The man who broke into Rihanna's home Wednesday told cops he was there to have sex with the singer, adding his plan was not to use force to make it happen.

Eduardo Leon was tased and arrested Thursday morning after Rihanna's assistant found him inside her L.A.-area house. The 26-year-old had somehow disabled her alarm system and entered, where he stayed at least an entire day.

Cops say he made himself at home ... charging his phone and unpacking his bag.

We're told Leon broke into another home May 4 thinking it was Rihanna's ... and that's why he was arrested for stalking. He was also booked for residential burglary and trespassing.

Rihanna apparently wasn't in L.A. when Leon broke in.

Rapper Kamaiyah was arrested Friday after she defied TSA agents who demanded she take off her headgear.

Kamaiyah was traveling out of Bradley International Airport in Connecticut early Friday morning, and set off an alarm when she went through the checkpoint. TSA told her she couldn't fly without removing an article she had on her head, so it could be inspected.

Kamaiyah, best known for her 2016 hit, "How Does It Feel" ... wasn't having it and reportedly flew into a tirade. She was eventually handcuffed and escorted out of the airport. Her bond was set at $5,000.

Matt Patricia was a graduate assistant for the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute football team while he was being prosecuted for sexual assault ... but the head football coach says he was kept in the dark.

Patricia played for RPI from '92 to '95 -- but his coaching career started the very next season when he was a graduate assistant for his alma mater.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, the alleged rape occurred on March 15, 1996 and Patricia was indicted on August 14, 1996 -- the same day as RPI's opening game of the '96 season.

So, how was Patricia allowed be a part of the program while being investigated for rape?

We spoke with Matt's coach, Joe King, who told us it's a pretty simple answer ... nobody ever told him Patricia was involved in a rape case.

In fact, King says he was completely unaware about the legal proceedings until this week -- when reports surfaced in the Detroit News.

For his part, King says Patricia was a model student athlete and an all-around great guy.

"He's as high a quality individual as I've ever coached, as I've ever known. I just find it hard to believe that this happened."

Xzibit sells toxic s*** ... so claims a man who says he got real sick off the rapper's strain of THC oil.

Ignacio Lee claims in a new lawsuit he bought Brass Knuckles branded THC Concentrate Vape Cartridges in Candy Apple and Sour Diesel. Xzibit promoted the brand on his Instagram, and that's what attracted Lee to the product.

Xzibit said on his social media, "Our oil is clean." In another post he says the product is "COMPLETELY pesticide AND contaminate FREE."

Lee says he began using the brand in July 2016, and in 2017 he began experiencing fatigue, headaches, nausea, chest pains, shortness of breath, wheezing and difficulty breathing. He says he stopped using the pot in August and the symptoms went away.

According to the legal docs, obtained by TMZ, he had someone conduct an independent lab test on the product, which he says revealed detectable levels of pesticides.

Lee's suit is a class action on behalf of all the folks who smoked the strain in question.

Part of Blac Chyna's lawsuit against the Kardashians is about to get shut down by a judge, who says she can't blame the family for her reality show getting axed.

According to docs, the judge is leaning toward tossing Chyna's claim Kris Jenner and some of her daughters strong-armed E! to cancel "Rob & Chyna." The judge said the network had every right, under the contract -- which Chyna signed -- to NOT continue the series.

Chyna argued in her suit, E! had "effectively" exercised the option for season 2 when it announced it would air, and started shooting scenes. The judge says that's not enough, though, and Chyna will need something in writing to prove E! was obligated.

The neighborhood war between Justin Theroux and Norman Resnicow has now erupted into a battle royale in the entire building, because now other residents claim they were held at bay with 2 harpoons.

Theroux has been involved in a nuclear war with Resnicow for years. Two neighbors signed affidavits on Theroux's behalf, describing a confrontation with Resnicow in April. According to them, Resnicow has now declared war on them.

The fellow residents say on April 29, Resnicow confronted one of them in the lobby with what looked like 2 harpoons ... one in each hand. It appears they were actually log rollers, which look like harpoons.

According to legal docs, the residents say Resnicow physically intimidated them with the log rollers ... berating them and accusing them of perjury. Other neighbors apparently came down and tried to calm Resnicow, to no avail. The residents say they were all threatened in the lobby.

Chris Brown's friend, who's been accused of raping a woman while partying at Brown's house, says there's zero evidence of a crime ... and he's blasting Gloria Allred for going after him.

