Suge Knight I Got My Mind Made Up Don't Remove My Tupac Bullet!
Suge Knight has given doctors a piece of his mind ... refusing to have a bullet fragment removed that’s been lodged in his head for the past 19 years ... a bullet intended for Tupac Shakur.
Rewind to 1996 … Knight infamously drove the car carrying Tupac the night of the rap legend’s drive-by murder off the Las Vegas strip.
One of the bullets missed Tupac but grazed Suge's head; a fragment lodged in his skull, and was never removed.
Here's the problem. Suge's in bad shape as he lingers in a jail cell, and doctors want to perform an MRI so they can figure out why he keeps passing out. But the bullet fragment causes interference with the machine, so doctors want to remove it.
Suge’s attorney, Matthew Fletcher, tells us Knight thinks he'll die if doctors start screwing with his head and try to remove the fragment, especially given his fragile state.
Aside from medical concerns, you gotta admit ... how cool is it to have a Tupac bullet in your head?

Kim Richards Charged in Drunken Rampage
Kim Richards' Hail Mary didn't work. Despite cleaning up her act in rehab, she's just been charged with multiple crimes for her drunken, Beverly Hills escapade.
The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" castmate claims she was distraught after watching the reunion shows and went to the Beverly Hills Hotel, where she was booted from the restaurant around 1:30 AM after the maitre d' claimed she was out-of-control drunk. Cops say they had to drag her out of the bathroom and when they took her to jail she kicked a cop.
The L.A. County D.A. clearly wasn't swayed that Kim checked herself into a Malibu rehab, because we've learned she's now been charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest and battery on a cop.
So Kim now has problems. First, worst case scenario, she could be sentenced to 2 1/2 years in jail. Second, we're told producers have her on the chopping block and the prospect of jail won't help her case.
One housewife at a time in the slammer please ... and Teresa Giudice has that spot.

Johnny Depp Accused of Pup Smuggling Dogs Get Death Sentence
Captain Jack Sparrow got carried away with the smuggling -- Johnny Depp's 2 Yorkshire Terrier pups have a death sentence hanging over their heads because Depp allegedly snuck them into Australia.
Australian officials say Johnny and Amber Heard failed to declare Boo and Pistol when they arrived on a private jet last month. Under Australian law the dogs are supposed to be quarantined for a minimum of 10 days ... just to make sure they're not carrying any foreign diseases into the fragile ecosystem.
If Johnny, or more accurately ... Boo and Pistol don't hightail it out of Oz by Saturday -- the country's Agriculture minister says they will be put down.
A rep for Johnny -- who's down there shooting the 5th 'Pirates' flick -- told the AP the dogs are under a "home quarantine" ... but wasn't more specific than that.
Pretty harrrrsh sentence ... but Aussie officials say the law is the law.
'Longmire' Star Deputy Ferg Busted for DUI ... JUUUUUST Over the Limit
Adam Bartley -- the lovable, bumbling Deputy Ferguson on "Longmire" -- just got a taste of his own medicine ... a skosh too much to drink landed him in jail for DUI.
Bartley was pulled over April 26th in Santa Fe, NM after a cop saw him driving a '93 Dodge pickup sans seat belt.
The officer says he smelled alcohol on Bartley's breath, and the actor folded like a cheap suit admitting he had "a few drinks."
Bartley performed poorly on multiple field sobriety tests ... so claim the cops. The breathalyzer was a heartbreaker ... .09, just over the .08 legal limit.
Bartley was arrested and charged with DUI, careless driving, and no seat belt.
"Longmire" originally aired on A&E. It got cancelled last year but it's since been picked up by Netflix.

Lindsay -- true to form -- showed up 2 hours late to do office work and interact with the kids "under tight supervision."
The Qur'an is not part of the gig.

'Gossip Girl' Star Kelly Rutherford Help Me, Obama! Get My Kids Outta Monaco
Former "Gossip Girl" star Kelly Rutherford hopes President Obama can do what the legal system hasn't ... get her kids out of Monaco, and end an international custody war with her ex-husband.
Kelly was on TMZ Live talking about the online petition encouraging the prez to step in on her behalf. She finally got the required 100,000 signatures on Tuesday when Kim Kardashian signed and retweeted it to her legion of fans.
Kelly's been battling Daniel Giersch ever since he got a California court's permission years ago to take their son and daughter to France. Giersch claimed he couldn't re-enter the U.S. due to visa issues. Kelly says he's now had their kids declared "habitual residents" of Monaco.
She's desperate for the State Department to throw her a bone, and protect her children's rights as U.S. citizens. It's a crazy saga ... check out her plea to Obama.

