The man who claims he was attacked by Johnny Manziel and his "entourage" last week says he's still in pain from the alleged hotel beatdown ... and says he's got pics to prove it.

TMZ Sports spoke with Chris Gonos ... who claims his left elbow was jacked up by Johnny's crew during a fight at The 9 hotel in Cleveland late Friday night.

Gonos says the picture shows severe swelling and a nasty bruise -- but claims he also suffered a swollen lip and and injuries to his eye.

Gonos says he's not sure who hit him -- but he's confident the assailant was part of Johnny's crew.

Police are investigating the incident ... but so far, no arrests have been made.

As for Johnny, he tells a very different story ... saying he was "accosted by a very aggressive man and his associates" at the hotel that night.

Johnny Manziel is painting a completely different picture of the alleged fight that he was involved in over the weekend ... instead claiming he was the victim of an aggressive fan.

Manziel who is being accused of taking part in the beatdown of a fan who claims he was just trying to shake his hand -- said through his agent on Monday that there was no "entourage" with Manziel on the night in question.

Instead, Manziel -- through his agent, Erik Burkhardt -- claims he and his roommate were returning from dinner with Johnny's mom when they were "accosted by a very aggressive man and his associates."

Manziel claims he let Browns management know about the incident "immediately."

The accuser, Chris Gonos, previously told TMZ Sports he was simply trying to shake Manziel's hand when Johnny Football's entourage jumped him.

Johnny Manziel allegedly punched a man in the face in a huge brawl at a Cleveland hotel Friday night and ... and cops tell TMZ Sports an investigation is under way.

According to a police report filed with the Cleveland PD, a man named Chris Gonos claims he approached Manziel outside of an elevator at the The 9 hotel late Friday evening.

Gonos tells TMZ Sports he wanted to give Manziel a handshake and a hug -- but someone in Johnny's entourage wasn't havin' it and tackled him.

Gonos says a melee ensued ... and claims Johnny "sucker punched my brother in the back of the head."

According to police, hotel security broke up the fight. No arrests were made.

Cleveland Browns General Manager Ray Farmer released a statement Monday, saying, "We are aware of the incident and are in the process of gathering additional information in order to gain a complete understanding of what occurred."

It was the war of the richest kind ... Kevin Garnett being sued by his Malibu neighbor for blocking his million dollar view of the Pacific Ocean ... but now it seems a cease-fire has been reached.

We broke the story ... Garnett (who lives in a $9.5 million mansion) was sued by his next door neighbor (who lives in a $3.5 million mansion) in July for allegedly allowing his trees to grow so wildly they obstructed the neighbor's killer ocean view.

But now, according to new court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, the neighbor has had a sudden change of heart ... and has asked the judge to dismiss the case. All signs point to settlement.

"Ink Master" contestant Madison "Maddie la Belle" Loftis tattooed her boyfriend, but not with ink ... with her fists, and she ended up in the slammer.

Maddie -- who appeared on Season 3 -- tells TMZ she got into a fight that started with words and ended with fists. She says it was mutual combat, but she's the one who called the cops.

Greensboro cops tell us when they arrived Maddie was fine, but her boyfriend had a swollen eye.

Maddie's man didn't want to press charges, but North Carolina requires cops to arrest someone who inflicts injury during a domestic fight ... so she got busted for misdemeanor assault and battery.

Maddie says all is forgiven and they're back together.

As for whether she would punch him again, Maddie told us, "Every day, all day."

Armie Hammer thinks he's such a badass boxer ... he dared to step in the ring against a former NFL linebacker whose nickname was "Lights Out" -- which explains the shiner on Armie's eye.

TMZ Sports got this shot of Armie's bruised face after his sparring match with ex-Chargers star Shawne Merriman -- who's 6'4" and 280 lbs! Nonetheless, we're told Hammer's the one who sought out Merriman as a sparring partner.

The bout went down Wednesday at Unbreakable Performance -- a new gym on the Sunset Strip owned and run by ex-Bears star Brian Urlacher and Jay Glazer from FOX Sports. We're told Armie's been training with Glazer for several months ... and word is everyone in the gym was stoked Armie wanted to challenge Shawne.

We're guessing Armie's agent isn't so stoked about his swollen face -- which makes it even cooler he's doing it. Can't wait for the rematch!

Death threats from "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star Benzino triggered his firing ... so claims Stevie J, but the guy who got the boot says it's a crock.

TMZ broke the story ... Benzino got the ax right after the brawl on the reunion taping, which sent people to the hospital and resulted in criminal charges filed against Joseline Hernandez.

Stevie J tells TMZ ... Benzino wouldn't let it go ... he went on a campaign of terror, threatening the lives of him and Joseline, producers and other staffers. Stevie tells us, "He said flat out he was going to kill us."

The threats were too much for VH1 and we're told that's why Benzino was banished.

