Tasha Smith says she agrees with her husband that someone in their house has reason to fear murder ... but she says it's her.

The "Why Did I Get Married?" star just filed legal docs, claiming hubby Keith Douglas flies into jealous rages, calling her a "f***ing d**e" and accusing her of sleeping with other women. She says, "When he's in a rage, I feel that he is capable of killing me."

We broke the story ... Douglas has similar concerns, saying Smith flies into booze-fueled rages and threatens to kill him, warning him to "not fall asleep or something will happen."

Douglas got a restraining order last week, requiring Smith to stay an absurd 2 yards away from him while they're in the house together ... but we're told Douglas has since moved out.

Smith says she'll call a bunch of celebs in their divorce case to validate her claims of abuse, including Tisha Campbell Martin and Elizabeth Rohm.

Smith says in her docs she's friends with Michael Jace -- "The Shield" actor who allegedly shot and killed his wife -- and says she told her husband she was worried she'd end up like Jace's wife.

Both deny the allegations the others have made. Fortunately, they didn't have kids together.

If you think being LeBron James' kid is all about living the good life ... you're wrong ... because when it comes to sports, they might have it harder than ANYONE.

It's called "I'm the S**t Syndrome" ... at least according to "Chappelle's Show" star Donnell Rawlings who says 'Bron is super concerned over whether his children will be able to compete on his level in the sports world.

Essentially, Rawlings says LeBron is putting pressure on himself to make sure his kids are just as dominant as he is.

Rawlings says LeBron isn't the first superstar to deal with the issue -- pointing out Michael Jordan and his kids also battled with ITSS.

Case in point ... MJ's Hall of Fame induction speech when he told his children, "You guys have a heavy burden. I wouldn't want to be you guys if I had to."

Hopefully, LeBron handles it better than MJ did ...

Britney Spears' new boyfriend is no different from anyone else who interacts with her ... he had to sign a confidentiality agreement before he even laid eyes on her.

Sources connected to Britney tell TMZ ... Britney and Charlie Ebersol met through mutual friends and their first date was a lunch. But before they broke bread -- before their first face-to-face -- the singer's dad did what he does with everyone ... he insisted Charlie sign the NDA.

We're told it wasn't awkward at all. Charlie knew the NDA was SOP for anyone who enters Britney's world.

We're told Charlie -- a 31-year-old TV producer whose dad is sports media legend/"SNL" co-creator Dick Ebersol and mom is actress Susan St. James -- is taking the NDA seriously and is saying NOTHING about his relationship.

We're told although Britney and Charlie are dating, it's not "serious yet." Good news for Charlie ... everyone in Britney's camp really likes him.

By the way, in case Charlie gets tempted ... there are "severe" penalties for violating the NDA.

Amanda Bynes is not telling the truth when she says her parents aren't allowing her to have a roof over her head, because we've learned she's had a place all along ... she just doesn't like the location.

Sources connected with the Bynes family tell us ... Amanda's parents got her a room in a Glendale hotel immediately after she was released from the psychiatric facility.

Amanda does NOT want to stay in Glendale, but her parents were firm ... they will not get her a place anywhere near Hollywood or West Hollywood, because they think it spells nothing but trouble and where leeches glom onto her.

Our sources say Amanda's parents have told her if she wants a different area they'll find her a place, as long as it's not Hollywood or WeHo. But that's where Amanda wants to be and that's why she's been mooching off friends and crashing at their places.

Robin Williams' suicide was triggered by a horrible disease called Lewy Body Dementia ... sources connected with his family tell TMZ.

TMZ has obtained documents showing Williams was struggling with the disease, which is marked by abnormal protein deposits in the brain that disrupt normal function.

Lewy Body Dementia is a condition commonly associated with Parkinson's ... and people afflicted by both often get severe side effects from Parkinson's meds. Hallucinations are common, where patients see phantom objects, people or animals. The patients often try to converse with the illusions.

