3/24 10:00 AM PT -- We're told the employee who was injured was a guy in his early 20s who worked for Adidas, and was involved with working on Kanye's Yeezy shoes. He was helping move a large 3D printer when it fell over on his foot.

An employee at Kanye West's company suffered a severe leg injury on the job, and it was so bad he had to be airlifted to the hospital ... TMZ has learned.

Sources at the Calabasas Tech Center -- where the rapper's office is located -- tell us ... the man was transporting a heavy piece of machinery Friday, possibly used for making Kanye's Yeezy shoes, when it fell over and landed on his foot.

We're told he let out a loud scream and was stuck under the equipment for several minutes, and it took at least 7 people to lift it and remove his foot.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... they responded to a call about the incident after 5 PM, and confirm people were able to lift the machine off the guy when they arrived, but his injury was so bad it required airlift transpo for emergency medical care.

The extent of his injury is unclear at this time.

Mel B's all about putting a scare into the fashion world these days ... this time with a full-body outfit from some time in the distant future.

The Spice Girls singer was on her way to judge "America's Got Talent" in rainy Pasadena Thursday when she was spotted in an out-of-this-world hot pink and blue jumpsuit -- equipped with a hood. She's also rocking leather high heels ... from Rihanna's Fenty Puma line.

They don't really match ... but she doesn't seem to care.

You may recall ... Mel was out and about in another eye-popping getup Tuesday that was even more Scary Spice, but it might have been to promote her group's reunion tour later this year.

We spoke with Ric’s business partner -- suit maker Adam Marks (aka Mr. Custom Made) -- before their official launch on Monday ... and asked him about the biggest names picking something out from Naitch's collection.

We're told over 6,000 people in total have expressed interest in swaggin' out like Offset's favorite wrestler. As for the celebs, Ric is personally picking out the fabrics, colors, and patterns for Gurley, Foxx and Rock's suits.

But ya don't gotta have celeb money to be wheelin' n' dealin' like Flair ... they're offering hundreds of fabrics in all styles ranging from around $700 to $2,500.

"I've always been custom made from head to toe," Ric tells us ... "now anyone can have a chance to style and profile like me."

Kanye West might have to strap on his fightin' shoes ... because a company has come out of nowhere to compete for the right to use his Yeezy nickname.

According to new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Kanye's company was outmaneuvered by a Chinese company that swooped in and filed trademark paperwork in an effort to stake its claim to the popular Yeezy brand name.

Kanye's company has owned the name Yeezy for footwear since 2013, but for whatever reason abandoned the trademark for other clothing items besides shoes in 2017. The Chinese company -- listed as Fujian Baby Network Technology Co. -- seized the opportunity by immediately filing trademark paperwork for the term "Yeezy Boost" for its clothing products.

The rapper's company then refiled its application for Yeezy clothing, but the trademark office said not so fast ... because the Chinese company now has dibs.

The good news -- Kanye shouldn't have to worry about this affecting Yeezy sneakers, but if he wants to branch out and start making mittens or even g-strings ... he might be in for a legal battle.

Mel B's so obsessed with being in the Spice Girls, you might say it's scary ... and if you didn't say it, her wardrobe spells it out.

Mel was out in WeHo Tuesday wearing a pink coat emblazoned with her Spice name ... Scary. There were a few clues for anyone walking behind Mel, too -- the back of the jacket's bedazzled with the famous line "ZIGA ZIG HA" from their huge hit, "Wannabe."

Mel was hanging with her hairdresser pal, Gary Madatyan, near BOA Steakhouse when she was photographed in the throwback uni, which is about to be all the rage again.

Blac Chyna went on a shopping spree to satisfy her shoe fetish, but her 18-year-old BF didn't come away empty handed, either.

BC, who is 29, and Houston rapper YBN Almighty Jay hit up Saks Fifth Avenue Monday in Bev Hills ... and she beelined it for the women's shoe department to try on multiple pairs of glitzy kicks.

YBN kept busy, holding on to stacks o' cash -- but we don't know if it was his, or if he was just holding for her. He was definitely holding on to BC's famous ass, though.

After some serious PDA, they hopped in BC's Ferrari with huge shopping bags in tow.

Kanye West's clothing company is being sued for allegedly ripping off camouflage patterns from a competing company.

Yeezy Apparel and Unknwn are being sued by Jordan Outdoor Enterprises over camo hoodies, camo thigh-high boots, cargo pants, hooded bomber jackets, shirts, boots and other stuff.

The lawsuit claims Jordan has distinctive markings on its Realtree line and Kanye's companies ripped them off.

Kanye's companies have used Kim Kardashian to model some of the gear.

According to the lawsuit, a rep from Yeezy contacted Jordan to discuss using the camo patterns, but when the folks at Jordan said Kanye's company needed to license the items, they went radio silent and then without authorization they went ahead and copied the patterns.

Ezekiel Elliott's been spotted in the wild for the first time this offseason ... but don't worry, Cowboys fans -- he's out coppin' shoes, not booze.

We got Zeke in Beverly Grove right after the superstar RB and his BFF, Alvarez Jackson, went absolutely HAM at high-end sneaker joint SoleStage.

