AOC Trump Clearly Broke the Law ... Giuliani Says Nah

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez believes the case for impeaching Donald Trump has been mounting for awhile, but with the latest developments ... kicking his ass out of office is a no-brainer.
The Congresswoman was out on Capitol Hill Tuesday after word got out that Nancy Pelosi launched a formal impeachment inquiry of the President, and she broke down for us why the case against POTUS is so serious this time around.
AOC says Trump abused his power and used foreign relations to try to influence the upcoming election -- a clear violation of the law -- and even admitted to it. In fact, a transcript of the call between Trump and the Ukranian President was just released, and Trump clearly asks the President to lean on the Ukranian Attorney General for dirt.
She calls his actions a betrayal of the American people, and suggests no matter how hard the Prez tries ... there's no talking his way out of this one.
Ex-Eagles Star Hollis Thomas Fired from Philly Radio Gig Suggests Racial Discrimination

Ex-Philadelphia Eagles star Hollis Thomas says his firing from his gig on a Philly sports radio station may have been racially motivated ... and a lawsuit is at least crossing his mind.
The 45-year-old former defensive tackle (who spent 10 seasons with the Eagles) made regular appearances on 94.1WIP -- until recently. Many wondered what happened -- and on Tuesday he went on Josh Innes' podcast to explain.
Long story short ... Hollis says he caught flack from WIP for appearing on Green Legion Radio, which WIP considers to be a competitor.
Thomas also says the station was upset because he didn't make a scheduled promotional appearance for the station ... but Hollis says the station didn't give him the details about the appearance until he was already booked to do something else.
Thomas says he was a part-time employee and felt he was allowed to take side gigs for extra money.
"Don't act like you all-in on Hollis Thomas. Because if you're not all-in with me, I'm not all-in with you."
Thomas also suggested a racial component to his firing.
"I could sue for discrimination because I am the only black guy up there .. and it looks real bad when you single out the one black guy who's just trying to make a little bit of cheese."
Innes, who is white, told Thomas not to sue because it would be a bad look for him. Thomas didn't completely dismiss the idea.
We reached out to WIP for comment. So far, no word back.

We got Aaron running errands near his home in Lancaster, CA and he told us he's done with his family after getting hit with restraining orders from brother Nick and sister Angel ... and he's also done with his guns.
Aaron tells us he's officially sold his firearms -- remember, he had at least two assault rifles, a pistol and a shotgun -- and the singer shows us the paperwork as proof. Dude means business.

Tekashi 6ix9ine's story has captured the attention of Snapchat, which has agreed to air a docuseries about the dude ... and it's supposed to be hitting your phone any day now.
Snap's launching their first documentary-style franchise called "VS The World" and T69 will kick off the first season.
It is being produced by Complex -- following his sudden skyrocket to fame in 2017, and his eventual crumbling in 2018 ... when he got arrested, indicted on RICO charges and incarcerated as a result.
The interesting thing here ... the Tekashi saga is obviously still playing out. Remember, the guy just testified for days against his old Nine Trey Blood crew members ... spilling a lot of alleged deets about them and others too.
'Making a Murderer' New 'Confession' in Doubt By DOJ ... Director Gives Full Context
-
Exclusive Details
A prisoner doing time for another murder is now confessing to the crime "Making a Murderer" subject Steven Avery is in prison for -- but the feds have serious doubts, and probably for good reason.
Filmmaker Shawn Rech -- who's directing a new documentary about Avery called "Convicting a Murderer" -- made news Tuesday when he told an outlet he'd secured a confession to the murder of Teresa Halbach from a different Wisconsin man, not Avery.
Shawn says the convict is imprisoned for a separate murder -- but if his confession is legit it would be major news for Avery, who's always maintained his innocence.
Before Avery starts jumping for joy, though ... we spoke to Shawn ourselves, and the full context makes the alleged confession seem a little dubious, and the DOJ in Wisconsin sees it the same way.
'Joker' Won't Play at Site of Aurora Shooting ... Warner Bros., Victim's Father Responds

