Rashida Beach -- a star on MTV's "Are You the One?" who returned to win the "Second Chances" spinoff -- was arrested in Georgia for a DUI ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement tells us ... Rashida was booked early Saturday morning by DeKalb PD and faces 4 charges -- DUI, exceeding maximum speed, driving on a roadway laned for traffic and open container. She was released on $2,400 bond.

Beach posted vids to her social media Friday night showing her partying at an Atlanta area club.

Rashida was a standout on season 3 of 'AYTO?' in 2015 with her match, Devin ... and the 2 returned to take home the top prize earlier this year on the show's "Second Chances" spinoff.

Daz Dillinger says Lil Peep's death should set off alarms -- prescription pill addiction isn't just a problem in hip-hop, it's part of the culture.

We got Tha Dogg Pound legend at LAX Thursday, and he reacted to emo rapper Lil Peep dying of what police suspect is an overdose. Daz says this needs to be the moment when artists quit glorifying pill popping, as Peep often did with Xanax and other meds.

While DD famously rapped back in the day about marijuana, especially on The Chronic, he says the danger is way higher today.

Erykah Badu thinks Lil Peep's death is more complicated than it seems -- it's not just a cautionary tale about addiction, it's also a warning about mental illness issues for young people in America.

As we first reported, police strongly suspect the 21-year-old rapper died of a fatal overdose. When we got Erykah Thursday in NYC ... she was extremely somber about the challenges youth face these days. As a mother of 3, she says kids, in general, are desperately trying to stay stimulated while coping with a wave of negativity -- which is why they turn to drugs.

Gene Simmons is giving his pal, George Lopez, a pass for his drunken antics at a KISS event, and says there's still room for him the next time the band parties at sea.

We got the rock legend outside The London hotel in NYC, and just had to get his take on George getting hammered and obnoxious during last week's KISS Kruise. Some fans were pissed off, but Gene says George was just enjoying himself.

Even though Gene famously doesn't drink, he's got no issues with fans rock 'n' rolling all night and partying everyday -- up to a point. You gotta see what he says about regulating unruly fans ... at least back in the day he would.

Melissa Etheridge can keep on smiling' -- she made a plea deal in her marijuana possession case that keeps her out of jail.

Burke County State attorney Amber Fiesel tells TMZ ... Melissa pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, a Class B misdemeanor. She'll pay $1,000 in fines and fees and get 6 months of unsupervised probation. If she keeps her nose clean during that time, the case will be tossed.

Prosecutors wanted Melissa to submit to drug testing, but the judge shut that down after hearing Melissa has a medical marijuana card in Cali to treat her cancer-related pain.

As we reported ... Melissa's tour bus was stopped near the U.S.-Canada border in North Dakota back in August, and a K-9 detected her marijuana oil.

Master P teamed up with a cannabis company to help spread his own brand of bud across California, but it bailed on him and cost him millions ... according to a new suit.

The rap mogul joined the legal cannabis industry in November 2016 with the launch of his brand, Master P's Trees ... and claims he struck a deal with Privateer Holdings in March 2017 to produce and distribute his products in Cali.

According to the docs ... the deal was for 1 year, and Master P would promote the brand and cover half the production costs -- profits would be split down the middle. The official product launch was set for a July music fest where P was performing.

Problem is -- according to the suit -- Privateer reneged on the deal in late July and left Master P holding the bag.

The rapper's suing for breach of contract and fraud, claiming Privateer never really wanted to work with him but rather get "an inside look into the urban and hip-hop demographic of cannabis users" for its own benefit.

Rose McGowan turned herself into cops in Virginia where she was arrested for an outstanding warrant for possession of cocaine.

Back in January, cops say they found a few small bags of cocaine in a wallet McGowan had left behind at the airport. A felony warrant was issued last month for her arrest, and the actress surrendered Tuesday to the Sheriff's Department in Loudoun County, Virginia.

After cops snapped her mug shot, Rose was released on a $5,000 bond.

She faces up to a year in prison if convicted. Shortly after news of the warrant came out, Rose made it clear the case wouldn't stop her from speaking out against Harvey Weinstein and supporting victims of sexual misconduct.

Bodybuilding superstar Rich Piana would snort lines of pre-workout powder like it was cocaine ... this according to the death report obtained by TMZ Sports.

