7:23 AM PT -- Christeline also filed for a restraining order against Dimitri's wife, Ashley Snowden. In docs, obtained by TMZ, Christeline claims back in January Ashley "shoved me to prevent me from leaving the home my husband and I shared with her."
She also claimed Ashley threw a bottle at her and was verbally abusive. Christeline added, "My children are scared of her due to her yelling at them and the violence in the home between her and my husband and me and her.”
"Seeking Sister Wife" star Dimitri Snowden could be in hot water ... 'cause one of the women on the show is accusing him of domestic abuse ... according to new legal docs.
Christeline Petersen filed a restraining order against Dimitri claiming he's been physically abusive during their relationship over the last year ... to the point it's even scared her 2 young daughters.
In docs, obtained by TMZ, Christeline says back in January she was woken up one day by him "slamming my head into the headboard of the bed and he was yelling at me." She went on to claim Dimitri slammed her head on the headboard several times. She says she filed a police report.
What's more ... she claims Dimitri was abusive during sex. She says "he choked me during sex, even though I told him not to." She added, "The more I struggled the more he enjoyed it." Christeline says her only choice was to go along with it.
She claims, "I stopped saying no after a few times, because any struggle by me would prolong the sex and choking." Christeline claims things got so out of hand one time she got very dizzy and felt like she was going to pass out. She says she suffered bruises, scratches and redness around her neck from the alleged attack.
Christeline, who came to the U.S. from South Africa to be courted as a third wife on the TLC reality show, beelined it to court and the judge granted her a restraining order. Dimitri must stay at least 100 yards away from her and her 2 daughters because she says they are afraid of him "as he often yells and punches the walls or furniture."
We've reached out to Dimitri and TLC, so far no word back.

Andrew Brown Jr. Police Shooting Family Shown Only 20 Seconds of Video Attorneys Call It 'Execution'

Breaking News

Andrew Brown Jr.'s family has finally seen the police body cam video of his fatal shooting at the hands of deputies in North Carolina ... and they're outraged by what they describe as an "execution."
Family members and their attorneys were enraged after the meeting with the Pasquotank County Sheriff and the County Attorney -- not only because of the content of the video, but because they were only shown a "snippet" ... 20 seconds of one deputy's body cam.
The family had demanded to see all of the full, raw video available to the Sheriff's Office, but instead, they saw the brief clip, which they say had blurred the faces of deputies.
Adding to their anger is the fact they were only shown a single deputy's body cam. Their attorneys say the 20-second clip made it clear there were 7 to 8 other deputies on the scene ... whose body cam's presumably show more of the deadly incident.
Bakari Sellers, one of the family's attorneys, says the County Attorney disrespected him and the family before the viewing by saying he "was not going to be f**king bullied."
4/26/21
As brief as the video was ... the Browns say it showed a lot. For instance, one family attorney says the clip begins with Andrew Brown sitting in his car in his driveway -- blocked in by cops -- with his hands on his steering wheel as several different deputies demand to see his hands.
The family says Andrew was getting shot at by multiple cops -- and they couldn't keep track of how many shots rang out. They say Andrew tried backing out of the driveway to escape the gunfire, but slammed into a tree. The Browns describe seeing Glocks and assault rifles on the scene ... and even some evidence shots were fired before the video started. They say they weren't shown anything that led up to the chaos.
The lawyers and the family are emphatic ... they believe the County is trying to hide something, and that the officers involved need to be arrested immediately.
HAPPENING NOW: Family is here to see the video. Family is not being allowed in at this point. Attorney Ben Crump is one in the case @WAVY_News pic.twitter.com/akVGRQUtU9

Brown's family retained several attorneys, including Sellers, Ben Crump and Harry Daniels. They've all been very vocal about demanding transparency ... something they feel, more than ever, they're not getting after viewing the brief clip.
Brown was gunned down last Wednesday when the sheriff's office was executing a search warrant.
The mayor there, Bettie Parker, has declared a state of emergency ahead of expected unrest and demonstrations ... which will presumably give them access to state and federal resources. Folks have already taken to the streets over the past several days.
No official word on when the video will be revealed to the public.

