UPDATE 6:45 AM PT -- Sources on the set tell TMZ ... after Halle fell, she started throwing up, and that's when people around her became alarmed and called for help. FYI, throwing up is a sign of a concussion.

UPDATE 5:40 AM PT -- A rep for Halle tells TMZ "Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, 'The Hive.' She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She'll continue production as planned."

Halle Berry was rushed to the hospital Tuesday night after suffering an injury while shooting a movie.

Sources tell TMZ ... Halle hit her head on concrete after taking a nasty fall.

According to a photo agency, Halle was taken to Cedars Sinai Medical Center in L.A. We're told the injury occurred at around 10 PM. There was an ambulance on scene, and it appears that's how Halle was transported.

Halle was shooting the movie, "The Hive." You'll recall she suffered an ankle injury during another movie shoot in Spain.

Her condition is unclear.

10:45 AM PST: We're told Tom is taking Suri to Chelsea Piers later today for her gymnastics lesson. As for how Tom picked Suri up ... we're told he went to Katie's apartment, but he never saw his soon-to-be ex-wife. He was inside the apartment for less than 5 minutes.

Tom Cruise has reunited with his daughter for the first time since Katie Holmes filed for divorce last month.

Tom wrapped his latest movie shoot and flew to New York City, where we're told he'll be spending several days with his 6-year-old daughter. This pic (above) shows Tom carrying Suri into The Greenwich Hotel.

Sources tell TMZ ... Tom will have no contact with Katie. Suri will be picked up and taken back with the help of intermediaries.

The picture (below) shows Tom's sister, Cass, bearing gifts as she enters the hotel.

NFL star Adrian Peterson insists ... he did NOT resist arrest last week outside a Houston nightclub after allegedly shoving an off-duty police officer -- claiming, "I'm 200% innocent."

The Minnesota Vikings running back just spoke inside a Houston courthouse, telling reporters, "I didn't push, shove, touch anything or anyone, especially an officer."

He added, "I definitely don't have a problem with the Houston PD. This involves two individual officers that I have an issue with. Once everything is settled, the truth will come out."

Peterson was at court this morning for his arraignment on the resisting arrest charge -- but the arraignment was postponed to August.

On his way out, Peterson was asked if the incident was a run-of-the-mill drinking situation that got out of hand -- and Peterson responded, "Yeah, pretty much."

Chumlee from "Pawn Stars" was involved in a crazy -- and bloody -- fight right in the middle of Hollywood Blvd. this weekend ... but the reality star tells TMZ it was all in self-defense.

A video has surfaced showing Chum and his pals hanging out in front of Chum's Rolls Royce ... when they are approached by an unknown man.

Chum tells us ... the guy was harassing the group and demanding a ride in the Rolls. When Chum's group refused, Chum says the man threatened to pull a gun.

Chum says the man then reached for something in his pocket ... so his boys took action, socking the guy in the face HARD ... dropping the man to the pavement.

Once the guy hit the floor, Chum and his crew scrambled to get back in the car and quickly fled the scene ... while the man tried to pick himself up, blood pouring out of his face.

Chum tells TMZ, "Instinct just took over. [The man] didn’t even know I was on TV or anything … just wanted to ride in our car and start problems.”

Kate Upton sucking down an ice cold beer at a baseball game might be every man's fantasy -- but the 20-year-old supermodel says she was NOT boozing illegally ... despite a suspicious video clip.

Kate was at a Detroit Tigers game on July 6th -- in Tigers ace Justin Verlander's luxury suite -- when TV cameras spotted her toasting friends with a sudsy beverage.

We all know the formula -- baseball game + luxury box + sudsy beverage = BEER!

But Kate's rep insists that's not what happened ... telling TMZ underaged Kate was not drinking beer, and was only there to take in the game with a friend. The rep would not say what Kate was drinking.

A rep for the Tigers assured us "all patrons who appear to be under 30 years old are ID'd."

No doubt, Kate looks way under 30.

10:44 AM PST: Tom's longtime lawyer, Bert Fields, just told TMZ, "The Tom Cruise-Katie Holmes case has been settled with a signed agreement. Tom is really pleased we got there, and so am I."

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have SETTLED their divorce ... this according to Katie's lawyer.

Jonathan Wolfe tells TMZ, "This case has been settled and the agreement has been signed. We are thrilled for Katie and her family and are excited to watch as she embarks on the next chapter of her life."

TMZ reported in the last few days lawyers for both sides were in a marathon negotiation -- trying to end what began as a divorce war.

As we reported, one condition Tom had for settling was "meaningful, significant" contact with Suri.

Kris Humphries finally got the news from ex-GF Myla Sinnaj -- the news TMZ broke -- that's she says she's 3 months pregnant and claims he's the dad -- but sources close to Kris tell us ... he's not convinced he's the daddy.

According to our sources, Kris didn't express his doubts to Myla ... but we're told he'll take a paternity test for proof positive.

As TMZ first reported, Myla is sure Kris is the baby daddy but wants to raise the baby on her own. But that could change, because we know Kris is making sounds he may get back together with her.

Crunchy Black -- a former member of the rap group Three 6 Mafia -- is recovering after being shot in the face and the leg in Las Vegas earlier this month ... TMZ has learned.

According to the Las Vegas Metro Police Department, Black -- real name Darnell Carlton -- was shot at 3:30 AM on July 1st.

Cops say they have located a "possible scene where multiple rounds had been fired" ... but no suspects have been arrested in connection with the shooting.

Cops say the case is now being investigated as an attempted murder.

So far, cops have not released a possible motive.

