Chyna Dead for Days ... No Signs of Suicide

Published | Updated

There are no signs Chyna intended to die, based on what police found inside her apartment -- and she'd been deceased for at least a day ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us there was no suicide note left in her Redondo Beach, CA home. We're also told it appears the WWE legend had passed away a "day or two" prior to Wednesday evening ... when a friend found her body. The last known contact she had with anyone happened on Sunday evening.

As we first reported ... there were no illegal drugs, but officers did find legal prescription bottles. Our sources described the number of bottles as 3 or 4 ... "nothing out of the ordinary." Also, the bottles were not emptied.

We're told several neighbors told investigators they suspected "overdose" as the cause of death since she'd seemed "under the influence" lately.

Waka Flocka Flame I'm Back on the Horse After My Weed 911

Published | Updated

Waka Flocka Flame has not been scared straight after his medical emergency ... not by a long shot, because he's determined to make the most of 4/20.

As we reported, EMTs rushed to Waka's concert venue Sunday night after he consumed way too many edibles and smoked way too much weed. He was put in an ambulance, but after paramedics checked his vitals they decided he should sleep it off at home rather than in a hospital.

Waka tells us he will be high from morning 'til night on Weed Day, although he understands the concept of pacing himself a little better.

We'll check in with him on 4/21.

We caught up with Waka at Reagan National in D.C. on Tuesday where he showed our photog his bag of treats and dished more details on his bug out in Seattle. Check it out.

'Vanderpump Rules' Star Her Weed Parties Are Killing Me ... Neighbor Sues

Published | Updated

A rep for Scheana tells TMZ the star has never received any complaints from neighbors or management about weed ... as for the cat, we're told Scheana's cat isn't allowed outside and the one in the lawsuit is another neighbors.

"Vanderpump Rules" star Scheana Shay's weed puffing parties are out of control, just like her black cat ... according to one pissed off neighbor.

Scheana lives in a fancy L.A. high rise apartment, and a guy who shares a wall with her says his unit's been inundated by marijuana clouds drifting from her crib. He ain't happy about the contact high.

According to his lawsuit ... his spouse and young kids are getting nauseous from the smoke, and he's fed up with the noise that goes down when Scheana turns up. He even calls out Scheana's black cat.

He says she leaves it outdoors with its food ... which attracts ants that constantly scout his kitchen, bedroom, closet and bathrooms for more grub.

The guy's suing Shay and building management for a discount on his rent and damages.

Blake Shelton Big Legal Victory In Defamation Case

Published | Updated

Blake Shelton just scored a big victory in his defamation lawsuit against In Touch ... the judge squarely rejected the magazine's bid to have the case thrown out ... and the judge scoffed at the editor's assertion they never wrote he was in rehab ... just that he should go.

The judge was clear ... the magazine was telling its readers Blake had an alcohol problem and went to rehab. The judge said false claims of rehab are libelous ... period. That's bad for In Touch.

The judge went even further ... saying the magazine knew full well when they published the story that Blake had not been to rehab. And, the judge said, the fact that they ran the headline anyway is powerful proof of malice -- something Blake needs to show to win the case.

One more interesting thing ... In Touch pointed to some of Blake's tweets in which he talks/jokes about him being a drunk. The magazine claimed since he cultivates an image of a hard-drinking party boy he can't sue for defamation. The judge called BS on that claim.

The case will now proceed to trial.

Ex-NY Giants WR Preston Parker 2nd Drug Arrest in 3 Weeks ... Did You Just Throw Pot?

Published | Updated

It's deja vu all over again for ex-NY Giants wide receiver Preston Parker -- who was arrested for allegedly trying to ditch drugs during a traffic stop this week ... the 2ND time in 3 weeks.

Parker -- who was cut by the Giants in 2015 after dropping a TON of passes -- was pulled over in Boynton Beach, FL on Monday for illegal tint on his black Chevy Malibu. During the stop, cops say he tossed a clear bag of the sticky icky out of his window.

Cops found the bag and tried to take Parker into custody while he reportedly resisted.

