T-Boz fired off another salvo in her naked war with Rihanna ... this time upping the stakes by essentially challenging her to a fight.

RiRi and T-Boz squared off earlier this month after T-Boz trashed RiRi for regularly showing way too much skin. Rihanna fired back with a twitter pic of a topless TLC -- i.e., Rihanna called her a hypocrite.

So it was T-Boz' move when we got her outside Bootsy Bellows Thursday night ... and she threw gas on the flames.

So we gotta ask ...

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Erica Pinkett was savagely attacked in a nightclub ... and Pinkett says she told police the hit was ordered by a jealous rival on the show.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Pinkett was coming out of a bathroom in Atlanta's Taboo Club June 9 when a woman came up from behind her, hit her in the face and then threw her to the ground and slashed her arm with a razor blade. It was reported the gash spewed blood so badly, it looked like a scene from a horror movie.

Pinkett tells police ... she thinks the attack was ordered by fellow "L&HH:A" star Bambi Johnson ... because the two have had arguments over Pinkett's relationship with Johnson's boyfriend, Lil Scrappy. One of the fights (see video below) aired on the show.

According to the police report - obtained by TMZ -- the beating suspect left the club before cops arrived ... Stephanie Nicole Harp was arrested this morning for committing aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

The police report does not mention Bambi allegedly ordering the hit, but Erica insists she told cops all about it.

"Entourage" actress Alexis Dziena had screaming fits and threatened to hurt her boyfriend if he broke up with her ... so claims the fearful BF who just got a restraining order against her.

Jeffrey Francis Ausley says he and Dziena had been dating for a few months, but when he tried to end it, she went crazy ... screaming, throwing tantrums and threatening to harm Ausley and herself.

In court docs, Ausley says the final straw came when Dziena showed up at his house last week with a bag of clothes and announced she was moving in ... and if he didn't go along with it, she'd have him arrested "because she knew how."

Dziena -- who played E's psycho ex-GF on "Entourage" -- has now been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Ausley.

She's been down a similar path before ... in 2011 she tried to get restraining orders against her parents -- fearing her dad would murder her for her money -- but a judge turned her down.

We reached out to Dziena ... so far no word back.

A paparazzo was arrested for allegedly threatening the life of a huge celebrity trainer ... and then ominously reaching for what the trainer believed was a deadly weapon.

Harley Pasternak -- who trains Kanye West, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Usher, Rihanna and a slew of other celebs -- told cops paparazzi showed up at his home Sunday because they got a tip he was about to train Robert Pattinson.

Harley says he told the paps Pattinson wasn't coming to his house but they didn't believe him. The paps got more aggressive and came onto his property. Harley told police he then walked out and ordered the photogs to leave, and that's when the photog in question threatened, "I'm gonna kill you and your family."

Harley says the photog reached for something in his car ... fearing it was a weapon, the trainer subdued the guy.

The photog denied making any death threats and insists Harley was the aggressor ... attempting to pull off his hubcaps with his bare hands. But a neighbor told cops she heard the death threat loud and clear. That was enough for police to hook the guy up and haul him to jail.

By the way ... the photog admits he was reaching for a weapon of sorts ... pepper spray.

Kanye West won't be picking up trash on the side of the road any time soon ... because we've learned he's kicking off his community service in fashionable form -- teaching at a fashion school.

Yeezy hit up the L.A. Trade Technical College Monday in his paparazzi beatdown criminal case to speak with students about his personal experiences in the fashion biz ... and hopefully about leather jogging pants as well.

We're told this is Kanye's 3rd visit to LATTC in the last 6 weeks (see pic above) ... which specializes in designing apparel. Today's lesson was all about designers and it lasted 3 hours.

In case you don't remember -- Kanye cut a plea deal back in March -- avoiding jail by agreeing to 24 months informal probation and 250 hours community service.

We're told Kanye has been chipping away at his hours by speaking at multiple colleges.

Still -- not a bad way to knock out community service ... and avoid wearing that unflattering orange vest ... it's so last season.

9:00 AM PT -- Cops say Solo appeared "intoxicated and upset" when police arrived to the house.

Cops also say one of the victims -- Hope's nephew -- is 17-years-old.

Officials also say the person who initially called 911 told the operator a female was "hitting people."

Solo is due in court on Monday.

Team USA soccer goalie Hope Solo was arrested in Seattle early Saturday morning after allegedly beating up her sister and her nephew ... this according to police.

Days after being kicked to the curb by Kourtney Kardashian, serial partier Scott Disick returned to the scene ... hitting up a beach in the Hamptons with Kourt and their 2 kids.

As TMZ first reported, Kourtney tossed Scott out of their rented Hamptons home over the weekend ... once again fed up with his constant partying.

Of course, we're told reality cameras were rolling throughout that incident -- so, it's a safe bet they were somewhere near the beach too.

A customer at The Situation's tanning salon had to call 911 when Sitch and his brother Frank came to blows ... this according to the 911 call obtained by TMZ.

As TMZ first reported, Sitch was arrested on Tuesday in Middletown, NJ after he fought with his brother Frank inside Boca Tanning Salon.

In the tape, the woman ran out of the store to call police after seeing the brothers begin to come to blows. She tells the dispatcher she ran next door to the UPS Store, where a worker there said she could also hear the Sorrentino brothers "bouncing off the walls."

