Kim Kardashian -- 'Stalker' Won't Leave Me Alone

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian claims her alleged stalker is trying to get back into her life -- via Twitter -- and TMZ has learned she's now going to the cops to try and protect herself ... and her NFL boyfriend Miles Austin.

Sources close to Kim tell us the reality star is "freaked out" ... because the man she has a restraining order against, Dennis Shaun Bowman, has been recently ranting about her on Twitter and sending messages to Miles and her sister Khloe.

Kim and her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, believe the tweets could be a violation of the restraining order that's already in place against Bowman.

Chapman Holley tells us, "I will be speaking with law enforcement detectives ... to determine whether or not Mr. Bowman's actions are a violation of the order in place restricting Mr. Bowman's conduct toward Ms. Kardashian."

As TMZ previously reported, a judge granted Kardashian's request for a restraining order back in February -- which means dude isn't supposed to have any contact with her until 2013.

Lindsay Lohan Released from Jail

Published | Updated

Lindsay Lohan has been released from Lynwood Correctional Facility after serving 14 days behind bars.

Lindsay Lohan Rehab for Meth and Bipolar Disorder

Published | Updated

TMZ has learned Lindsay Lohan will be treated for addiction to methamphethamine and bipolar disorder during her court ordered 90 days in rehab.

According to a source familiar with Lindsay's case, methamphetamine and opiates are her "drugs of choice".

Methamphetamine -- also known as crystal meth or simply meth -- is a highly addictive stimulant and opiates, generally, have more of a downer effect.

Morningside Recovery -- the Orange County, CA rehab LiLo is scheduled to enter -- lists opiate and methamphetamine detoxification among its specialties. As TMZ first reported, sources say Morningside was not on the list of facilities recommended by court appointed psychiatrists.

We're told Lindsay will begin her rehab stint almost immediately after getting out of Lynwood Correctional Facility.

UPDATE: Lindsay's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley says, "I have never seen any psych report concerning Ms. Lohan which references a 'bi-polar' diagnosis or an addiction to 'methamphetamine.' I think this is a total fabrication."

One important note ... it has been widely reported that Lindsay takes the prescription drug Adderall, which is an amphetamine. Experts in the field of rehab and addiction tell TMZ there is a difference between amphetamine and methamphetamine.

We're told it would not be common for a rehab facility to consider Adderall and methamphetamine the same drug.

We're told the show will be going back to a three-judge format and assuming all deals are finalized, the judge's panel will consist of Randy Jackson, Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler.

We're told the only way Kara could get a reprieve is if the J-Lo deal falls apart -- but we're told that deal is done.

Mediation Sources Call Oksana's Black Eye 'Absurd'

Published | Updated

Sources involved in the mediation between Oksana Grigorieva and Mel Gibson are scoffing at a newly released photo showing Oksana with a black eye.

According to the sources, the notion that Oksana held back the photo is "absurd." As one source said, "She produced photos of her mouth showing the damage to her veneers, she testified in great detail about the Jan. 6 incident. If she had a black eye she would have said it."

The sources also say, on the financial end, Oksana held every piece of damaging evidence over Mel Gibson's head -- notably the tapes -- and that is what produced a $15 million settlement. One source said, "If there was a black eye it would have been $16 million."

And the sources say the day after the alleged incident Oksana's dentist never made any mention of a black eye -- and two days after the alleged incident the pediatrician she saw also failed to observe a bruised eye.

The sources note something else ... there was an ironclad confidentiality agreement in the settlement -- so it would have been pointless for Oksana to hold anything back because it could never be used again.

Why Rachel Uchitel Ran From Rehab -- Dad's Death

Published | Updated

The issue that drove Rachel Uchitel to run away from rehab had nothing to do with Tiger Woods -- instead it was an intense talk about her father's death.

Sources closely connected to the production of "Celebrity Rehab" tell TMZ that Rachel's breaking point came during a recent one-on-one therapy session where the main topic was her dad.

We're told Rachel's father died of a cocaine overdose in his 40s, and Rachel was 15 at the time.

Rachel split from Dr. Drew Pinsky's facility in Pasadena and stayed at a Beverly Hills hotel for one night -- and, according to our sources, she only came back the next day because her 'Rehab' castmates called and urged her to rejoin them.
