Rich Homie Quan is off the hook in his seemingly endless drug case.
According to legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the drug case against the rapper has been tossed. RHQ's lawyer, Lucy Bell, tells TMZ it was dismissed due to a lack of evidence. Bell says the "tiny amount of marijuana" was in somebody else's pocket and RHQ was wrongfully accused. We've reached out to prosecutors to confirm that ... so far, no word back.
TMZ broke the story ... Rich Homie Quan and his crew were busted back in May 2017 in Wadley, GA on suspicion of a stolen gun and drugs. A few days later, the weapons charge was dropped but he was booked on felony possession of drugs with intent to distribute.
If convicted, he faced up to THIRTY YEARS in prison. But, Homie don't play that .. lucky for him, the case was officially dropped after the judge signed off.
Merry Christmas!!!

Kanye West's legal drama with EMI is NOT going away ... cause the once close-to-being-done case over a contract dispute is suddenly and officially back on.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ ... the judge in the case has signed off on EMI's request to officially reopen the case. EMI -- which has been battling Kanye in federal court over his publishing deal since earlier this year -- back in September told the court it and Kanye had struck "an agreement in principle" to settle the case.
The court then tossed the suit with prejudice but said the case could be reopened if either party showed good cause. The deadline to reopen the case was December 27 ... so just a few days ago, EMI's lawyers wrote a letter to the judge saying "unfortunately the parties have been unable to finalize the terms of the settlement agreement."
Translation: the deal fell apart ... so it's back to square one.
TMZ broke the story ... Kanye first sued EMI in California claiming his contracts with the publishing company amounted to "servitude." But, EMI fired back ... saying Cali's "servitude" law doesn't apply because NY laws -- not Cali's -- govern the deal.

Too Short's rape accuser has officially dropped her lawsuit against the rap legend ... TMZ has learned.
Teana Louis had sued Too Short claiming he sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions in Los Angeles between June and October of 2016.
In her lawsuit, Teana claimed the attacks included forced oral sex, vaginal sex and sodomy.
Too Short had been adamant Teana's allegations amounted to an extortion attempt.
Now, Teana has filed new court docs calling off the suit -- asking to dismiss it with prejudice, which means she can't refile it.
Unclear if Too Short and Teana struck a settlement -- but it's not uncommon in situations like this.
The L.A. County District Attorney investigated the allegations ... but the D.A.'s office rejected the case, saying there was not enough evidence to show she didn't consent to their sexual encounters.

9:10 PM PT -- According to The Miami Herald, guns and drugs were found on the plane. Wayne's attorney, Howard Srebnick, said his client was "cleared" to leave the scene. It's unclear if anyone else was arrested after the search.
Lil Wayne is being held up at an airport in Miami right now as federal agents search a plane he was a passenger on, but he's got legal help at the ready ... TMZ has confirmed.
Miami Herald broke the story ... Weezy was one of a few different people aboard a private jet Monday that was stopped by the feds after it landed at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport. The paper says it was on its way to California after a stop in Florida.
For now, it doesn't appear anyone's been arrested for anything -- the Herald reports a search is currently underway and that Wayne and co. are being held at the airport. Per the outlet, agents got a tip on possible drugs being transported ... and obtained a search warrant.
One thing we do know for sure ... we're told Wayne -- who's a Miami resident -- has already contacted his lawyers in the area, and they're on the scene with him now.
Law enforcement sources also confirmed the details of Miami Herald's reporting.
MH also notes that if any arrests or charges stem from this ... it could mean someone's gonna be behind bars for Christmas. Apparently, the federal courts won't be open on Christmas Eve or Day, and the earliest a person's case could be heard would be Thursday.
That aside, the search echoes of one that recently ended in tragedy. Of course, we're talking about Juice WRLD ... who suffered a fatal seizure at an airport in Chicago 2 weeks ago.
Federal agents were also there waiting to search the private aircraft he was in, and we're told folks saw him ingest a number of unknown pills after realizing what was happening.
He later died after life-saving efforts were made on the spot.

3:18 PM PT -- Rich Hill just responded to the news about his arrest ... and he says while he still respects law enforcement, he just couldn't stand by and watch his wife get cuffed for trying to bring a fanny pack into the stadium.
Rich goes on to say, "This was all overblown and we are glad to have it behind us." His attorney, Francis T. O'Brien of O'Brien Law Boston, backs his client up by saying things never should've escalated to the point they did, but also gives props to the D.A. for essentially backing off. He calls it a "fair and proper resolution," saying the matter is closed.
Former Dodgers pitcher Rich Hill and his wife got busted by cops this weekend at a Patriots game ... TMZ Sports has confirmed.
Law enforcement sources tell us Hill and his spouse, Caitlin McClellan, were arrested Saturday outside of Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA before kickoff ... because they were trying to enter the facility with an oversized bag and then refusing to leave the grounds.
We're told Foxboro PD instructed Hill and McClellan they couldn't come in with the bag they were trying to bring along. Cops are saying the missus tried sneaking in through other gates after repeatedly being told "no."
After allegedly refusing to leave the grounds, cops arrested her for disorderly conduct and trespassing -- and as they were putting her into a car ... Hill himself allegedly got involved and attempted to intervene. He got arrested too ... they were both taken to a station for booking.
Mariah Carey Nanny Sues ... All I Want for XMas Is My Unpaid Wages!!!