Andrew Brown Jr. Killing Bakari Sellers Demands Release of Police Video ... Puts Pressure on Senators
Attorney Bakari Sellers is fired up over the delay in releasing the body cam footage that shows the police killing of Andrew Brown Jr. ... and he's fed up with Congress, too.
Sellers, who along with Ben Crump and Harry Daniels, is representing Brown's family ... is in North Carolina waiting to see the police video of what happened to Brown Jr. last Wednesday ... when the 42-year-old was shot in the back and killed by deputies during the execution of a search warrant.
Sellers says he was promised to be shown the footage earlier on Monday, but it hasn't happened yet ... allegedly because the authorities want to redact portions of it.
The attorney clearly isn't happy about that, but he's on a mission to use the situation to take on the system as a whole. Instead of protesting, he wants people to pick up the phone and call their elected officials.
Specifically, Sellers calls out Democratic Senators Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema for not signing the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act ... something he feels is an important step to ending police killings of Black men in America.
Brown was fatally shot by cops last week in Elizabeth City, where witnesses say he was driving away when deputies opened fire on him. After the shooting, 7 deputies were placed on administrative leave and 3 resigned.
Brown's killing set off protests in the city and surrounding areas, and Mayor Bettie Parker says law enforcement expects a “period of civil unrest” after the release of the body cam video.

Kim Kardashian Caitlyn's Missing the Point !!! Clashing on Prison Reform
-
Exclusive
- 2.8K shares
Caitlyn Jenner is wasting no time sharing where she stands on important issues, but her views on prison reform stand in stark contrast to the work Kim Kardashian's done for years ... and Kim's not happy about it.
Caitlyn tweeted, "Gavin’s District Attorneys across California are releasing dangerous criminals back on to our streets. Enough is enough. #RecallGavin" in response to a story about a 7-month-old who was killed by a man who was allegedly arrested twice this year for domestic violence but released.
Sources connected to Kim and Caitlyn tell us the two have had plenty of private conversations about prison reform over the years ... and we're told Kim was not only disappointed, but disturbed by what Caitlyn wrote.
As you know, Kim's been a passionate advocate for prison reform, and even worked with former President Trump to get the job done. However, we're told she believes Caitlyn's "tough on crime" mindset -- reminiscent of Trump's -- only hurts communities because it costs taxpayers more and fails to address the underlying reasons why people commit crime.
Our sources say Kim's a big supporter of Governor Newsom's approach of rehabilitating and offering reentry support to those coming out of prison as well as investing in crime prevention.
Ted, that kind of condescending tone is whats wrong w/ politics. Of course I know DAs are elected, but as the CEO of the state, the buck stops with Newsom. If you want to defend the status quo then fine, but if you want to talk solutions to the crime in our streets, call anytime. https://t.co/uWWuEu4Syj
— Caitlyn Jenner (@Caitlyn_Jenner) April 25, 2021 @Caitlyn_Jenner
One thing to note, Newsom doesn't appoint District Attorneys, they're elected -- a point Congressman Ted Lieu made to Caitlyn, and something she says she already knew.
TMZ broke the story ... Kim, Kourtney and Khloe have no plans to endorse Caitlyn in her bid for CA Governor. Our sources say it's a combo of Caitlyn's politics and divorce from Kris Jenner that drove them away.
If it comes to an election, our sources say Kim will vote for the person whose values align with hers ... aka, sorry Caitlyn.

John Keller -- a 20-year-old quarterback for the Central Michigan Univ. football team -- was shot Saturday morning ... and his family says he's now "fighting for his life" at a hospital.
Police say Keller was involved in a dispute at a party near the CMU campus at around 1 AM Saturday when he was struck by gunfire.
The QB was rushed to the hospital in "serious condition," according to the Isabella County Sheriff's Office.
The gunman, meanwhile, fled the scene and is still at large, cops say.
Keller's family and friends said in a GoFundMe set up on Sunday to help cover the cost of the quarterback's medical bills that Keller was shot in the chest and "remains in critical condition."
Officials added in an update Sunday afternoon that Keller -- and another CMU student who was shot during the altercation -- were "recovering."
Cops say they are still searching for the shooter ... and are asking anyone with information to call 989-773-1000.
Keller -- who graduated from Hoover High in Canton, Ohio in 2018 -- began his college football career as a walk-on at Cincinnati. He later transferred to CMU, where he sat out the 2020 season.