Robin's wife had told authorities shortly after his death he had been complaining about the meds and the way they made him feel.

Sources connected with the Williams family tell TMZ ... Lewy Body Dementia was the "key factor" they believe drove him to kill himself. We're told Robin's doctors agree that the disease was the critical factor leading to his suicide.

Kyle Richards and her daughter Alexia Umansky were out and about Monday ... the first time the 18-year-old has been seen in public since she was viciously attacked by her aunt's pit bull.

Kyle and Alexia went inside the James Kendall Salon in Bev Hills and had little to say about the dog bite that required 2 surgeries.

Our photog mistakenly asked Alexia if she was mad at "your friend" ... obviously Kim Richards is her aunt, but close enough ... sorta.

"X-Men" director Bryan Singer was gleeful Sunday, as he attended a baby shower for what will be his new son.

Singer is having the baby with longtime friend Michelle Clunie ... whom Singer says he once dated. They plan on raising the baby together and he even bought her a home just a few houses down from him in West Hollywood.

Singer's an advocate for having babies this way ... hopefully it will end up better than the Clay Aiken situation. He's at war with his former friend/baby mama Jaymes Foster.

As for the sex of Singer's baby ... he was mum but his friend may have blown Singer's cover as they walked into the party.

Brody Jenner just went nuclear on a photog for asking a polite question about his stepsister.

It all went down at Sydney Airport after Brody arrived to a surprising amount of fanfare -- but when the photog asked him what Kim Kardashian thought of Australia ... Brody WENT OFF!

Brody rushed toward the paparazzo, but stopped short of taking him down. The outburst makes it seem like he's got a serious grudge against someone. On the surface, it might appear that he and Kim don't get along, especially cause he didn't go to her wedding -- but did attend the wedding of her ex-BF Reggie Bush.

But the more likely scenario is that Brody feels like he has his own life and is not living in the shadow of anyone else. He's also pissed off at paparazzi who ask questions about other members of his family ... namely Bruce Jenner.

Adrian Peterson wants everyone to know he's a super dad ... so he dropped a picture of himself online Saturday that can be summed up with one word -- REALLY?!

Peterson tweeted a pic behind a cardboard cutout of "Super Dad" ... with his head in the empty hole -- alongside his young daughter.

The caption read, "My beautiful daughter A'deja. Dad's & Donuts Day. #LOVE "

Now we know it's a nice gesture ... but with his history of child abuse -- see here and here -- is it really a wise decision to tout yourself as "Super Dad" online?!

Kris Jenner celebrated her birthday in Las Vegas with Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Kylie, Kourtney, Khloe and Rob -- well, sort of.

Mama Jenner partied her face off at 1 OAK in Sin City for her 59th b-day with new man-squeeze Corey Gamble ... as well as Scott Disick, Alec Monopoloy and Jonathan Cheban -- but her famous kids were nowhere in sight.

So Kris took a pic with their giant heads.

Still beats that embarrassing onesie.

Casey Kasem's body is decomposing in a Scandinavian mortuary ... and his kids have gone to court before there's no body left to bury.

Kerri Kasem filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- asking a judge to force Jean Kasem to bring Casey's remains back to the U.S.

Casey died in June, and his body has been rotting away in Norway since August.

Jean has not even had the body embalmed, according to legal docs.

The children are also worried an autopsy will be fruitless if the decomposition continues.They believe Jean's motive is to make an autopsy impossible so she will not be prosecuted for elder abuse ... something the LAPD is investigating.

In other words ... if time goes on and the body remains in Norway ... Jean could dodge a bullet.

Kim Richards says her niece is to blame for the pit bull attack that left her hospitalized ... and she's not saying definitively she's getting rid of her dog that has attacked 4 people.

Kim claims she told Alexia to leave Kingsley alone in the bedroom ... but her niece Alexia entered anyway -- and that's when the pit bull went on the attack.

