Sean Kingston is being sued by a NYC jeweler for not paying for several pieces of really, really nice jewelry -- and two pieces of cubic zirconia ... TMZ has learned.

According to the lawsuit, filed in New York, Kingston got more than $200,000 worth of ice from Avi Da Jeweler from 2008-2013 ... but never paid for any of it. In the suit, Avi says Kingston wrote checks seven different times over the years, and they all bounced.

Avi claims the orders throughout the years included watches and chains (two featuring Kingston's initials), a diamond "Jesus piece," a belly button chain (we're guessing not for him) ... and a cubic zirconia necklace and bracelet.

The jeweler also claims Kingston never returned a $12,000 ring he loaned him for a "106 & Park" appearance.

In all, Avi claims he's owed $226,200 and he wants an additional million bucks in punitive damages.

A rep for Kingston tells TMZ, "Mr. Kingston has paid Avi Da Jeweler well over $300,000 for jewelry that was appraised at far less than that and has the cashed checks to prove it. Additionally, no one would continue to supply jewelry to another individual for 5 years without ever receiving payment. Mr. Kingston fully intends to fight this lawsuit in a court of law."

Famously eccentric designer Betsey Johnson is bringing her brand of crazy to "Dancing with Stars" ... along with the much younger YouTube fashionista Bethany Mota.

As we told you ... ABC had been looking to sign a big social media star ... and found her in 18-year-old Mota ... who's amassed more than 7 million fans with her YouTube tutorials on fashion, hair and makeup.

Sources close to the show tell us ... producers have also tapped "Back to the Future" actress Lea Thompson, Jonathan Bennett from "Mean Girls," Janel Parrish from "Pretty Little Liars," and Sadie Robertson -- granddaughter of "Duck Dynasty" star Phil Robertson.

The company has a new owner, who wants nothing to do with the wanted MMA fighter, saying, "ALPHA MALE clothing has been taken over by a NAVY SEAL. We have NO affiliation with Jon/WarMachine."

The Alpha Male clothing website links to a site for Christy Mack merchandise, which weirdly still features War Machine.

"Million Dollar Listing" star Edith Flagg died today at the age of 94 ... TMZ has learned.

Edith was a holocaust survivor and fashion mogul -- and became a fan favorite on her grandson Josh Flagg's show.

Josh told us ... "My grandmother was a legend, not only in my eyes, but in the eyes of the countless people she helped and touched. Beverly Hills and LA have lost one of the great members of the community."

Edith fled her native Austria at the age of 19 to escape the Nazis ... eventually making it to the US in the 1940s, where she built her fortune in the fashion industry. She was a big supporter of the United Jewish Welfare Fund and The City of Hope.

Edith famously brought polyester to America after finding the fabric in Switzerland. Disco is forever in her debt.

Mickey Rourke has been wandering around Moscow this week sporting not one, but two different Vladimir Putin t-shirts ... and it's no accident ... he's a big fan of the Russian prez.

Rourke put on one of the t-shirts in front of a crowd of people and a few photogs. He said he's met Putin a few times and described him as "a good guy."

The "Sin City" star, who says his current girlfriend is Russian, said the t-shirt is not a political statement and he doesn't "give a f*** about politics."

Greg Oden's loss is someone's else's gain ... because the t-shirt the NBA star was wearing in his mug shot has instantly become the top seller for the company that makes it.

The "Ohio" t-shirt has the image of a man holding two middle fingers in the air for the "H"-- and is made by Lamp Apparel, a company based in Columbus, OH ... home of Oden's alma mater Ohio State.

TMZ Sports spoke to Brandon Fuss-Cheatham, one of the co-founders of Lamp Apparel, who says since Oden's mug was released ... their website's getting crushed by people trying to get their hands on the shirt.

In fact, the feeding frenzy on the $28 dollar tee has been so intense ... the Lamp Apparel website is struggling to handle the traffic.

Despite the boost, Fuss-Cheatham -- who played at Ohio State before Oden did and does know him -- says he's getting no joy from Oden's current situation.