SHAWN MENDES & CAMILA CABELLO Neighbors Beef Up Security ... After Their Home Break-In

Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello's neighbors in the Hollywood Hills are spending big on increased security after a break-in at the celeb couple's home ... even adding armed guards.
Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Shawn and Camila's neighbors are dropping thousands of dollars on new security systems in the wake of last month's break-in, and others are signing up for a program offering armed, former law enforcement officers on patrol.
We're told folks who live near Shawn and Camila are spending $5,000 to $10,000 on new security cameras with floodlight censors designed to scare off burglars before they get too close for comfort.
As we first told you ... Shawn and Camila were inside their Hollywood Hills home last month when crooks broke in and took off with Shawn's Mercedes G-Wagon SUV.
Since the break-in, we're told neighbors are signing up for the armed guard service ... it costs $100 per month and the guards escort residents to their doors, check on properties when folks are on vacation and work closely with the LAPD and alarm companies.
We're told the neighborhood association launched a similar pilot program last summer in the ritzy bird streets above the Sunset Strip -- home to Ariana Grande, Leonardo DiCaprio and Bobby Flay -- and residents there saw a significant dip in crime.
Shawn and Camila's neighbors, who include "Selling Sunset" star Christine Quinn, celebrity designer Jeff Lewis and 'Real Housewives of Miami' alum Lea Black, were reminded about the armed patrol program after the break-in ... and it sounds like residents aren't taking any chances with their own pads.

Oscars 2021 L.A. Train Station Location Turns into high-crime nightmare for crew

The Academy Awards are being held at a famous L.A. train station this year -- and while that might satisfy COVID needs ... it's also become a dangerous place for the Oscars crew.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a man was arrested Sunday morning at Union Station, where the Oscars are set to take place later this evening. We're told the guy tried running past security and breaking into a secured area ... and even pushed past a guard.
Our sources say the dude was detained by security ... and was eventually booked for battery by the LAPD. It might sound like an isolated incident and just a one-off ... but we're hearing that's far from the reality ... there was at least one other violent run-in this week.
We've heard that as crew members were setting up for the big award show over the past several days ... one of those people was actually mugged by somebody in the area. Sources close to the production tell us the guy ended up getting jacked ... and the suspect fled.
It's unclear if that person was caught or not -- but it's just another example of why it might've not have been the greatest idea to host the Oscars at Union Station this year.
Our law enforcement sources tell us this is, indeed, a high-crime area -- Union Station's right in the heart of DTLA -- and sketchy stuff like this goes down often. With more foot traffic than usual ... we're told that could naturally lead to more targets, which is exactly what appears to have happened.
We're being told by law enforcement that folks need to be wary ahead of the big show ... which obviously applies to the stars who are gonna be in attendance. This ain't the Hilton or the Dolby Theater -- so keeping an eye out for trouble would be in everyone's best interest.

Police Use of Force Cop Punches Autistic Teen in Face ... 'Don't Make Me Hurt You More!'
A 17-year-old boy with autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder was punched in the head by a cop, who threatened even more punishment.
The incident went down Wednesday in Vacaville, California. Cops responded to a call of a possible stabbing or assault with either a pipe or a knife and found Preston on his scooter. Preston was allegedly in a scuffle with a neighbor and picked up the alleged weapon but no one was injured.
In the video, you see the officer toss Preston's scooter to the side and order the teen to sit. He gets in Preston's face and the boy then gets up and tries to run. The cop grabs him, yanks him to the ground and delivers a punch to the head.
You hear Preston scream, "You punched me in the f***ing head." The officer responds ... "You're gonna get hurt. Don't make me hurt you more. Don't make me hurt you more."
Preston's dad, Adam Wolf, posted this ... "The officer screamed at him to sit down which he did. The officer then moved Aggressively toward my son, threw his scooter and got in his face. My son became fearful, as would any child with Autism. The officer went to touch Preston, at which point Preston moves away. At this point, Preston was confused and afraid and moves away from the officer even more."
Adam goes on ... At that point the officer felt it was a good idea to THROW Preston to the ground ... I don't believe that Preston will ever trust a police officer again. I am pro police, but I am not pro ABUSE! This individual and department must be held accountable for their actions. NO child, disability or not, deserves to be treated like this."
Police detained Preston for an hour ... he was cited and released.
The PD says it's investigating the incident and the officer didn't know Preston had special needs.