4:03 PM PT -- A rep for Mariah tells us, "This is a legally and factually baseless claim that will be defended with vigor."
Mariah Carey works her hired help to the bone, and then kicks 'em to the curb when she's had enough ... so claims her ex-nanny in new legal docs.
MiMi's being sued by a woman named Maria Burgues, who claims she worked for Mariah between late 2017 and early 2018 ... watching over her two kids and, allegedly, flying all over the world with them without getting paid her fair share for the job she was doing.
Burgues alleges in her lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- that Mariah and co. wouldn't let her take required breaks she's supposed to get under California law, including rests and meals. Burgues says those just weren't a thing while she was employed.
Burgues doesn't get specific about what exactly her schedule or allotted hours for each week were, but she makes it sound like she was working round the clock for Mariah, often on non-nannying duties and tasks that allegedly didn't involve the kids at all.
Adding insult to injury, Burgues claims Mariah had a bodyguard she reported to who was a scumbag and allegedly treated her like dirt out in the open on more than one occasion. She even alleges the guy almost got them into a major traffic accident for being on his phone.
Bill Cosby to Eddie Murphy Didn't Appreciate Your 'SNL' Jab ... You 'Hollywood Slave!!!'
Eddie Murphy made a crack on 'SNL' at Bill Cosby's expense -- and the incarcerated comedian didn't appreciate it one bit ... with his rep calling Ed a "Slave" to Tinseltown.
Cosby's rep, Andrew Wyatt, posted a scathing response Sunday to Eddie's joke -- and it's pretty brutal. Wyatt, speaking on behalf of Bill, writes ... "Mr. Cosby became the first Black to win an Emmy for his role in I Spy and Mr. Cosby broke color barriers in the Entertainment Industry, so that Blacks like Eddie Murphy, Dave Chappell, Kevin Hart and et al., could have an opportunity to showcase their talents for many generations to come."
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
He went on ... "It is sad that Mr. Murphy would take this glorious moment of returning to SNL and make disparaging remarks against Mr. Cosby," going on to add, "One would think that Mr. Murphy was given his freedom to leave the plantation, so that he could make his own decisions; but he decided to sell himself back to being a Hollywood Slave."
Wyatt continues by comparing Eddie to vaudevillian actor Stepin Fetchit, and said "cooning" equals the destruction of black men in Hollywood. Then ... he offered a truce of sorts.
The guy invites Eddie to meet with Bill in hopes of "having a meeting of the minds" to help the black community instead of tearing it down -- something BC apparently thinks Eddie is doing by taking shots at him on national television.
ICYMI, Eddie joked if you would've told him 30 years ago he'd be this stay-at-home dad like he is now with so many kids (10 of 'em) while the Cos himself was in jail ... he would've taken that bet. He then imitated Cosby's voice, calling himself "America's Dad."
Cosby was found guilty of aggravated indecent assault in 2018, and is currently serving a 3 to 10 year prison sentence.

Todd & Julie Chrisley Government's Doing Us Dirty!!! Claim Evidence Was Illegally Obtained

Todd and Julie Chrisley are adamant the feds' case against them is based on evidence the government should never have had, and they want it all tossed out of court and returned to them.
According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the Chrisleys claim the Georgia Department of Revenue illegally seized 2 of their Atlanta storage units in 2017. The units had a trove of the Chrisleys' financial docs.
The Chrisleys claim the GA Dept. of Revenue seized the units based on a bum warrant. In docs, they say the warrant was based on a non-existent tax lien -- meaning, investigators cut corners and violated their rights.
The Chrisleys say that evidence was handed over to federal prosecutors ... who then indicted the reality stars on multiple counts of conspiracy, bank fraud, wire fraud and tax evasion.
Todd and Julie want their stuff back, and they want the judge to declare the ill-gotten records off-limits to prosecutors.
As we reported, a federal grand jury indicted the Chrisleys in August ... alleging they concocted a scheme from 2007 to 2012 to fabricate docs and provide false information to banks when applying for and receiving millions in loans ... money they allegedly used to fund a lavish lifestyle.
The Chrisleys insist they're innocent.