But Benzino tells us, "Stevie J is a habitual liar and VH1 has never given me a reason for being fired."

Benzino thinks this is all about star power and he's the scapegoat because "They wanted to keep the crackhead whore."

Floyd Mayweather's 14-year-old son is lashing out against his father -- claiming he's a coward for refusing to admit he beat the crap out of his mother Josie Harris back in 2010.

Koraun Mayweather spoke with USA Today with his mother's permission and described what happened in September 2010 ... when he witnessed Floyd punching and kicking Josie ... so he snuck out of his Vegas home and alerted security, who then summoned police.

"[My dad] said to lock my door and stay in my room. I sat there and thought about what I was going to do next ... just for like a minute."

Koraun said he eventually "ran back out my bathroom and then hopped over the gate and went to the main entrance gate. I just told [the guard] that my mom was getting hurt and to call the ambulance and the police."

Eventually cops arrived ... and Koraun told investigators what he saw. Mayweather pled guilty to a reduced battery domestic violence charge and was sentenced to 90 days behind bars. Koraun says he's upset that his father never apologized for the incident publicly.

Koraun also says he still spends time with his father -- but he's less than enthusiastic about it.

"We just hang out. We either watch a movie or something, or go bowling. I find [boxing] boring. It is just like how people sit in the ring and fight for 12 rounds and it gets boring after a while."

Monday night's alright for fighting too -- unless you're the dude whose foot was damn near torn from his body in a brutal West Hollywood street brawl last night.

The fight went down outside DBA Nightclub around 2 AM ... when no fewer than 3 guys surrounded another guy in the middle of Santa Monica Boulevard and unleashed holy hell -- repeatedly kicking and punching the victim.

When he ends up on all fours ... things really get gruesome, because he gets rolled ... and his ankle fully SNAPS IN TWO!!! It's unclear what started the fight --- but it's obvious from the video what ends it.

Porsha Williams SAYS she's not fazed by her recent demotion on "Real Housewives of Atlanta"... but she sounds like she's lying.

Porsha was at LAX Thursday when she told our photog her dance card is filled with work now that she's no long a series regular, but watch the video ... it just doesn't ring true.

Pretty sweet trade off for Nikki ... who's gotta be used to drama, anyway. She manages a bunch of strip clubs in L.A and Las Vegas.

Boxing legend James Toney is calling out Shannon Briggs -- claiming he should stop chasing Wladimir Klitschko around the world ... and fight him instead!!

The 3-time world champ was out in L.A. Friday and told us ... Briggs is wasting his time trying to lock up a fight with Wlad -- because Klitschko would beat his ass anyway.

So, his advice to Shannon ... bring your ass back to the U.S. and "come see me!"

We'll see if Shannon takes Toney up on his offer ... just as soon as he gets back from Germany.

Lil Twist is officially a wanted man -- a felony warrant has been issued for his arrest in the Chris Massey beatdown ... and the warrant is for home invasion and robbery.

We broke the story ... Twist, and 4 other guys, allegedly busted into Kyle's apartment and pummeled Chris with brass knuckles last Friday and stole his wallet and cell phone.

The Massey brothers' attorney says a judge issued the arrest warrant and claims Twist has been charged with felony home invasion and robbery, but the D.A. says no charges have been filed ... yet.

Blake Griffin is finally talking about the pimp slap he allegedly delivered at a Vegas nightclub -- saying he's very confident he will be exonerated.

The L.A. Clippers star spoke with reporters before practice Thursday -- saying, "I'm really not allowed to speak on [the case] ... but I'm very confident in the situation, so once I can [speak on it], I will."

Investigators in the Blake Griffin pimp slap case have obtained nightclub security footage which shows a confrontation between the NBA star and his accuser ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the footage from Tao nightclub in Vegas shows Blake and his accuser Daniel Schuman in a heated situation -- but we're told the alleged slap was not captured by the security cameras.

We broke the story ... Griffin has been charged with misdemeanor battery for allegedly going all Zsa Zsa Gabor on Schuman on October 19th.

In the moments following the incident, Schuman gave a report to Tao security saying Blake got physical with him because he thought Daniel was sneaking a cell phone pic.

Blake's teammate DeAndre Jordan -- who was with Blake and several other Clippers at the club -- told us he NEVER saw Blake strike anyone that night (video below).

As for Blake, he has yet to comment on the situation.

Chris Massey has a swollen face and a gash on his head after a brawl with Lil Twist -- but he and his bro Kyle Massey aren't backing the bus over Justin Bieber's pal ... not yet, anyway.

We broke the story ... Chris claims he got robbed and beaten up by someone with brass knuckles at Kyle's home last week -- and Twist is now a felony robbery and battery suspect.

We got the Massey bros at LAX Wednesday and asked about the incident ... which landed Chris in the hospital. For some reason they're going out of their way to go soft on Twist.