Richards says the dog has gotten very protective recently because very few people visit ... she's alone in the house most of the time. She says she gives everyone fair warning, "the dog should not be bothered."

Now get this ... Kim says, "The second I realized Alexia had been bitten on the finger leaving a puncture mark on her thumb, I immediately called my sister Kyle and took her to the nearest emergency room."

We're told the "puncture" is actually a bite right down to the bone, requiring 2 surgeries.

As for the fate of the dog -- who has now bitten 3 people in Kim's house and another on the set of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," Kim says, "At this point I am looking at options to what the next step is for Kingsley. As many of you can relate, he is my best friend. This is a very difficult decision and time for all of us, but the safety of my family always comes first."

Kyle Richard's sister Kim is an unfit dog owner and her pit bull should be taken away from her immediately ... so says the guy who tried to train the dog and almost got a piece taken out of him.

David Utter says Kim ignored both his warnings and the warnings of Bravo producers from "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" ... warnings that the pit bull should be muzzled at all times.

David says Kim played with fire ... allowing Kingsley to run free around the house without any restraint ... putting guests in great peril.

The trainer is indignant that 3 people were bite victims ... all inside Kim's house. And David says the 3 strikes law should apply here.

He's not advocating that Kingsley be destroyed, but he thinks the dog should be immediately taken away from Kim. Thing is ... the Dept. of Animal Services will only get involved if Kyle's family complains about the most recent attack against her daughter ... and that's unlikely.

Kim Richards pit bull is vicious and dangerous, with a history of biting people -- and Animal Services KNOWS about it -- yet the most recent attack this weekend against Kyle Richard's daughter will not even be investigated unless the victim or a family member complains.

TMZ broke the story ... 18-year-old Alexia was in Kim's L.A. area home Saturday when the animal attacked without warning, biting her so badly she needed 2 surgeries.

Turns out the dog is no stranger to the L.A. Dept. of Animal Services ... the agency went to Kim's house after the dog attacked another person over the summer. Officials warned Kim to keep the dog under control but took no further action.

Well clearly the dog was not under control. But Animal Services tells us ... they will not take further action unless they get a complaint from the victim or her family. That's tricky, because that would mean Alexia, Kyle or other members of their brood would have to blow the whistle on Kim.

And get this ... we're told of a third attack that occurred in March. One of Kim's friend was sitting on Kim's bed and the dog bit through her arm to the bone. Paramedics were called to treat the victim.

To top it off we're told the dog has been extremely aggressive toward other animals.

IF someone comes forward and makes a formal complaint, Animal Services will hold a hearing to determine if the pit bull should stay under Kim's care, or if it should be destroyed.

Kyle Richards' daughter was the victim of a vicious pit bull attack ... a dog owned by Kyle's own sister Kim, and the damage was so severe it required multiple surgeries.

We're told 18-year-old Alexia Umansky spent the weekend at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, twice going under the knife.

The attack occurred early Saturday at Kim's L.A. area home. Kyle, Alexia and other members of their family had been inside the house for a while ... when the dog went into attack mode out of nowhere.

The dog bit Alexia numerous times, but the worst was on her right hand ... where it bit through her thumb right to the bone.

The pit bull has a history of biting. It attacked its trainer on an episode of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" ... and it's also been very aggressive toward other dogs.

Kim is still keeping the animal at her home ... as the Dept. of Animal Control was never called. We're told they wanted to keep the incident "private."

We reached out to Kim and Kyle ... so far, no word back.

We're also told the parents have made arrangements to transfer power over financial matters to another person ... presumably a money manager.

The parents are leaving California and will move to Texas to be closer to their older daughter.

Both parents are saying they know they've struck out with Amanda and don't have what it takes to effectively control her. They're hoping once someone else controls Amanda's finances, she'll stop lashing out at them and they can have a relationship ... even though it will be long distance.
