THERE'S NO QUESTION

Victor Cruz says the NY Giants' draft decision is "easy as pie" ... telling TMZ Sports there's only one name they should call with the 2nd pick -- Saquon Barkley!!

We spoke with the ex-G-Men star about which NFL prospect he thinks will be the best fit in the Big Apple ... and he says despite the QB-heavy draft class, NY's gotta go with the Penn State superstar.

Cruz says Eli Manning's earned the right to ride off into the sunset on his own terms, so there's no need to pick up his replacement just yet.

Eric Dickerson Suh to Rams: Fearsome Foursome All Over Again!!

Published | Updated

If Ndamukong Suh signs with the Rams, L.A. could rival one of the most-feared defensive lines in NFL history ... this according to Hall of Famer Eric Dickerson.

TMZ Sports spoke with E.D. about the team's current recruitment of the 5-time Pro Bowler ... and he says adding Suh to an already-stacked d-line would be a "great fit" for the Rams.

FYI -- the Rams have orchestrated what are considered some of the most dominant defensive lines in the history of the game ... helping lead L.A. to 7-straight division titles in the '70s.

Dickerson says adding Suh to a line with Aaron Donald and Michael Brockers can return the Rams to the days of Jack Youngblood and Merlin Olsen.

E.D. says the Rams need to jump on Suh ASAP 'cause he knows the All-Pro tackle is a hot item this off-season ... but remains confident he'll end up in La La Land.

"When UNC is out of it, my alma mater, it's like, 'Anybody but Duke.' So, I'm good right now," Kenny told TMZ Sports. "Anybody but Duke -- that's my motto."

You'd think Kenny would be more upset that his Tar Heels got bounced in the 2nd round ... but seems like Duke getting squeezed was just as sweet for The Jet.

In fact, Kenny was pumped to talk hoops about the teams that did make the Final 4. He goes deep on Loyola-Chicago and Sister Jean ... and tells us which team outta the 4 will be left standing.

Jared Kushner Brother Broke from Fam Marched in Gun Control Rally

Published | Updated

Ivanka Trump's brother-in-law broke ranks in a big way by participating in Saturday's March for Our Lives rally.

Joshua Kushner -- Jared Kushner's younger brother -- showed up to the rally Saturday at the nation's capitol and joined the hundreds of thousands advocating for gun control. There was a noticeable -- and predictable -- White House absence at the rally.

But, Joshua didn't simply just take part in the march. He reportedly donated $50k to the rally earlier this month. Joshua, who attended the rally with his longtime gf, Karlie Kloss -- posted on Instagram and simply captioned it with, #marchforourlives.

Joshua's no stranger to going the complete opposite against his big bro. He also attended the Women's March in January 2017. He's also been a life-long Democrat ... so no surprise he's not a Donald Trump fan.

I CAN STILL SEE HIS FACE

Stormy Daniels says she and her then-infant daughter were threatened by a strange man who told her to shut her mouth over the story of her alleged affair with Donald Trump.

Daniels sat down with Anderson Cooper on "60 Minutes" and chronicled what she says was a sexual encounter with Trump in 2006 that ultimately resulted in threats and hush money.

Stormy says that after she sat down and dished about Trump with In Touch magazine in 2011, she was approached by a man in a Las Vegas parking lot, whom she says told her to "Leave Trump alone. Forget the story." She also claims he then looked at her daughter and said ... "That's a beautiful little girl. It'd be a shame if something happened to her mom."

She goes on to claim the guy ghosted after that, and she never saw him again. Anderson asks if Stormy took that as a threat, and she says ... "Absolutely." Stormy says she was "rattled" by the alleged encounter, adding that she never went to police over it out of fear.

Stormy also claims she never got paid for her In Touch interview, saying the magazine buried it after Trump's personal attorney, Michael Cohen, threatened to sue over its publication.

Stormy Daniels on '60 Minutes' I Spanked Trump And Banged Him After

Published | Updated

Stormy Daniels claims she softened up Donald Trump during their second meeting by spanking him ... and then banging him.

The porn star made the explosive allegation Sunday on "60 Minutes" with Anderson Cooper while describing her alleged sexual encounter with the President. She says she met him at his hotel suite for dinner in '06, where she claims she spanked him with his own magazine.

Stormy claims the spanking was all in good fun, and it actually opened Trump up in conversation. She says he then pitched the idea of casting her in "Celebrity Apprentice" over dinner, and that they had consensual sex afterward ... allegedly without a condom.

