Oksana's Lawyers Fight To Keep Lid On Secrets
Oksana Grigorieva's lawyers are entangled in a legal brawl with the lawyer who negotiated her $15 mil settlement with Mel Gibson ... trying to muzzle him from saying too much to the L.A. County Sheriff's Department.
Daniel Horowitz, Oksana's current attorney, has told TMZ Oksana is an "open book" with "nothing to hide." But TMZ has obtained a chain of emails between Horowitz and Eric George -- which is now in the hands of Sheriff's investigators -- in which Horowitz threatens George that he spills Oksana's secrets at his own peril.
What started all of this was a story TMZ posted about a declaration Oksana submitted to the court, in which she waived the attorney-client privilege.
On November 17, George -- whom we're told is eager to talk to Sheriff's investigators about his discussions with Oksana -- sent Horowitz an email in which he told Horowitz, "I will regard the attorney-client privilege ... to have been waived, and will endeavor to resume with the L.A. Sheriff's Department detectives those portions of my earlier interview for which I had been obliged to invoke the privilege."
Horowitz emailed back on November 20, "You do not have permission to waive or disclose any privileged matters." And then Horowitz threatened, "If you unilaterally waive privilege as you seem to intend to do, you must take full responsibility for those choices. Nothing that we have said or done authorizes you to do this."

Lindsay Wants Restraining Order Against Paparazzi
Lindsay Lohan believes she's being denied driving privileges because the paparazzi are constantly on her tail ... so she's asking her lawyer to get a restraining order prohibiting them from chasing her.
As we first reported, the L.A. County Probation Department -- along with the DMV -- have given Lindsay the green light to drive again. And Betty Ford was down with it as well.
But sources involved in the decision tell TMZ ... just when Lindsay was supposed the get the keys, Betty Ford decided it was too much of a safety risk to put Lindsay behind the wheel, because the paparazzi were creating an unsafe driving situation.
We're told Lindsay emailed her lawyer this weekend -- with pictures attached showing the paps following her -- asking the attorney to go to court for the restraining order.
Sources say no decision has been reached on whether a restraining order is a viable option. In the meantime, Lindsay is still stuck in park.

Baby Mama, 4 Kids Banished from Jackson Compound
TMZ has learned ... everyone is moving out of the Jackson family compound in Encino while the house undergoes extensive renovations ... and when the dust settles, another Jackson 5 will be personae non gratae.
We've learned Katherine Jackson and company are in the process of packing boxes and will leave the family home in early December for several months during the remodel.
But there's a bigger story here. As TMZ first reported, after the infamous "stun gun" incident at the home -- in March, when Jaafar allegedly threatened to shock Blanket -- Katherine asked Jaafar's mother, Alejandra, to take her 5 kids and move.
As we told you, Katherine and the Michael Jackson Estate generously offered Alejandra and her brood a condo MJ owned in the San Fernando Valley, but Alejandra wanted a lot more -- thus the stand off.
Now we're told Katherine is not letting Alejandra back in the house after the remodel. The condo offer still stands, but if she doesn't accept she'll have to find somewhere else to live with Jaafar, Jermajesty, Dante and Randy, Jr.
But one of Alejandra's kids is getting a reprieve from Katherine. We're told 20-year-old Genevieve will be staying with Katherine and Michael's kids in a temporary home during the remodel, and she will be the lone child of Alejandra who will be welcomed back to Hayvenhurst.
We're told Alejandra just left with some of her kids to Japan.

Kardashians Clean Up On Black Friday
Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian are officially recession proof, because their NYC boutique, DASH, more than doubled its average daily gross on Black Friday ... sources connected to the store tell TMZ.
Our sources ... who have access to the financials ... tells us the store has been moving $50,000 in merchandise a day since it opened on November 3. On Black Friday ... receipts swelled to more than $100,000.
We're told the boutique could actually be making more money, but the sisters K keep running out of merchandise. In fact, we're told the store instantly hit the $50,000 mark on the day it opened and has maintained that average.
The Kardashians own three stores -- New York, Miami and Calabasas. New York is now hands down the most profitable.

Kardashians 'Terminate' MasterCard Deal
The Kardashian family has officially pulled the plug on the new "Kardashian Kard" -- a prepaid debit card backed by MasterCard -- over allegations that it's riddled with hidden, possibly illegal fees.
The family fired off a "Notice of Termination" to the companies behind the Kard moments ago -- stating they're sick of the "negative spotlight" since the Attorney General of Connecticut opened an investigation to determine if the Kard violates consumer protection laws.
The A.G. was concerned over several fees associated with the Kard -- which reportedly costs $9.95 to own ... plus 12 monthly fees of $7.95. It also costs $1.50 every time the owner wants to add money to the Kard.
In the letter, obtained by TMZ, Kardashian lawyers write, "The Kardashians have worked extremely long and hard to create a positive public persona that appeals to everyone, particularly young adults."
The lawyers claim the investigation "threatens everything for which [The Kardashians] have worked" -- so the family has decided to "terminate the agreement ... effective immediately."

