Danielle Bregoli is going after Walmart for ripping off her catchphrase, and plastering it all over its merchandise without paying her a cent.

The "Cash Me Outside" girl's legal team -- yes, she has one -- fired a letter off to the retail giant demanding it pull all 15 articles of clothing -- including tees, tank tops and hoodies -- from its online store in the next 5 days.

If Walmart fails to do so, Danielle's team says it can expect to catch a lawsuit.

Danielle's lawyers also want to know how much dough Walmart's already made off the apparel -- presumably to get a cut. They're serious about protecting her slogan ... which, believe it or not, just earned her an MTV Movie Award nom in the "Trending" category.

A Walmart rep says they haven't seen Danielle's letter yet, but it takes her claim seriously and will investigate.

Prince's estate has just been ordered to put $1 million where its mouth is .... if it wants to keep Prince's unreleased music off the market.

A judge just extended a restraining order that blocks the release of the "Deliverance" EP by producer George Ian Boxill, who insists he has the right to release the tunes.

The music still can't be released, but there will eventually be a trial to determine if Boxill had the right to put out the music. The judge wants the estate to post a $1 MILLION bond which will go to Boxill if he ends up winning the trial. That money will cover at least a portion of his losses.

As for the one song that Boxill released ... the judge did not try and unscramble that egg. People who bought it get a pass.

Mel B just got her former nanny out of her hair for 5 years ... because she just got a restraining order that will keep her away.

Mel B's lawyer was in court Wednesday, armed with a declaration from Mel claiming Lorraine Gilles has harassed her. She's the nanny whom Mel claims had an affair with husband Stephen Belafonte and even got pregnant by him. Mel B also claims Gilles is holding her sex tapes hostage.

Mel claims Gilles has been verbally abusive toward her, disrespecting her and rolling her eyes during conversations. Mel B also says she would make "exacerbated sounds" designed to annoy her. She also says Gilles would call Mel B's kids her kids.

TMZ broke the story ... Gilles has sued Mel B for defamation, claiming she did not have an affair with Belafonte or get pregnant by him. She says Mel B seduced her into having 3-ways for 7 years. Our sources say Mel B acknowledges the 3-ways, but she says it was at Belafonte's insistence.

6:15 PST -- Sources close to Travis tell us the rapper signed the deal in good faith -- thinking if he held up his end of the contract, so would Lyor Cohen's LCAR -- however, that wasn't the case. We're told Travis felt he was managing his own career as Cohen and company weren't lifting a finger for him ... so he left for a better management company.

Our source says it's ridiculous that Cohen, the head of global music at YouTube, would file such a frivolous lawsuit.

Much like Kylie Jenner's ex, her new bf Travis Scott's got a problem paying his bills ... at least according to his ex-managers who claim he's a couple million in the hole with them.

Travis' old pals at LCAR Management say the rapper signed a 3-year contract in Oct. 2014 which guarantees them 15% of everything he makes in entertainment. In docs, obtained by TMZ, they say that should've earned them at least $2 million by now.

Their problem ... Travis has only paid about $37k, according to the suit. LCAR says it's made repeated efforts to get the dough since 2015, but all they got was a letter from Scott's attorneys saying their services were no longer needed.

LCAR says it has a signed deal which Travis needs to honor. It's suing to get an accounting of what he's earned, and to get paid in full. We've reached out Travis' current reps ... no word back yet.

Charles Manson Family killer Leslie Van Houten is calling out prosecutors for sitting on a recording she believes would secure her release at her next parole hearing.

Van Houten's lawyer, Richard Pfeiffer, filed docs to ban the L.A. District Attorney's Office from appearing at her upcoming parole hearing because it won't give up 1969 audio recordings made by Manson's right-hand man, Tex Watson. Van Houten insists the tapes bolster her argument Manson had her and the other killers under his spell.

Her argument would likely be something like this: I've served 39 years for murders I only committed due to Manson's mind control ... I'm no longer under his control, and no longer a threat to society.

The DA insists the tapes reveal nothing more than "rambling musings about LSD, secret worlds beneath Death Valley and bizarre racial theories."

