sports the Coast Guard boarded the yacht to make sure there were enough life jackets onboard. He says no citations were issued, and the party continued.

Ezekiel Elliott had his good time temporarily ruined again this week ... only now it was by the U.S. Coast Guard during a rager yacht party in Miami.

Ezekiel was partying with friends and a gaggle of chicks Saturday on a yacht called No Rules II, when a Coast Guard cruiser pulled up. We're told the yacht had docked minutes before.

Eyewitnesses tell us 2 guards boarded the yacht and conducted a 20-minute search on-board. We're told once the search was complete, the guards went back to their vessel and took off.

Unclear what they were looking for, or why they approached Ezekiel and co. A rep for the Coast Guard tells us they're checking ... but he believes it was probably a safety check to make sure the boat and the guests were in compliance with maritime safety protocol.

Also important to note ... the yacht did not belong to Ezekiel. Sources tell us it belongs to a guy who rents 'em out to celebs and other rich folks. Ezekiel was just there for the ride.

Either way, it's been a bad week for the star NFL player. You'll recall ... he caught a lot of heat for forcefully exposing a woman's breast during a St. Paddy's parade. Now this.

Selena has filed legal docs asking for the right to market jewelry ... which we get. But the docs go on ... she wants to make sure no one can do a live TV or movie appearance or distribute music with the name Selena Gomez.

Kendall Jenner fired her security guard one day after she was robbed blind in her own home.

Our Kardashian sources say the guard was posted outside the house, which raises the question ... why fire him if it was an inside job and the thief was almost certainly a partygoer who made his or her way into Kendall's bedroom and stole $200k in jewelry?

It appears the fam is upset because when Kendall left for an hour around midnight, someone who was not an invited guest got inside the house.

You'll recall, Kim's longtime bodyguard, Pascal, was given his walking papers after the Paris robbery, because he left the apartment with Kourtney and Kendall shortly before the invasion.

We're told there are surveillance cameras in and around the house, and cops are hopeful it will give them a hot lead.

We're also told the items stolen include a Rolex and a Cartier watch.

Justin Bieber ain't singing to the cops about his alleged headbutting of a guy at a pre-Grammy party, and now the case is about to land on the District Attorney's desk.

Sources close to Justin tell TMZ he hasn't said a word to cops about the misdemeanor battery case where he's accused of going off on a guy for shooting video of him "play fighting" with Kyle Massey. We're told the Biebs plans to stay radio silent and take his chances with the D.A.'s office.

The move could work in Justin's favor -- the only evidence appears to be video which doesn't clearly show the attack. Plus, as we've reported ... the alleged victim doesn't want to press charges.

Law enforcement sources tell us the case looks thin, but the D.A. will make the final call.

Noah Hathaway, who played Atreyu in the 'NeverEnding Story' films, is still plagued by a spinal injury from film rehearsals over 30 years ago that cost him nearly $1 million in surgeries.

Noah's been in and out of hospitals ever since he was 12, after a rogue horse crushed 2 of his lower vertebrae during a rehearsal for the movie. Noah somehow plowed through filming in great pain, but it's lingered for decades.

Noah's bills have amounted to $800k over the years. He's out of money and his latest spinal fusion surgery put him $184k in the red. His neighbor has set up a GoFundMe account, trying to raise $200k to cover his costs.

If Noah gets the full $200k, the $16k balance will go in part to his dog's vet. Cash the French bulldog has some serious cysts that need to be removed.

The man who jumped the White House fence last week was able to prowl around the property for nearly 20 minutes, got right up to the White House, hid behind a pillar and even jiggled a doorknob trying to get in ... TMZ has learned.

Jonathan Tuan-Anh was arrested by Secret Service, but it has become one of the most embarrassing incidents for the Secret Service in years.

The Secret Service says Tuan-Anh first jumped a 5-foot fence and then an 8-foot gate. The agency says he was on the property for 16 minutes, but sources familiar with the situation tell us it was closer to 20 minutes.

A source, who was fully briefed, tells us the man got right up to the White House but went undetected. President Trump was in the building at the time of the intrusion.

We're also told Tuan-Anh had a prior incident with the Secret Service earlier in the day, so it's all the more reason he should have been on the agency's radar.