Elliott wasn't feeling chatty -- but we're guessing he was in a pretty good mood based on his battalion of shopping bags.

FYI, SoleStage's average kicks will run you hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars ... so Zeke was raining stacks, no question.

Eric Dane might be having a major blonde moment in the wake of him and his wife filing for divorce -- that, or he's just really feeling himself ... we're not sure.

The "Grey's Anatomy" star was spotted rockin' a brand new 'do Tuesday in WeHo -- combed up and to the side ... and a bit more bleached than what we're used to seeing. He was also wearing a pair of cool sunglasses, with a very cool coat. Ladykiller, are we right?

We broke the story ... Eric's wife of 14 years, Rebecca Gayheart, filed for divorce last month, and Eric responded with a very similar filing. He agreed to her spousal support request, as well as her bid to gain joint legal and physical custody of their 2 kids.

Now that most of the dirty work appears to be settled ... time to get back to channeling McSteamy.

Farrah Abraham on all four is par for the course ... except not in front of hundreds of peeps at a fashion show. Somewhere, a casting director's light bulb probably just flashed.

Farrah took a hard spill walking up the stairs ... and judging from everyone's sheer shock, Farrah went down hard and fast. Hard to tell ... but looks like the culprit coulda been her shoelaces. Kate Upton has refused to be interviewed by a lawyer who was hired by the Special Committee of the Board Directors of Guess to investigate her claim Chief Creative Officer Paul Marciano sexually assaulted her.

Upton had said publicly she would cooperate with the Guess investigation, but then changed her position when she learned the law firm that was involved in the probe was Marciano's personal law firm. She called it "smoke and mirrors" and a "PR stunt to impress shareholders."

TMZ has learned the Special Committee hired Glaser Weil, a high-powered L.A. law firm that has no ties to Guess or Marciano, to conduct the investigation. Marciano's personal firm is now out of the picture.

Our sources say attorney Patty Glaser contacted Upton's lawyer and asked if Upton would now sit for an interview. We're told Upton's lawyer said his client would not do the interview with Glaser because some of the information in the probe was already gathered by Marciano's law firm, so the investigation was tainted.

We're told Glaser assured the lawyer she was the only one in charge of the investigation, she had no preconceptions and wanted to be fair to both sides. Her lawyer didn't budge ... at least not so far.

Upton has claimed Marciano grabbed her breasts and forcibly kissed her neck and face, among other things, during a photo shoot in 2010.

Marciano is currently on hiatus from Guess after a number of other women lodged complaints.

Hubert de Givenchy -- the legendary fashion designer to celebs like Audrey Hepburn and Jackie Kennedy -- has died at his home near Paris.

Givenchy died in his sleep Saturday night, according to his longtime partner, designer Philippe Venet.

Hepburn famously wore Givenchy's designs in several of her movies, including "Breakfast at Tiffany's" and "Sabrina" -- and she went on to become an ambassador for his brand.

Jackie, Iman, Candice Swanepoel and even Cam Newton rocked G's threads over the years.

He might not brag about this one, but Lindsay Lohan famously wore Givenchy back in 2012 ... during one of her many, many, many court appearances.

Givenchy founded his design house in 1952, and it's now owned by the luxury fashion company LVMH. He was 91.

Serena Williams wants to serve an ace on yo face ... with a new cosmetics line.

The tennis great filed legal docs to trademark "Aneres" (spells Serena backwards, btw). Serena had already locked down the name a while back, but it was for her clothing line. It looks like she now plans to slap her backwards name on a variety of beauty products. Boss move.

Serena's cosmetics vision includes skin care prep and makeup removing products, colognes and perfumes. There are also makeup kits, bath soaps, lipstick, lip gloss, eye shadow, eyeliner and mascara.

Chris Darden is incredulous Kanye West would dare sport a "Free OJ" t-shirt, especially now that he has flat-out confessed to the murders of Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson on the Fox special.

Darden was on a panel that discussed OJ's belated mea culpa and he's livid at the naysayers who fought for Simpson's freedom. He says the people who should have unbridled anger are the Goldmans and the Browns, but Chris's outrage is right there.

He says he saw Kanye on TV wearing the t-shirt and had words for him. And the words are on point and chilling ... "You freed him ... and look at what you freed."

Kendall and Kylie Jenner got an eviction notice because someone royally screwed up ... and now the leasing company's apologizing for the goof.

You might recall there were reports Kendall and Kylie's company got slapped with a notice at their NYC office ... claiming the sisters had fallen behind on rent to the tune of more than $57k and had 5 days to pay or get the hell out.

But, a rep for the leasing company tells TMZ ... it never should have happened. The company says, "There was a miscommunication due to a change in invoice procedures that led to this confusion. We apologize for any negative press the Kendall + Kylie brand has received."

The leasing company went on to say, "They have always been respectful and in good standing tenants."

Kris Jenner tried answering our questions with a straight face. She did at first, but then we had her cracking up ... then just baffled.

Kris and her bf, Corey Gamble, hit up Mr Chow Wednesday night in Bev Hills and we wanted to know -- who's better at baseball? You'll recall we got the Kardashian brood at a ballpark hitting line drives.