We broke the story ... investigators found white powder at the apartment where Piana suffered a medical emergency back in August. He died 18 days later.

Law enforcement spoke with Piana's girlfriend to try and find out what the powder was -- and she told investigators it was CON-CRET PRE workout powder (Lemon-Lime) ... which is advertised as a high-caffeine booster.

Piana's GF told cops, "He would snort this powder" ... and she does not believe it was anything illicit.

So, what did cause Piana's medical emergency? Officials say the autopsy was essentially inconclusive ... though it revealed Piana had heart disease.

Unclear if the 20 bottles of steroids found in his home contributed in any way either.

Piana was 46.

Ex-Faith No More singer Chuck Mosley died of a heroin overdose -- at least that's what cops suspect after finding syringes next to his body, TMZ has learned.

Mosley's body was found last Thursday by a friend and his longtime partner, Pip Logan, in their Cleveland home. Logan told cops she last saw Chuck earlier that day around 11 AM. She and the friend returned just before 8 PM to find Mosley's lifeless body on the living room floor.

Cleveland police say they found two syringes, a baggie and a spoon with residue by Chuck's body. The singer's family described his death as being “due to the disease of addiction.”

It''ll take weeks before the Medical Examiner's office gets toxicology results. Mosley played with the funk-metal band in the '80s, after replacing Courtney Love.

He was 57.

Turns out ... Jimmy Garoppolo's a bro.

Now that Tom Brady's former backup is in the news for being traded to the 49ers ... someone sent us some footage of Jimmy partying during St. Patrick's Day -- and guess what? Bro's gonna bro.

Jimmy G. rolled into the Old Crow Smokehouse bar in Chicago back in March and turned up with his 10 to 15-person bro squad. We're told the QB was like a handsomer, tinier Gronk.

George Lopez wanted to shout it out loud on stage with KISS, but the problem was band members were just trying to answer questions from fans ... so George got the boot.

Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons and the fellas were doing a Q&A Thursday on their annual KISS Kruise when Lopez got disruptive, which you see from the video. Check it out ... the crowd begins to boo and yell to take his mic away. We're told George was very drunk.

At one point, KISS manager Doc McGhee leaves the stage because he's so annoyed, and we're told security escorted George off shortly afterward. He was spotted in the crowd sleeping later on during another band's performance.

As for why Lopez was part of the panel in the first place ... he's friends with Stanley and a KISS superfan. We got him at LAX when he returned from the Kruise ... he still gave it a rave review.

We've reached out to George ... no word back so far.

Tyrese has offered an explanation for his erratic behavior in recent weeks -- he says a new medication is to blame.

Tyrese claims his online meltdown a couple weeks ago was caused by the drug Rexulti, used to treat depression, having an adverse effect on him ... but he's off it now and getting back to normal.

The actor says the meds made him do things over the past 2 months that effected a lot of people and he wants them to know he's sorry.

As we've reported ... Tyrese is in a bitter court battle with his ex, Norma Gibson, and he says doctors recommended the meds to him to handle the stress.

Former Patriots star Willie McGinest has some real talk for O.J. Simpson after he got drunkenly booted from a Vegas hotel ... SIT DOWN, SON!

"He should just sit his ass down somewhere. Stay out the way," Willie told TMZ Sports.

FYI, the Juice got way too loose Wednesday night at the Cosmo -- getting escorted out by hotel security before being slapped with a permanent ban.

O.J. Simpson was booted from the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas Wednesday night after allegedly getting wasted and then being extremely unruly.

Simpson had been frequenting bars at the hotel since his release from prison. Hotel staff tells TMZ ... at around midnight last night, Simpson was drunk and became disruptive at the Clique bar. We're told Simpson was angry at hotel staff and glasses broke at the bar.

William H. Macy's paternal concerns aren't limited to his real life kids -- he also cares deeply about Ethan Cutkosky, his TV spawn who just got busted for DUI.

We asked the "Shameless" dad about Ethan's arrest, and he immediately went to bat for the 18-year-old ... telling us he's a good kid. He also had sympathy for child actors who have to grow up in Hollywood.

He was rushing into LAX when we talked to him, but William said he plans to take some time to call Ethan, and possibly offer some fatherly advice. In other words ... the exact opposite of how Bill's Frank Gallagher character would react on the hit Showtime series.
