Rapper Don Q is one lucky son of a gun -- one day after getting busted for weapons and drugs, he strolled outta jail, much to the delight of his famous friend.

Q was arrested Thursday for felony possession of a .22 caliber Beretta and unlawful possession of a bag of weed. Law enforcement sources tell us cops found the pot in his underwear during a strip search.

Don drew a nice crowd of supporters -- including A Boogie -- during his arraignment, and they all must've left happy. He was released without bail, and is due back in court in February.

His attorney, Stacey Richman, tells us there was NO reason for the initial traffic stop, or for cops to search Q and his friends.

Retail giants Walmart, Target and Costco and others are getting sued for blowing out toilets and sewer systems with allegedly "flushable" wet wipes.

Here's the straight poop ... a homeowners association in NY state is making a big stink over several brands of flushable wet wipes sold at the stores. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, the wipes claim to be safe for sewers and septic tanks because they break down easily after flushing.

Not so, according to the suit. The HOA says these wipes are built to hold up under the "pressure of scrubbing" ... your anus, that is. That's great news for the wiper, but horrible for the wiper's toilet system, allegedly.

The lawsuit includes several photos of damaged sewage systems, and lays blame squarely on the increased use of flushable wipes.

The HOA says the wipes are costing NY state $18 million a year in dookie damage ... no s**t.

President Trump overstepped his legal authority on Monday when he shrunk one of Utah's national monuments by more than half its size ... according to a slew of wilderness groups taking 45 to court.

According to a lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Trump's controversial decision to strip 900,000 acres from Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument is an attempt to reverse President Clinton's 1996 decision to create the Monument.

But the wilderness groups say Trump needs to bone up on the Antiquities Act. They say it only allows Presidents to CREATE national monuments, but does NOT authorize them to do away with national monuments.

Critics say Trump is merely opening up the land so miners and frackers can snatch it up. However, in announcing the sweeping change, the Prez said it should be up to Utah residents to decide whether the land is developed at all.

Katy Perry and the Archdiocese of L.A. just won $15 million.

Katy had a deal to buy a convent from the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. It's unclear, but it looks like Katy want to use the convent as a home. Thing is, a restaurant owner named Dana Hollister claimed she had already bought the convent from 2 nuns.

The Archdiocese went to the nuns and said they had no right to sell the property. That launched a 2-year battle over who had the right to sell the property.

A husband/wife producing team is suing The Weinstein Company, claiming they were lured into a trap because the company knew Harvey was a ticking time bomb and the result was that their project was torpedoed.

Scott Lambert and Alexandra Milchan claim they had a TV crime drama that was supposed to be directed by David O. Russell. Robert De Niro and Julianne Moore were attached.

They say Amazon had agreed to produce 2 seasons at $160 mil, but the project was shelved in the wake of the sex scandal.

The couple says TWC knew about Harvey's alleged sexual misconduct and did nothing, and that's why their project went in the toilet.

One of the stars of "Little Women: LA" is taking a bunch of doctors to court for a BIG payday ... 'cause she claims they screwed up her neck in surgery.

Christy Gibel just sued some M.D.s from a surgery center in Beverly Hills called 90210 Surgery Medical Center as well as Cedars-Sinai and other private practices, claiming the whole lot screwed up a spinal cord surgery she underwent with them in 2016.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Christy says she went under last November for a procedure called an anterior discectomy and spinal cord decompression, and during a couple post-op visits ... the doctors overseeing the matter misled her despite worsening symptoms.

She says she felt her left eye drooping, and her tongue swelling, and was unable to speak for a while -- all of which she says she was told would subside over time ... but it didn't. She also claims they admitted her jugular vein was nicked during surgery.

The reality star is suing for negligence and asking for an unspecified amount in damages and medical costs related to the alleged botched surgery. We've reached out to 90210 and Cedars ... so far, no word back.

Donald Trump's campaign honchos destroyed the career of a woman by accusing her of undermining his efforts to get elected ... according to a lawsuit filed against Trump's campaign.

Jessica Denson says she was working for the Trump campaign last year, and says other members of the staff made her life a living hell. In the docs, Denson says her direct boss started a rumor she was responsible for the October 2016 leak of Trump's tax returns ... which she denies. She also says campaign staffers attempted to steal her personal laptop, and cyber-bullied her.

Denson, who was a journalist before joining the campaign, says she reported the incidents to Deputy Campaign Manager David Bossie and campaign COO Jeff DeWitt. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, DeWitt responded by sending an internal email accusing Denson of wasting campaign money.

Bill O'Reilly is being sued by a woman he settled up with in a harassment case, claiming he violated a clause in their agreement that prohibited him from talking trash about her.

Rachel Bernstein, who was a junior producer at FOX News, claims she settled a lawsuit in 2002 for an undisclosed amount. She claimed O'Reilly was extremely abusive toward her.

O'Reilly made a statement to The New York Times last April, which triggered Bernstein's lawsuit. O'Reilly said, "In my more than 20 years at Fox News Channel, no one has ever filed a complaint about me with the Human Resources Department, even on the anonymous hotline."