Van Houten was sentenced to life with the possibility of parole for the stabbing murders of Leno and Rosemary LaBianca. Her parole hearing is set for September.

The judge has yet to rule on Van Houten's request to ban prosecutors.

The Eagles are pissed at a Mexican hotel in Baja for not being very hospitable and jacking the name of their iconic song and album ... so they're suing.

According to new legal docs ... the owners of the Hotel California Todos Santos have marketed it using only "Hotel California" since 2001 to trick consumers into believing it's associated with the Eagles. They also brand their merchandise as "the" legendary hotel referred to in the 1976 hit song.

The Eagles claim the hotel goes a step further by playing "Hotel California" and other Eagles' hits throughout the hotel to evoke a false connection with the band.

The band wants the hotel to stop using the name and doing anything else to imply there's a connection. They also want a big chunk of money for damages and profits.

We reached out to Hotel California Baja ... so far, no word back.

Chief Keef failed to set an alarm or reminder on his phone -- that's gotta be what happened -- and as a result there's a warrant out in Miami for his arrest ... TMZ has learned.

The rapper failed to show up Tuesday to his arraignment on DUI and weed possession charges. The judge immediately issued the warrant.

TMZ broke the story ... Miami Beach Police pulled over Chief and another vehicle for what appeared to be a weed transfer. Cops say the rapper had bloodshot eyes and dry mouth during the bust.

The car Aaron Hernandez allegedly used during a 2012 drive-by shooting -- in which he allegedly killed 2 people -- is now up for sale ... on eBay.

Prosecutors referred to the 2006 Toyota 4Runner as the "murder car" Hernandez was driving during the incident.

Of course, Aaron was later found not guilty -- but the person who has the car now is using the fame from the trial to drive up the price of the car.

The seller is a car dealer who says he leased the vehicle to Aaron during the beginning of his NFL career in exchange for autographs and appearances.

The vehicle had been impounded during the investigation and was sitting in a Boston PD impound yard until last week ... when the car was finally released to the owner.

Now, it can be yours if the price is right ... and right now, the price is high -- with bids already over $10,000 since it hit the auction block this week.

The seller says the car still has soot from when investigators fingerprinted the car. The seller says the "infamous piece of football memorabilia" comes with an autographed Hernandez jersey.

Luis Miguel has reportedly been busted for repeatedly failing to show up to court hearings for a lawsuit.

The iconic Mexican singer was nabbed Tuesday in L.A. on an arrest warrant that was issued April 17 ... according to Telemundo. Miguel's former manager is suing him over unpaid fees, and Miguel's been a no-show in court.

Miguel -- known as "El Sol de Mexico" -- was warned back in March if he continued missing hearings he'd be arrested.

Chris Soules bought booze before his fatal accident with a tractor, and was possibly drinking it at the time of the crash ... according to prosecutors in Iowa.

Prosecutors made that bombshell revelation in new docs filed Monday in response to Soules' request to dismiss the felony charge. As we reported, Soules' attorney is arguing he shouldn't be charged for leaving the accident because he identified himself to a 911 operator and stayed until EMTs arrived.

But prosecutors say Soules did attempt to dodge several facts around the accident, including "an explanation of the empty and partially consumed open alcoholic beverages located in and around his vehicle that he was seen purchasing at a convenience store shortly before the accident."

It's unclear if prosecutors have surveillance video or just an eyewitness who saw Soules at the store.

The Buchanan County Attorney adds ... Soules fleeing the scene made it impossible for officers to determine his "level of intoxication."

Aries Spears wants payback from the radio host who brutally attacked him with repeated blows to the head, and he's out to get it in court ... TMZ has learned.

Aries will file a lawsuit as early as today against Zo Williams and the internet-based radio station where the now legendary flurry of fists went down last month. You'll recall ... Williams unleashed punch after punch after punch when Spears joked "light skinned n***as" like Zo always get loud.

Spears didn't put up a fight in-studio, but we're told that will change in court. Aries feels he was booked at the station to be a comedian, and was merely doing that when Williams attacked a "defenseless and innocent" person.