She makes a point to say she's not a victim, and that her story isn't a #MeToo moment. Stormy also claims Trump brushed off talk of his wife, Melania Trump -- who'd just given birth to Barron -- by saying they stayed in separate rooms, and not to worry about her.

As we reported ... Stormy also claims she was threatened over the story of her alleged affair with Trump, saying a man told her to "leave Trump alone" and to "forget the story."

Rick Santorum on MFOL Forget Protesting, Kids Help Yourselves by Learning CPR!

Published | Updated

Rick Santorum says students who were protesting for gun control this weekend should look inward to help to solve mass shootings ... by learning CPR instead of taking to the streets.

You heard right. Santorum -- a former Republican U.S. senator -- gave his controversial hot take Sunday on CNN's "State of the Union," where he actually said student survivors should stop asking law makers to solve the gun crisis, and simply help themselves ... literally.

He suggested students oughta learn how to properly respond to real-life threats in the moment rather than doing a big song and dance for new gun laws, like the March for Our Lives rally Saturday. He also criticized Hollywood elites who helped organize the event.

Santorum was immediately met with pushback from the host running the panel, but we're not even sure if she understood exactly what he'd just said. We hardly believe it ourselves.

DJ Paul Sorry Marchers ... We Gotta Have Guns for Protection

STILL GOT A WAR TO FIGHT

DJ Paul has a very dark and scary vision of our future, which is why he says we need guns ... including assault rifles.

We got the Memphis rapper at LAX Saturday and asked him about gun control, the hot-button issue of the day with March for Our Lives events happening all over the country. He says the best approach is a slogan he saw on a college dorm room sticker ... which is anti-idiot, not anti-gun.

DJ Paul tells us we do need to do a better job keeping guns out of the wrong hands, but banning them is a bad idea ... because he thinks we're heading toward imminent war.

He's basing this off an episode of "20/20" he saw 11 years ago in which a man predicted America would be too poor to afford homeland security in 20 years. That means we're 9 years away from dystopia ... and the Three 6 Mafia founder thinks we'll need all the guns we can get for protection.

He's dead serious, too.

Johnny Manziel Speaks Out on Kaepernick Comparisons

Published | Updated

Johnny Manziel's had it with the controversy over his quest to return to the NFL being compared to Colin Kaepernick's situation, and he's speaking out in favor of Kaep ... and himself.

The former Browns QB says he's tired of the anger people have expressed because he's being looked at by NFL scouts while Kaep continues to get the cold shoulder ... because he's just trying to turn his life around.

However, Manziel heaps praise on Kaep, saying the former Niners QB is doing amazing things and changing lives, adding ... "His impact off the field from a societal standpoint is legendary and straight admirable."

Johnny says he agrees with what many in the sports world believe -- Colin's not in the league for reasons that aren't related to football ... but lays out several reasons why he should be.

"The guy took a team to the Super Bowl and continuously wreaked havoc on the NFC West and the league."

Manziel believes Kaepernick has a lot left in the tank, but his point is this -- he can't speak for what Kaepernick wants to do with his career ... he can only focus on his own comeback.

And that's what he says he's going to do.

Donald Trump Wants Transgender People Banned from Military

Published | Updated

Donald Trump is making moves to ban transgender people from the military ... backing up a pledge he made last summer on Twitter.

The President issued an order Friday to ban transgender troops ... except for under limited circumstances. Trump filed the paperwork in Seattle, and it states ... "persons with a history or diagnosis of gender dysphoria – including individuals who the policies state may require substantial medical treatment, including medications and surgery – are disqualified from military service except under limited circumstances.”

The memo does allow for some leeway in implementing the policy.

As you may recall, Trump ordered the Dept. of Defense to prevent openly transgender people from serving in August 2017 ... about a month after his tweet -- which seemingly came out of nowhere -- declaring transgender people were no longer allowed to serve in the military.

Several federal courts blocked the President's initial order ... but it appears he's trying again.

Canelo Alvarez Claps Back at 'Little Bitch' GGG ... After Steroids Accusation

Published | Updated

Canelo Alvarez is pissed GGG publicly blasted him as a longtime steroids user -- and the Mexican boxing star is firing back with some good ol' fashioned American trash talk.

"I'm gonna kick your f**king ass ... little bitch," Canelo wrote on social media.

Alvarez ain't just talking ... he's also showing Gennady Golovkin how he plans to do it with some lightning-fast shadow boxing!!

FYI, GGG destroyed Canelo in an interview on Wednesday ... calling his tainted beef excuse a bunch of BS -- "It’s not Mexican meat. Canelo is cheating. They’re using these drugs, and everybody is just trying to pretend it’s not happening."