Lowell Grissom Jr. is the man Allred's anonymous client claims raped her twice during the party. The allegations are pretty graphic -- in her lawsuit, the woman says Grissom grabbed her out of a bathroom and raped her. Then later, found her in a laundry room and raped her again.

But Grissom's attorney Anthony Willoughby tells TMZ ... the matter was fully investigated, and his client's name was cleared. He says, "Lowell vehemently denies these false and defaming accusations originated last year, ending with no arrests, no proof, an inconclusive rape kit and after a police investigation -- no charges filed.

He adds, "This civil lawsuit is a blatant attempt at a money grab and to harm the reputation of my client while encouraging PR noise for Gloria Allred while she exploits this young woman for her own financial gains and public persona."

5/11 -- TMZ has learned the lawyer who handles Britney Spears' conservatorship has just been named Semel's conservator. Adam Streisand repped Terry's son in court Friday.

Terry Semel, the former Warner Bros. Chairman and Yahoo! CEO ... once one of the most powerful people in Hollywood, has been moved from his 13,000 square foot Bel-Air compound and warehoused in a 500 square foot apartment, and his son claims it's all the doing of Terry's wife.

Semel suffers from Alzheimer's and according to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Eric Semel says Jane Semel has been heartless, abusing her authority and not properly caring for his father.

Most concerning to Eric ... he says Jane has put Terry in the Motion Picture & Television Fund House, which he describes as "a retirement home intended for low-income entertainment industry members in Woodland Hills, CA."

Eric says Terry and Jane have homes in California, New York and London, and there is no reason "Mr. Semel should not be cared for and reside in a suitable, secured home that is accessible for his physical needs."

7:09 PM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, 26-year-old Eduardo Leon of Orange County was arrested for felony stalking. He's being held on $150,000 bail.

Rihanna had an overnight visitor who got his ass tased after cops were alerted to her home, and he apparently didn't get with the program ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us authorities were dispatched to RiRi's L.A.-area home Thursday morning after they were notified of a potential intruder on suspicion that her alarm had been tampered with. Once officers arrived, they came upon a man who appeared to have stayed the night.

We're told cops ordered the man to come outside, and he did ... but had to be tased while being detained. It's unclear what exactly led to the tasing.

The good news ... Rihanna was not home during the alleged break-in. No word on if anything was taken, or how the man might've gotten inside. Law enforcement tells us he'll be booked for residential burglary and trespassing.

We've reached out to Rihanna's team for comment ... so far, no word back.

Michael Irvin says if Matt Patricia is telling the truth ... there's NOTHING in the world worse than being falsely accused of rape.

Irvin would know ... he was accused of sexually assaulting a 27-year-old woman in Florida hotel back in 2017. Irvin adamantly denied the allegations and prosecutors ultimately dropped the case.

Now, with Patricia denying all wrongdoing in his 1996 sexual assault case -- we asked Irvin for his thoughts.

"It's the worst thing in the world to have to go through when you are falsely accused of anything," Irvin said.

Meek Mill is back behind bars ... is what the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania would have you thinking if you eyed its online records. He's not locked up, and there's actually some good news for Meek.

An alert went out early Thursday morning to people signed up for VINELink, an inmate notification system. It said Robert Rihmeek Williams was in Chester State Prison as of 4 AM.

We double checked the inmate records at the facility, and sure enough ... it still shows Meek is there, and the reason is kinda funny. The PA Dept. of Corrections tells TMZ ... this is all about getting Meek paid!

We're told the "full release process includes the processing of Mill's final paycheck." Meek's name will remain in the system until he gets that check. VINELink alerting his name appears to be an electronic error.

As for that final check ... we're told Meek's got $15.12 coming to him, plus $644.90 that was deposited in his inmate account by family and friends. Total windfall ... if he wasn't already a super-rich and successful rapper.

If ya needed more proof Meek's still free -- he was on ESPN Thursday morning with Stephen A. Smith. Oddly, they did NOT discuss his pending payday.

Pamela Anderson's throwing a Hail Mary to Kanye West to help her friend, Julian Assange -- who she claims is being tortured.

The former "Baywatch" star

, which TMZ obtained, to the rapper asking what he thinks about the WikiLeaks founder, saying ... "I support him and I know you value Free Speech." She says Assange -- who's claimed political asylum at London's Ecuadorian Embassy -- is in grave danger "for exposing corruption in governments" and thinks people are trying to kill him.