Aries says what he did is the same kinda stuff Chris Rock does, but he got bashed so badly his injuries affected his ability to perform.

Akon's been holding out on his biz partner for more than 10 years, and now owes a staggering $150 million in unpaid fees ... according to Devyne Stephens, anyway.

Stephens is the music exec who famously helped launch Akon's career, and his Konvict Music label -- and in a new lawsuit he says he's supposed to be getting 40% of everything Akon's earned since 2006. He says their contract gives him a cut of record sales, touring rights, royalties and more.

Akon's old pal admits they had a dispute over the contract, but says they squashed it in 2015. Stephens says the problem is ... he still hasn't seen a dime.

If the math is right ... Akon's earned nearly $400 million in just over a decade -- a pretty sweet haul, for sure. Stephens is suing to get $150 mil from that bottom line.

Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' breakthrough hit wasn't an original ... according to a "legendary" New Orleans jazz musician ... who's looking to get his cut.

Paul Batiste says "Thrift Shop" borrows heavily from 2 of his songs -- "Hip Jazz" and "World of Blues." He says the Macklemore track's beat and horn melodies come from his songs, which were recorded back in 1997 and 2000.

Batiste describes himself as a founding member of The Batiste Brothers Band, and a "major influence" of the current NOLA jazz scene. Whether you've heard of him or not isn't really the issue -- it's what you hear in the music. Take a listen and judge for yourself.

BTW, Batiste is also suing over "Neon Cathedral" -- claiming the duo lifted from 3 of his other songs.

He wants his share of the profits from both Macklemore tunes.

Batiste has filed similar suits in the past against T-Pain, Rick Ross, DJ Khaled and several record labels.

The people who are bellyaching about the Fyre Festival may be inciting civil unrest and even riots, and if they don't stop grousing they're gonna be in big trouble ... so threaten the festival's lawyers.

Attorneys for Fyre have fired off a cease and desist letter to at least one of the people who flew to the Bahamas for the festival. The person complained on social media ... communications on the island were non-existent and there was nothing but disaster relief tents that were on the verge of blowing over.

The lawyers said the statements were untrue and what's worse, could "incite violence, rioting or civil unrest."

And there was this warning ... "If someone innocent does get hurt as a result [of your postings] Fyre Festival will hold you accountable and responsible," adding, "Inciting violence crosses the line."

The letter makes a demand ... take the posts down -- or else.

Yes, you read that right ... Jay Z is getting sued for slapping the logo for "ROC NATION" -- his company -- on a bunch of Major League Baseball apparel.

Sounds bizarre, but Iconix Brand Group says Jay does NOT own the logo anymore. In docs obtained by TMZ, Iconix says it paid a whopping $204 million for it, and therefore has control over where the logo pops up ... especially when it comes to merchandise.

Iconix has beef with the ROC logo appearing on MLB hats, shirts, hoodies, etc -- a deal it says it never approved. It's not only suing Jay, but also MLB, Roc Nation, New Era, Lids and the San Francisco Giants.

The company is suing all of the above for at least $10 million and other damages. We've reached out to Jay Z, so far no word back.

Iconix also owns and manages the Ed Hardy, Joe Boxer and Marc Ecko logos.

Sony is pissed at Applebee's for using AC/DC and C+C Music Factory songs without ever paying a dime for them ... according to a new lawsuit.

Sony says it owns the license and copyright on "Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now)" and "Rock And Roll Ain't Noise Pollution" -- both of which are featured in the restaurant's ad campaign.

According to the suit, Sony was contacted through a third party about using the tracks in TV spots plugging wood-fired beef and the Applebee's to-go service. Sony says it quoted prices -- $250k for the AC/DC tune, and $50k for C+C Music Factory's -- and sent license agreements, but never got paid.

When Sony reached out for their money, Applebee's claimed it already paid the third party. Not good enough for Sony, obviously, which is suing the restaurant for the $300k, plus damages.

1:44 PM PT -- A spokesperson for Applebee's has responded, stating, “Applebee's intends to vigorously defend this lawsuit, which we believe does not have merit. We cannot comment further on pending litigation.”
