According to Amber's booking sheet -- the 20-year-old measured in at 5'3", 138 lbs.

Amber was charged with two felony counts of domestic battery, one felony count of neglect of a dependent, and one misdemeanor count of domestic battery.

As we previously reported, Amber allegedly attacked Gary Shirley three separate times between August 2009 and July 2010. Some of the violence was captured on video.

We're told Amber faces three years behind bars and up to $10,000 in fines if convicted on all charges.

L.A. County Sheriff's Department spokesman Steve Whitmore tells TMZ his Department will refer the case over to the L.A. County District Attorney's Office very early next year.

We're told it's likely the D.A. will get the case in January and the D.A. should make a quick decision.

The Sheriff's Department referred the domestic violence investigation involving Mel over to the D.A. months ago. The extortion investigation involving Oksana is outstanding.

TMZ first reported that the D.A. has been actively monitoring the Sheriff's Department investigation into the extortion claim and will make a joint decision on the two cases at the same time.

As we previously reported, Tina suffered a grand mal seizure a month before her death. Close family friends tell us Tina has suffered other seizures, but the grand mal shook her up badly. We're told she had broken two ribs after falling during that seizure.

We're told the L.A. County Coroner's Office found diazepam -- an antiseizure drug -- at Teena's home, but friends say she had stopped taking the medicine because of side effects and began taking herbal remedies instead.

Friends also tell TMZ ... Teena was so scared of having another grand mal seizure she would have someone sleep next to her at night.

Friends say on Saturday night someone slept in the same room with Teena and left in the morning. Teena was talking with her bodyguard at around 11:30 AM. She went back to bed in the early afternoon -- no one was with her when she slept. Teena's daughter checked in with her at around 1 PM and Teena was fine.

But at around 3 PM, Teena's daughter checked in with her again, and found her unresponsive.

Kelsey is asking the divorce judge to grant the divorce decree asap, and leave all of the money issues for later. In legalese, it's called "bifurcation."

Under California law, a divorce can become final 6 months after a petition is filed. Camille filed on July 1, 2010 ... so if the judge grants Kelsey's request for bifurcation, he can marry Kayte Walsh Saturday, January 1. Kelsey and Kayte have been engaged for several months.

There were reports Kelsey was trying to keep Camille from grabbing his pension benefits -- but in fact the pension papers are merely a formality which is required when someone files to bifurcate.

UPDATE: A friend of Camille's tells TMZ, Camille "is not surprised but continues to be disappointed at Kelsey's immature and disrespectful behavior."

It all went down Sunday December 19 around 4 AM -- when Floyd drove up to the main gate and the security guard asked him for ID.

That's when Mayweather went ballistic -- screaming, "Let me in my mother f**king house!!! You know who I am man ... let me in my house!!!"

Mayweather continues, "Stop giving me a hard time ... you don't give Maloof a hard time ... you don't ask him for ID when he comes."

During his tantrum -- Floyd also references a prior incident with security in which the boxer was accused of battering one of the guards during a parking dispute ... saying, "I had a problem here before when the security lied and said I touched him and I didn't!"

Floyd eventually got out of the car, went into the guard shack and opened the gate himself.

Palin's 3,900 square foot home -- which boasts 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a 3 car garage -- is located in Maricopa, AZ.

As we previously reported, Bristol has been telling friends she's thinking about enrolling in college classes out in the desert ... and so far, it seems the likely choice is Arizona State.

So far, no official word on which school the 20-year-old has her eye on ... but there are a few major clues.

Bristol just purchased a $172,000 home outside the Phoenix area -- which she paid for IN CASH! The home is just miles from the Arizona State University school of broadcasting ... a school that boasts one of the most state-of-the-art facilities in the country. Bristol has expressed an interest in public speaking.

Plus -- and possibly more important -- ASU totally DISSED Barack Obama last year!!

As you may recall, Sun Devil honchos refused to give Obama an honorary degree last May after he gave the commencement speech at graduation ... with school officials insisting the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES hadn't accomplished enough in his career to warrant the honor.

Sources at Sportie L.A. tell TMZ, Pauly popped in last weekend and bought 4 pairs of Nikes for $120 each to add to his already gigantic sneaker collection ... estimated to be worth around $30,000.

Sources close to the "Jersey Shore" star tell TMZ, he flies out West regularly to score hard-to-find kicks ... and they don't come cheap!

Dawn Holland, who told TMZ earlier this week how Lindsay ripped a phone from her hand causing a severe sprain, now says Lindsay should not be prosecuted.

Holland's lawyer, Keith Davidson, tells TMZ, "Dawn will not continue to press charges against Lindsay, nor will she be assisting any further in the investigation or prosecution."

And this is interesting ... we asked Davidson how his client would respond if she's subpoenaed, and he said, "She won't."

