Postle -- a VIP host at Roxy nightlcub in Orlando -- claims to have had a two year affair with the golfer during his marriage to Elin Nordegren.

And as we first reported, Postle also claims Tiger used to tell her that his marriage to Elin was purely "for publicity."

Michael Lohan was thrown back into the slammer today -- and we've learned it was all over a phone call to his ex-girlfriend.

According to law enforcement sources, Lindsay Lohan's dad was arrested in Medford, NY today after calling up a woman who has a restraining order against him -- his ex Erin Muller.

We're told Lohan was charged with criminal contempt of court because she has an order of protection against him restricting Michael from "trying to communicate by phone."

Michael was arrested back in April after he allegedly threatened to kill himself and Muller when she tried to dump him earlier this year.

Rachel Uchitel has been getting numerous death threats, sources tell TMZ.

Uchitel -- the woman whose alleged affair ignited the Tiger Woods scandal -- has been getting cell phone calls from people threatening to kill her. A number of people got her cell phone number by looking at a 2001 photo making the rounds with an old cell phone number displayed -- a number that referred callers to her current cell phone.

We're told several callers have threatened to hunt Uchitel down in New York and get her.

People have also made threats on her Facebook page, which she has now shut down.

Elin -- who used to wear her wedding ring out in public all the time -- was photographed, sans ring, as she gassed up her red SUV near her Windermere mansion in Florida.

We've learned Uchitel went to sunny Palm Beach Saturday, but in this case the plot doesn't thicken. We're told her family has a home there and the trip had been arranged for a while. We're also told Uchitel has had no contact with Tiger since the night before her aborted news conference ... by land or by sea.

As for where Tiger really is ... there was activity last night at his house in Windermere, Florida. Last night the driveway had all the cars -- the red Buick, the black Escalade, and a maroon suburban. A van showed up and the driver delivered food. But no sign of Tiger.

Brad Ferro made headlines as the "man" who punched "Jersey Shore" star Snooki at a bar in New Jersey in August. But back in January, he took part in an underground fighting event called Clash in the Cage -- and he got KNOCKED OUT!!!

He grappled with his opponent, Spencer Cook, for a little bit before he got clocked by a solid left and it was all she wrote.

Karma, kinda like Snooki, can be a bitch.

An official from the Florida Department of Children and Families tells TMZ a representative from the Department went to Tiger Woods' home Friday for a "well-being check."

The official says the Department received a complaint -- though we do not know who it was from or the nature of the complaint. The Department then got in touch with the Orange County Sheriff to help get through security at Tiger's gated community.

We're told the visit was not part of an investigation, but rather a routine procedure when a complaint is lodged. The Department not only evaluates the safety of the children but the adults in the house as well.

We do not know who was at the home when the visit took place.

A formal investigation has not been opened -- the case is being evaluated.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the day the music died was November 18, 2009 ... when Pratt was declared the humble owner of "King Spencer Music."

Pratt was granted the name for a filing fee of $23 -- which is ironically the same price as a pair of Aearo Peltor Low Profile Folding Ear Muffs.

On "CSI: Miami," Jonathan Togo is used to catching bad guys using crazy ancient mystical crime solving voodoo (we think, never seen the show), but LAPD needed none of that to bust him early this morning for domestic violence.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the LAPD responded to a 911 call at Togo's Hollywood Hills home at around 2:00 AM. We're told Togo got into an argument with his girlfriend and at some point it became violent ... allegedly.

After talking to everyone involved, Jonathan was arrested and booked for felony domestic violence. We're told his girlfriend's injuries did not require immediate medical attention.

Togo was released this morning after posting $50,000 bail.

Tiger Woods has just announced he'll be taking an "indefinite break" from golf -- and for the first time, he admits to acts of "infidelity."

Woods just released the following statement on his website:

"I am deeply aware of the disappointment and hurt that my infidelity has caused to so many people, most of all my wife and children. I want to say again to everyone that I am profoundly sorry and that I ask forgiveness. It may not be possible to repair the damage I've done, but I want to do my best to try.

I would like to ask everyone, including my fans, the good people at my foundation, business partners, the PGA Tour, and my fellow competitors, for their understanding. What's most important now is that my family has the time, privacy, and safe haven we will need for personal healing.

After much soul searching, I have decided to take an indefinite break from professional golf. I need to focus my attention on being a better husband, father, and person.

Again, I ask for privacy for my family and I am especially grateful for all those who have offered compassion and concern during this difficult period."

The truck driver went inside and removed 5 or 6 moving boxes from the house, put them in the back of the truck and left. We got a pic of the truck as it sat in the driveway.

A security team watched as the boxes were removed, and then flanked the truck as it left the property.

Before the brawl, Axl warns the paparazzi about a photog who was allegedly getting close to a woman in his entourage saying, "touch her again, I'll break his f**king neck."

Seconds later, the woman can be seen scuffling with a photog -- and that's when Axl charges in and swings for the photog's head ... knocking the guy right on his ass.

As members of Axl's entourage tried to rip the Guns n' Roses singer away, the rocker continued to stomp and kick the man while he was on the ground.

Members of Rose's crew eventually tore him away and walked to their gate. In the footage, it's clear two TSA agents observed the fight, but we've learned they never notified airport police.

Axl has since posted an article on his MySpace page, in which the paparazzi are described as "belligerent" -- it also states Rose was uninjured in the "unprovoked attack."

Tiger Woods' alleged mistress #7 tells TMZ she did have sex with Tiger but, "I am not a homewrecker."

Holly Sampson -- a porn star for Vivid Entertainment -- tells us she did have sex with Tiger Woods but, contrary to some reports, it went down before he was married.

Sampson says she had a single encounter with Woods in 2004 -- at his bachelor party. Sampson says, "Although I enjoyed our time together, I never was and never will be one of Tiger's mistresses."

And get this. Holly says, "I resent being put in the same category as the other women."

Holly is getting support from her boss, Vivid honcho Steven Hirsch, who says, "She did nothing wrong." Thanks Steve.

Nelly's St. Louis mansion is at the center of a major police manhunt, after cops received a call about someone breaking into the home early this morning.

We're told 12 officers, a helicopter unit and a K-9 squad have been patrolling the area after a female in the home reported that she saw a young man "fleeing" from the residence.

It's unclear if anything was taken from the home. No word if Nelly was home at the time of the alleged incident.

UPDATE: Law enforcement tells TMZ three people were at home during the incident. The witnesses tell cops they saw "an older man with glasses and a mustache" walking around the home with a duffel bag full of video games and electronics.

When they approached the man, witnesses claim they asked the man, "Why are you here?!" The man didn't answer -- instead he bolted for an open window.

NBA superstar Dwight Howard claims his baby mama is bashing him all over the Internet -- and now he's filed a lawsuit to keep her keyboard in check.

According to the docs filed in Orange County, FL, the Orlando Magic center is suing Royce Lyndsay Reed -- the mother of his 2-year-old son -- over allegedly defamatory comments that surfaced on gossip site lipstickalley.com.

Dwight claims Reed posted the comments -- whether "directly or indirectly" under an Internet alias -- in violation of an injunction he recently filed against her, which orders Reed to zip it before she utters a single word about the NBA star.

But in the lawsuit, Dwight includes a few samples of the comments he's talking about:

-- "[Dwight] hasn't seen his son in two months."
-- "Why file an injunction if you have nothing to hide?"
-- "But the bottom line is Dwight is a douchebag."

According to Reed's lawyer, Dwight's baby mama is "flabbergasted" by the lawsuit, claiming she has nothing to do with the comments and considered the matter resolved after the injunction. Dwight wants $9,205,000 in damages.