Insane Clown Posse DUI Case Sinks National Tour
Any Juggalos planning to gather for their heroes, Insane Clown Posse ... should put those plans on ice because Shaggy 2 Dope's lingering DUI probation just sandbagged the band's tour.
ICP's rep confirms they had to cancel the remaining dates of their "Marvelous Missing Link In-Store Insanity Tour" due to Shaggy's probation constraints following his 2012 DUI arrest.
The rep tells us S2D was late filling out necessary travel requests with his probation officer, and was told going on tour could trigger a violation.
Don't worry though, Shaggy's been given the all clear to appear at the annual "Gathering of the Juggalos" festival in July.
Clowns will be clowns.

Braylon Edwards Not Blackballed ... Says Pac-12 Network
Yeah, he's got issues ... but the Pac-12 Network says it's not ready to sever its relationship with Braylon Edwards in the wake of his most recent DUI arrest.
The ex-NFL star had been covering track & field for the network this past season and was reportedly in AZ to cover the "Duel In The Desert" between ASU and U of A when he was busted last week.
TMZ Sports spoke with officials at the Pac-12 Network who admit Braylon's arrest is "greatly disappointing" -- but he's not blackballed from working with the network in the future.
In fact, we're told Braylon has a reputation for being a consummate professional and very prepared while on the job ... but everyone seems to acknowledge he's gotta clean up his personal life.

Lindsay Lohan Better Late Than Never Finally On the Job
115 ... 114 ... Lindsay Lohan is finally clicking off her community service hours in a desperate race to keep her ass out of jail -- she reported for work in Brooklyn ... and immediately reconnected with an old, young friend.
Our Lohan sources tell us Lindsay managed to sneak in a back entrance to the children's daycare facility ... dodging all the media gathered out front for her arrival. She showed up about 2 hours after she was expected -- or roughly 90 minutes after most of the kids got there.
Lindsay ran into 5-year-old Donovan who she previously connected with during her docuseries with Oprah Winfrey. NBCNewYork.com tweeted out the photo of the reunion.
We're told she's scheduled to work an 8 hour day (which will leave her at 107 hours to go) -- and administrators will expect her to arrive earlier starting Thursday.
In other words ... Lindsay better set at least TWO alarm clocks tomorrow morning.

Lindsay Lohan I'm Not Getting Screwed ... By NYC Traffic
Lindsay Lohan is making a responsible, eerily adult-like decision about the next 2 weeks of her life -- which makes you think she just might have a shot at avoiding a jail sentence ... a small shot.
Lindsay is scheduled to start clicking off her court ordered community service this morning at a Brooklyn daycare center -- and sources connected to Linds tell us she plans to be there ... wait for it ... ON TIME.
We're told Lohan has decided to stay in a BK hotel near the daycare, so she won't get caught in any bridge or tunnel traffic from Manhattan ... where she would normally hang.
Our sources say LiLo's well aware every minute is gonna count -- she has 115 hours to get done in 16 days ... which breaks down to about 7.5 hours each day. Yes, she'll damn near be working a regular 9 to 5. Gotta be a first.
Of course, that's assuming she can work weekends, when the daycare is closed. We're told they're trying to set up work for her at other facilities.
If they can't ... her hours/day go up to just over 9.5 -- and at that point she might as well go directly to jail.

Robbie Williams and Wife Sued For Sexual Harassment That Ain't In My Job Description!
Getting coffee and picking up laundry are things a personal assistant should do ... talking about sex and commenting on his boss' body are not ... but that's exactly what Robbie Williams' former assistant claims was on his punch list.
Gilles De Bonfilhs has sued Williams and his wife, Ayda Field, alleging he was sexually harassed during his short tenure as the couple's assistant.
In his lawsuit, Bonfilhs says he was fired in January, but not before he was subjected to a barrage of sexual misdeeds from Field. Specifically, Bonfilhs claims she:
-- Walked around in various stages of undress
-- Shared details about her sex life
-- Questioned him about his sex life
-- Asked him to answer questions and comment on her body
Williams is named a defendant, but Bonfilhs makes no sexual harassment allegations against him.
A rep for Robbie tells us, "The claims being made by a disgruntled former employee, after he was sacked for serious misconduct, are entirely without substance." They added, "Any proceedings will be strenuously defended."