Davidson says Holland and Lindsay share a common bond -- they're both recovering addicts, Holland does not want "in any way shape or form to do anything that would violate Lindsay's probation or cause an arrest."

Scarlett's response to Ryan's petition was filed at the same time -- a strong indication the two of them coordinated the court filings.

Neither party is asking for spousal support. Sources tell TMZ there is no prenup, and Ryan made more money than Scarlett during their 2-year marriage.

Ryan lists the date of separation as December 14, 2010. Scarlett agrees on the date.

Since everything they earned is community property, presumably it will be divided 50/50, though the petitions say property rights are yet to be determined.

The memo -- which was just auctioned off on eBay for more than $3,000 -- was allegedly found in June 2009 by staff working at MJ's home in Holmby Hills.

The note -- purportedly handwritten by MJ -- seems to reference his then upcoming "This Is It" concert series in London -- "One year in London 3? International # 1 2 3 4 5 albums and single."

The note -- written on Dr. Arnie Klein's stationary -- continues, "Talk to digital people, Universal, Warner ... make huge $" ... followed by the words, "Who's doing sculpture for Halloween special."

Dawn Holland, who works as a chemical dependency technician at the Betty Ford Clinic, tells us on Sunday, December 12, just after 1 AM, Lindsay and two roommates came home from a night on the town ... violating the curfew policy.

Holland says Lindsay and company jumped a wall, trying to get inside the place she was staying without being noticed. Holland says security stopped the three women, and that's when Lindsay became belligerent and started swearing up a storm.

Holland says she was called to do a breathalyzer on the 3 women, but Lindsay refused and then pushed her. Holland says she went back in the house and Lindsay called 911 on the house phone.

Holland says she picked up another house phone to speak with 911, and Lindsay confronted her again and ripped the phone out of her hand, causing a severe sprain which caused Holland to go out on workers' comp.

Holland says she could smell alcohol on Lindsay's breath.

As for Lindsay's claim Holland touched her first, she says, "I did not touch the woman."

As TMZ first reported, Holland filed a police report and the cops are investigating Lindsay for criminal battery.

Dawn Holland -- whom TMZ interviewed Tuesday afternoon -- wrote her report 6 hours after her showdown with Lindsay at Betty Ford. Holland says during the heat of the argument, Lindsay "threw the phone ... I threw up my left hand to block it and then she grabbed my right hand and tried to snatch the phone that I had up to my ear, then called me a 'C__T B___H.'"

As TMZ first reported, Holland was called in by BF security to do a breathalyzer test on Lindsay and her two roommates after they returned from a night of partying past curfew.

According to the incident report, it was Dina Lohan who told Lindsay over the phone no one had to submit to a breathalyzer test. Holland writes one of the roommates admitted drinking, and then went into Lindsay's bedroom and Lindsay "yelled at me that she was talking to her mother and her mother told her she didn't have to breathalize, she asked me if I wanted to speak to her mother but would never hand me the phone."

In the legal docs, Mee's lawyer says at the time of Gibson's arrest, the actor was a spokesperson for the L.A. County Sheriff's Star Organization, and was close friends with the Sheriff himself, Lee Baca.

Mee recounts that during the arrest, Gibson shouted at him that he was a "f**king Jew" and that "The Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world."

Mee claims Gibson's ties with the Sheriff were so strong that he was representing the Department with his comments. And Mee reiterates in the docs that he was singled out for the leak of the information to TMZ.

As you know, TMZ obtained the incendiary 4-pages of the initial report Mee was ordered to remove.

The passenger brought the discovery to the attention of a flight attendant, who then called security ... Paris tells TMZ. We're told all of the passengers were ordered to deplane.

Security is now doing a sweep of the plane, looking for other weapons. Paris was on the plane with boyfriend Cy Waits in first class, of course. The video above was taken as Paris arrived at LAX this AM.

UPDATE 9:00 AM PST: The plane has now been swept, and we're told passengers are in the lounge waiting to get back on.

UPDATE 9:39 AM PST: Law enforcement sources tell TMZ .. the blade is a "box-cutting knife" which belongs to the airline crew.

TMZ has learned the 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom Calabasas home Jermaine is renting is on the brink of foreclosure ... set to be sold on the steps of the Pomona, CA courthouse on January 21.
The minimum bid, according to Foreclosures.com, is $2,184,233.

It is unclear if Jermaine even knows the owner is about to lose the house. Under California law, he has 60 days from the time of foreclosure to vacate.

Jermaine -- who has lived in the house for a year-and-a-half -- filed a police report in September, claiming someone stole $150,000 in jewelry, furs and clothes from a suitcase in the house.

And there's more ... Jermaine is behind on child support to the tune of nearly $100,000, and he's asking a judge to reduce his support payments from $3,000 a month to $215 a month.