2:19 PM PT -- Mike Senecal -- the father of Katherine Senecal, who was a victim of the 2012 shooting and helped save her friend who was shot -- tells TMZ ... his daughter would not have echoed the sentiments of the letter sent to Warner Bros.
He says Katie would have been able to separate the movie from real life, and Mike believes those who can't are part of the problem. He adds that violent people exist regardless of whether "Joker" comes out, and people who have issues with the film don't have to see it.
Mike says he plans to see the movie and thinks his daughter would have too. Sadly, Katie died last year by suicide. He says she struggled with mental health issues before the shooting, and she recognized the biggest epidemic in this country is a lack of mental health care ... not movies.
1:06 PM PT -- Warner Bros. has responded to the letter, saying it recognizes gun violence is a critical issue and is taking steps to "address this epidemic."
The company adds ... "At the same time, Warner Bros. believes that one of the functions of storytelling it to provoke difficult conversations around complex issues." WB says "Joker" is not an endorsement of real-world violence ... and the character is not meant to be a hero.
Joaquin Phoenix's performance as the Joker in Todd Phillips' dark take on the Batman villain is getting huge buzz, but at least one theater in Aurora, Colorado won't be showing the film ... the venue where the 2012 mass shooting occurred.
The Century Aurora and XD is the remodeled site where James Holmes -- armed with an assault rifle and other guns and wearing full body armor -- attacked moviegoers at a screening of "The Dark Knight Rises," killing 12 and injuring 70.
Holmes became linked to the Joker because of his bright orange hair and reports he called himself that when he was arrested ... though those reports turned out to be false.
The theater reportedly will not be showing "Joker" -- there are currently no showtimes listed and a theater employee tells The Hollywood Reporter no advance ticket purchases are available because the multiplex won't be showing the film.
It's unclear if this is out of respect, or fear of a copycat incident.
Either way, the decision to pass on "Joker" comes as family members of the Aurora shooting victims are expressing concerns about Phoenix's portrayal of Arthur Fleck, who becomes the Joker, and the violence that laces the film ... asking Warner Bros. to join the corporate leaders who understand "they have a social responsibility to keep us all safe."
Sexy Mister Rogers Costume No Big Deal for His Own Family ... Despite Model Backlash
-
Exclusive
- 1.5K shares
9:14 AM PT -- Guess what ... all the hubbub about the Sexy Mister Rogers costume might've pissed off a ton of people, but it didn't bother the group of people who might matter most -- the guy's own family.
The late Fred Rogers' son, John, tells TMZ ... his dad probably wouldn't have been upset or outraged at the costume, which he calls "silly" and "ridiculous." He says he thinks it's strange that someone would wanna dress as that for Halloween -- as the costume doesn't even slightly reflect Fred's real-life work and legacy -- but adds the Rogers' have a good sense of humor, and if dad was alive ... he'd get a chuckle out of it.
There you have it, folks ... Sexy Mister Rogers is literally no big deal.
The model turning Mister Rogers into a Halloween hottie with a new costume says the icon's hometown is pissed she sexed up his trademark look, but she insists Fred really was sexy ... in his own way.
Dessie Mitcheson -- who posed in the Nicest Neighbor Costume for online retailer Yandy -- tells us she's been hearing an earful from folks in Pittsburgh, which is near where both she and Fred were raised.
No passes for the hometown girl, though ... she says some folks have made it clear she's not welcome back after all the outrage from people there. Dessie admits she knew there'd be some type of reaction from the costume, but says she was NOT expecting this amount of backlash right off the bat.
Then comes an interesting question from our photog ... is Mister Rogers actually a sex symbol? Or is the guy just too family-friendly to raise the issue? Dessie's addressing it head-on and says everyone's who's pissed is forgetting the sexiest thing about Fred.
That being said, the costume comes with hand puppets and whatnot -- so yeah -- it gets kinda weird.

The Washington Redskins could definitely use some help in the WR department ... but Joe Theismann is warning his former team -- STAY AWAY FROM ANTONIO BROWN!!!
"I don't care who you need. I don't care what you need ... the answer would not come up 'Antonio Brown,'" Theismann told TMZ Sports.
"You can give me multiple choice on anyone you want, the one that would not come up would be 'Antonio Brown.'"
For his part, AB has said that he's done with the NFL ... and has re-enrolled in online classes at Central Michigan to kill the time.
Theismann says Brown does "unbelievable" things on the field ... but it's just not worth the baggage that comes with it.
"I wouldn't want to be on a team with him," Theismann tells us. "A lot of questions that I would be asked during the course of the week would be about him. It becomes a distraction to be perfectly honest with you."
"There's so much that's going on around his life that it just makes it really tough to say 'I just want to go to work every day and worry about myself.'"
We also ask Theismann about Washington's chances at making the playoffs ... and he is extremely optimistic.
Hey ... someone's gotta be.

UFC's Jeremy Stephens Yair Rodriguez Mocked Eye Injury ... Before Post-Fight Scrap
UFC fighter Jeremy Stephens says he got into a physical altercation with Yair Rodriguez the day after an eye-poke ended their main event ... all because Yair was talking trash.
By now, you probably know Saturday's main event was called off seconds after the opening bell when Yair accidentally struck Stephens in the eye with an open hand. The fight was officially ruled a no-contest. Sucks.
Stephens says he saw Rodriguez at the hotel in Mexico the next day ... and Yair was running his mouth about the eye injury while Stephens was hanging with his wife.
"If you're gonna come talk to me and talk sh*t, this is the street! It's a lot different. He's lucky I didn't break his jaw."
Stephens tells us his eye has been checked out by a doctor and expects to be cleared to fight soon ... and he'll be hitting up Dana White ASAP to get a rematch on the books.
"Let's run it back, baby" ... "I know how to beat you. I will beat you."
So, Jeremy says he got in Yair's face and shoved the guy ... essentially warning him to shut his mouth or else.