12:21 PM PT -- Ronnie's attorney, Scott Leemon, who was in court Friday, tells us, "Our investigation has initially shown that there are clear errors and mistakes in the charging documents. Some of these errors have been discussed with the Deputy City Attorney, and after further investigation, we expect significant amendments to the charges.
He continues, "The only thing that is apparent at this time is that Ronnie is a great father and he anxiously awaits being able to spend time with his daughter. We are hoping that the reunion occurs soon."
Ronnie Ortiz-Magro's baby mama, Jen Harley, has a powerful woman in her corner ... after hiring Lisa Bloom to rep her amid a tumultuous domestic violence case.
Lisa spoke with us Friday in L.A. after she and Jen attended a hearing in Ronnie's DV case. Not much happened in court ... the next hearing is scheduled February. Jen left the courthouse unnoticed, but Lisa made one thing clear ... Jen is a VERY fit parent.
Ronnie went on a tirade against Jen on Instagram last week, accusing her of abandoning their two-year-old-daughter. Lisa says she reached out to Ronnie, demanding he take down the post. Jen currently has a restraining order against Ronnie, and Lisa says any harassment -- even on social media -- will not be tolerated.
As we reported ... Ronnie pled not guilty last month to a laundry list of misdemeanors stemming from an October incident with Jen and their 20-month daughter, Ariana, in L.A. He's facing 7 misdemeanors -- domestic violence, child endangerment, brandishing a weapon, criminal threats, false imprisonment [of Jen] and 2 counts of resisting arrest.
Ronnie was initially arrested for kidnapping after allegedly hitting Jen, chasing her down with a knife, taking their kid from her and then locking himself inside an Airbnb they were renting. Ronnie allegedly refused to come out when police arrived ... and they had to bust the door and tase him before slapping cuffs on him and wheeling him out on a gurney.
Jen said she suffered bruises and scrapes from the altercation but Lisa tells us Jen's soldiering on.

Tekashi 6ix9ine I'll See Y'All in Summer 2020!!! His Lawyer Thinks So
-
Exclusive
- 1.9K shares
Tekashi 6ix9ine could catch an even bigger break -- getting out of prison much sooner than the end of 2020, if a few small stars align for him.
Tekashi could be back on the streets by early August based on the good behavior guidelines established by the Bureau of Prisons ... according to his lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, who's taken a closer look at the numbers.
6ix9ine got 24 months, but with 13 months credit for time served ... leaving him with just 11 months remaining. That would get him out around November 2020, but then the BOP math kicks in, and the potential sentence starts shrinking.
BOP guidelines call for up to 54 days per year to be shaved off IF inmates show good behavior. So, with the 2-year sentence, he's eligible for up to a 108-day discount.
R. Kelly Ex-Tour Mgr. Admits Regret I Never Wanted Him to Marry Aaliyah!!!
R. Kelly absolutely knew Aaliyah was a minor when he married her in 1994 ... that's according to his former tour manager who now says he unwittingly and regretfully helped it happen.
Demetrius Smith has admitted he helped get the fake ID for Aaliyah the day before her wedding to Kelly -- but on "TMZ Live" Thursday he told us the marriage was the last thing he wanted to see go down.
On the heels of Kelly pleading not guilty to the fake ID allegation, Smith told us he actually wanted to delay the singer from walking down the aisle with Aaliyah ... who was only 15 at the time. Smith claims his intent was to "buy time" until he came up with a better plan to convince Kelly NOT to marry her.
Smith says both he and Kelly knew she was underage. Interestingly, he says the ID he had made for Aaliyah did NOT have an age on it. He would not elaborate on what kind of ID it was.
Smith says his hindsight is 20/20 -- and he told us how he wishes he'd handled Kelly and the fake ID back then. As for testifying against Kelly in court ... he'll do it, but as he's previously said, he doesn't want Kelly to rot in prison.

Tekashi 6ix9ine deserves to rot in his cell for the holidays AWAY from his loved ones, and he's got even more paying back to do after that ... so says one of his victims.
We talked to Skyy Daniels on the heels of Tekashi receiving his 2-year prison sentence Wednesday -- one of which he's already been completed -- and asked if she was pleased with the outcome. Overall, she says she's not ... but there is a silver lining in her mind.
Skyy tells us she's giddy at the fact Tekashi69 won't get to be with his family for Christmas -- something she says she couldn't even do this time last year all because of him.
If you're unfamiliar, Skyy was one of the people who got held up at gunpoint by Tekashi's Nine Trey Blood gang members -- which turned out to be an awful case of mistaken identity. They thought she and her assistant were Rap-A-Lot Records associates ... they weren't.
