Diddy's rep tells TMZ, "This is a frivolous lawsuit by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for cause."

Diddy made his personal chef whip up meals right after he had sex, and wasn't shy about showing off his manhood when she entered the room ... according to a new lawsuit.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Cindy Rueda says she was "regularly summoned" to serve Diddy and his guests while they "engaged in or immediately following sexual activity." She also says on at least one such occasion, Diddy was still naked when she entered the room, and asked if she liked what she saw.

The suit makes it seem like Diddy was recreating "Caligula" in his L.A. mansion.

She says another time one of his buddies approached her in the kitchen -- while he was nude -- and asked her to check out his junk.

Rueda says she complained about sexual harassment to one of Diddy's assistants, and as a result was set up by another staffer to make it look like she'd stolen one of his watches. According to the suit, she was fired with a string attached -- if she signed an exit agreement waiving all rights to sue Diddy, she wouldn't be prosecuted.

She says she refused to sign and was terminated a year ago.

2:25 PM PT -- The National Enquirer says Richard Simmons' lawsuit is ironic ... since he claims to support LGBTQ rights, and is now claiming he was defamed by its story he was transitioning to a woman.

What's really ironic is ... Simmons said exactly that in his lawsuit -- that the Enquirer was gambling he wouldn't sue because it would make it seem like he thinks there's something wrong with people who transition.

The Enquirer adds, "We stand by our reporting about Mr. Simmons, and intend to vigorously defend this lawsuit and win public vindication of our reports."

Richard Simmons is suing American Media for a story claiming he was transitioning to become a woman.

Simmons claims defamation and invasion of privacy against the National Enquirer for writing what he calls "cruel and malicious" stories.

Simmons claims in his lawsuit the publications knew the information was false but felt Simmons would never sue because it would make him appear unsympathetic to people who transition ... as if something were wrong with it. Simmons says in the suit they "miscalculated."

The suit claims the stories were based on a source who Richard says has been blackmailing, extorting and stalking him for several years.

One of the stories claimed Simmons was now a woman, had a boob job and was "considering having a vagina built by doctors." The story claimed he was living as a woman named Fiona.

The suit claims Simmons warned the publications the story was false but they were "coldly oblivious to the damage their cruel stories would cause ... "

Conrad Hilton raged at police during his arrest at E.G. Daily's house -- unleashing homophobic and racist slurs on police.

TMZ obtained video of Conrad's arrest early Saturday morning outside E.G.'s home, and he accused one of the officers of touching his penis, then screams a homophobic epithet. He also screamed rape.

Law enforcement sources say he also used the n-word. The person who shot the video bleeped that word.

We broke the story ... Conrad was arrested for grand theft auto after allegedly stealing Rick Salomon's Bentley and driving it to E.G.'s house, where his ex-gf, Hunter Daily Salomon, lives. You can see the car in the video.

He also screamed "I'm Conrad motherf***ing Hilton, don't you forget it."

As we've reported ... E.G. believes Conrad has mental health issues and desperately needs to get treatment.

A scam artist tried to score comped $250 concert tickets by pretending to be Adele's manager ... according to cops who busted the impostor.

According to the police report, a man by the name Justin Jackson sent an email to a rep at Interscope Records, Kendrick Lamar's label ... and claimed he was Adele's manager. He was trying to score 3 tickets to the Rolling Loud music festival in Miami, where Kendrick was headlining.

According to docs, Kendrick's rep thought it was shady and hit up Jonathan Dickens, Adele's real rep, and discovered it was a hoax. Dickens' lawyers notified police who arrested Jackson and his wife ... when they showed up at the venue to collect the passes.

Adele's attorney, Brian Bieber (no relation), tells us the suspect also pulled similar moves attempting to get tickets from Chris Brown, Kate Perry and Rihanna -- and even sneakers from NBA star Carmelo Anthony.

The Miami Herald, which broke the story, says Justin's got a rap sheet for this sort of thing. He was once convicted of posing as Madonna’s manager to steal $2.4 million in jewelry.

Joe Montana says his fancy San Francisco condo is completely slanted ... and it's getting worse because the building is sinking ... and now he's declared war on the building developers.

The NFL legend filed a lawsuit against the people who developed the infamous Millennium Tower building -- a high-end building that was home to rich and famous people like Hunter Pence, Carmen Policy and the late Tom Perkins.