Antonio Brown Artist Accuser Claims AB Had Sex While She Painted In Same Room
-
Exclusive Details
- 5.7K shares
Another allegation of sexual misconduct has come up against Antonio Brown ... this time, the artist who was hired to paint a mural in his home says AB had sex with another woman in front of her while she worked.
The artist, who has not gone public with her identity, was previously featured in a Sports Illustrated article about Brown, in which she claimed the WR got naked and hit on her while she was working at his home in 2017.
In the article, the woman says she declined his advances and felt he was being completely inappropriate ... but never went to cops or took any legal action against him.
After she went public, Brown allegedly sent her a series of menacing text messages as part of a group chat ... instructing associates to look into her personal life. AB included a photo of the artist's children, which she took as a clear threat.
In fact, the artist's attorney, Lisa J. Banks, sent a letter to the NFL saying her client is "understandably frightened by these text messages, which are clearly intended to threaten and intimidate her."
In the letter, Banks rehashes the initial sexual misconduct allegation featured in the SI article ... but then drops this additional allegation.
"What is not detailed in the story is that Mr. Brown engaged in other forms of sexual misconduct during the two days that she worked in his home, which included Mr. Brown having sex with another woman while the artist was working in the same room."
The NFL immediately launched an investigation into Brown -- who was cut the by the New England Patriots a short time later.
For his part, Brown's attorney has denied the artist's allegations.

Prince Harry & Meghan Markle Committed to Commercial ... Take 12-Hour Red-Eye with Archie!!!
12:42 PM PT -- Is it possible baby Archie is wearing a royal hand-me-down?!? Looks like Prince Harry wore a very similar beanie when he was just a kiddo back on New Year's Day as Princess Diana exited a plane. One thing's for sure ... the beanie's still in style!!!
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are making certain no one can call them the Duke and Duchess of Hypocrisy -- they flew commercial for a grueling trip WITH their 4-month-old baby.
Don't get us wrong ... the royal couple still got the royal treatment Monday morning after landing in Cape Town, South Africa.
A team of security guards and airport staff led them away from their British Airways flight. The fam was looking pretty weary on the tarmac as Meghan cradled baby Archie ... who was rocking a stylish beanie, btw.
The 11-and-a-half hour, nonstop flight from London ain't easy for normal travelers, and when ya add baby Archie to the mix ... ya gotta say Harry's doing his best to flip public opinion.
Meg and Harry caught a rash of crap for jacking up their carbon footprint on a gas-guzzling private jet to visit Elton John in France last month. Although, Harry said afterward sometimes it will be necessary to fly private for the safety of his family, this now the 2nd time he's been spotted on a commercial flight since then.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and Archie, are kicking off a 10-day tour of the former British colony.
They're already hitting it off with the locals by dancing with some of their greeters in Cape Town.
Well, perhaps wisely, Harry let Meghan do most of the dancing.

Andy Dick Accused of Uber Sexual Battery ... Arrest Warrant Issued
-

There's an active warrant out for Andy Dick's arrest after a bizarre Uber ride where he allegedly groped his driver.
Our law enforcement sources tell us ... Andy was riding in the Uber back in April 2018 when -- according to the driver -- Andy reached over and grabbed his crotch.
It's unclear what led up to the incident, but the driver didn't take it lightly ... and went to the L.A. County Sheriff to file a report. Cops completed their investigation, and the D.A.'s office decided to charge Andy with misdemeanor sexual battery.
Our sources say the arrest warrant was issued back in March, but the actor hasn't been nabbed yet. We're told the warrant remains active.
It's not the first time the comedian's faced such a charge. We broke the story ... back in July 2018, the L.A. City Attorney slapped Andy with a misdemeanor sexual battery for allegedly groping a stranger -- that time it was someone on the street.
We've reached out to Andy's rep. He had no comment.

Dennis Rodman says Antonio Brown is a case study on self-sabotage ... telling TMZ Sports the guy basically ran a clinic, "The school of how to ruin your career 101."
Rodman was leaving the Javits Center in L.A. on Sunday with his good friend, Dr. Drew -- when the topic turned to AB's social meltdown over the weekend.
As we previously reported, the troubled WR let his Twitter fingers loose ... saying he's done playing in the NFL while taking shots at his former boss, New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft.
Even Rodman was shocked by AB's antics ... and that's saying A LOT. He tried to break it down to us.
"Antonio Brown ... he wasn't focusing enough on his career."
Rodman says Brown tried to be clever but "outsmarted himself" and now HAS to quit the NFL because he basically "has no choice right now."
That said, you can tell Rodman and Dr. Drew hope Brown can get his life back on track -- with Rodman noting, "We all make mistakes."