But just 3 weeks ago, cops say they had almost the exact same experience with the 29-year-old -- with drama beginning after a stop for tinted windows.

Only that time, cops say Parker tried to ditch COCAINE -- and when they finally pulled him over, they allegedly found a fully loaded gun in his car.

Hope he saved some of that NFL cash for a good lawyer ...

Waka Flocka Flame There Is Such a Thing As TOO High!

Published | Updated

Even accomplished weed smokers like Waka Flocka Flame can overdo it.

The rapper was in Seattle Sunday and his evening was interrupted by some EMTs who gave him a lift in their ambulance. Waka blames it on "#nonGMO edibles and 20 or more blunts."

The rep says Waka didn't end up in the hospital, which is weird because that's usually the dropping off point for an ambo.

FYI ... recreational weed is legal in the state of Washington, though we doubt that would have stopped Waka.

Blake Shelton I Drink, Get Over It!

Published | Updated

Blake Shelton sent a message to his fans -- and possibly In Touch magazine -- about his boozing habits during his latest concert.

Blake played the Tortuga Music Festival in Fort Lauderdale this weekend ... and while onstage he took several healthy swigs from a cup that read, "I drink, get over it" -- and he made sure cameras captured the phrase.

Blake recently filed a defamation lawsuit against In Touch for its cover story about him hitting "rock bottom" and going to rehab. In Touch says there's no defamation, since Blake's proudly created a hard drinking image.

We suspect these pics might end up in court.

As Blake puts it (in song) ... "Cause the more I drink, the more I drink."

COME SEE THE DOCTOR

NFL star Josh Gordon just got an offer he should probably refuse (or should he?) from a huge rapper who says he can assist the troubled WR with his weed problem ...

by helping him beat the NFL drug test.

We got Cypress Hill frontman B-Real outside of the Staples Center recently and asked the outspoken reefer advocate what Gordon could do to kick his habit for the green stuff.

It's a real problem for Josh ... he was suspended all of last year for repeated violations of the NFL's drug policy ... and it's been reported that he failed a test back in March, making his reinstatement iffy.

Check out the clip -- B-Real says he wants to help Josh ... by showing him top secret pothead master tactics to mask the wacky tobacky in his system.

B-Real also says Josh could try just not smoking during the season ... there's a thought.

Zac Brown I Didn't Know There'd Be Strippers and Blow

Published | Updated

Zac Brown unwittingly ended up in a hotel room with strippers, condoms and cocaine ... so say sources connected to the country singer.

As we reported, Zac was in a Palm Beach hotel room a week ago at 2:30 AM when cops raided the suite and arrested 4 people for weed and coke. There were 3 strippers present, one of whom had 6 condoms and $1,000 cash in her purse.

Our Zac sources say he was out on the town earlier in the evening with a friend. The sources say the friend invited Zac to hang out with a bunch of guys in a hotel room and he had no idea strippers would show minutes after he arrived.

The sources insist Zac did nothing wrong ... he had not done any drugs nor had he done anything with the strippers. We're told the cops busted the joint 10 minutes after the strippers arrived.

The cops repeatedly lied to TMZ and said there was no evidence Zac was present, even though there's a police document listing his name. And as we reported, the cops were so starstruck they got Zac's autograph and even mocked one of the strippers for not knowing he was a famous singer.

Zac, we're told, asked the cops to keep him out of the police report because he has a wife and kids. Our Zac sources insist it was the cops who first offered to omit his name.

We've learned Zac had a prescription bottle and 2 of the pills didn't match the label, so cops asked Zac to supply proof he had a valid Rx for the pills. He later presented proof the pills were painkillers that were prescribed after minor surgery.

Zac Brown Starstruck Cops Lied to Protect Country Star

Published | Updated

Palm Beach police repeatedly lied and covered for Zac Brown, who was caught up in a drug bust ... and they were so starstruck some of them even asked for the country singer's autograph.

