Charlie to Plaza: Bill Me, Please
Charlie Sheen has already agreed to settle up with The Plaza Hotel in NYC for the damage he did Tuesday morning ... TMZ has learned.
We're told Charlie's rep has already contacted bigwigs at The Plaza and made it clear -- Charlie will pay for anything he damaged or destroyed during all the craziness. We're hearing the cost is estimated at $7,000 ... but it could go higher.
One big reason for Charlie's rep to jump on paying the tab .... we're told The Plaza has no interest in having Charlie prosecuted for criminal mischief -- provided the hotel is made whole.

Charlie Sheen -- Hotel Room Photos
TMZ has obtained pictures of the New York City hotel room Charlie Sheen trashed early Tuesday morning, along with information about what happened inside.
We're told Charlie's alcohol-fueled rampage began at a restaurant called Daniel, near The Plaza Hotel where Charlie was staying. He, three other men and five women had an 8:00 PM reservation Tuesday night and Charlie was drinking heavily. Denise Richards, we're told, went to the dinner but left fairly quickly after things got wild.
Charlie brought one of the women back to his hotel room and soon thereafter people on his floor heard what they say was primal screaming and swearing from inside the room. Charlie was calling the woman a whore and other names, when people started to complain.
We're told Charlie ripped the curtains, overturned tables, damaged a lighting fixture and broke glass, which cut his toe open.
All in all ... a real mess.

Mel Gibson Deposition, Pills and Shrills
Mel Gibson's deposition Monday promises to be dramatic, with questions about medication and rants.
TMZ has learned Oksana Grigorieva's team will focus on issues they believe speak to Mel's fitness as a parent. We're told they will ask questions about the now infamous audiotapes, specifically relating to Mel's temper and his anger issues.
And we're told they will ask Mel about the medications he's taking. As backup, we're told Oksana has photos of the various medicines, because Mel left the meds at her house before he left for good.
As for allegations of domestic violence, the judge has made it clear -- the subject is off-limits for this deposition.

Quaids' Dog -- Help Is On the Way!
Doji the doggie is about to escape the clutches of death -- TMZ has learned a friend of Evi and Randy Quaid has contacted the City of Vancouver in an effort to recover the innocent pooch from a shelter in Canada.
As we first reported, Doji was placed in an animal shelter after Evi and Randy were arrested in Canada last week on an outstanding warrant in Santa Barbara ... and under Vancouver law, dogs that go unclaimed after several days for more than a week could be put to sleep.
But a rep for the city of Vancouver tells us they received a call today from someone on behalf of the Quaids who informed them that someone will be "coming to the shelter in the next couple of days to pick up the dog."
Doji seems to be holding up well -- we're told, "The dog is in very good health."

UFC Prez: Brock Lesnar Ain't Fighting Undertaker
Brock Lesnar will not return to the WWE anytime soon to fight The Undertaker -- despite several reports to the contrary -- because the ex-heavyweight champ is still "under contract" with the UFC.
Despite an intense standoff between Lesnar and The Undertaker at UFC 121 this weekend -- in which Undie challenged Brock to a fight -- UFC president Dana White tells us, "Brock Lesnar is still under contract with the UFC ... he is not going to wrestle in the WWE. He cannot wrestle, box or fight anywhere else.”

Mel to Oksana's Dentist -- I'll See YOU Now!
Not many people actively seek out a dentist -- but TMZ has learned Mel Gibson's legal team is doing just that when it comes to the dentist Oksana Grigorieva visited the day after Mel and Oksana's altercation.
As we first reported, a key witness in the case against Mel will be Oksana's dentist, Dr. Ross Shelden. Dr. Shelden took photos of Oksana's face the day after the alleged January 6 blowout, although the pics do not show injury or bruising. And as we reported, Dr. Shelden has flip-flopped on his medical evaluation -- claiming, then disclaiming and then re-claiming Oksana was struck in the mouth.
Sources tell us Mel's legal team submitted a request last week to depose Dr. Shelden.
After the deposition, Dr. Shelden should not expect a lollipop.