Kal Penn had a mid-air bathroom emergency during an American Airlines flight earlier today ... as in, the toilets BROKE at 10,000 feet ... and the pilot decided to ground the plane ASAP.

The "Harold & Kumar" actor was aboard a flight from LAX to Dallas when something went wrong with the plumbing ... so the captain decided to make an unscheduled landing in Albuquerque to avoid a potentially putrid situation on-board.

Once they touched down in New Mexico, Kal tweeted from the runway ... "toilet overflowed." He added, "My 1st emergency landing cuz of poop. Kinda funny kinda not."

A rep for AA explained, "The lavatories were inoperable, so we landed in Albuquerque briefly to service them, for the convenience of our customers. We apologized to our passengers for the inconvenience."

Charlie Sheen's former assistant -- the man many claim was behind Charlie's drug binge last year -- was found dead, and TMZ has learned cops found a pharmacy full of drugs.

Rick Calamaro, who was in and out of Charlie's life for years, was found dead in his L.A. apartment yesterday, although it appears he was dead for several days.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... cops found "numerous pain medications and an open bottle of alcohol."

Rick was a club promoter who knew Charlie decades ago and some believe he supplied Sheen with drugs over the years.

Rick -- whom many Charlie insiders blamed for the actor's craziness in 2011 -- was with Charlie on the trip where Charlie trashed his room at The Plaza Hotel during a dispute with Capri Anderson.

5:09 PM PT -- A Ritz employee who supervises the suites in the hotel tells TMZ ... "Charlie was here for 3 days. He looked so good. He was clean and sober and very friendly, and he left yesterday and his room was clean."

4:53 PM PT -- A rep for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company is backing Charlie's story ... telling TMZ, "The hotel room was in pristine condition on Friday, June 22 and remains so today Tuesday, June 26."

The rep adds, "Should Mr. Sheen wish to book a room in any Ritz-Carlton hotel in the portfolio, we would be delighted to host his stay."

4:38 PM PT -- TMZ spoke with someone who works in the hotel who would know if there was damage to a room ... and he said no one in the hotel had a destructive meltdown that night.

We also spoke with someone in the room next door to Charlie who tells us nothing happened ... no noise, no hookers, no incident.

Charlie Sheen is adamant ... he is not BANNED from the Ritz-Carlton in NYC and did not trash the living hell out of his hotel room ... despite reports to the contrary.

Larry Solters, who reps Sheen, tells TMZ ... the "Anger Management" star was merely having dinner with family and friends at the hotel ... and was absolutely NOT participating in a drug and hooker party in his room.

According to reports, Sheen was asked to leave the property and never return to another Ritz -- but Sheen's people tell us ... the whole story is complete BS.

We shot Charlie walking out of the hotel yesterday, and everything seemed fine -- he even posed with a fan.

Sheen's rep says, "If you want to call 'dinner with family and friends' a party, so be it."

Frightening moment for "Hunger Games" star Jennifer Lawrence yesterday -- when an underage girl collapsed on the front lawn of her L.A. apartment complex.

The Santa Monica Police Department tells TMZ ... Lawrence was out walking her dog ... when she noticed a random girl laid out on her back.

As Jennifer rushed to assist the young woman, someone in the area called 911 ... and paramedics raced to the scene.

Cops tell us ... "The young lady who collapsed was a juvenile and was part of a group that was together."

It's unclear why the young woman was in front of Jennifer's home ... but cops say, "Alcohol may have played a role in the incident."

We're told paramedics didn't feel the girl needed to be transported to a hospital -- instead, she was treated on the scene and cleared to leave.

Cops believed one of the students who taunted bus monitor Karen Klein was at the center of a serious hostage situation yesterday ... but it turned out to be a hoax.

Steve Chatterton -- Captain of the Greece Police Dept. in Greece, NY -- tells TMZ ... someone called the cops yesterday claiming to be holding a family hostage at gunpoint.

The caller gave police an address ... which turned out to be a home where one of the kids on Karen's bus lived ... so cops reacted with full force.

We're told cops raced to the location ... set up a perimeter ... and tried to make contact with the family, which proved difficult because the fam had turned off their phones after receiving TONS of harassing phone calls.

But cops eventually spoke with family members and realized there was no danger ... and determined the whole thing was a hoax.

Still, Captain Chatterton tells us the threats are coming in fast and furiously ... targeting the bullies and their siblings, parents, girlfriends and boyfriends. Chatterton says students who weren't even on the bus are getting threats.

NBA superstar Tony Parker -- who was injured when Drake and Chris Brown's posses squared off -- is suing the NYC nightclub for $20 million, claiming it should never have let Rihanna's exes in at the same time ... and Chris Brown as well as Drake could end up as defendants.

The San Antonio Spurs star filed the lawsuit Thursday in NY State Supreme Court ... against W.i.P. Nightclub -- and in the suit he alleges the club's security was negligent for allowing the brawl to ever happen.

Parker says he was hit by shards of glass and suffered lacerations to his cornea when bottles started flying in the fight last week.

The lawsuit alleges club management, knowing there was "bad blood between Drake and Brown," was driven by the almighty buck and continued selling alcohol to the participants in the brawl, despite the fact that some were "visibly intoxicated."

Parker's injury is a huge deal because it could affect his NBA career, and -- more immediately -- his performance in the Olympics with the French national basketball team.

As for why he would sue for $20 MILLION? Parker is in the middle of a $50 million contract with the Spurs.

As for whether Chris Brown or Drake will be added as defendants, Parker's lawyer, David Jaroslawicz, tells TMZ ... he's waiting for the results of the police investigation. He also wants to review the surveillance tape before making his decision.
