Weed lovers/worshipers now have a church to call home, and naturally ... it's in Denver, and of course ... it's opening April 20.
Elevation Ministries -- a Colorado-based religious org -- announced the launch of the International Church of Cannabis, which will be a "spiritual home to adults who seek to become the best version of themselves" ... with bud.
Congregation members call themselves Elevationists, and their mission statement sounds right on point: deepening and accelerating one's spiritual journey of self-discovery. Again, with bud.
One more nug ... the chapel is 113 years old and was recently renovated with paintwork from Kenny Scharf -- who's featured at the Guggenheim. So, it's a classy joint, if you will.
2 Chainz is going to be in town that weekend, and we're told the church is hoping he comes to worship. Chances are high, we're thinking.
Let the choir sing ... Puff, puff, pass. Amen.

Francis appeared in a Houston courtroom Tuesday and pled guilty to the misdemeanor DWI charge. In exchange, he got 3 days in jail -- but the judge gave him credit for time served so he won't go back.
He was also fined $1,000 and his driver's license has been suspended for 1 year.
As we previously reported, Francis was initially pulled over in a black Chevy Tahoe for speeding -- but during the stop, the cop noticed he reeked of booze. Francis was also verbally abusive and allegedly vowed REVENGE on the arresting officers.

Chief Keef has been charged with a DUI after cops pulled him over in a traffic stop-turned-drug bust this weekend.
According to the Miami Beach Police report ... Chief was booked Saturday for felony DUI after he failed a sobriety test when he and another vehicle were stopped for what appeared to be a weed transfer.
Police stopped Chief in his green Maclaren, as well as a vehicle behind him, when a guy in Chief's passenger seat got out and handed off some bud.
Officers searched and found more weed and other substances in the trailing car and charged 4 others with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. At least 1 of the guys had a couple warrants for his arrest in NJ related to drug charges and robbery.
As for Chief ... cops say he had bloodshot eyes and dry mouth before a drug expert showed up on the scene. Chief reportedly told them "It's okay. When you find weed in my urine I'll just get my attorney to get my marijuana card."
Cops also found a cup full of "sizzurp" ... the codeine-laced drink Lil Wayne's always rapping about.
Unclear whether Chief's still in jail as of Sunday.

Artie Lange Gets Big Break in Weird Drug Case
Artie Lange will not be charged with drug possession, despite a police report which says he had several bags of suspected heroin and coke.
TMZ reported Artie was arrested at his New Jersey apartment building last month after cops found heroin in his parked car. At the time, cops say they also found drugs on his person.
Artie was booked on 2 counts drug possession, but now prosecutors have nixed that offense. He's been charged with 3 counts of "disorderly persons" -- it's still a drug offense, but way less serious than possession. They're the equivalent of misdemeanors.
It's interesting ... Artie was not charged with drug possession because he wasn't in the car when cops arrived, and therefore it's difficult to prove the drugs were his. It's unclear why he was not charged with drug possession for the heroin police said they found on his person.
The maximum penalty in this case for disorderly persons is 6 months in county jail. If he were charged with possession the maximum sentence would be 5 years in prison.

Young Thug Skates on Felony Drug Charge ... Saved by Technicality
Young Thug's off the hook for a felony drug charge, thanks to his lawyers arguing cops overstepped boundaries with an illegal search warrant.
You'll recall the rapper's crib was raided by cops in Sandy Springs, GA in July 2015 ... turning up weapons and drugs. Thug was charged with felony cocaine possession, felony marijuana possession and 3 counts of felony gun possession.
Since then, the D.A. had dropped all but the marijuana charges. YT's lawyers argued that should be kicked out too, because cops conducted the search without a proper warrant. The judge agreed ... giving YT total victory.
We reached out to the D.A. for comment, but so far no word back.

Alabama's Ryan Anderson I Didn't Throw Deshaun Watson Out of a Bar ... I Was Helping Him
Ex-Alabama football star Ryan Anderson says he did not threaten Deshaun Watson and force him out of a Tuscaloosa bar this weekend ... claiming he only got involved to HELP the QB.
Anderson -- a projected NFL Draft pick -- was seen on video along with Tide alum Wallace Gilberry talking to the ex-Clemson QB right before he was escorted out of the Innisfree Irish Pub on Friday night.
Multiple reports say Anderson and Gilberry told Watson to leave -- but Anderson's rep tells TMZ Sports that's NOT the whole story.
We spoke with Anderson's publicist, Bob Broderick, who says Ryan and Wallace only approached Watson because some patrons were getting hostile toward him.
Broderick says Anderson suggested Watson leave before the patrons escalated the situation -- and Anderson even offered to pick up Watson's tab as a friendly gesture.
"Bottom Line, Ryan didn’t ask Deshaun to leave," Broderick says ... "and they have since talked after the incident."

'Zoey 101' Star Saves Baby From Heroin-Fueled Car Crash
Former "Zoey 101" star Matthew Underwood rescued a 4-month-old baby after the infant's parents passed out on drugs and crashed their car ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us Matthew was one of the first people on the scene of a car wreck last Thursday in Port St. Lucie, FL ... where a female driver cut across 6 lanes of traffic on a busy street and crashed into a tree.
We're told she passed out at the wheel with a syringe full of heroin in her arm, with her baby daddy passed out in the back seat. Their baby was in an unsecured car seat next to the father.
According to the police report ... Matt saw the parents passed out, removed the infant -- who was not injured -- and had his brother call 911.
Matt also shot video of the scene before cops arrived. The mother later told cops she'd just bought heroin to try for the first time. The dad had a pill bottle full of Alprazolam (generic Xanax), a smoking pipe and a 2nd syringe laying next to him.
Matt tells us he decided to record the scene once he saw the parents passed out. He wanted to document the scene before he intervened in case things went south. He says he couldn't have just driven by without helping.
Both parents were booked for child neglect and drug possession. The baby was turned over to a family member.
