'Jersey Shore' Kids Drive Hard Bargain
The "Jersey Shore" kids didn't fall off the pizza delivery truck yesterday -- TMZ has learned they have rejected MTV's salary offer for Season 2.
Sources connected with the negotiation say MTV offered Snooki, Pauly D, "The Situation" and the others each a $10,000 signing bonus and $5,000 an episode.
We're told the cast rejected the offer and made it clear -- they were negotiating "Friends" style ... everyone would get the same amount and it had to be a lot higher than MTV's offer.
Sources say MTV came back and doubled the offer -- $10,000 an episode. The cast hasn't responded to the offer.
It's still a bargain. The season finale of "Jersey Shore" was off the charts with 4.8 million viewers.
And, with some members of "The Hills" scoring north of $100,000 an episode, the "Jersey Shore" kids, frankly, should be holding out for a hell of a lot more than $10k.
We've also learned MTV has a contractual hold on the cast for another year, so technically Snooki and company have no right to renegotiate -- but it's done all the time with hit shows.
An MTV spokesperson would not comment on the negotiations and said the network has not made a decision on bringing the show back for Season 2. We're also told MTV has received thousands of tapes from would-be Guidos and Guidettes.

Andy Dick And Then There Were Three ...
The two people who told cops Andy Dick got a little grabby with them at a West Virgina bar weren't the only ones he was allegedly little aggressive with on Friday night -- but the third guy says ... no harm, no foul.
TMZ obtained photos of Dick at Rum Runners in West Virginia right before his arrest. We spoke with Jonathan Kraft, the other guy in the pics, who tells us he's a regular at the place and when he saw Dick, he went right up to him and bought him a drink.
Kraft says he introduced Dick to the owner and at one point, Kraft says Dick tried to kiss him. Kraft said he dismissed him, saying, "I'm not down with that."
Kraft tells TMZ he has no intention of filing any complaint and he calls the charges against Dick "dumb" and "stupid," saying, "He's nationally known as a weird guy."

Slash Gear Banned from Guns N' Roses Concert
Guns N' Roses fans were forced to take sides in the legendary war between Axl Rose and Slash -- after security at a recent GNR show banned fans from wearing Slash gear inside the show.
It all went down at the GNR show in Canada last Wednesday -- concert security informed fans that they were required to turn their Slash t-shirts inside out .... and leave their top hats outside.
TMZ spoke with a member of the concert security team who confirmed the marching orders -- and told us the instructions were passed down from a producer for the band.
We're told a few fans took the high road and went home ... but most just sucked it up and did what they were told.

Andy Dick 'He Was Really Out of It'
One of the guys Andy Dick is accused of sexually abusing tells TMZ he was merely doing his job when Andy grabbed him in his special place.
Phillip Daniels, a bouncer at Rum Runners in West Virginia, tells TMZ Andy Dick tried walking past him when he entered the bar, without taking a wristband. Daniels says he stopped the comedian, put the band on his wrist ... that's when Andy grabbed his crotch. Daniels tells us ...when he pulled away, Dick laughed and walked off.
Daniels tells us, "You could tell he was really out of it. He was on something."
The bouncer says someone called the cops and they showed up 20 minutes later, inquiring, "Where's the comedian?" About eight cops went to the back, Daniels says, and walked out a few minutes later with Dick in handcuffs.
Andy Dick is facing two felony counts of sexual abuse -- a male patron says Dick also groped him. If convicted, he could get five years in prison. And, Dick is also in hot water because he's on probation for another assault case in L.A.
Andy's lawyer says Andy "is stunned by these allegations" and he is "strongly denying any criminal conduct."

According to the criminal complaint, Dick was talking to a guy when he "unexpectedly and without invitation grabbed the victim's crotch, repeatedly groping then kissing him."
Also in the complaint, a security guard at the bar says that Andy Dick "grabbed his crotch and began laughing" when the guard tried to give him an armband.
A press release from the Huntington Police Department says: "Based upon statements of two victims and independent witness accounts alleging that he had engaged in unwanted and uninvited groping of the two victims' genital areas, Andrew R. Dick (AKA Andy Dick) of South Pasadena, Calif., was arrested and charged with two counts of Sex Abuse in the First Degree."

Kim Kardashian Gets Bodyguards Galore
Kim Kardashian's boyfriend, Reggie Bush, is so worried about a fan who allegedly has made it his life's mission to hook up with Kim, he's hired a phalanx of bodyguards to protect her.
The New Orleans Saints star, we're told, has hired six bodyguards to accompany Kim everywhere she goes.
Kim got a restraining order earlier in the week against Dennis Shaun Bowman, who she says moved from Georgia to L.A. to be with her, even though she's never met him. According to legal docs, Bowman has shown up to Kim's appearances in Joker face paint and has even threatened Bush.
The restraining order requires Bowman to stay 500 yards clear of Kim.