Mike posted $500 bail and explained afterward the scuffle was over how to run the business.

The Situation got 2 things today ... arrested and what's gonna be a nasty black eye -- both after brawling with his brother in the tanning salon they co-own ... TMZ has learned.

Mike "Situation" Sorrentino was busted at Boca Tanning Salon in Middletown, NJ ... according to law enforcement sources.

We're told cops got a 911 call reporting a "fist fight" inside the salon ... and when officers arrived -- Sitch was arrested, and eventually booked for simple assault. He posted $500 bail ... and on the way out he explained he and his bro, Frank were scrapping over how to run the business.

We broke the story ... just last week salon employees called cops when their paychecks bounced. Sounds like that mess led to today's fight.

Situation makes it sound like he got the best of Frank in the fight ... despite his shiner, but on a related note -- check out the guns on Sitch.

Paul Simon and Edie Brickell will both walk away clean from their domestic violence incident -- the charges against each of them have been dropped ... TMZ has learned.

The court clerk in Norwalk, CT just told us that prosecutors declined to file any charges ... which means the case is over.

TMZ broke the story ... Simon and Brickell got into a heated argument at home in April that turned physical. Both were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Shortly after the incident, Simon assured us they were still in love.

Kanye West says famed photographer Annie Leibovitz practically RUINED his honeymoon with Kim Kardashian ... because they had to spend days fixing the now-famous floral wall wedding pic.

Annie was supposed to shoot the pic but she pulled out entirely the day before the wedding. Kanye says she claimed she was "afraid of celebrity" -- a weird statement because Annie's brand is all about celebrity.

Nonetheless ... the pic was taken but not perfected, and Kanye says he and Kim spent 4 days -- yes, 4 DAYS -- screwing with the pic because the flowers were "off color."

Kanye -- speaking at a conference in Cannes -- says the extra work pissed off Kim during their honeymoon, saying ... "She was exhausted because we worked on the photo so much."

Brittny Gastineau and Marquis Lewis -- aka Retna -- have settled their beef over a violent confrontation earlier this month that left both of them badly hurt -- so they both claim.

Brittny and Retna -- a famous street artist -- tell us ... "Though we disagree about the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident, we do agree that the incident was unfortunate, regrettable and unnecessary." They continue, "We both wish to put the matter behind us and neither of us holds any ill will toward the other."

Brittny's face was a mess after the fight ... a week after the confrontation at a West Hollywood hotel the bruises were still obvious. As for Retna ... he told us he had just undergone knee surgery, was unable to defend himself and called it a case of mutual combat.

As TMZ reported ... both Brittny and Retna hired lawyers ... we're told money was the end game though it's unclear what if anything changed hands.

It's also unclear if they are still dating.

Casper Smart did NOT cheat on Jennifer Lopez with two transsexuals -- and he's prepared to sue the website that claims he did ... so says Casper Smart.

As TMZ first reported, JLo and Smart split up a few months back ... and it had nothing to do with Smart's alleged sexcapades.

But Smart is pissed that TheDirty.com claimed he had flings with two transsexuals he met on Instagram ... so his lawyer has fired off a letter to the site's founder, Nik Richie, denying he's ever met, kissed or had sexual relations with either of the transsexuals in question.

Smart says he didn't send them dirty pics and flat out denies cheating on Jennifer.

Smart has given the site an ultimatum -- either retract the story or get sued.

Smart's lawyer also sent a threatening letter to one of the transsexuals who has been talking to the media ... imploring her to sign a declaration saying they never met Smart.

TMZ reached out to Richie for a response ... and here's the part we can post: "Casper, go get a real job. I heard Instagram is hiring over in their compliance department ... Stop blaming everyone else for your problems."

Justin Bieber's manager can sleep with both eyes closed -- Lil Wayne is backing off the death threat he hurled at Scooter Braun after learning his homie Lil Twist may have blew some details out of proportion.

Sources connected to Wayne tell TMZ ... Scooter smoked the (metaphorical) peace pipe with Wayne's manager and both men chalked up the beef to a huge misunderstanding.

As we reported ... Wayne posted a video last month saying, "I heard this bitchass n***a" Scooter talking s***" about Twist. He also said he would put Scooter's words "on yo' tombstone."

Wayne was amped up because Twist had just told him that Scooter labeled him a bad influence, and wanted him out of Justin's house. But we're told Wayne's people now think Twist exaggerated some of the details about what went down with Scooter.

Wayne's chilled out now, according to our sources ... and willing to let bygones be bygones.

Casey Kasem -- the famed DJ who is near death -- will probably not rest in peace, at least in the short term ... because we've learned a massive fight is brewing over his body.

Family sources tell TMZ ... Casey's will makes his wife Jean the executor, cutting Casey's kids out entirely. The will gives Jean -- who is in a nuclear family war with the kids -- the power to arrange for a proper funeral and burial

Now here's the rub. Casey's daughter Kerri is currently Casey's conservator. When he dies, the conservatorship is terminated and Kerri loses all control over Casey's body. But Casey is currently at a hospice in Washington, under Kerri's watchful eye. When he dies ... well, you know the adage -- possession is 9/10 of the law.