VHS Embezzlement Case Be Kind, Rewind & Oh, Plz Return it ... Or Else You're a Criminal!!!
A woman got a blast from the past in the worst possible way -- learning of embezzlement charges against her ... all 'cause she supposedly never returned a rented tape in the '90s.
This story comes out of Oklahoma -- where Caron McBride told KOKH FOX25 she'd recently stumbled across a stunning discovery re: her criminal record -- namely, that she was wanted for felony embezzlement because she never returned a VHS movie from 1999.
The film in question is "Sabrina the Teenage Witch" ... and prosecutors say she rented it from a video store called Movie Place ... which ain't a thing anymore. Because the movie never made it back to its rightful owner, the Cleveland County District Attorney's Office filed the embezzlement charge in 2000, and it's been sitting ever since.
Remember these? Yeah, that's a VHS tape.
— Erika Stanish (@Erika_Stanish) April 22, 2021 @Erika_Stanish
TONIGHT- an Oklahoma woman is trying to clear her record after learning she was charged w/ felony embezzlement for never returning 'Sabrina the Teenage Witch' on VHS tape from a 'Movie Place' 21 YEARS AGO. Hear from her on @OKCFOX at 9. pic.twitter.com/CE4aModOhI
McBride says she was never aware of the charge, or the fact that she'd even rented that movie. As a result, the charge has been sitting in limbo, with her wanted by authorities. McBride says she only became aware of it after trying to change her surname at the DMV.
She says she tried clearing it up with the D.A.'s office, but it took a while before they ultimately decided to dismiss the charges against her. Thing is, she's still gotta get that charge expunged from her record -- which will undoubtedly be another pain in the ass.
McBride says she'd been cut loose from several jobs over the past 20 years -- but without any explanation. Now, she says it's probably due to that lingering charge employers might've seen on a criminal background check. Thank God streaming services came along. 😅

'Duck Dynasty' Willie Robertson Family Sued by Drive-By Suspect ... Guy Claims Defamation
The man who was arrested and charged for a drive-by shooting of "Duck Dynasty" star Willie Robertson's house is now suing Willie and his family, claiming he was wrongfully arrested ... and defamed by the family.
This is a strange one, for sure, but Daniel Dean King is suing Willie, Willie's son John Luke Robertson, and John's wife Mary Kate ... alleging he's suffered from being incarcerated and took an unfair hit to his reputation.
In docs, obtained by TMZ, King says John and Mary reported they were targets of a drive-by shooting on April 24, 2020 while they were home with their child -- which led to King's arrest -- but he claims their statements to cops were "calculated, false and ultimately defamatory."
According to the suit, King claims the cops did not properly investigate the case before arresting him, and wrongly -- he believes -- charging him with felony aggravated assault by drive-by shooting.
Despite his allegations in the lawsuit, there's still an active criminal case against King -- and according to the 4th Judicial District DA's Office ... the charge against him has been changed to felony illegal use of a dangerous weapon.
King -- who appears to have filed the suit without a lawyer -- goes on to accuse Willie and John of publicizing his arrest and making defamatory statements, which he claims were intended to hurt his rep.
Along with suing Willie's family for damages, he's going after Robertson's Duck Commander company and the Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office too.
As we first told you ... when King was arrested, he allegedly admitted to police he was the shooter and told them he "had been drinking Vodka during this incident." The Robertsons were also granted a restraining order against him. So, his lawsuit reads like a desperate attempt to get some revenge on the family.
We've reached out to Willie, but no word back yet.

