No, Kourtney Kardashian's not hooking up with a guy who looks almost exactly like her ex ... but now we know the ID of the doppelganger.

Sources close to Kourtney tell TMZ ... the Younes Bendjima look-alike she was spotted grabbing a beverage with Tuesday in WeHo is Fai Abu Khadra. We're told the 2 are just friends ... definitely NOT dating.

After Kourtney and Fai picked up their matcha lattes, our sources say they went and met with some other pals. Fai is also close with Kendall and hangs in the same crew with Anwar Hadid and Luka Sabbat ... who Kourtney's also been rumored to be dating.

As we reported ... Kourt dumped Younes back in July amid rumors he cheated on her. They were seen together once after that, but that was just for closure.

And, this case is closed too ... for now.

Katt Williams is giving "cruising the mall for chicks" a whole new meaning.

We got the comedian at the Westfield Mall Wednesday in Culver City -- our photog, Charlie, was also there and happened to bump into him. He had to convince Katt he was a legit TMZ employee.

Anyway, it all got pretty hilarious when Charlie asked what Katt was shopping for in the mall. It wasn't clothes, shoes or accessories. Think Build-A-Bear ... but for adults.

You just gotta see how it played out, especially when some young fans walked up to Katt for a photo. Don't worry, he keeps it clean for the kids.

Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes have reached can't-be-apart-for-too-long status as a couple -- she flew out to Atlanta to meet him while he films there.

Jamie and Katie busted a sweat Tuesday during a gym sesh in the ATL where Jamie's shooting "Just Mercy" alongside Michael B. Jordan. Katie's been in town for a few days now ... no doubt subscribing to the mantra "couples that work out together, stay together."

3:37 PM PT -- Bella just addressed the reports herself, saying, "Coming off an amazing New York fashion week, I feel I need to set the record straight ... I did not dine in DC recently. I was happily working & dining in NYC everyday."

Drake is certainly a ladies man, but he didn't recently shut down a Washington D.C. restaurant just to impress an 18-year-old model ... TMZ has learned.

Reports exploded Friday stating the rapper -- who is currently on a massive tour with the Migos -- took Bella Harris to RPM Italian Monday for a one-on-one dinner date. The reports also stated Drake brought Harris back to the restaurant the following night with some friends.

Sources close to Drake say the Harris story is total BS -- Bella wasn't even in town -- and any report saying the two went on a date is false. There's also a photo floating around of the two, but that was taken several years back.

As for Drake's tour with Migos -- it's been pretty wild -- with floating Ferraris, special guest appearances and sold out shows across the country.

Oh yea, he even squashed his beef with Meek Mill ... dude's too busy to entertain dinner guests.

8:57 AM PT -- Okay, maybe another turn. Apparently Winnie Harlow might be dating Wiz Khalifa. So, what we know now ... is who the hell knows who Lewis is actually banging these days.

6:37 AM PT -- Okay, everyone calm down. Turns out, Lewis' rumored girlfriend Winnie Harlow was also there!

Lewis and Winnie have reportedly been dating since 2017 though they've never really confirmed the relationship. But the fact she was there with Lewis and Nicki probably means they're together and Nicki was just tagging along.

Still, Nicki's pinky finger seems to be loitering on Lewis' lap. Just sayin' ...

Cancel your Jiggy Butzalea shirts -- they're not dating!

After Iggy Azalea was spotted with NBA star Jimmy Butler in Malibu over the weekend, some speculated the two were an item.

But, Iggy says that ain't it -- the two just happened to be "standing next to" each other in a restaurant parking lot.

"Can we please stop saying every man who is single you see me standing next to is someone I'm on a date with," Iggy said.

Iggy insist the two were simply having "normal in passing conversation" -- not finishing up a date, as the photo agency who shot the pics suggested.

So, bottom line. He's single. She's single.

One day after Iggy Azalea publicly confirmed her relationship with NFL star DeAndre Hopkins ... Iggy is taking it back -- now saying she's very much single.

Iggy was a guest on Y100 radio in Miami on Wednesday and played a game of "Truth or Dare" -- where she was asked if the rumors about dating the Houston Texans WR were true.

"Yeah, we're in a relationship," Iggy said.

But, hours later, Iggy went on Twitter and shut down ... herself ... saying, "I'm single."

"I have come to the conclusion i am going to be alone forever. I am completely fine with that. I have a routine now. I watch movies alone in the shower n s**t ... its nice."

So, what happened? We're workin' on it.

UPDATE -- DeAndre has now chimed in as well ... confirming the two are definitely NOT an official thing.