Drug Investigation on 'Deadliest Catch' Boat
The fishing boat featured on the reality show "Deadliest Catch" was the subject of a police search earlier this month after the captain called cops claiming one of the stars had been abusing drugs on board ... this according to law enforcement.
The Unalaska Department of Public Safety (Unalaska is a city in Alaska, weird ...we know) tells TMZ ... police responded to the famous "Cornelia Marie" on November 5, 2010 after receiving a call from Captain Derek Ray.
We're told Ray -- who took over the boat after the death of Captain Phil Harris -- told cops Phil's son Jake Harris (a deckhand on the boat) had been abusing prescription drugs while at sea.
Officials tell us ... cops searched the boat and found "paraphernalia" -- but not enough evidence to connect Jake to a crime.
Cops interviewed everyone on the boat -- but so far, no arrests have been made.
UPDATE: A rep for Jake told us "The facts of the case speak for itself, the Unalaska Department of Public Health has confirmed that no charges will be filed as a result of the investigation. Jake is looking forward to returning as part of the Cornelia Marie crew to the Bering Sea for the opilio crab season in January."

Oksana to Mel: I Just Can't Quit You
TMZ has obtained emails sent from Oksana Grigorieva to Mel Gibson in the months following their nuclear argument on January 6 ... and she sounds very much like a woman scorned.
In an email sent on March 30, Oksana writes Mel, "I don't belive (sic) that u stopped loving me just in one phonecall. U either stopped loving me a long time ago or u still love me."
Oksana accuses Mel's estranged wife, Robyn, and daughter, Hanna, of turning Mel against her, writing, "...it's easier to blame the outsider, ur love, completely unpretected (sic). So u betray me."
Oksana adds, "Love like that doesn't die so quickly."
And in another email, dated May 2, Oksana writes, "Until this morning I was still missing you so much and secretly wanted and hoped for us to be together again," adding, "I still believed that you loved me, but now I dont. I think you knew what was going on."
In the May 2 email, Oksana goes on: "I see now, that you seemply (sic) growen (sic) tired of me a while ago, but you were too weak to tell me."
The emails are significant, because they show a woman in hot pursuit more than someone who fears for her safety -- the latter being the reason her lawyers say she secretly taped Mel.

MJ Music Video -- Little Michael Does His Thing
The music video for Michael Jackson's song with Akon features dozens of extras ... but only one of them is a pint-sized version of MJ.
TMZ obtained video and photos taken last week from the set of the video for "Hold My Hand." One Jackson fan was featured doing a few of MJ's famous dance moves. You can hear another fan say about the kid, "That there is the opportunity of a lifetime."
As we first reported, a group of MJ fans were recruited to walk into an open airport hangar -- meant to symbolize "walking into the light" (see the pics below).
A source on the set told us the director was telling people the video would air on ABC on December 6.

Brooke Mueller Thanksgiving at a Sober House
Brooke Mueller -- Charlie Sheen's soon-to-be ex -- had quite the Thanksgiving, spending the night before in an L.A. hotel room and moving the party to a sober living facility ... sources tell TMZ.
Mueller was spotted yesterday (above) leaving the Farmer's Daughter Hotel -- located near the famous Farmer's Market in Los Angeles -- at around 10:00 AM on Thanksgiving morning. As you can see from the photo, Mueller looks like she had quite the evening.
The photographer tells TMZ Mueller was escorted straight from the hotel to a sober living facility in Beverly Hills.
Mueller has been in and out of rehab in the last few years.
TMZ made multiple attempts to contact Mueller. We never heard back.
UPDATE: After a day and a half, Mueller's rep finally got back to us with this version of events -- Brooke was shooting scenes in the hotel for her reality show. The rep acknowledges that Brooke left the hotel and went directly to the sober house where she has been receiving treatment. The rep did not say why it was necessary for a disheveled Brooke to be escorted by a representative of the sober house on Thanksgiving morning to the treatment facility. And the rep adds ... Brooke's parents were talking care of her kids.

Oksana to Mel: Don't Yell Like Timothy Dalton!
Mel Gibson isn't the only one Oksana Grigorieva accused of flying off the handle. TMZ has obtained one of Oksana's emails which accuses her first baby daddy, Timothy Dalton, of raging.
The email obtained by TMZ -- sent from Oksana to Mel on January 8, 2010, just two days after their blow-out fight -- was admitted into evidence in the custody case.
Oksana writes, "Lucy has been crying a lot. She is jerking at every little sound. She stopped smiling. I hope there is no damage from ur violence the other night. I'm very warried (sic) for her and Sacha. He is acting out and yelling at me. Since his father always yells and u yelled and hit me."
Sacha is the 13-year-old boy fathered by Dalton.
TMZ previously reported ... Oksana had previously complained to Mel and her attorneys that she was the victim of Dalton's rages. At the time Oksana told TMZ, "Tim is a wonderful father."
In the email Oksana ends by apparently referring to their January 6 fight: "Immagine (sic) what would happen if he tells his dad. I could loose (sic) the custody and u will loose (sic) ur carrier (sic), and never work again."

Mel On The Hunt for Oksana's Oxycodone Rx
Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva were in a legal brawl over Oxycodone ... TMZ has learned.
We've obtained court documents in which Mel's lawyers were trying to get hold of Oksana's medical records -- specifically records from CVS pharmacy, after Mel found a bottle of Oxycodone prescribed to Oksana.
Mel's lawyers argued ... by lawfully finding the bottle and seeing the information on the prescription bottle, Oksana waived her right of privacy, and that Mel had a right to see exactly how may prescriptions CVS had been filling.
Oksana's lawyers bristled, arguing right back that Mel was on a "fishing expedition" and that the information was "irrelevant."
There's no indication the judge has ruled on Mel's motion to get Oksana's CVS records.