As we reported, Zac was in a Four Seasons hotel room a week ago at around 2:30 AM when cops raided the place and arrested 4 people for marijuana and coke possession, including 2 strippers. After learning Zac was in the room but not arrested, we made multiple contacts with the Palm Beach PD brass, all of whom strongly and repeatedly told us they had no evidence Zac was in the room.

We've learned not only was Zac in the room, but the cops who made the bust were big, big fans. Our sources say several cops on scene asked for his autograph, and the officers who took one of the strippers to the station mocked her for not knowing Zac was a big country star.

We're also told once that stripper arrived at the station, several other officers joked with her about Zac and the fact she didn't know he was a famous singer.

Our sources say Zac asked the cops to keep him out of the police report because he had a wife and kids. It seems the police did everything in their power to facilitate that. In our numerous contacts with the PD, we repeatedly asked for any information tying Zac to the bust.

Although we now know a document did exist tying Zac to the room, we got this email response from a police official.

The information the official sent us made no reference to Zac Brown. The document showing his name was NOT included.

Various officials at the police dept. told us the same thing in well over a dozen calls ... they had no evidence Zac Brown was at the hotel room.

George Clooney, Rande Gerber Nuestras Casas Por Mucho Dinero

Published | Updated

George Clooney and Rande Gerber have made a $100 million run south of the border.

We've learned the 2 gazillionaires have sold their Cabo compound to a Mexican billionaire.

George and Rande famously built the 2 homes -- which they call Casamigos -- the name of their super popular tequila. The homes are adjacent, and the billionaire just had to have them.

The 2 houses were designed by famed architect Ricardo Legorreta ... the last properties he designed before he died.

Rande's home was featured in Architectural Digest and George's could've been if he wanted it.

George, Amal, Rande and Cindy are only homeless in Cabo temporarily ... they're building an even more spectacular compound.

And that deserves a shot.

CeeLo Green Getting High Grades for Probation Sobriety

Published | Updated

CeeLo Green's been a model citizen, and a sober one at that, for the last 19 months ... so his probation officer is asking the judge to cut him some major slack.

According to docs filed by the PO ... CeeLo exceeded the 360 hours of community service required -- spending 275.5 hours at MusiCares Foundation, and 94 hours with Volunteers of America-Veterans Center.

The docs also show he's peed clean urine in 10 drug and alcohol tests while attending all 52 AA meetings ... as the court ordered. The singer also earned glowing reviews from his therapist. He got 3 years probation for his no contest plea to furnishing ecstasy to a woman he was on a date with in 2012.

His PO wants to shift CeeLo to informal probation -- which means he still has to be on his best behavior, but does NOT have to check in with the probation office.

The judge has approved the modification.

Zac Brown Caught Up in Hotel Drug Bust

Published | Updated

Country music superstar Zac Brown got caught up in the middle of a South Florida drug bust where 4 people got popped for cocaine and weed ... but Zac not only walked, the cops made it seem he was never there.

The bust went down last Friday at around 5:30 AM at the Four Seasons in Palm Beach. According to the police report, cops got a call to check out a suspicious vehicle in front of the hotel ... and ended up arresting a man in the car for possession of more than 30 grams of coke.

The man in the car told cops he had come there with 2 women, who went up to one of the rooms. Police were suspicious enough that they went upstairs to check it out.

Officers found 9 people partying. A guy was arrested for pot and 2 women got popped for cocaine.

Our sources say Zac was in the room and questioned by police. We're also told he was in possession of prescription pills, and cops asked him to send them proof it was a legitimate doctor's Rx.

Here's the mystery ... we have called the Palm Beach PD numerous times over the last few days to ask about Zac and all they would say is that he wasn't mentioned in the police report. We noted the police report said there were 9 people in the room, and it went on to break it down ... 3 men and 5 women. We noted the number didn't add up, so who was the missing person? They wouldn't say.

Now it appears Zac's name was on one of the documents .... yet they told us repeatedly Zac was not mentioned in any portion of the police report.

As for Zac, we have talked to his publicist numerous times about our story and she had no comment. In the last communication, after we outlined our story, she wrote back, "Didn't get [from Zac or the team] anything to add."