Montana says the tower has sunk 16 inches since it was completed in 2008 and his unit is "off level and the fit and finish of the unit are in disrepair." Joe claims he bought the place for $2.7 mil in 2013.

Joe says the problem is only going to get worse -- and he's pissed. Especially since he was contracted to promote the building from 2010 to 2015.

Joe says builders knew about the problem since 2009 but hid the information from residents and buyers.

The sinking building has made national headlines over the past few years -- they call it "the sinking tower of San Fran" and several residents have already filed a class action suit against the developers.

Joe is suing for breach of contract, negligence, concealment, nuisance and more -- and is demanding unspecified damages in excess of $1 million.

Teresa Giudice is possibly risking more jail time after failing to report 2 traffic tickets ... during supervised release in her fraud conviction.

According to court docs, the 'RHONJ' star failed to give her probation officer the heads-up after she was ticketed. The first one was for making an illegal turn last year. She and her lawyer were warned that any future contact with law enforcement had to be reported. But then she got another citation last month for using her phone while driving -- and, again, she didn't tell her P.O.

In the docs, her P.O. makes it clear ... this is her last written warning before she's dragged into court again over it.

Teresa's attorney, James Leonard Jr., tells TMZ ... both tickets were reported, but not within the required time frame. He adds Teresa's been fully compliant other than these incidents, and ... "Both she and I have spoken to her officer and understand exactly what is required should she have any future contact with law enforcement, which we do not anticipate will happen."

Estella Warren was arrested for dousing her boyfriend in cleaning fluid ... TMZ has learned.

The model/actress was busted early Sunday morning after an argument at her Marina del Rey apartment. Law enforcement sources tell us ... during the dispute, Estella grabbed a container of some kind of cleaning solution, and threw it at the guy.

L.A. County Sheriff's deputies booked Warren for misdemeanor domestic violence. Her bf, btw, is probably going to be okay ... we're told he declined medical treatment on the scene.

Warren got out of jail Sunday afternoon after posting $20k bail ... which is a better way to get out of custody than her last arrest.

Conrad Hilton's ex, Hunter Daily Salomon, is living in fear ... because she believes he has serious mental health issues.

The 21-year-old actress was in L.A. Sunday -- the day after Hilton was arrested for trying to break into her mother, E.G. Daily's house, and stealing her father's Bentley.

NY Jets wide receiver Robby Anderson -- a rising star who had a solid 2016 season -- was arrested at a music festival in Florida this weekend after allegedly fighting a police officer, TMZ Sports has learned.

The 23-year-old was at the Rolling Loud music festival in Miami on Sunday --where stars like Migos, Gucci Mane, 21 Savage and Future performed -- when he got into it with security.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, Anderson was fighting with security after being told to leave.

He refused and that's when a Miami PD lieutenant got involved and told him to sit on the ground.

That's when things went from bad to worse ...

"[Anderson] tensed his body and pushed [the officer]. [Anderson] was redirected to the ground and continued to fight with police and security."

Anderson was arrested for felony resisting arrest with violence and misdemeanor obstruction of a police officer.

In the police report, Anderson is listed at 6'3", 180 pounds.

The Jets were hoping for big things from Anderson in 2017 -- he had 42 catches for almost 600 yards as an undrafted rookie in 2016.

Ja Rule and Billy McFarland had no intention of throwing a first-class music festival ... they knew it was going to be a disaster but figured they could screw a lot of people out of money before it became apparent ... this according to accusations in new legal docs.

The class action suit that was filed against the festival as well as the organizers has grown to more than 300 strong, this according to attorney Mark Geragos, who filed the class action lawsuit. Geragos claims in new docs some of the concertgoers suffered from bacterial infections, heat exhaustion and other illnesses and are still undergoing treatment.

The lawsuit claims the festival was a front for a Ponzi scheme and the attendees were "unwitting pawns." Typically, Ponzi schemes target the elderly but Geragos says this one was directed at "seemingly successful millennials."

The suit demands $100 million in damages.

Chris Bosh and his wife are being sued by the porn magnates who created X-Art (admit it, you know it) ... who claim they rented a sick beach mansion from the NBA star that was literally filled with crap.

The people behind the suit are Colette and Brigham Field -- who created the erotic video website X-Art -- which features people hardcore banging each other in classy settings. It's so popular, they were profiled by GQ.

The Fields say they rented a 10,755 square foot super mansion in the Pacific Palisades owned by the Boshes in Dec. 2016 ... and plunked down $138k to cover the 1st month's rent ($46k) and the security deposit ($92k).