Bernstein says O'Reilly's statement is false, claiming she repeatedly complained to HR and various Fox execs.

Meek Mill just lost some momentum in his bid for freedom, because the judge has denied his request for bail.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Judge Genece Brinkley says Meek is a "flight risk" and "a danger to the community." In denying him bail, she questioned the validity of his clean drug tests ... suggesting he might have used something called "Fast Flush" to cleanse his system.

Brinkley also said Meek might have lied to police and his probation officer about his address. His legal team tells us that's BS, and says the address he's provided is the same one on his driver's license.

Meek's lawyer went to court and asked for bail pending an appeal on his 2 to 4 year prison sentence for a probation violation. The violation is tied to Meek's 2008 conviction on drugs and weapons charges.

There's a big move to free Meek on grounds the judge was prejudiced ... biased against Meek when he would not change managers or give Judge Brinkley a shout-out in a Boyz II Men song.

One of Meek's attorneys, Joe Tacopina, says Brinkley's decision "continues her long pattern of unfair treatment" of Meek ... and vows they will appeal.

Attorney Lisa Bloom says she has a number of women who contacted her and are ready to testify that they too were victims of sexual harassment at the hands of Representative John Conyers.

We got Bloom at LAX where she said she was busy on her flight sending emails to lawyers for the House Ethics Committee and offered to have her current client -- Marion Brown -- and other former staffers who have contacted her to appear at the hearing next week to chronicle Conyer's alleged abuse.

Jay-Z was on Meek Mill's home turf Friday night and showed rousing support for the "Free Meek" movement.

Hova played the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia as part of his 4:44 tour, and played Meek's song, "Dreams and Nightmares."

Jay ended up leading the crowd as everyone joined in.

Robert Horry's off the hook for getting into a fistfight with another coach at his kid's basketball tournament ... no charges will be brought against him.

We broke the story ... Horry was being investigated for battery by the LAPD for an altercation with the man at the Nike 3ON3 tournament at L.A. Live in August. In the video of the incident, Horry was seen getting shoved by the opposing coach and then going after him.

According to L.A. City Attorney ... the case was reviewed and rejected because prosecutors didn't think they had enough to convict the former NBA star.

As we reported ... the coach said Horry initiated the violent encounter and he only shoved him first to protect himself. Horry told a different story ... saying the coach struck first and he had to defend himself.

Looks like the law sided with Big Shot Rob.

Rev. Al Sharpton gave our photog a debrief on his prison meeting with Meek Mill, and it's clear the rapper's incarceration has changed his life.

Sharpton was leaving NBC Friday night when he told us Meek is staying strong behind bars and knows the protests to free him are about more than one individual ... it's part of a civil rights movement which Meek is going to join when he's free.

The good Reverend thinks it's absurd that Meek got 2 to 4 years for poppin' a wheely... something for which he was never even charged.

Chris Pratt has filed for divorce from Anna Faris... TMZ has learned.

Pratt filed legal docs Friday to end his 8-year marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. But it's not necessarily what you think, because he and Anna carefully orchestrated the move.

Anna filed her response to the divorce at exactly the same time and the 2 documents are mirror images of each other.

They are both asking for joint custody of 5-year-old Jack. They both reserve the right to get spousal support, but it's unlikely either will ask for it.

They list July 13 as the date of separation. They issued a statement on August 6 announcing their separation.

TMZ has learned they have a prenup. We're told the property settlement agreement is almost completely worked out.

Sources connected to Chris and Anna tell TMZ the divorce is "totally amicable."

Chris is repped by attorney Lauren Petkin and Anna is repped by Laura Wasser and Samantha Klein.

Anna has clearly moved on ... she's been seriously dating cinematographer Michael Barrett for months.

Chloe Grace Moretz says a man she believes to be mentally ill is stalking her online and in person ... and she needs legal protection.

Chloe requested, and was granted, a restraining order against Terry Daniel Quick -- and in the docs she says he showed up at her house in November to confront her. On another occasion, also in November, she says he followed her and her boyfriend, Brooklyn Beckham, to a concert and a club.

She says it's particularly frightening because Quick is bragging on social media about trailing her all over town. He's posted several creepy tweets ... one of which included a picture of real blood, she claims. On some of his social media pages he refers to Chloe as his wife and the "love of his life."

In the docs, she says on November 29 Quick followed her from LAX to her home and tried to gain access.She says he actually rang her doorbell and her brother answered. Chloe's bro told him to leave, and that's when she called 911.

Police responded and arrested Quick, who told cops he was engaged to Chloe.

XXXTentacion thought he was catching a huge break in his domestic violence case, but it looks like prosecutors are shutting that door on him ... TMZ has learned.

The rapper and his attorneys submitted a document on Friday they say was signed by his ex -- the woman he allegedly beat while she was pregnant. According to the doc, obtained by TMZ, she's now refusing to cooperate with prosecutors and wants the case to go away.

It wouldn't guarantee XXX is off the hook, but it would make it more difficult to convict him.

However, Miami-Dade prosecutors are calling BS, telling the judge they doubt the ex-girlfriend really signed the doc. They also say, even IF she did, it doesn't stop them from going forward with prosecution.