Police Brutality Numerous Departments Have Duty for Cops to Intervene When Fellow Officers Use Excessive Force
-
Exclusive

ORANGE COUNTY WEDNESDAY
The 3 officers who watched Derek Chauvin choke the life out of George Floyd will soon go on trial for doing nothing to stop the murder. We surveyed a number of police departments around the country to see if they allow/encourage officers to step in when another officer -- even if it's a senior officer -- crosses the line ... like what happened in the O.C. this week.
What we found was interesting. Virtually every department we contacted said they have a policy in place requiring officers to intervene when another cop uses excessive force. The question is, of course, are these regulations really followed? Here's what we found.
MIAMI PD -- "The MDPD has a policy on an officer's duty to intervene. This policy is specific to seeing another officer using force that is clearly beyond that which objectively is reasonable ... they are mandated to take action and stop these acts from taking place."
INDIANAPOLIS PD -- "Officers are required to take appropriate action when they are aware of violations of department policies. It does not matter the rank or seniority of the people involved."
5/25/20
NYPD -- "All members of the service must intervene to stop another member of the service from using excessive force. Failure to intervene in the use of excessive force, or report excessive force, or failure to request or ensure timely medical treatment for an individual is serious misconduct that may result in criminal and civil liability and will result in Department discipline, up to and including dismissal."
CHICAGO PD -- "A Department member who directly observes a use of force and identifies the force as excessive or otherwise in violation of this directive will, except in extraordinary circumstances, act to intervene on the person's behalf. Such action may include, but is not limited to, verbally or physically intervening to try and stop the violation."
LAPD -- "Regardless of rank, officers have a duty to intercede and report misconduct."
D.C. POLICE -- "The MPD has policy on an officer's duty to intervene. This policy is specific to seeing another officer using force that is clearly beyond that which objectively is reasonable."
ATLANTA PD -- "Any employee present and observing or who becomes aware of another employee exhibiting behaviors or performing actions that violate any department policy ... shall intercede to prevent such behavior or actions, when in a position to do so safely."
DALLAS PD -- "It shall be the duty of every employee present at any scene where physical force is being applied to either stop, or attempt to stop, another employee when force is being inappropriately applied or is no longer required."
CHARLOTTESVILLE PD -- "Any law enforcement officer who, while in the performance of his official duties, witnesses another law enforcement officer engaging or attempting to engage in the use of excessive force against another person shall intervene, when such intervention is feasible, to end the use of excessive force or attempted use of excessive force, or to prevent the further use of excessive force."
NEW ORLEANS PD -- "The core component of the training teaches officers, regardless of rank, to intervene and de-escalate an encounter before harmful action is taken."
OKLAHOMA CITY PD -- "Intervening to prevent excessive force where officers observe another officer using excessive force and they have a realistic and safe opportunity to stop the other officer from using the excessive force, they should attempt to stop the other officer."
We contacted a number of other departments as well, and virtually all of them said they have a policy requiring officers to intervene when they see a fellow cop using excessive force. Furthermore, almost all of the departments say this policy was in place BEFORE the murder of George Floyd.
This raises a serious question ... has this policy been followed and were there consequences for officers who violated it? Judging from the videos and stories over the last few years, it seems like it has not been enforced -- at least in many cases.

Cops are investigating a double shooting -- including one fatality -- in the now-famous L.A. neighborhood where the movie "Friday" was filmed.
According to the L.A. County Sheriff's Department ... homicide detectives responded to a shooting call around 11:30 AM on April 20 in South L.A., near 126th and Normandie ... it's the same block where Ice Cube's character lived in the movie.
Cops tell us a man was pronounced dead at the scene, and a woman was transported to a local hospital and treated for her injuries. Law enforcement sources tell us they were hit in a drive by shooting.
For those not familiar with the area ... this is where Cube's "Friday" character, Craig Jones, chilled and smoked weed with Chris Tucker's character, Smokey. They actually filmed the movie here, not on a studio backlot.
Our law enforcement sources tell us the victims were in the area to check out the house ... remember this happened on 420 and "Friday" is a big deal in marijuana culture.
It's interesting ... we're told some folks in the neighborhood are fed up with the daily traffic as their block's become a tourist attraction.
The Sheriff’s Department is still searching for suspects, and is asking anyone with information about the incident to contact its Homicide Bureau.