Problem is ... the Fields say shortly after moving in, they noticed crazy toxic mold, leaks, plumbing issues, rat droppings ... and worst of all -- the Internet access was horrible!!

The Fields say it was so bad they "had to seek medical assistance for sickness and rashes that they suffered from the time when the mold could be seen and smelled."

In the lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ Sports, the Fields say they tried to get their security deposit back but the Boshes refused ... and have since let other people stay in the home.

They're demanding the $92k deposit back plus unspecified damages. We reached out to the Boshes for comment, but no word back.

We also contacted X-Art ... but not for anything to do with this story.

Donald Trump's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame is now the gold standard for vandalism -- it got hit again ... this time with a toilet.

A golden toilet was placed right next to Trump's star at some point between Saturday and Sunday, which was filled with ... something wet and gross. It also looks like someone broke the toilet tank, which originally read "Take A Trump."

Law enforcement sources tell us no one has reported the vandalism, and they're not yet investigating the toilet prank. We've reached out to the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce as well, which oversees the stars' maintenance ... so far, no word back.

This is the latest attempt to deface Trump's star on Hollywood Blvd., and they don't seem to be slowing down anytime soon. Someone scribbled "F*** Trump" on his star just last month ... and, of course, James Otis took a pick ax to the thing in October.

It's clean up duty again for someone.

Karrueche Tran will do what Rihanna would not -- testify that Chris Brown brutalized her ... and she's not scared at all.

We're told Karrueche has no fear about testifying that Chris allegedly kicked her down a flight of stairs, punched her in the stomach, threatened to shoot her and made other death threats ... this according to multiple sources connected to Chris' ex.

The actress has been dogging Chris for more than 2 months trying to serve him, but he successfully dodged the process server ... until Thursday night when he was hit with legal docs after his BD party.

Our sources say one of Karrueche's motivations is to inspire other women similarly situated to come forward and confront people who brutalize them.

We're told this has been a long process for Karrueche ... the alleged abuse started a long time ago but she built up her confidence to finally put an end to it, especially after the alleged recent death threats.

You'll recall, Rihanna almost immediately had a change of heart after Chris brutally beat her and did not want to cooperate with authorities. Chris copped a plea and she was never called to testify.

WWE superstar Titus O'Neil allegedly flipped out and kicked the crap out of a WWE cameraman after a prank gone wrong for a YouTube show ... and now he's being sued.

Donald Anderson says he was hired to work on the WWE Network show "Swerved" -- which features WWE superstars getting punked by other wrestlers and staffers.

In his lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ Sports, Anderson says he was shooting on May 18, 2015 when Titus was selected as a target for an electric shock prank.

It was all supposed to be good fun, but when Titus got zapped, the WWE superstar lost his mind -- and kicked the camera out of Anderson's hand.

Anderson says he was seriously injured during the incident -- suffering major damage to his hand, fingers and wrist. He says he was told to leave the premises immediately "in fear of the possibility of further attacks by Titus."

Anderson is now demanding more than $1.2 MILLION in damages.

We reached out to Titus for comment -- so far, no word back.

Former "America's Next Top Model" contestant Bello Sanchez thought he'd make some dough renting out his guest room, but says he's ended up with a nightmare roommate.

Bello says he rented the spare bedroom in his North Hollywood apartment to a woman named Shengyu Li who broke his furniture, and threw rotten food on his balcony and his cats.

Things got so bad he claims Shengyu even threatened to scream rape. He says he called cops after one of her outbursts, and they suggested Bello get a restraining order -- so he did.

Nyjah Huston allegedly jumped a guy at a party and busted his face, so he was hit with felony battery charges ... but he says he was only defending himself.

The L.A. County DA claims Huston attacked Ryan Sheehy on February 12, 2017 and inflicted "serious bodily injury" on him. Law enforcement sources tell us the alleged injuries include a broken nose and cheek gash.

We're told the skater was arrested on February 27 by the LAPD and later pled not guilty in court. He's facing up to 4 years in prison if convicted.

We reached to Nyjah's rep ... who provided the following statement on his behalf.

"My actions were a result of someone acting in an aggressive manner towards me and solely defensive in nature. I have the utmost faith in the process and believe that I will be fully exonerated as the truth emerges."

As we reported ... Nyjah's also currently on probation for throwing too many late night ragers in his neighborhood. No word yet if these charges will lead to further punishment.