Lawyer for Matt Kemp's Ex -- Abuse Was Real
The ex-girlfriend of Matt Kemp -- the L.A. Dodger who is currently dating R&B star Rihanna -- is lashing out at Kemp's people, claiming they are lying about a relationship that was abusive and threatening.
David D. Diamond, Felisha Terrell's attorney, tells TMZ he's pissed off that Kemp's agent is now saying Terrell lied in her 2008 restraining order application against Kemp.
Terrell claimed Kemp was verbally abusive and threatening, but both sides ultimately agreed to drop the matter.
When news of the restraining surfaced earlier this week, Kemp's agent told one outlet, "She chose to file a complaint and shortly thereafter, on her own accord, decided to drop it based on the fact that the statements made within were false."
Diamond says his client never lied: "The temporary restraining order was granted because of an actual and real threat. The matter was quietly resolved until Mr. Kemp's agent began making false public statements."
Diamond adds, "...my hope is that Ms. Terrell tells her story, because it is a compelling tale of betrayal, abuse and survival."
Calls to Kemp's agent were not returned.

Conan O'Brien in Presidential Cover Up
Conan O'Brien is cloaking himself in scandal -- dude has been rocking the same exact jacket that landed President Barack Obama in the middle of a controversy back in 2009.
During Conan's rain-soaked anti-NBC protest, he wore a black jacket made by the Weatherproof clothing company -- the very same jacket Obama was wearing during a recent trip to China.
The clothing company ended up ripping off a photo of Obama in the jacket and using his image -- without permission -- on a billboard in Times Square late last year, which is still up.
The White House is now forcing Weatherproof to take it down ... and the company says they aim to have it removed by the end of the month.
So for an item that claims to be weather resistant -- the jacket certainly seems to be drenched in celebrity scandal.

'West Wing' Star Escapes Prison Problem
Joshua Malina from "West Wing" won't have to live next door to prison inmates after all -- an L.A. County Fire Chief just put the kibosh on a community proposal to house convicts in his Malibu neighborhood.
As TMZ first reported ... Malina went ballistic last weekend after he found a flier on his mailbox, informing him that Malibu was considering a plan to house 80-100 inmates in a firehouse near his home.
After Malina complained to the powers that be, L.A. County Supervisor Zev Yaroslavsky sent him a letter on Tuesday saying the plan to house inmates in the neighborhood "defies common sense" and had been 86'd.
There was also an apology regarding "the manner in which this issue came to the attention of the community" ... as in, sorry about those fliers.
We're told the L.A. County Fire Chief ordered the Fire Department to look into an alternative.

Farrah Fawcett's Estate Sues Documentarian
The estate of the late Farrah Fawcett is suing the guy behind the Farrah documentary -- claiming the dude sold Farrah out to the paparazzi and embezzled hundreds of thousands of dollars.
According to a lawsuit filed today, in L.A. County Superior Court, Fawcett hired a guy named Craig Nevius to put together "Farrah's Story." Farrah's lawyers claim Farrah gave Nevius "access to private and personal information, film footage" and other materials.
When Nevius turned in his cut of the film, Farrah's lawyers say it was "amateurish and sensationalized, and looked like tabloid journalism, which was not at all what Ms. Fawcett wanted."
Upon hearing of Farrah's rejection, the lawsuit claims Nevius sought out "misplaced revenge" by (among other things) intentionally revealed private, personal information about Fawcett, gave out footage without her consent and embezzled tons of money from the trust she set up to manage the film.
Nevius tells TMZ, "These accusations are nothing more than a fabricated press release disguised as a lawsuit. As much as I would like to answer the allegations and disprove them right here and right now in the court of public opinion, I will wait to do so in a court of law."
The estate is seeking unspecified damages.
Marlon Brando Ex Sues for Wrongful Death
Marlon Brando's ex-wife is suing for what she calls the wrongful death of Christian Brando (right), the son she had with Marlon.
In a lawsuit filed today, Anna Kashfi claims that the doctor who treated Christian -- who died at 49 -- was reckless in providing medical care and monitoring Christian, which she claims led directly to his death.
Kashfi is also suing Teihotu Brando and Rebecca Brando, both children of Marlon's (but not hers), for interfering with her right to dispose of Christian's remains.
Christian died of pneumonia in 2008.
Kashfi is suing for unspecified damages.

Specifically, the estate needs co-executive and creative directors.
According to the docs, "With the proper executive and creative management and leadership, the opportunity exists for the MJJ Business to become one of the most profitable companies in the music industry."

Conan O'Brien's Horse Gag -- Total Manure
Conan O'Brien is a total fraud -- and so is the horse he rode in on.
On last night's show, Conan claimed he blew $4.8 million dollars on a gag in which he trotted out Kentucky Derby winner Mine That Bird -- problem is, Conan's horse wasn't the REAL Derby winning horse ... of course, of course.
TMZ spoke with Mine That Bird's trainer, Chip Woolley, who told us, "That was not the real Mine that Bird last night, it was an imposter."
Woolley added, "The real Mine That Bird is up at the ranch in New Mexico resting up before he gets back to racing in the summer."
One thing is definitely real -- NBC really will seriously have to pay up after Conan played a long clip of a Rolling Stones song in a similar attempt to blow NBC's budget.