11:54 AM PT -- Antonio Brown just lost his name and became "CLOWNTONIO 6ix9ine" ... in HOF tight end Shannon Sharpe's eyes, anyway.
CLOWNTONIO 6ix9ine out here dry snitching on everyone. 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️ pic.twitter.com/hnehnVCNBF
— shannon sharpe (@ShannonSharpe) September 22, 2019 @ShannonSharpe
The former NFL star and current FS1 broadcaster was among the many people who got mentioned in AB's Twitter tirade Sunday. As far as SS, Antonio tried roping him in by mentioning a years-old allegation of sexual assault -- when he was working for CBS. In a since-deleted tweet, AB wrote ... "Shannon Sharp the funny guy on tv still after this," adding a screenshot of a 2010 article detailing the situation.
I’m getting my mind right for #Emmys2019 #redcarpet which I’m co hosting with @KellyOsbourne and @JennyMcCarthy. Ether coming tomorrow. https://t.co/DkjL5tfx5I
— shannon sharpe (@ShannonSharpe) September 22, 2019 @ShannonSharpe
Shannon has been tough on AB over the past few weeks on 'UNDISPUTED,' and after Sunday's online shot ... he promised he'll be bringing the "ether" for Monday's show.
Antonio Brown says he's quitting the NFL because the league is corrupt and has screwed him out of millions of dollars.
Brown just tweeted up a storm, saying, among other things, "Will not be playing in the @NFL anymore these owners can cancel deals do whatever they want at anytime we will see if the @NFLPA hold them accountable sad they can just void guarantees anytime going on 40m 2 months will see if they pay up!"
What he's saying ... the Patriots signed him to a $15 mil deal with a $9 mil guaranteed signing bonus. But, here's the catch. The $9 mil was reportedly spread out over the season, and he was cut after just one week, and he's not gonna see most of that cash.
But, Brown went further and took aim at the Patriots' owner, Robert Kraft, firing this shot ... "Kraft got caught in the parlor AB speculations fired different strokes folks clearly." In other words, he's saying there's a double standard for him and the NFL bigwigs. Brown saying Kraft was charged with a crime and he was not, and the NFL hasn't punished Kraft.
He's also pissed because the NFL is investigating, and while that probe continues, he's poison to every team in the league.

Tommy Chong Banning Vapes Will Make it Worse ... Weed is the Best Solution!!!

Tommy Chong says banning flavored vapes is a fool's errand, and the proper response to the recent spate of deaths has been right in front of us the whole time ... marijuana!!!
We got Tommy at the Daytime Beauty Awards in Los Angeles and asked about the federal government's potential crackdown on vaping -- and the avowed pothead said a ban won't do anything to curb use.
Tommy says bans just make things worse, equating the vape ban to the war on drugs. He says once drugs and vapes are forced to the black market, they actually become easier to buy.
The "Cheech & Chong" star also isn't buying the rationale for a ban. He questions why politicians are rushing to ban vapes -- after less than 10 deaths -- while refusing to address gun violence.
Tommy offers some simpler solutions and tells us why smoking weed is much better for your health than using e-cigarettes. Hint: It's all about your intake.

Antonio Brown Sad State of Affairs ... Back in Miami Post-Firing
Antonio Brown is back home after a turbulent past few weeks and an effective firing from the New England Patriots -- and he doesn't look too happy about it
The embattled wide receiver was seen exiting his private jet Saturday as he touched down in Miami -- where he owns a home. As he walked the runway, AB had an incredibly pained look on his face ... which is understandable after everything that's happened.
BTW, he was wearing Supreme gear here up top -- not Nike, which just dropped him this past week amid the mounting allegations. He also carried a Louis Vuitton briefcase.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
While he looked pretty down in the dumps when he got back to Miami, AB was trying to put on a brave paid face before leaving the airport in New England ... posting a photo of himself sitting on top of a Rolls-Royce with the caption, "The Journey #Iknowimspecial #Whytheyplaying." Looks like he snuck in some Nike after all in his footwear.
As we reported ... Antonio was released by the Patriots Friday after a whirlwind of bad news for him, including a lawsuit alleging rape and sexual assault ... a Sports Illustrated story detailing more alleged sexual and behavioral misconduct ... as well as a reported attempt to contact one of his accusers with menacing texts.
Despite one good outing, it looks like the Pats had seen enough ... cutting him loose before Sunday's game against the Jets. AB's an unrestricted free agent now, and the NFL is still investigating the claims against him, not having come to a conclusion yet.
As for Antonio ... it appears he's still carrying on with the boomin' biz mentality -- despite losing out on millions of guaranteed dollars. Don't tell him that though.