Gennady also claimed he knew Canelo was juicing before their first fight ... and called his promoter, Oscar De La Hoya, "dirty," too.

John Kasich I'm a Big Sam Darnold Fan But IDK If Browns Pick Him

Published | Updated

It's a good thing John Kasich ain't gonna be in the Browns' war room at the draft next month ... 'cause as much as he loves Sam Darnold, the Ohio Gov. says he has no clue if he's the guy for Cleveland.

TMZ Sports spoke with Kasich -- our unofficial Ohio sports analyst -- about who the Browns should take with the No. 1 overall pick ... and he says the experts have him 2nd-guessing his love for the USC star.

BTW -- Darnold CRUSHED his pro day (in the rain!!) on Wednesday ... and now there's buzz he's a lock for the top pick.

But not for Kasich ... he breaks down his conundrum, but tells us one pick he DID actually get right.

John Cena WWE Could Have a Transgender Wrestler ... with the Right Story

Published | Updated

John Cena says the WWE doesn't discriminate if you got chops in the ring and on the mic ... so if the right transgender wrestler were to come through, he'd be all for it.

We got on the topic by asking Cena about intergender matches -- which have become more of a thing lately with the Mixed Match Challenge ... and Ronda Rousey tossin' Triple H through a damn table!!

Since the 16-time world champ was down with it, we asked if a transgender competitor could be next -- and John didn't bat an eye.

"I'm a storyteller, my friend -- and that's what we do in WWE," Cena told TMZ Sports leaving Mastro's in L.A. "It's not segregated to sex, race, creed, religion, any of that -- so as long as the story's good, it belongs in WWE."

FYI, JC's still the #1 guy in WWE right now ... so this is a big deal.

Impact Wrestling's Tyrus Need Armed Guards & Metal Detectors To Stop School Shootings

Published | Updated

Impact Wrestling star Tyrus says he knows exactly how to STOP SCHOOL SHOOTINGS ... put up walls, install metal detectors, and station armed security outside entrances.

TMZ Sports talked to Tyrus -- who's also a contributor on FOX News -- after the latest act of violence at a Maryland high school.

FYI -- "The Fixer" knows a thing or two about protecting people ... he used to be Snoop Dogg's bodyguard.

Tyrus' plan to stop the killings in schools? Walls, guards with guns, and metal detectors ... not teachers with handguns.

"We need walls around the schools. We need to protect our schools. You can't get 10 feet within our school unless you're supposed to be there."

"And if you're bringing a backpack in and it's not a clear backpack, you gotta get searched. That's the world we live in right now."

For anyone who thinks that's an overreaction ... Tyrus has a message for you.

"F**k you."

Isaiah Washington Shonda Rhimes Agrees with Me ... Racism at ABC Got Me Booted off 'Grey's'!!!

Published | Updated

Isaiah Washington insists he was ousted from "Grey's Anatomy" in 2007 over false accusations fueled by an allegedly racist ABC exec ... and he says Shonda Rhimes knows it too, and has his back.

The actor tells us Shonda -- creator and exec producer of 'Grey's' -- has "nothing good to say" about ABC or its exec VP, Howard Davine. He also says Shonda believes Davine should be investigated for his "racist, biased behavior."

What Isaiah's suggesting is pretty explosive. First, that the stories about him making homophobic comments on the 'Grey's' set were lies to get him blackballed in Hollywood. Second, Shonda, the queen of TGIT, taking a stand against ABC says a lot.

She's the network's biggest content creator, and if she's calling out one of its execs ... y'know she's pissed.

Isaiah says a whistleblower tipped him off to Davine's alleged actions, and now he's hoping the Time's Up movement or others get on board with his fight.

We've reached out to Shonda's office several times, but so far no word back.

NY Congressman to Cynthia Nixon Stick to Politics in the City, Not State

Published | Updated

A New York congressman says Cynthia Nixon's jumping into the deep end of politics by running for Governor in their home state ... and thinks she needs some floatie lessons first.

We got U.S. Representative Gregory Meeks of NY's 5th congressional district on Capitol Hill Tuesday, and asked him to weigh in on Nixon's candidacy for the Governorship.

Safe to say, he's no fan -- explaining that Nixon's in way over her head by trying to go straight to the top of New York government, and might be better served running for a local office first.

Our question ... is he against the principle of celebs running for a high office -- as he indicates by comparing her potential win to Trump's "disaster" presidency -- or is he merely a staunch supporter of incumbent Gov. Andrew Cuomo -- Cynthia's opponent?

Whatever the case ... Meeks seems to have a message for the real-life Miranda Hobbes ... drop out.
