Our food spies say Conan was chowing down on breakfast at his hotel in Eugene just before taking this photo with fans.

The people who snapped the pic say Coco was filming something at the time -- his crew claimed it was for a documentary.

For starters -- Kate's lawyer, Mark Momjian, claims Jon went to the wrong court for child support. Momjian raises other technical issues and wants the case tossed.

Momjian scoffs at Jon and his lawyer in legal docs, "There is no 'Jon Gosselin' exception to the Pennsylvania [law]."

TMZ has obtained the script for "Hustler’s Untrue Hollywood Stories: Jesse James" -- which begins production on Monday. Jesse, Sandra and Michelle are all featured -- and Jesse's trusty sidekick Cinnabun has a part, played by a dog named Crisco. Don't worry -- it's a non-sex scene.

**SPOILER ALERT** In the film, Jesse cheats on Sandra with Michelle McGee, Sandra sends him to sex rehab (they get it on), then she cheats on him right back ... with Brigitte Daguerre.

Quinton Aaron's former agency is ticked at him and claims it dropped the "Blind Side" star because no one wanted to hire him ... this according to a source at the agency.

Last week, Aaron told our photog it was he who did the dumping, saying, "You need to do what's best for you ... because if you're with people that don't believe in you, your career ain't gonna go nowhere."

But a source at APA bristles at Aaron's proclamation, telling TMZ they were the ones who ended the relationship because they "couldn't get him arrested" in this town.

The company that donated money to help pay for Corey Haim's funeral stopped payment on the check it sent the family ... claiming the money wasn't being used for Haim's funeral at all.

Startifacts, a celebrity memorabilia company that had been auctioning some of Haim's stuff, had donated $20,000 to cover funeral expenses.

But after a series of back and forth emails with Haim's brother-in-law, Mark Alexander, the company learned the funeral had already been paid for by the funeral home -- and its money was going to be used for Corey's mom's cancer treatments.

A rep for Judy Haim, Corey's mom, tells TMZ Judy's medical bills are completely covered and she has no idea why Alexander gave Starifacts the wrong idea. Haim says the funeral costs were indeed all covered by the funeral home's donations fund -- and she was raising money to reimburse them.

Jon's lawyer, former assistant U.S. Attorney Anthony F. List, tells TMZ "under the right circumstances" Jon would do a show with Kate, but "the contract would have to be tighter." He did not elaborate, but we're guessing it has something to do with the way TLC cleaned Jon's clock in court.

List did not say what type of show he'd like to do, but said having Jon and Kate around the kids more would be a definite plus.

List says Jon would "love to settle" the latest legal dispute he ignited. TMZ broke the story that Jon filed legal papers asking for primary custody and child support. But Jon will press on with the case, unless Kate gives up her "global commitments." According to List, Jon feels Kate can't have it both ways -- being both a star and an attentive parent.

List says he and Jon both feel Kate is "addicted to the paparazzi." He says even if Kate is booted from "Dancing with the Stars" on Tuesday, he won't drop his custody case because Kate is "caught up in the glamour of Hollywood" and will take other jobs.

TMZ broke the story that Erin has been targeted with sexual and violent emails from a Newport News, Virginia man who recently wrote, "I would love to shoot her with a Barrett rifle."

According to a federal lawsuit filed on Thursday, Lucasfilm says a company called EZ2FLY has been making and selling a remote-controlled toy called a RCX4-Star Stryker -- which they allege is a knock-off of the popular X-wing fighter from the "Star Wars" movies.

Furthermore, Lucasfilm claims the company used the "Star Wars" theme and their "Imperial March" music in conjunction with promoting the product.

On July 7, 2009 the Staples Center memorial was held in front of thousands of people in downtown L.A. -- Jackson's body was ensconced in a $25,000 bronze casket.

After the memorial, although hundreds of cameras and thousands of eyes were trained on the exits, no one saw any evidence that the casket left the building. It fueled a grassy knoll-type theory that Jackson's body wasn't really inside the casket and maybe he was still alive.

Finally, our spies have come clean. Jackson's body did indeed arrive in a hearse, but it left in a SWAT van. The van was driven to a secret location, where it rendezvoused with a Forest Lawn van -- which then transported the body to the cemetery without being noticed.

According to the unsworn declaration, Bombshell says, "I do NOT have a swastika tattoo on me." FYI, we've seen a swastika tattoo so close to her genital area we can't show it ... but it looks just like the one from "Inglourious Basterds."

Bombshell also says, "I do NOT show my children how to 'Nazi salute.'"

Bombshell goes on .... "The child block magnets spelling 'white power' was NOT of my doing. Friends of Shane's did this and gave the picture to Shane upon HIS requested (sic) so he could use it against me in court."

Now here's where it gets really good. Bombshell says:

- "I do NOT do any pornography in my house."
- "I do NOT do any webcam 'sessions' from my home with my children present."

You have to love the qualifiers.

Bombshell was in a San Diego court yesterday, fighting in her custody case. She claims Shane is making up all these allegations so he can get custody and move out of the county.

TMZ broke the story that a man in Newport News, Virginia has been sending sexual and violent emails to ESPN's Andrews since September. The emails -- all sent to DirecTV's "The Dan Patrick Show" -- turned violent and threatening in late March.

On March 29, the man wrote, "I would like to see if Erin Andrews can dance her way through a hail of gunfire. Better yet I would love to shoot her with a Barrett rifle. Get the pun -- her stalker was mr. Barrett and the barrett rifle is an ultra expensive 50 cl. rifle with a range over a mile."

In spite of this email and others, law enforcement sources tell us the FBI is resistant to making an arrest, because authorities believe the author is engaging in free speech ... which is protected.

By the way, sources familiar with the author tell us he's 6'9" and very bulky.

We're told all three kids -- Sunny, Chandler and Jesse, Jr. -- are all with Sandra.

Our sources say Sandra is not living at her Hollywood Hills home, which has become paparazzi central for more than a week.

One source very familiar with the situation tells TMZ, "It's a positive sign about Sandra's relationship with Jesse." The source would not elaborate.

In what has to be one of the oddest marketing campaigns ever ... a San Diego exotic car dealer actually wants Jesse James' AM#1 to be photographed driving their car.

We're told McGee traded her BMW for the slightly used Maserati ... a sweet deal for her. As for the exotic car company ... we're wondering how many people who fit Bombshell's profile are really in the market?

Supermodel Beverly Johnson brought a gunman to force a boyfriend to breakup with her, according to a lawsuit filed by the ex.

In documents filed in Riverside County, CA -- Mark Anthony Burk claims Beverly showed up at his home with an armed Chuck Zito, and a separation agreement.

Burk alleges Zito was flashing a gun during the January, 2008 incident -- while Beverly yelled at Burk to sign an agreement that would have paid him $2,000 to get out of her house, according to the papers.

Legendary "Godfather" producer Robert Evans is also being sued. As for why, Burk's lawyer tells TMZ he's alleging Evans -- who was once romantically involved with Johnson -- was involved in the scheme.

In the docs, Burk claims he escaped and hid at a neighbor's home until Beverly & co. left.

Burk also claims in the papers that Walter Morgan took personal belongings from Burk's home -- including his mother's ashes.

Burk is suing for emotional distress and unspecified damages.

UPDATE: Chuck Zito tells TMZ the day of the alleged incident Beverly Johnson hired him as a bodyguard. Chuck says, "I was not carrying a gun and don't need to carry one."

For some reason Twitter had a change of heart yesterday and his account was re-activated.