Rich the Kid's injecting his own stimulus package ... for those lucky enough to catch it on Rodeo Drive 'cause that's where he was making it rain.
The rapper pulled up in his expensive Rolls-Royce Phantom on Thursday right outside the Burberry and Louis Vuitton stores in Beverly Hills, where he started throwing wads of cash in the air. It wasn't long before a throng of fans -- of the rapper and money, of course -- showed up to catch it.
Our guy asks him how much he's throwing but it's hard to tell if RTK gives a direct answer. He wishes a woman happy birthday before pulling out another wad of bills.
Then, things get interesting ... for Rich, anyway.
You can see near the end of the video he's taking a selfie and 2 police motorcycles pull up behind him. RTK's driver takes off ... and the cops follow right behind him. We never saw the sirens and lights go on, but our law enforcement sources tell us Rich did end up getting a ticket ... for littering. That's gonna cost him a few more dollar bills -- minimum $250, max $1,000 for a first offense.
BTW ... Rich was definitely in a celebratory mood 'cause we're told he had just been inside the Patek Philippe store on the eve of dropping his new track, "Richard Mille Patek."
As for the Phantom, we're told it's a brand new model and around $600k. Rich was cruising around town with his buddy, RD Whittington, who owns celebrity auto and aircraft super-firm Wires Only ... so you gotta imagine he helped hook him up.
Fun fact: There are 2 things you're allowed to litter in Cali ... water and chicken feathers.

Justin Bieber knows when it comes to showbiz, ya gotta know your audience ... which probably explains the song he chose to perform at a prison -- a tune that was sure to connect with inmates.
As we first told you ... JB and his pastor paid a visit to California State Prison in L.A. County to support the prison's faith-based programs -- but until we got this video, we didn't know he'd belted out any hits for them.
Now, we know Justin did a short set during his trip last month, and it included an acoustic rendition of his single, "Lonely."
We're told Bieber sang 3 or 4 of his songs, focusing on slower tracks that translate better with an acoustic guitar accompanying him ... but it's hard to imagine any of his lyrics hitting harder with the inmates than, "I'm so lonely."
We're told by people who were present that Bieber's mini unplugged set was emotional, empathetic and had him on the verge of tears. It was well received by the inmates and followed by a sermon.
As we reported ... Justin's visit also included some time outside in the yard sitting in a circle and listening to speakers, all part of his mission to spread the gospel.

Kendall Jenner has now been granted her second restraining order in as many days ... this time against the guy who allegedly tried to take a naked dip in her pool.
The 27-year-old man, Shaquan King, was ordered by the judge at a Thursday hearing to keep at least 100 yards away from Kendall for the next 5 years. The restraining order also protects Kris and Kylie Jenner, whose gated community King made a beeline for after spending 6 hours in jail for the alleged intrusion at Kendall's home.
King can't contact the 3 Jenner women, directly or indirectly, in any way, shape or form. He also can't get near their homes, workplaces and vehicles. Kendall, who's recently increased her security dramatically, was represented at the hearing by her attorney, Kate Mangels. King did not appear, nor did he have representation there.
As we reported ... cops say King got naked by Kendall’s pool and banged on windows at her home before her security apprehended him. Cops came and arrested him, but his jail stay was brief due to COVID protocols.
Kendall also got a 5-year restraining order this week against Malik Bowker, who allegedly traveled across the country with a plan to shoot her and then himself. Kendall has left her home since the incidents with Bowker and King.

Rapper Lil Mosey Charged with Rape Wanted by Cops in Wash.

Lil Mosey's in big trouble in the state of Washington ... he's been charged with rape, and there's a warrant out for his arrest after failing to appear for a court hearing.
The “Pull Up" rapper was supposed to appear in court Wednesday, just weeks after he was charged with second-degree rape. We’re told Mosey never showed up ... so now he's a wanted man.
This all stems from an alleged incident back in January after a woman says she and a girlfriend went to a cabin to see Mosey but claims they ended up getting raped by him and another man.
According to the affidavit, obtained by TMZ, one of the alleged victims says she consented to having sex with Mosey in a vehicle but goes on to says she blacked out afterward in the cabin after drinking White Claws and champagne. She claims a short time later Mosey got on top of her and was pushing her legs up and apart while he was having sex with her. She said she recalled having pain in her leg muscles while Mosey was pushing her legs.
She says she blacked out again and woke up to find the other man forcing himself on her.
In the affidavit, the woman says she suffered injuries, including bruising on her arm, neck and inner knee. She also claims she got a message from one of the people at the party that said the guys were talking about "training two girls."
If convicted, Mosey faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.