Kat Von D -- Meltdown Over Jesse James
More drama behind the scenes at "L.A. Ink" -- where sources tell us Kat Von D went nuclear over the way her ex-boyfriend Jesse James was portrayed in an upcoming episode.
Multiple sources tell us the recent drama began in the last few days ... after Kat viewed screeners of some upcoming episodes which spotlight her relationships with Jesse and her on-again BF Nikki Sixx.
We're told Kat -- who was dating Jesse when the show was being taped -- has decided that she no longer wants any traces of him on the TLC show ... and demanded that producers pull him from all future episodes.
Now, producers are desperately trying to rip Jesse from the show -- but we're told there's so much content to remove ... they're worried they may have to pack the show with extra commercials to fill out the time before the show airs Wednesday night.
Calls to Kat's reps have not been returned.

Lindsay -- Work Can Be Hazardous to Her Health
Lindsay Lohan's management team is already lining up projects for the actress as soon as she steps out of rehab in 2011 ... but LiLo's closest friends are concerned that rushing her back into the spotlight could be a dangerous move.
Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ, Lohan's team has been devouring movie scripts, furiously setting up meetings, and organizing fashion projects, all in anticipation of LiLo's release from rehab -- January 3, 2011.
But one friend tells us the people who still care about LiLo's well-being feel that she "shouldn’t be working the first week. She shouldn’t be working the first couple months. She needs to be attending daily meetings to stay on track for sobriety." Another adds, “Lindsay needs to focus on herself for some time."
As we previously reported, LiLo has recently expressed concern about her career and her crumbling fashion line. But according to her probation officer, Lindsay also acknowledged that her "lifestyle" is filled with temptation.
Fortunately, Lindsay will have a couple of months to think about her next move.

Joe Jackson is now revealing why he put a $500 million price tag on his wrongful death lawsuit against Dr. Conrad Murray. His theory -- "The more you go, the less you get ... so I went high."
During Joe's interview with GOOM Radio -- in which sported some severely oversized MJ bling -- he said Dr. Murray was just "the fall guy" ... and that a lot of other people were to blame for his son's death.
Joe also took issue with our story that he was following Oprah Winfrey around like a puppy dog during her sit-down interview with the Jackson family earlier this month ... but you'll have to watch the video for the lowdown.

Liam Neeson's Rep Takes a Shot at 'The Hangover'
Fun fact -- Liam Neeson's rep is also Mel Gibson's rep ... and judging by the statement he just released about Liam's role in "The Hangover 2" -- there's still some bitterness over the unceremonious Gibson firing.
Moments ago, the rep -- Alan Nierob -- confirmed that Neeson is all locked up to appear in the upcoming sequel ... but added, "Pending clearance of cast and crew background check."
Nierob was clearly kidding ... referencing the behind-the-scenes uprising that led to Mel's departure ... but the message behind his message -- he ain't happy.

Lindsay Lohan Judge Orders Her to Rehab
Lindsay Lohan was just ordered back to rehab until at least January 3, 2011 -- no jail time.
Lohan is due back in court on February 25. She will be subject to drug testing in between her release from rehab until her court date. If Lindsay does not test positive for drugs or alcohol before her next scheduled during that time, he will convert her sentence to unsupervised probation.
The D.A recommended Lindsay get 180 days in county jail. The judge specifically stated he wanted Lindsay in rehab past the New Year.
The judge said to Lindsay at one point, "You are an addict. I hope you understand that." Lindsay nodded her head in agreement.
He added, "I don't want another train wreck."
Lindsay's estranged father, Michael Lohan, sat on the opposite side of the court from Lindsay's mother, Dina.
Lindsay was in tears at the end of the hearing and when asked if she understood the judge's ruling, she responded, "No, your honor. I understand. Thank you."
Our reporter in the court said Lindsay showed off her SCRAM bracelet to her mother during the hearing and motioned as if she really wanted it removed. We're told that will happen soon.