She also says he's been cut off from phone calls, internet and all visitors -- including her, but she has a plan that could set him free.

Pam believes Assange just needs more people to see his side of things and understand his genius ... and Kanye could be the guy to drum up public support.

She writes to Ye -- "I've always supported your 'no filter' - you speak your mind. And you make an impact. I'm sure a lot of people feel like you - They just are stuck in what society says is OK to say."

Pam's encouraging Kanye to research Assange because she thinks he'd admire him.

Detroit Lions head coach Matt Patricia says he's had to live with the "mental torture" of being falsely accused of rape 22 years ago ... but insists, "I was innocent then and I'm innocent now."

The background ... Patricia and a college football teammate were accused of raping a 21-year-old woman in 1996 during a spring break trip to South Padre Island, off the coast of Texas.

He was indicted, but the case was eventually dismissed.

Patricia just addressed the media about the case -- and stated over and over again that he was NOT convicted of a crime.

"There were claims made about me that never happened," Patricia said.

He noted it was "unfair and upsetting" that someone would bring this case back up more than 20 years after it was dismissed.

Patricia says he did not volunteer information about the case to the Lions during the interview process for the head coaching job -- but has never lied about the case when asked about it.

Patricia's position is clear ... since he wasn't convicted of a crime, he felt no obligation to disclose that he was falsely accused of anything.

As far as his job status, "I'm 100% the head coach of the Detroit Lions."

5/10 -- Allred tells TMZ, Geragos and Brown were no-shows at the mediation. She says the mediator, a retired judge, spent hours interviewing her client and says he found her "highly credible." Allred adds, since Geragos never showed, she never demanded $17 million or any amount for that matter. And she says, "Be prepared Mark. We have our evidence and all that you appear to have is a statement that you and I mediated which is completely false."

Mark Geragos says he told Gloria Allred to pound sand after she demanded $17m for the woman who claims she was raped at Chris Brown's house, adding the lawsuit against Chris is a shameless money grab.

Geragos tells TMZ, cops determined the woman's claim -- that she was plied with drugs and alcohol and then raped twice by a man and forced to perform oral sex on a woman who was menstruating -- is BS.

Geragos also says he and Allred secretly mediated the case already and he says it proved the claims were false.

The famed lawyer says he'll appear Thursday on "TMZ Live" and get into specifics of what happened at Chris' house on the night in question.

DJ Mustard pocketed a cool $50k but never showed up to the Australian festival that hired him ... so claims the company suing him to get its money back.

Dijon McFarlane -- aka DJ Mustard, the famed producer behind some of hip-hop's sickest beats -- is being sued by Noque Touring, which claims it hired Mustard to perform at Jumanji Festival back in March.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Noque says it wired Mustard his fee and arranged for airfare, hotel and transportation -- but he was a no-show. According to the suit, on the day he was supposed to perform, Mustard tweeted, "the business behind this show wasn't handled properly in time for me to make it there."

3:00 PM PT -- We're told LAPD investigated after the woman's report, but could not determine if the sex was consensual or forced.

Chris Brown was just sued by a woman who claims she was raped at his house by one of his friends, and forced to perform oral on another woman who was menstruating.

The alleged victim is suing as a Jane Doe, and claims she was invited to a party at CB's house in February 2017 where he supplied cocaine, molly and weed ... during what sounds like a scene from "Caligula."

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Doe says an unnamed female friend of Chris' forced her and a few other women into a bedroom, and blocked the door with a couch. She says her phone had been taken away earlier in the night, and Brown's friend forced women to hook up with Chris and another man, named Lowell Grissom.

Doe, who's hired Gloria Allred, says she tried to leave, but Chris' female friend grabbed her by the throat and forced her to perform oral sex on Grissom. Doe says the female friend then pushed her down on the bed and "literally sat on [her] face, using her legs to pin [her] down while forcing [her] to perform oral sex on her."

To make matters worse, Doe says the woman was menstruating. Doe says she went to the restroom and saw her face covered in blood. She says while she was showering, Grissom entered the restroom and she tried to leave, but he pushed her on the bed and raped her.

During a news conference Wednesday, Allred said this was "one of the most horrific sexual assault cases" she has ever seen.

According to the suit, Grissom later held her against a washing machine, and raped her again. She says she went to a rape treatment center and reported it to police.