NFL's Bart Scott Braylon Edwards Needs Help ... We're Here For Him
Ex-NFL star Bart Scott says his former NY Jets teammate Braylon Edwards needs to get help after his most recent DUI arrest -- before someone ends up hurt ... or worse.
"I care about him a whole lot. He's really a great guy," Scott says ... "but he has to get a handle on it. He's putting himself and other people's lives in danger."
Of course, Scott's referring to Braylon's DUI arrest in Arizona last week ... his second DUI arrest in 5 years.
"A lot of players think they're okay and they don't understand that having one or two drinks can lead to this."
Scott says he plans to reach out to Braylon -- who he's known since high school in Detroit -- and wants him to know he's got a TON of support from the guys he grew up with.
"We were always there for each other ... I am here for Braylon. We all are."

New England Pats Player Jimmy Will Be Ready to Go ... 'But This Is Bulls**t'
The New England Patriots are confident in their backup QB Jimmy Garoppolo ... but they think Tom Brady's suspension is "absolute bulls**t" ... so says one respected Pats player.
The player -- who wished to remain anonymous so he could be "completely honest" -- tells us bluntly, "Ted Wells is full of sh*t. Brady wouldn't do anything that would jeopardize our franchise."
He continued, "I am upset. The whole team is upset. Brady has held himself together ... but we know he's upset. This is some bulls**t."
"Every time we win, we're accused of doing something wrong. It's like the NFL wants to discredit us for winning. If we lost, this wouldn't be a discussion. Goodell has again failed in his decision making."
As for Tom, the player says ... "I hope Brady wins this appeal. If he doesn't Jimmy will be ready to go ... but this is some absolute bulls**t."

Lindsay Lohan BUSTED in International Web of Lies
Lindsay Lohan told a BIG FAT LIE when she said she was back in New York on Monday and ready to do her community service -- cause she was spotted arriving there on Tuesday!
Lindsay was seen getting dropped off at a hotel in the city -- chauffeur driven with assistant in tow, of course. Our Lohan sources confirm ... she just touched down on U.S. soil a few hours ago, which is bad for a couple of reasons.
First of all ... legal matters. LiLo is clearly NOT at the Brooklyn daycare center where she's supposed to be completing her remaining 115 hours of community service. Her deadline is May 28. Tick tock.
Secondly ... on Monday morning she said, "Happy to be home in nyc with my family and friends" Now it's clear she was still in London when she posted that on social media.
Happy to be home in nyc with my family and friends. Missed this place. 🙏🏻 https://t.co/w8xW43J9dn
@lindsaylohan
Not illegal, but y'know the old saying -- liar liar, pants on fire ... in jail because you didn't get your community service done.
Or something like that.

George Zimmerman He Threatened Me with a Gun ... Motorist Claims
George Zimmerman flashed a gun at the motorist who fired a shot into Zimmerman's car ... at least that's what the motorist is telling his lawyer.
Matthew Apperson's lawyer, Mark NeJame, tells TMZ, his client did NOT flash his headlights at Zimmerman Monday nor did he chase him down. NeJame says Apperson ended up side-by-side with Zimmerman when the famous former defendant waved a gun.
NeJame says it was pure self-defense, buttressed by the fact that Apperson is the one who initiated the call to 911. He actually had to hunt someone down who had a cellphone because he didn't have one at the time.
Apperson has not been arrested for firing the shot, and NeJame is adamant ... charges are not warranted because Zimmerman has a violent past and provoked the incident.

George Zimmerman Shooting Was Unprovoked He Chased Me Down
George Zimmerman was fleeing for his life when a man opened fire on his truck ... this according to Zimmerman's attorney who's calling BS on the shooter's claim it was self-defense.
Matthew Apperson admits firing one shot at Zimmerman's truck Monday afternoon in Lake Mary, FL -- and Zimmerman's attorney Don West tells TMZ ... George did nothing to set off the attack.
West says Zimmerman was driving down the highway when he noticed a car behind him flashing its headlights ... and when the driver stuck his head out the window to yell something -- Zimmerman recognized it was Apperson.
As we've reported ... Apperson and Zimmerman have a road rage history.
West tells us Zimmerman made the first available u-turn to get away from Apperson -- who also turned to follow him, and then pulled up on the right side of Zimmerman's truck ... and opened fire through the passenger side window.
As for Apperson's claim of this being a self-defense shooting -- West says his client NEVER brandished his weapon ... and cops confirm he never fired it either.
Zimmerman was treated for minor injuries at a hospital and released. Apperson has not been arrested.
The 911 call from the scene is interesting though. It was made by a guy Apperson flagged down, and the caller says ... "He had to shoot at somebody."
Sounds like Apperson was already telling people it was self-defense.
